Unfortunately for Vannan, the room that they were placed in would have two beds. She would look around the small room, the two beds were separated by a small table with two lamps facing their respective beds. She immediately walked towards the bed closest to the door and the restroom, passing the large oak wood cabinet, and sat on it. "The first of our responsibilities is to find out as much info from the locals. Or the very fullbringers that are here. We do not want our connections towards the Vandenreich noticed. We do not know if our enemies are with in earshot." she removed the hood off of her head and gazed outside the window. "These kinds of rooms were always nice." she placed her hand onto the sheets and laid back, staring at the ceiling that seemed to loom over the two.

"we also have tomorrow to look for. Since I am with you during this mission then there will be no time limit to how long we need to finish this mission. As long as we return to the Vandenreich when we have collected enough data." she turned to her side and stared at the white wall. "So if you have any prior things you want to do. I wont stop you. Go collect data, stay here, I am tired and I'll join you later on. Curfew is 9:30. Be here exactly at that time and we will be fine." This room had what was needed, two beds, light, a bathroom, cabinets, and a standard high definition flat screen.

On Kazura's end, when he entered into his room he would find that he was accommodated to a rather respectable suite. It was not as amazing as the presidential or the executives, however it was better than the regular rooms. This would place the CEO in the fifty sixth floor. The suite had three rooms inside of it, the main one where the entrance lead to, gazing out the large window the room on the right would lead to the bedroom and bathroom, the room on the left would lead towards the kitchen and the rest of the small lounge where there was a large flat screen television mounted onto the wall. He was free to do as he wish in this room. As the sun continued to slowly set, the plan was going to be put into play.

No time limit to stay here? That was a really nice idea, this mission could turn out to be more like a vacation with the Vandenreich footing the bill and looking like he was actually working. Vannan looked out the window once more and saw a few stalls out there that seemed to have a few things for sale. Most of it would be nicknacks and trinkets, but this island was full of fullbringers, who knew there might actually be something worth of value in a shop or two. Something he could use to help the mission. Even though he was already strapped with plenty of items it never hurt to have some more.

“Hey I’m going out to do some shopping, I’ll be back later.” Vannan walked out of the hotel room and down the hall. He quickly exited the hotel and started looking around at the shops nearby hoping that something would catch his attention. The sun had already started to set so a few shops were closing up. Stopping for a moment to look at the sun set he smiled, something about sun setting made him feel happy, at peace. It was tranquil, this place apart from the parties going on was peaceful. He felt that maybe he could hide here, could he run away from the Vandenreich with his sister and hide here for the rest of their lives?

As someone walked by him his thoughts were interrupted and he came back to reality. There was no escape, he was a prisoner,the Vandenreich was his jail and the wardens was the emperor. Even if he managed to escape from the clutches of the Vandenreich with his sister they could never live in peace. They would be hunted for the rest of their lives or until they gave up and he was killed for being a deserter. Vannan kept on walking looking for a shop that would call his attention. He hoped that something would show up soon. He drew in some reiatsu for luck hoping that maybe someone would sense that he's a quincy and come towards him with items they could offer him or maybe just maybe luck would let him find a good shop.

(( OOC: Sorry for the meh post, but I feel like I've been putting this off for long enough. Also, I had to make up some details about the positioning of the hotel's windows and elevators relative to the hallways, which I hope works out else I can change it to accommodate the DM's wishes. ))

Marcus had followed Kazura back to the hotel and kept his eye on the man. As soon as Kazura entered, Marcus used his ridiculously high speed to descend along the side of the building, running against it to propel himself down faster. He then darted through the entrance that Kazura took and darted into a darker, dimly lit corner where it’d be easier for him to melt into the shadows. Marcus had positioned himself just in time to see Kazura enter the elevator and waited to see where the elevator stopped and Kazura got off based on the lights above the elevators. Now, it was up to Marcus to bolt back out of the hotel, run up the building, and enter through a window down by the hall. Marcus would have finished before the elevator arrived, but he’d wait by the window only after Kazura had exited the elevator and walked down the hall would Marcus open the window quietly, enter the building, and shut the window in a flash.

Marcus would then peak his eyes over the corner of a hall to see which room exactly Kazura would enter. Marcus wouldn’t make a sound as he observed, and only when Kazura had entered the room and began to close the door behind himself would Marcus suddenly spring into a soundless sprint, draw his escrima stick, and use it to block the door from shutting. “K-kazura…” he’d say nervously. Kazura had designed Marcus’s battle suit, so even though they hadn’t had the chance to work together on missions where combat was a possibility, the CEO would be able to recognize his loyal employee, soldier, and assassin.

