"Germany is a place which starts many things, some good and some bad. Right now in Germany, something bad has started. There is an underground palace made completely of ice in Berlin, and there is a man who calls himself der Kaiser, the Emperor of the Holy Vandenreich. This is the man whom I served. The Vandenreich is an army of Quincy stronger than any Quincy ever before. Their goal is the takeover and domination of this world, and of Hueco Mundo and Soul Society. This sounds like just another threat that can easily be dealt with, but they can do it. I have seen their power. Even as I speak, the Seireitei lies ruined by the might of these Quincy. The Shinigami can barely defend themselves, and the other worlds will be next." That was definitely news to Kennon. The shinigami had got their asses kicked by a bunch of mediums with arrows? That was actually pretty amusing to Kennon but he held his tongue.
"All of you must go not to Berlin, however, but to Russia. In one of the most Eastern corners of Russia, where there is no life and only a frosted wasteland, you will find what you seek. All information that you seek will be there. I do not have enough time left in my life to guide you there. However, I implore you. Save as many lives as you possibly can. What you see in Russia, you will carry as a burden on your shoulders for the remainder of your life. I don't wish to see that happen in addition to failure." Kennon shivered slightly at the sound of that. “Alright guess I’ll go. My superiors would want me to go anyway, I need to find out what’s been going on.” Kennon said with a yawn. He then turned to the arrancar and the bount. “Any of you two coming with?”

Sheesh, another person looking to basically barge into the conversation and listen in? Lance barley acknowledged the presence of the arrancar, mainly because he didn't even say anything to introduce himself. Lance sat attentively as he listened to the quincy explain about Germany, about the Vandenreich and what they were planning to do. The smile that was on Lance's face normally was swept away as the Vandenreich's plans were revealed. It was horrid that they were planning to commit such a mass genocide. "I know you are giving us what you can, I am grateful, and I wish I could aid you in some way. Alas, even if my potential was peaked, your description of the Vandenreich troubles my soul terribly. If they are purging races one by one, then no doubt they will focus on Earth and the hollow world next if not already." Lance stated grimly as he tucked away his flickblade back into his pocket soundly. "Do you have a way for us to reach Russia quickly?" Lance asked of the quincy calmly, seeing if perhaps the quincy had a way for all of them to get to Russia in a moments notice, assuming the others wanted to go to Russia or even cared.
Im afraid to even ask this but, even if by happenstance all of the races united under one banner and fought, would it be futile against the Vandenreich? Do the Vandenreich have a weakness that we can exploit? I don't mean to keep questioning you like this but I feel like we are going to need as much as we can on them if we are going to combat this threat." Lance asked firmly, but calmly, not wanting to push the quincy any further. He was grateful and thankful for the quincy telling them where to go. Lance's eyes shifted between the two that had jointed them and decided that, if they were going to come to Russia, then perhaps they could be of use. "If you two are going to come to Russia, then we better prepare fast. Fullbringer, if you don't mind, could you speak to trio of bount and find out what has troubled them? Indicate of our intentions and perhaps they will be willing to join us, I fear we might need as much aid as we can get." Lance uttered to Kennon, looking at the younger male form the corner of his eye. Of course, he had the ability to reject the favor and do whatever he wanted but if there was going to be a battle, then they had to play the numbers game to their advantage. Lance's previous experience in warfare taught him the importance of numbers during war.
"And you... well, actually, im quite unsure of what you are." Lance admitted as he would look at Raar, examining him from head to toe. Lance had never encountered an arrancar before, just hollows, but Lance could sense that something wasn't quite fullbringer about the humanoid figure. "Regardless, if you too will come to Russia, would you mind speaking to the bartender over there? Im curious to know if its normal for this many fullbringers to be here tonight or if there is something going on." Lance asked of Raar, his gaze being again a mere shifting of the eyes before they rested back on the quincy. "Again, I thank you for leaving us with what information and aid that you can Quincy. Would you care for me to buy you another bottle?" Lance offered to him politely, trying to find a way to thank the quincy for the information he gave him.

The Quincy looked confused. "This club is only for the spiritually aware. You cannot see it, those inside it, or interact with the space it occupies if you are not." It was in other words a safe haven for the spiritually aware from the common world. It was a safe haven for the spiritually aware from the common world so that they could escape the prejudices of mankind and be themselves for a short while. Being themselves for even a short while was important. Those who went too long without using their powers had consequences. Those who went too long without using their powers ended up storing up too much energy and needing to unleash it. Those who stored up too much energy and needed to unleash it would need to find battle, which caused destruction. This place was a more ideal setup for venting.
