Roy, the enemy that Pavel faced, did not move. And by matter of fact, as soon as Pavel's sword struck his neck, Pavel would find that his attack had failed completely. The attack did nothing. As soon as it hit the neck, it was as if it had hit a steel girder, or a stone wall. It could do nothing. It was as if the skin had its own consistency and level which defied the sword's ability to cut it. Not even the smallest scratch was left behind! In this case, Pavel's attack had completely and utterly been a failure. "So you think to call me weak," Roy Zeplin of the Vandenreich said, "But you yourself are a joke, Fullbringer. To think that you cannot damage my Blut." And indeed it was true! His Blut could not be damaged with Pavel's reiatsu strength inferior to Roy's. In this case, it meant Pavel could not damage Roy at all.
In turn, Roy turned on Pavel, and reiatsu exploded into existence around Roy. The reiatsu took the form of a long bow, made purely from the spiritual particles that were so pure white in color. A blue aura of fire surrounded this new construct. He'd released his bow. Though it did not look like much, it was indeed a noteworthy attack once it formed. What was noticeable was the fact that in had about six strings and a slightly longer frame than most bows did. Roy strung each string, plucking them like the strings of a harp. The bow did indeed resemble a harp. As each string vibrated to make music, arrows shot out of it. Six arrows fired out, rocketing into an incredible speed. They appeared to be moving at a speed vastly superior to Pavel's speed, and were covered in blue fire. (1000 stat speed.) What would he do with these incoming arrows?
Meanwhile, Dirk drew a ring across his bow, that heart, and it became surrounded by blue flames all of a sudden. Hokori would find his opponent vanish on the spot. The enemy known as Dirk materialized above Hokori, the heart aimed. From out of the heart, which was as large as a torso, arrows began to fire, like a machine gun. It seemed this Quincy had that kind of power. About a hundred arrows fired at Hokori all at once. This was in a single instant! How could Hokori possibly guard against a hundred arrows from so close? The Quincy had done it from above Hokori, with only six meters in between them. Surely, Hokori could use Shunpo, but would it get him out of the way of one hundred arrows? Or would he merely take a few hits to escape the greater number? That was dependent on his reaction.
Dirk spoke as well while this was transgressing. If Hokori had not noticed at the time of Dirk's movement, Dirk's speed was vastly superior to Hokori's. "Foolish Shinigami..." he murmured. "Your kind know nothing of our techniques. There will be genocide, but it will be of you and not of us." What Hokori didn't know of course was that the heavy amount of reiatsu outputting from Dirk was a technique called Blut. Whereas Pavel's enemy, Roy, was using the defensive version, Dirk was using the offensive version, which massively increased his speed and strength, doubling them, and allowed him to fight with this as a constant so long as he was giving up reiatsu regularly to keep his Blut active. All of the hundred of Dirk's arrows were covered in blue fire.
Meanwhile, Hope would find himself in a rather dismal situation for the opening as well. While he was speaking, his enemy began to charge reiatsu. His spiritual pressure was directly converting into reiatsu strength, and his reiatsu flowed around him at the time. Then, when Hope came to attack, he'd find that his attack did nothing. He'd arrive, and his kick and punch both would have no effect, as would his heat. Nothing at all harmed Rudolf Vanheizen! He too was using the defensive version of the technique known as Blut, and therefore Hope's attacks fell short and became useless, for his reiatsu strength was inferior to Rudolf's because of the conversion that had taken place. Then, Rudolf activated his bow release. "Silence, worm." he said.
Instantly, what appeared to be an ordinary longbow was there. Rudolf took aim with his single string, notching it back and allowing an arrow of reiatsu to form there. He aimed at Hope after Hope got away from him, and released. The arrow suddenly vanished, disappearing into a blur in an instant. It was moving at Rudolf's Hirenkyaku speed! In other words, its total speed was ridiculously high. (Stat speed 3000.) Whatever was going on, it appeared that Rudolf had indeed gained some sort of upper hand over Hope, given that Hope had been completely unable to harm his enemy. Just what was this power that these Quincy were using? What was Blut? It seemed the Quincy had grown stronger under the Vandenreich, and were full of surprises.
Roy's Remaining Reiatsu: 2940 Reiatsu [+800 from Quincy Cross/Spirit Fragment, -300 for defensive Blut, -100 for Bow Release Level 1, -60 reiatsu for 6 class 7 arrows]
Active: Bow Release Level 1
Rudolf's Remaining Reiatsu: 2530/2200 Reiatsu [-300 for reiatsu strength conversion, -300 for defensive Blut, -100 for bow release level 1, +800 for Quincy Cross/Spirit Fragment. Total reiatsu amount downed from 2500 to 2200 during conversion, -70 for one class 1 arrow. Reiatsu strength now 330.]
Active: Bow Release Level 1
Dirk's Remaining Reiatsu: 2600 Reiatsu [-500 for offensive Blut, -100 for bow release level 1, +800 for Quincy Cross/Spirit Fragment, -100 reiatsu for ten class 7 arrows.]
Active: Bow Release Level 1
Dirk's level 1 properties - "100" and "Barrage" Each ten arrows fired is worth only one in cost, and they are an instantaneous barrage.
Rudolf's level 1 properties - "Hirenkyaku" and "Penetration" All arrows move at his Hirenkyaku speed, and penetrate the target all the way through their body and continue onward until stopped by an outside force.
Roy's level 1 properties - "Speed" and "Ringing" All arrows move at 1000 stat speed, and vibrate as they move, meaning that perception of them is thrown off. Where you perceive them to be coming from is a couple of feet inaccurate.