“P-please let me in, I h-have to talk to y-you…” Marcus wanting to talk?! That should be a big read flag for Kazura, a sign that the topic he wanted to address was urgent. If Kazura let Marcus in, the young man would only begin to speak after the door had been shut to make sure no one happened to overhear. “I g-got a video about p-people needing help here. It’s some sort of t-trap that lures Fullbringers and other spiritually a-aware humans to be experimented on. I don’t know wh-what’s going on b-but… I thought I could help. Have they d-done anything to experiment on y-you?” Marcus’s number one priority was ensuring that Kazura was safe. His determination to protect the CEO of Uzaki Enterprises was on par with that of the head of security, Yoko. Kazura's life was more precious than his own, and he would fight to the death to protect it.

No, not to the death. He would live. He would live to protect Kazura, and he would live for that purpose alone.

"Be sure to get me something!"Once Vannan had left the hotel, he would hear a broadcast from the local speakers, the man that represented the event spoke through these speakers. Like always his tone was very pleasant and loud. "Good Afternoon Guests and Locals Alike! We are proud to announce that later tonight at the event hall, there will be a concert. You are all invited to attend and have fun, dance and the such. It will happen when the sun goes down, you will see it in the distance!" and it was true, in the distance the sound of banging and construction could be heard through the crowd of laughter and splashing. The walk towards the shops was a nice one, if not an easy stroll.

However it was not until Vannan made it to the shops did he realize that most of the good ones have closed for business and those that were horrible got chased out. This left him with the normal ones, those that sold simple things such as shells for necklaces, and used clams for their decorations. These objects were often reserved for tourists if anything, it was a surprise that these shops were still open at this time. It would be clear that luck was not on his side as there was no good information, no items sold that had special abilities with them. Just that. He was however, free to continue looking around for information or hidden objects before the night was over.

[Kazura Uzaki]

On the 56th floor, Kazura definitely had a nice room to stay in. Marcus was exceptionally skilled, so the CEO hadn't noticed his presence at all. Expecting his door to shut and to have time to explore the large room, he was surprised to hear something get caught in the door. Turning around, he found a familiar face at his door, pleading to come in. Honestly, the Uzaki was caught off guard by the sight of his employee in the room, in Fiji no less, but he welcomed Marcus in quickly with a smile. "Don't worry, son. I'm alright. I'm here to help put a stop to it, not to be caught up by it. An ally will definitely come in handy."

Welcoming Marcus inside, Kazura opened up his suitcases full of helpful purchased items from the oddly accented man. He quickly handed over the Endurance Shoes to Marcus, who would have much better use out of them than the CEO would. Kazura just wasn't fast enough to get the most out of them. He also handed over the Reverberating Hammer, which could be used to repair those shoes in emergencies. Taking up the rest of the items that wouldn't be of real use to Marcus, he moved over to the kitchen. There was a nice counter top there, which would help give him enough room for what he wanted to do with all of these nice items. "If you want, you can wander around, get some sleep, or head to the concert, Marcus. The last option is probably a trap, though... I don't trust the host."

Using the kitchen counter top as a workbench, the inventor brought out the Iron Knight's Grip and the three different knives. It was really no effort for the man to attach the knives to one of the gloves. He tore apart the couch bed in the corner gathering springs and other assorted bolts and pipes that he could use to his advantage. With raw and crude parts, the finished product wasn't entirely flashy or sleek, but rather it was functional. The three knives had a sheathe of sorts in the forearm of the glove, and by tripping a switch with his fingers, he could cause all three blades to pop out like Wolverine's claws in the X-men movies.

The Alchemist's cane looked incredibly flimsy and fragile, but also invaluable, so the fullbringer adapted his boots and suit to have a place for him to store it without losing range of motion or having it able to be broken by someone getting a lucky shot in on his chest/back. The other items went into his various belt pouches, except for the Rod of True Light, which would be carried in the non-knife gloved arm when he went out the next day. The fullbringer didn't honestly plan on sleeping too much that night when he had the potential of being experimented on, so he settled into a corner to watch the room for the night.