"I am afraid I will only endanger you by coming with you to Russia. You will need to find your own way there." the Quincy informed them promptly. "I will tell you where to go. North of Okhotsk. It will be a very cold tundra, so prepare for this. The Russian Winter is not to be taken lately. Journey one day North, and you will find yourself near an icy cold, frozen sea. Near that sea, you will find that which you must see. I am afraid I can divulge no further information, nor can I join you." He gave them that information, but there was more to what he needed to say. He gave them that information, but there was yet a warning he had not given them. There was a warning he had not yet given them, so they would hear his voice just a little bit longer.
"I have been a member of the Vandenreich for over a century." the Quincy said. "In that time, I have come to know an absolute truth. The individual soldiers are powerful, but not invincible, yet easily replaced. The Empire is large, but not unconquerable. However, even if all worlds were to unite, it would still be pointless because of him. Der Kaiser. Our Holy Emperor. He is a God. If such a thing exists, he is it. He is invincible. I have seen him kill a former Shinigami Captain with the bat of an eye. I have watched him conquer entire islands on his own and swallow masses the size of continents with his reiatsu. He is the most powerful being ever to live, and defeating him is absolutely impossible. I give you this information so you may learn how to run, escape, and hide. Facing him...will always be your doom."

Raar listened carefully. Quincy did yield some very, very useful information already. Quincy base under Berlin? That could be a strategical advance for Las Noches. A slight change of the odds. part about taking over all other worlds, well, Raar figured that they were after something like that. But what Quincy said about Shinigami made him smile. It was rare to see Raar smile, but then again, nobody could see his smile since his face was concealed. If it was true, then it meant that forces of Las Noches could get rid of Gotei 13 right away. Without waging long war, which would inevitably happen before Las Noches forces destroyed Gotei 13. Now they could just stroll in and take the place, and slaughter Shinigami! But Raar quickly focused himself back onto what Quncy was saying. Going to Russia? Carrying the burden? Just what was there? What kind of information would they find? Or was it not just ordinary information? There was a lot at stake here. Raar sighed. It was so silent that other people at the table would probably not hear it. He had to go there and claim that information.
That was when Fullbringer spoke. "Alright guess I’ll go. My superiors would want me to go anyway, I need to find out what’s been going on. Any of you two coming with?" He was yawning as he spoke, which probably meant that he was either too stupid to realize what he was going into, or just too strong to be worried. Raar suspected the first one being the answer. Well, he was not unbiased. He hated Fullbringers. As did he hate Bounts. And this particular one was blabbering around like crazy. Raar listened it, and stayed Silent as he was up until now. Silence was security. He addressed Raar too, asking what he was, and trying to order him around. Raar remained silent, but saw an opportunity in that question. "And you... well, actually, im quite unsure of what you are." Well, it was not a question. But... Neither Fullbringer nor Bount seemed to have figured out that Raar was Arrancar. And Raar was not masking his Reiatsu for some time now. Well, that means that they probably will not figure me out until I use something that defines Arrancar. Hmm, I could use their inability to figure that out as my cover. Eliminiate them when they are not ready.
But Quincy also yielded more information. He basically told them all that Emperor-is-invincible-mumbo-jumbo. Which was not that surprising to Raar. Most of charismatic faction leaders established themselves as invincible in order to easier manipulate their followers. What was more important was more detailed information on where they should go. Okhotsk. One day north. Frozen sea. And they had to see something there. That was definitively not ordinary information drop off. Something was there. But what? An item? Hidden stash of information? Database? Or was it some kind of Vandenreich operation out there that they had to see? It could have been any of that! And Quincy was not yielding more information. Still, Raar figured it would not be wise to try to capture him and torture him for more information. After all, that man defected from Vandenreich. He was dead man walking. Raar would just have to work with what he had been given.
