Kurumi was simply going to let the unseated Shinigami do as he please, as she could understand his point of view. What Meian said was true as it would be easier to just call out whoever or whatever it was. Unfortunately, there's two risks she could find in that plan as well. The first one was if the enemy proves to be stronger than all three of them combined then they'll easily be overwhelmed by it and more than likely end up dead. The second risk is that if the enemy had any intelligence then it wouldn't show up, at least not out in the open. That could make his plan crumble all together.
What really unnerved her was the fact that this Tetsu guy was intended to kill Meian precisely for the eye. She could feel the tension between the two, and she could also tell that Tetsu was the type of guy that wants everything to go his way. I am beginning to dislike this guy. She thought to herself as her grip on one of her swords tightened a little. He could simply try to kill me as well if I don't go along with it. I wish my brother was here for he'll generally know what to do. She again thought to herself as she was reminded on how her own brother, Asen, a Fifth Seat beat her in a match. If anything he was more skilled into mixing Kido and Swordplay into one, and that's what got her for she wasn't exactly a multitasker like him.
Ever since that fight though, she's been practicing on using his style to her usage in battle. Unfortunately, despite the advantage and a head start that she has, she only could get just learned on how to mix low level spells into the middle of her own Swordplay. She would point that out to the two, but she hasn't really mastered it yet so she kept her mouth shut about that. That was when she felt an unnerving spike that just clicked inside her head as it was coming directly from Tetsu. It in turn brought interest into her dangerous Zanpakutou, Doku Kuro Hebi. For moment, she felt fear. Not by Tetsu's unnerving energy, but fear of her own Zanpakutou of going berserk again. 'My my, look what we have here darling.' The giant snake spoke to where only she could hear it. 'Is it my turn to play? I just want to see his corpse on the ground like a worm.' The snake laughed deep and almost ancient with malice and carnage radiating from it.
What really peeked Hebi's interest was when Kurumi was deemed weak, and that in time turned into a small bitterness. She shook her head to shake off Hebi's laughter and was also disappointed on how things are going. "This was meant to investigate, not to tear each other's throats out." She complained to her Zanpakutou, but she was also directing it to the two who were fussing at each other. She tried to imagine what Asen would've done, and also what her Vice-Captain would've done in this situation. She didn't want this little argument to the death go any further than it already is. She simply rolled her eyes as she Shunpo ahead of them to the next three buildings on the roof as she does her best to stick to the shadows which proves not to be hard. She concealed her Spiritual Pressure to the bare minimum as she jumps from roof to roof avoiding any well lit areas which proved not to be many at all.
She didn't trust Tetsu especially after that stunt he pulled with Meian. It'll be like sleeping with a knife in hand going crazy that someone is going to murder you. Meian didn't seem that he wanted to cooperate with the stealth approach so she left those two behind on purpose. Her goal was to find the cause of the two teams disappearance, but her true and personal goal was to find the two teams and possibly bring them home if they're alive. What's more was that the two Shinigami just might be in danger by her for her Zanpakutou is considered to be unstable murderous spirit. It wasn't on the reports, but several Academy Students that was with her was sent to the Squad 4 Barracks for 2 months all just to heal multiple bite wounds that had poison oozing out them. Three of them died, the rest had been on machines or daily medicine just to stay alive until the next day. This was caused because a bunch of arrogant idiots was trying to see who was the strongest. She didn't have her Doku Kuro Hebi at the time, but the spirit feed on the tension until it sprouted out of her.