[Marcus Cole]

Marcus was pleased that Kazura knew what was going on. He was even more pleased that Kazura welcomed Marcus’s assistance. It was nice to know that his employer, role model, and the closest thing Marcus currently has to a father needed him. When Kazura opened up his suit case and handed Marcus what looked like a pair of shoes and a hammer, Marcus treated the items like gifts and replied with a flattered but awkward “T-thank you…” The shoes seemed to fit him, and they must have had special properties, so Marcus put them on. As soon as his feet slipped in, he felt lighter. He could move just as quickly, but it just wouldn’t tire him. And the hammer must be to repair the shoes or possibly another broken item that they may come across. He would store it on his belt.

Kazura outlined Marcus’s options, warning him about the concert as well. But Marcus wasn’t a social guy, so he ruled that out instantly. Sleep wouldn’t be good either, for Marcus didn’t trust this place at all. He needed to make sure that Kazura was okay, so he wouldn’t sleep at all. “I’ll j-just keep an eye out the w-window…” Marcus murmured to Kazura as he took his post standing by the glass overlooking the resort. Not much interesting was going, but the quickly setting sun did catch Marcus’s eye. Nightfall was coming.

The assassin watched with semi-interest as Kazura equipped himself with various items from the suitcase, items that must have been unique in each of their own ways. After Kazura finished, he rested himself on a chair in the corner of a room. The CEO seemed tired, but Marcus could tell that Kazura felt like the situation was too dangerous to allow himself a few winks of sleep. “I-I’m not tired s-so…I can keep watch.” Marcus ended the sentence with a strong confident tone that was radically different to the uncertain stuttering he previously had. When it came to Kazura’s protection, there was no room for weakness, not even in his speech.

Vannan was rather upset at the lack of shops open so late, though it made sense he assumed most people did all their shopping during the day and not at night on the island. Most people would be partying at this hour and not thinking about buying little nicknacks and the like. He looked around for a while and found nothing. Stopping at a closed shop near the beach he watched the ocean for a while. The light from the parties and events was reflecting off of the water, it was peaceful to watch. He leaned on a palm tree while he watched, this was relaxing so relaxing he didn't even want to head back to the hotel room.

Vannan stayed there for a while before heading back to the hotel room. There was no point to go out this night, he didn't feel like partying for some reason. As he returned to the lobby there was a small gift shop still open, he popped inside and bought an ice cream cone for Nadine. She had asked for something so he was going to get her something. Opening the hotel door he tossed the ice cream cone towards Nadine. “Sorry everywhere was closed, I think I'm going to sleep.”

[OOC] So Vannan and Schultz are the only ones "going to sleep" as far as I know as a DM, Kazura and Marcus are pulling all nighters. IF this is correct then this post will follow.

As the evening quickly turned into night, the sound of loud music playing in the distance would softly bounce off of the thick windows. The staff had already prepared for loud concerts and had these windows almost sound proof. The only thing they could hear was when the concert became the loudest, which even at that the sounds were very soft. Nadine had fallen asleep as soon as everything in Vannan's rooms were set up. And the church had came to a close on Schultz's end. There was only the two fullbringers; Kazura and Marcus that chose to remain awake. This may prove to be a benefit or a bane if they had the habit of pulling all nighters. However that night would come for the worse. For blood was to be spilled in paradise.

In Kazura's hotel room they would smell something coming out of the vents, it was not a smell that they would expect. It was not a bad smell, or a repulsing one in fact it was a smell that was rather sweet, as if fresh honey had been smeared onto the filters of their air conditioner. This sweet smell was very soothing and relaxing, but not strong enough to put them to sleep. It's purpose for being there was unknown. If they insepcted the hallway outside, the smell of honey was even there. On the surface it would seem as if the hotel was merely trying to give their guests a smell that would help them relax and sleep more.

They came from the forest, the creatures of the nights, monsters with flesh barely hanging from their bodies. Limping, groaning, if not screaming and they made their way towards the concert and towards the hotel. The first wave was not bad, a few hundreds making their way towards the noise and the crowds, that was until the faster ones were able to make their way to the front. Thousands of them burst from the crowed of the slow walkers. Their flesh was still mostly clean and these were the ones that could run the fastest. It was not long until these ones made it to the concert, and that was when Kazura and Marcus would hear it.

The muffled screaming from the distance, the music had stopped and they would see it from their room. A horde of zombies, a horde of the walking dead numbering in the hundreds of thousands were marching through the hotel and towards the concert. From their room they could hear heavy foot steps running through the halls as they tried to escape the horrors down below. There were large banging that on their doors as a voice begged them to open up MERCI ANYONE THAT IS IN THERE. PLEASE LET ME IN. THERE ARE MORE COMING. I'M NOT BITTEN. I SWEAR." it was the voice of a female that was in her mid twenties. She banged against the door with all of her might, it was obvious she was panicked.