Which was not too much. Raar knew a bit about Russia regarding geography and regarding Spiritual population. Well, about the later he knew only what was general Exequias knowledge. In major cities of Russia, especially in European part, there were moderately high populations of spiritual beings, mostly Fullbringers. Their ratio in comparison to total population was average. But in frozen wastes of Siberia, a lot less was known. Exequias agents never ventured too deeply, since there was no need. Those that did submitted various reports. Some reported spiritually aware monsters and animals, some hidden colonies of weird bald beings with massive Reiatsu. Raar however believed that all those reports were inaccurate. All agents who returned from depths of Siberia were actually half frozen and their minds weren't clear as they should be. Monsters were possibly Hollows adapted to cold and harsh environment, and while those bald beings fitted descriptions of Failures, Raar refused to believe that, since they were so rare that a colony of them was just impossible.
Either way, That frozen wastes were his destination. But, what to do with Bount and Fullbringer? I could eliminate them here to prevent them from gathering information, but it is too crowded. In fact, there is way too much of people here. Should I eliminate them somewhere where we aren't in such crowd, somewhere solitary and silent? No, I got a better idea... I will use them. I will cover myself up as something other than Arrancar, and then when we obtain information, I will just kill them off. That way I will save myself some effort. And will secure that information reaches only Las Noches. Damn... I will have to speak for this to work... well, what must be shall be done. Raar stood up. He addressed Lance, though this was concerning Kennon as well. "You want to know what I am. I am a solitary warrior with no master, and with little purpose in life except saving others. That is why I am here. As for my name, I don't have one. Either way, in great picture, we are expendable. If you slow this down or get in my way, expect to be expended. Shall we get going? And do you know ho the hell do we get to Okhotsk?"
Saying that, Raar turned around started walking towards exit. He said a lot. I was really unlike him, but it was required for cover. Some of those things were true actually. He would kill them if they slowed him down or if they got in his way. But now he hoped that they had a way of getting to Russia. He probably could use a Garganta, but that would blow his cover. And Raar did not want that to happen. His cover was good. Lance and Kennon would not be able to figure out that Raar was Arrancar based on their meager sensory, and that was fact. From Raar's point, if they did not figure it out when he stopped masking Reiatsu, they would not figure it at all unless he used something like Cero or similar that would reveal that he was Arrancar. Furthermore, Arrancar features of Raar's body were hidden. As his face was concealed by hair and oversized hood, so was his mask remnant. And his Hollow hole, while quite big, was hidden under his clothes. So Raar's cover was good. All he needed now was Kennon and Lance standing up and following him outside, so that they can find a way to get to Okhotsk.
Remember me? I don't think you will for much longer.

Once again the idea of an absolute ‘God’ seemed pretty scary and unbelievable to Kennon. However this was the spiritual world, pretty much anything could happen, anyone could exist. However Kennon still needed to find this out, this would be like his own personal goal. Well if this guy said that this Der Kraiser was so strong then Kennon did NOT want to get on the wrong side of him. However this could simply be that this guy was simply buffing himself up but really he was a weak little boy, Kennon wasn’t part of the Vandenreich so he wouldn’t know. Either way Kennon would go to Russia and learn of this truth that Xcution would surely want to know. There is nothing that Xcution didn’t want to know after all.
Kennon simply sighed and left the nightclub. He took out a phone and dialled the button. “This is XSG #5 Kennon Kira. To find out more about this threat I need to go to Russia. North of Okhotsk. I will need winter gear and a way to keep in touch. Transport would be greatly appreciated as well... Oh and I have two other people coming with, they'll be useful for the mission.”
Kennon then went back into the club and said. "I can get you two there quickly by plane. You can come if you want, you'll get there quicker."
The Russian airport
Within hours Kennon and the others (if they chose to come) were in Russia. In his winter gear. This gear consisted of important gear used in missions but better adapted to suit the arctic environment. He wore a white winter jacket with gloves, winter boots so he could move easier in the snow, his gear was strapped around his waist. His object of affinity and his unused convert-a-weapon. He was ready to go to go to the place and see what this man was talking about. Hidden in his clothes was a communicator were he could communicate to other Xcution agents who were in Russia, he was prepared. Although he did have allies Xcution didn't trust these people. He was going into a high risk situation and losing an XSG was not something they wanted to do. They had prepared him well for this.
Kennon then left the Russian airport, he would take a car to Okhotsk that had a private driver for the day and then he could continue from there. Xcution had prepared him well enough for the situation. Kennon knew that failure would not be taken lightly. Success was the top priority. This information was essential. "Let's go guys!"