As Vannan slept, he would receive a rude awakening. A swift slap across the face was an attempt to wake him up "Get up. Get up now. There is an emergency. We can not stay here long. We have to go." Nadine grasped the Liutenant by his shoulder and propped him onto his feet. He too would hear the sound of screaming in the halls, "It is too late to save anyone else. We can not save anyone but ourselves for now." the woman continued. The sound of a bloodied growl passed by the door along with more blood thirsty screams. "The logical thing to do is to make our way towards the roof or the basement. If the roof, we have a clear advantage over these things."

She stepped towards door and turned towards Vannan. "Or if we go towards the basement. We may find supplies that will prove beneficial. Either way we may have to fight. And it sounds like there will be a lot more coming this way." she pointed at the window "But it looks like the concert they were hosting has taken the brunt of these things. So there should not be much here." what they did, depended on what Vannan chose to do. While she was in charge, she still valued what he had to say. "Well? where do we go."

On Schultz's side he would be awakened by shaking. "Brother Schultz. Brother Schultz! We are in need of your assistance. Get up and hurry the men, women, and children in." soon the voice was out the door and giving similar orders to the others. He could hear the screaming from outside the windows. When he came to, all the lights were on and there were a large amount of men moving through the halls, carrying heavy objects. They had already barracaded the windows on their end of the church and were now barricading the windows in the main building. As soon as Schultz stepped out, he could see that the main building had a large amount of people. Crying and huddled together, some on their knees and praying.

"It's the end of the world. My God. It is the end of the world." one spoke into the air. The front door was in the process of being barricaded and more objects was needed to block the door off. "Don't let those vile things through! We have to keep these people safe!" "But what about other survivors!?" "We cannot support any more people! We will have to start turning them away. May god have mercy on my soul for turning away people in need. But we have to do it!" Schultz could hear it. The screaming outside, the sound of chaos ensuing. What would he do?

[OOC]You have a choice of going into the horde and fighting. The guarantee to run a large group of enemies that were meant to be fought one on one or avoided will be certain. So it is an unwise choice. You can save what you can. This is the start of survival! Lets Bleed and Shed Blood!

[Kazura Uzaki]

As Kazura worked into the long night, he felt slightly fatigued. Sure, he was used to long nights of no sleep, but jet lag and physical effort had him drained. Any thoughts that he might have had about sleep were dashed as the room was filled with the sweet scent of honey. Ever the paranoid one, especially in knowingly hostile situations, Kazura tore apart one of his spare t-shirts that he brought on this vacation, forming rags for himself and Marcus. "We've no idea what this scent is, so please bind this around your mouth." As they did so, they could hear screaming in the distance in the direction of the concert.

"Good thing you weren't there..."

As Kazura observed the shambling army that made their way towards the hotel, his analysis was interrupted by a panicked banging at the door, someone with a french accent pleading for asylum. Why she picked this room, Kazura had no clue, but at least she would find safety within it's walls. Well, not without a bit of a security measure. The CEO slid up to the wall, signalling for Marcus to open the door while he retrieved his spiritual handcuffs from his belt pouch. If the female on the other side wasn't terribly strong, then the metal should be able to hold her without too much issue, just to prevent a random ambush as soon as they opened the door.

If Marcus opened the door and let her in, Kazura would stealthily slide behind her and snap the cuffs around her arms. "Don't be too alarmed, young lady. I just need to make sure that you're not going to harm us before I let you go. If you've information on what's happening, I need it. Else, if you stay quiet they won't be able to find us as easily."

[Schultz Silverhult]

Crimson: the color of blood, splashed across the floor and walls at random intervals, a color that called to him, pulled at his very soul. A mirror, lines of red streaking down it, the last traces of a hand stained in blood, revealed eyes of the purest crimson staring back at him. His breath caught in his chest, his lungs failing briefly, yet the fear was cast aside for something more, a feeling of exhilaration, a sense of invincibility. This cough, it would not end him, much as the others that had come before it had been no threat to him. Yet as he struggled to force his lungs to breathe again, his will forcing his body to live where others may have died, his hand reached for his chest, gripping at it with a strength that only the desperate knew. Mind and body in conflict, madness incarnate, yet he smiled through it all, smiled through the crimson haze that filled the room.

He was close. Something just told him he was close To what? He didn't know, couldn't say. Yet despite not knowing the nature of his objective, the title of the book he held at his side told him exactly what it was. The Truth. The ultimate Truth, the knowledge he had sought for as long as he could remember. What was this Truth? Why did it draw at him? Again, the knowledge eluded him. Yet he drew himself towards it with each struggling breath, the road extending before him and stained crimson with the blood of thousands. Each was sacrificed to that pursuit; death, the price, the tribute. The road of crimson extended for miles, born of war. Lives, hundreds, thousands, maybe more; they all died, so that he may continue to walk the road of crimson.

And once more he stood here, standing at the mirror, staring through the lines of crimson, the lines of blood that he had carved into it once more. Fingertips lay coated in blood; his own blood. He felt the warm liquid drip down his hand, pool at the wrist, and then fall to the ground as he pressed his face to the cold glass. He could see nothing but darkness behind the stained pane, save but one thing: a pair of crimson eyes that stared back at him, red as blood, wild with a crazed passion for the Truth that he sought. Those eyes stared back at him, boring into his soul. His path to the Truth had led him to this mirror, this reflection of eyes in the darkness. Ever did he walk the same route, to come to the same destination. And as always, as he thought the Truth would be his at last...

“Brother Schultz. Brother Schultz! We are in need of your assistance. Get up and hurry the men, women, and children in.” Schultz found his eyes flying open, the nightmare leaving him as he was shaken awake. The Fullbringer's gaze whirled about the room wildly, his skin soaked with sweat and matting his hair to his head. As always, the dream slipped away before his mind could fully grasp it, leaving only the image of two crimson eyes staring back at him from the darkness. What did it mean? What was this dream he constantly had? Something about it terrified Schultz, drove him to his sanity's edge up until the moment he woke, and yet he could never seem to remember anything but that final image. Was it a memory of the past, the time that had been lost to him?

But there was no time for contemplation, given the churchman's hurried state. Schultz hurried out of the room, not even bothering to change out of his pajamas; instead, he ran down the hallway bare-footed and bearing only the journal that was the physical form of his Fullbring, unsure of the situation. All he knew was that he had been ordered to get people into the building. Why was beyond him at the moment, his mind still clouded with sleep, his eyes heavy and his limbs slowed. Still, the Brother's words had been rushed, suggesting urgency, and because of that Schultz found himself moving down the hallways as fast as he could muster to see what was happening.

He didn't have long to run, however; the Fullbringer found himself colliding with a young man bearing a panicked expression. Schultz stumbled, staggering into a wall to catch himself as the male hurried past him. And he wasn't the first; there was a stream of people pushing their way down the hallways, all in a panic as they rushed to the nearest rooms they could find. Several doors were slammed shut and barricaded, despite the press of people trying to force their way in, and cries could be heard for assistance in the background. Schultz hurried towards the front of the church as best as he can, pushing past the mob of terrified people; as he ran, he activated the true form of his Fullbring, preparing himself for whatever may come. The book itself did not change in appearance, though a small feather quill appeared in Schultz's free hand; that was the only change needed for him to activate his Fullbring's true power.

Shoving his way carefully to the front of the church, Schultz managed to catch up to one of the Brothers, grabbing his sleeve to get his attention. Upon questioning the man, the reason for panic became clear quite quickly; a large horde of strange creatures, much like traditional zombies from modern entertainment, were moving down the streets of the city. Schultz's eyes widened in shock; in all his time spent studying with the Spiritual Sect, he had never heard of such a thing. When a person died, their soul evacuated the body, leaving it to crumble to dust. From there, a soul was either supposed to move to Soul Society, or remain in the World of the Living if they had a strong enough emotional attachment. However, there was no studies suggesting the creation of animated bodies after death, nothing that said such a thing was possible. Yet here, Schultz could see them walking down the road, some moving quicker than the others, all in various states of decomposition. He found himself afraid, staring at the horrors as they approached. What were they to do? How could they stop such things?

He might have remained there, frozen for some time, had he not heard another of the Brothers speak up, suggesting that men and women would have to be turned away, left to fend for themselves in the panic. It was an act of desperate resignation, a decision made because there was nothing else that could be done, yet Schultz's expression hardened as he imagined the number of people who would be simply left to die. It wasn't anger that drove him, no; he had no anger for the Brothers, who did their best to allow as many people as they could actually hold in the church. No, Schultz was driven by something more powerful, a sense of righteousness that had his Fullbring open in a moment, quill pushed to the paper.