OOC: Completion of mini mission doesn't give you QP, unless assigned by the Dungeon Master. All you did was walk into a bar to talk to someone. No QP for this turn. I will provide QP for enemies and completion of this second one however, because of the harsh conditions I will force you to go through to survive.
IC:
When they had arrived, they would find themselves immediately at the mercy of the cold. Even bundled up, they would feel as if pine needles were prickling beneath their skin. It was cold. Few people could understand the true depth of the Winter's misery in Russia. It had defeated many opponents in war, and killed many foolish travelers. The cold was frightening. Bundled up, their bodies were numbed to the bone in the cold, and any exposed skin would feel swollen and frozen. It would even start to turn blue. Masks, thick gloves, and bundling of all forms of skin would be needed. Many often chose to wear sunglasses to cover their eyes as well, especially in the daytime when the sun reflected off the snow, blinding them as the cold whipped at their eyes.
Those who were not covered up, or who had exposed skin, would find hardship. Body parts which were left exposed for more than a few minutes would be lost. This was how cold it was. Even the likes of Arrancar or Bount failing to bundle up would cause them to die in mere minutes. They had also come to a very deadly place, where few to no battles of mankind had ever been fought. The Eastern part of Russia was far less habitable and therefore far less populated than the Western part of Russia, closer to Europe. This was because of the cold. While in other parts of Russia, temperature could average at celsius twenty or thirty below zero, here, where these three travelers had come, it averaged at sixty five below zero. Farenheit, this meant 85 below zero.
Currently, the temperature was seventy five below zero, celsius. In farenheit, this meant that it was one hundred and three below zero. This was in the daytime. Anyone that was experienced with weather, which was none of these three, would see up ahead clouds that indicated an approaching snowstorm. This meant that the temperature would drop considerably more. Worse, it was not even night yet. At night, without the sun to shield them even a little bit, they would face the almighty cold at its worst. They had arrived on an exceptionally cold day, even colder than the average. If things continued, they would be dead quickly. It could only be hoped for that they had purchased supplies necessary to their survival. (OOC: I give you permission to purchase supplies in Urahara's and use them here. As the DM, I provide you free coats, goggles, hats, gloves, boots, and pants. What you wear under these is up to you. I also allow you a sled and a tent with a sleeping bag. This is so that you may rest when necessary. The rest is up to you. Believe me. You will need more. This part is medium difficulty because of lack of powerful enemies. It is an environmental challenge.)
In the bitter cold, they would also need a compass, or a good sense of direction. They would need to travel East. Eastward, they would find what they were searching for. At parting, the Quincy had referred to them the information that it was perhaps two days travel from where they could land and start. It was not far, but it would be forty eight hours of traveling through an incredibly difficult and painful desert tundra of frozen wasteland. Worse for them still, there were no humans that could live here, but there were creatures. Not only wolves could live here, but Hollows as well. There would be a difficult journey ahead of them, but they would need to begin moving. Whoever next spoke would have the opportunity to take charge of the mission and of the other two. Cooperation would be key in this cold as well.

OOC: Oh, and Adalo, you changed the information so im confused on what we are going with. You had the quincy tell us to travel north for one day but you then stated in your latest post east for two days .-. what're we going with? ICC: Lance closed his eyes as he took all this information to heart. It was obviously critical that the spiritual forces of the human world should arise to together to combat this threat but the news of their leader being "God" was inconceivable. Lance had never heard of a man that could wield so much power but one thing bothered him about the information. If the Emperor had the power to conquer then all by himself, why had he not done it already? Was it simply a matter of time before he showed up on Earth and lead his armies or was there something else behind all of this? Lance hoped for the latter and that there was something holding the Emperor back. "If facing him will be our doom, then we will seek a way to stop him indirectly. I will not allow our existence to be swept away that easily and if someone with that much power as you say exists, then there must be something stopping him from having already established his rule." Lance stated calmly, standing up from his chair as he looked down at the quincy. It seemed like there wasn't a need for them to spend anymore time in the bar but Lance felt compelled to help the three bount in what way he could. "Thank you again, Quincy. May what life you believe you have be worthwhile." Lance stated before he turned about face and began walking away from the table. Seeing as Raar didn't want to share what or who is was, both beings being ready to depart it seemed and the fullbringer offering his resources to be their way of travel, Lance really had just one thing to do.