“Brothers. Please clear a space for me for a few moments; if you allow me, I can use my power to save far more people than our church's capacity allows. You have to trust me, though.” Schultz's voice was full of confidence, despite his normally meek attitude; he knew what he had to do, and he had the few moments he needed to compose himself and prepare for his task. “Resume letting the people into the church in a few minutes; I will ensure that there is ample room for all to escape to. We, as disciples gifted with spiritual power by the grace of the Spirit King himself, will not allow our fellows to suffer as long as we can protect them!”

The moment that the way was cleared, giving Schultz just enough room to write, he started on the description that he was sure would save the lives of far more than they could before he had acted. His pen flew across the paper as word after word was practically scribbled on in a haste that left them barely legible, yet it did not matter if others could read it. If the words were formed with the intent to be words, scribbled or scrawled or just completely unreadable, they would still work. Ink flowed from the quill pen as the nib flew across the page, and slowly, the salvation of the townsfolk came into being. Finally, as the Fullbringer's work came to an end, a long paragraph was written as such:

“Five feet beneath the church I am standing in now, in a manner so as to be structurally sound without harming the stability of the church itself, a large two-floor area with space on each floors for up to three hundred people each to sit comfortably will appear. This area will be constructed of stone, and be clear of hazards, with nothing inside the area but air at its creation. The area's floors will be connected by five-foot-wide stone staircases arranged so that even a small child can use them safely, and a similar staircase will descend from the middle of the floor that I am currently standing on down to the topmost floor of the aforementioned area. The area is lit by electrical lighting identical to the church's, and is connected to the same source of power.”

The ground began to shake as Schultz put the last period down, the earth beneath the church being removed while the floor itself was reinforced to prevent the church from collapsing. A portion of the center aisle collapsed inwards, followed by another, causing several to jump in surprise as a staircase was revealed leading down into the earth. Schultz staggered as the effects of his writing finished taking place, creating a large shelter beneath the church to allow a large amount of extra civilians inside. Schultz, still dizzied from creating such a large space, pulled himself onto his feet and gave the order to open up the doors to the church again, allowing more people inside to be guided towards the bunker created. He hoped that it would be enough; he could expanded upon the bunker as long as he had the energy to do so, but if they couldn't do something about the horde coming in, then the effort would be in naught.

To improve their odds of survival, Schultz started writing in his book again, hurriedly scribbling out his next message: “In the sky twenty feet above the church I am standing in, three flares in red will erupt in a circular explosion, the diameter no larger than five feet across. Three seconds after they go out, three more flares in red, in longer, linear explosions five feet long and three feet wide, will appear where they were previously. Three seconds after the second flares go out, a third set of flares that are an exact copy of the first set will erupt in the exact same place.”

As it was written, so it was. Three fireballs exploded above the church, then three longer bars of fire, followed by another three fireballs. Most people would not understand what the message was, but Schultz hoped that those he hoped to signal, a Shinigami or someone of similarly high spiritual strength, would recognize the message. It was an S.O.S. in Morse Code; three short marks, written as dots, for an S, while three long marks, written as lines, would represent the O. Hopefully someone would receive the signal and send aid; it was the only way that they could repel the zombie attack, as Schultz had no way of using his Fullbring offensively with any real effect.

For now, they could only hope and wait as Schultz leaned heavily on one of the Brothers, who helped lead him back towards the bunkers. All they could do was wait... and pray.

[OOC] Sorry for the Wait.


Schultz's pleas would not fall on deaf ears, instead they fell on trusting ears. The men that were barricading the doors took a glance at each other then at Schultz before taking a quick nod and allowed more people to come into the building as soon as it was clear that Schultz knew what he was doing. As the church was flooded, more and more people ran towards the bunker that was created. As the room was cleared and when it was believed that was all the people they could have saved, the doors were shut and barricaded. On the way in a woman of the age of thirty five stopped and embraced Schultz, it was clear that this woman was terrified and relieved to have been let in. "Bless you. Bless You! Take this. It is all that I have." the woman reached into her pocket and removed a small trinket. It was a necklace and inside that necklace was a picture of a red rose. "May it protect you in these darkest of days."

And she disappeared into the crowed, never letting him see what she looked like other than the voice that she had. When things inside had calmed down relatively, the bunker was used quite heavily while others remained in the church and began to set up. The church members quickly moved around, making sure to barricade the other windows that have been neglected, set up places to quarantine the sick and wounded and to provide console to those that have lost loved ones. Schultz would begin to receive praise and a pat on the back. "Brother Schultz. Thank you for doing what you have done." the Father approached Schultz and placed his hand onto his shoulder. As the area around them bloomed to life with the light of the flares, Schultz would not know it but the kind of help he was expecting would be answered, but not in a way that he would have expected.