Before they departed, Lance approached the trio of bount that were in the bar. He explained to them that he was heading to Russia to investigate what was happening there. He offered for them to join them if they wished but if they declined, he would not try and persuade them to come. They each seemed to be scared out of their wits when he first saw them so he told them that if they wished to seek shelter at another place, then for them to take refuge in the Bount Citadel outside of Karakura Town. He was sure it would be safe there and Jin Yawada could use more bount to the cause. He would meet them there afterwards to discover his findings and ensured that something will be done to prevent the Vandenreich's rule. With everything said and done, and without the essential need for additional reinforcements, Lance would walk out with the fullbringer and arrancar, with or without the trio of bount.
The plane ride was quite relaxing for the bount, since he had flown many times before thanks to his flying doll Blitz. It actually bothered Lance some that he couldn't feel the wind on his face at all and that he was stuck sitting in a chair, even though it was semi comfortable. Perhaps he was just used to the feeling of his doll by now. Seeing as they hadn't brought it up before, Lance decided to introduce himself. "I do say, for someone at your age, you do have quite the resources. Do you have a name or will you prefer to be nicknamed like Warrior over there? I am Lance." Lance would ask and stated in a friendly fashion, his usual smile returned to his face by now as he nodded his head towards the unknown arrancar, obviously being nicknamed since he didn't want to share his name and explained that he was basically a warrior. If they were going to work, and possibly fight together, it would be better if they at least knew eachother names or gave eachother titles to be called at least. He wouldn't speak much after that but would answer any questions if need be.
Before arriving at their destination, he would slip on the winter clothing and gear that he was given over his entire current clothing attire, taking off the soul gauge he had bought before hand and putting it on around his own coat underneath the winter coat he received. Having been given coats, goggles, hats, gloves, boots, and pants, he had put one of each on to make sure he didn't freeze to death. He was hoped the coat would be his soul gauge warm so it wouldn't freeze and break. Having the rest of the gear and having exited the airport, assuming they were North of Okhotsk, the Quincy had told them they would have to travel North for a day here to have their questions answered and the information revealed completely. Lance took the time to quickly gauge their spiritual pressure and reiatsu strength, comparing it to his own. It seemed they both had him beat when it came to reiatsu strength but he was the strongest with spiritual pressure, which was good for him. He kept himself on alert, scanning the area around him for any other sign of life besides them as they traveled, unsure of what they're going to encounter. "What do you two think of the Quincy's information, about this Emperor being an unbeatable force?" He would question, interested in learning their opinions on the situation.

"Are you fucking kidding?!" One of the Bount demanded of Lance. Another one spoke afterward. "Us?! GO THERE?! Why are you going to that place?!" They did not know the specific details of what happened. What they knew, they offered, telling Lance of the pain that he would suffer. Many, they knew, of the Bount race were there. It was known in spiritual communities all over the world that something was happening with the Bount, and gradually they were all disappearing from their homes. It was assumed that they were being killed or worse, but rumors of Bount in Russia had become prominent, and so it was rumored that they were being brainwashed and turned into Quincy. The reality of what happened remained an anomaly.
As for the rest of the journey, it was smooth. The plane ride was smooth, getting through security was smooth, and making it onto the plane was smooth. Arriving was smooth, disembarking was smooth. Everything was perfect. They were even able to find an easy sled transportation to get them to a start point for where they were going, which was North. They eventually ended up in the middle of nowhere, in the blitz of a cold spell, but this was actually the start point marked on their map. Where they were to go was also marked. The map had been provided by the Quincy. Wherever they were to go, they had some time to get there. It would be ideal to get acquainted. It was still day, so nothing had yet happened. At night, if they were not careful, they could be stalked by wolves.
The journey must now begin, and they must now start walking. One would have to take charge. Earlier, the three Bount had said their goodbyes to Lance, thanking him for the offer of refuge, but saying that they planned instead to locate and hide in the Bount City, a city island of Bount which could afford more protection. They did not want to fight, they insisted to him, for those who fought were those who died. They were no match for the Quincy. The Vandenreich was something that was not to be battled. However, they had steered clear of mentioning the word 'Vandenreich.' One had slipped and said it, and others in the room had begun to scoot away nervously. These were very difficult times.
OOC: Apologies. I had not seen that you had posted.