{Cheery Music. Out of Place. Play Me}

Miles away from the Church, a group of seven individuals turned towards the SOS signal. The seven individuals consisted of one male, appearing in his mid twenties, and dressed in a black long sleved jacket, a steel gray combat jacket, paired with black thick gloves and comat boots to match. He wore a black motorcycle helmet with a pure black visor. Surrounding the male were six females, dressed in various, but mostly scandelous attire. All of the women were dressed in only a leather bra, combat jeans and high boots. All of the females appeared to be in their mid twenties, and had a bust to match and they were all covered in blood. "Ooooohhh~ Pretty!!" one of them said in a childish manner.

"Well! It looks like they are in need of help. What do you ladies say we check it out." another of the women gazed backwards and stared at the pile of corpses cut into different pieces laid out in a small alley. There was no zombies bothering them for the ones that were already there were killed. "These panty wastes are boring anyways. I want to see if they have a challenge waiting for us, there." As they returned to gaze at the signal blaring in the sky a stomach grumbled amongst them. "But I want ice cream on the way there." "How long do you think it will take to get there?" the other woman asked again. "About seven minutes. were going to get supplies while we were at it. If were going to have fun in this hell hole might as well make the best of it."

His gaze looked at the seven women who smiled at him with such enthusiasm, it would appear as if a father of seven had just told his daughters that they were going to disney land and they would all be staying there for an entire week. As he reved up a loud motorcycle, the three of the women took to the side of the motorcycle while the other three took to the roofs and began a sprint towards the church while grabbing scattered supplies here and there. The motorcycle reved to life as it followed, swerving through the roads. Those that stood in their way that were aggresive were immediatly killed. The help that Schultz might desperatly need was on their way. How he would react when they got there would not be known.

{Zombie's Response}wIh9dy5X1-10

However, the SOS signal was able to get the attention of several horedes within the same distance if not closer. Their eyes gazed at the same sign and screamed a horrible scream. That scream echoed to the point where it was even heard at the Church. The group would know that not only help was coming but hell. Immediatly as soon as the sign dissappeared loud clawing was heard at the doors. these clawing was rather weak but was able to dishearten a few to where they returned to crying in fear. After a few minutes the pounding returned, it shook the doors but they were sturdy enough to hold them back. At the moment there over fifty zombies trying to break through the door. But a single howl would get the attention of the church more than the hundreds growling outside. A roar that even drowned the them out after awhile. The sound of destruction could be heard, there was something storming towards them. They had only a short amount of time to truly prepare.

A swift hit to his face woke Vannan from his slumber, but not entirely. In his half dazed state he muttered out the words “mhhmm no.. Irashin not that cheek.” Whatever Nadine's response was to that Vannan wouldn't hear as was fully awoken by her pulling him up to his feet. It took him a few moments to understand what was going on. At first he assumed that he had just overslept and they were going out to do part of their mission, however as he listened to her words he started to understand that, that wasn't the case at all. Something had happened while he slept, something bad.

The growls and groans could be heard from inside of their hotel room. He turned out the window and saw what was left of the concert being attacked by some kind of army. From where he was he could see they didn't seem to be using weapons, but instead attacking with raw strength. Vannan shook his head and went over to the door silently and looked through the peephole to see what was walking through the halls. What he did see, at first confused him and then shocked him. He couldn't believe it zombies. There were zombies or what looked like zombies to be walking through the halls.

Vannan stepped back as he tried to wrap his head around what was happening, it would take a few moments before he came to terms, either this was a really really really bad nightmare or there were actual zombies walking around either way he didn't plan on dying. Rushing to the mini fridge he opened it to see a four bottles of water and a bit of fruit. Grabbing them he thought about where to go, both choices seemed to have their own advantage and disadvantage. The roof was great, however it would trap them with nowhere to go, going downwards was easy enough, however he had an idea that they would end up facing more of these zombies if they did.

“Damn it, um.... shit I guess going down would be better for us given we could always run away... but I don't think getting locked in the basement would be so good given that we might get trapped down there. I think we should find a back way out of the hotel or make one..... then maybe secure a small building an reinforce it.... I don't know I wasn't expecting fucking zombies of all things.” Vannan took in a deep breath to try to calm his nerves he was in a panic, what normal person wouldn't be?

“Ok here's what I think we should do, we go out the door bows drawn back to back, I'll take the front we shoot down any zombie we see making our way to the stairs. Once there let's blow up the stairs above us causing the doorway to become blocked off so they can't follow. From there we can plan.....” Vannan drew his bow drawing in some reiatsu. He looked over at his captain and waited to see what she would do and say.

[Marcus Cole]

Marcus smelled the sweet aroma just as Kazura did, but he didn’t question it at first. It seemed more like a delightful perfume than anything, but Marcus’s guard was down. He was more worried about directly defending Kazura from an attack than potential toxins in the gas. Therefore, he appreciated Kazura’s warning and covered his mouth with the torn shirt while silently scolding himself for making such a potentially fatal mistake. He wouldn’t make such an error again, not if Kazura’s life was on the line.

And then came the screams. Marcus could make out the chaos that engulfed the local concert and identified a walking army that slowly made its way toward the hotel. This situation was dangerous, and Marcus’s first instinct was to get Kazura out of the hotel and into an isolated location where they were out of reach of the mysterious army. However, before he could voice his opinion and plan, he heard a knock at the door.

Marcus followed Kazura’s silent directions and very slowly opened the door, first looking through the crack to identify the potential threat. It was only a woman, but there was still a chance to be dangerous. They would have to be careful. Marcus was ready to spring into action as Kazura handcuffed her just incase she was faster and stronger than she appeared and decided to counterattack. Marcus would be ready to spring into action then.

Kazura questioned the woman for some valuable information, but adrenaline was pumping through Marcus’s veins and his protective instinct was screaming through his mind, begging for him to get Kazura to safety. “Kazura… we need to get out of here as soon as possible,” Marcus reminded his employer with a tense, yet quiet voice that danced between speech and whisper. Once Kazura got the information he sought, Marcus was dragging his employer out of there as quickly as possible. Kazura’s life was more important than fighting a losing battle in this chaotic crisis, where they were easily outnumbered.

"Don't be too alarmed, young lady. I just need to make sure that you're not going to harm us before I let you go. If you've information on what's happening, I need it. Else, if you stay quiet they won't be able to find us as easily." As soon the woman was apprehended, she merely nodded and kept her mouth shut. The woman appeared to be in her early twenties, barely an adult. She wore a bright white buttoned up coat along with black pants, the general frame of her body was slender and well developed for a young woman her age, around her neck was a purple flower pendant, hanging from a steel chain. Her short blonde hair draped over her face from the sweat of running and her face glistening with the tears of fear. But she was able to keep her mouth shut. Once the doors were shut behind them, more screaming was heard down the halls. But this was the least of their worries. More foot steps were heard running around the exit of the room, some of them sounded human while the others sounded inhumane. While those inside the Hotel room tried their best to remain quiet, those that were outside continued to lead more and more across the hotel. At the door more pounding was heard, a mans voice was about to yell for help before it turned to screaming.

When the screams had died down, harder poundings were heard on the door. Bloody and inhumane screams were heard behind the doors. From the sound of it, there were exactly ten of them. Pounding on all the doors around the hotel room and theirs. At the same time, there were pounding at the windows. To their horror or shock, there was some group of the monsters attacking the hotel, clinging onto the glass window, normally it would be impossible for a human to cling onto glass without shattering it, but they were on it. They slapped at the window a few times before crawling to the room next to theirs and shattering it with their fists. Screming from the next room could be heard from their room. The young womans eyes quickly glanced at Marcus then at Kazura. The woman opened her mouth and began to speak, "We must leave the room and get away from here as soon as possible." she glanced at the windows. "And I mean now. If you can trust me, I will lead you to safety. I have worked at this hotel for the past five months and know the service areas on the back of my hand. I also have a car that we can leave here in." her eyes glanced from Kazura's eyes to Marcus' eyes then at the window.

After listening to Vannan's plan, Nadine took those few moments to think about it before nodding. "Alright. We will go with that plan. As soon as she spoke, she extended her left hand outward and called forth a blue generic long bow. When her eyes met Vannans' they were met with determination and a desire to work. "Now where but down now, I suppose." as she spoke, the pounding became directed at their door. More screaming was heard down both sides of the room and across the hall. At that moment there was about a total of ten zombies shambling around, while more were running down the halls. If they exited the room with force, the group wound find themselves surrounded by twelve zombies. At the moment they would stare at the two before snarling and rushing towards them. Nadine was the first to fire, delivering a precise arrow into the head of the one on the left of them, leaving a gap between for them to run. It was clear that anywhere but the hotel and concert would be a good idea to go to.
