The Black Guardian did not move as Zieg's enormous attack approached. Rather, it suddenly seemed to have deemed this attack useless to guard against. The attack was incoming. It looked for a moment like Zieg might win, and like his reiatsu might overpower and conquer the golden reiatsu of the Shinra Guardian. And yet, alas for Zieg, there was no such luck. The blast of his reiatsu consumed the Black Guardian, which was completely enveloped. There was nothing to it except that this had happened. At first, it seemed that the huge flood which had completely eaten it up would actually work. At first, it seemed like there would be a victory yet for Zieg, and that he may have surpassed his old Captain, Saix Shinra, who had been both powerful and legendary. And yet, alas for Zieg, all of these ideas were proven to be false seconds later.
Golden reiatsu exploded forth from the blast of Zieg's reiatsu, revealing the Black Guardian, turned gold in color, with fiery golden reiatsu burning across its body and with glowing eyes. Across its chest, letters had formed. And a man's voice spoke. "Initiate: TRIDENT Mode." And in bold, capital letters on the chest of the Black Guardian, the words were even written. T.R.I.D.E.N.T. This was Saix Shinra's ultimate power. And yet, it was even worse. The Black Guardian had strategically used the facet of near-death to create an instinctive activation. Rather than a manual activation, it had allowed the blast to encompass it and threaten its life, provoking an instinctive release of a much stronger TRIDENT form. This mode was beyond Zieg's capability.
The speed at which the Black Guardian moved was enormous. It was in front of Zieg in an instant, with its two blades crashing down, golden reiatsu towering over Zieg. The end seemed to have come. The very end. How could he ever fight against the signature and strongest power of the one that had been known as Saix Shinra? No, yet, things soon became even worse. "Initiating: Trident Meteor." the Black Guardian noted. Instantly, as the blades came down with intention of cleaving Zieg into pieces with their ferocious speed, a huge golden chunk of reiatsu, identical to a meteor the size of a small house, crashed down on Zieg as well. The reiatsu looked very solid and very dense. Not only could he be carved to ribbons by the slashes, but the meteor was going to smash into him and crush him if he was hit. What would he do?

Meanwhile. . .
A huge flash of bright light lit the sky as hundreds of thousands of enormous skyscraper sized dragons made of lightning formed there. All of the dragons roared and shot around in the sky, and the one who faced them could only stare in awe. Enma did not know how to counter, quite obviously. The look on his face made that much evident. And as soon as he brought up his red shield once again, the dragons attacked. Not just one, but three or four. Huge, enormous dragons blasted through Enma, crashing across him with fiery lightning and utter destruction. In an instant, he was ravaged by the might of the lightning. Explosions of blazing glorious fire ripped across the landscape and ignited the sky. Everything was illuminated as if by the sun because of the sheer power of the Black Guardian's imitation of Old Lightning.
Once the dragons dissolved, having exploded, and the smoke cleared, Enma was shown on all fours, his shield gone. His staff had been burnt, and snapped into three pieces. Blood and burns were all over his body, and all of his clothing was gone except for pants which were blackened everywhere and torn in a few places. His face and torso were both totally exposed, and each had burns all across them. Enma was coughing blood. He threw up some blood in that moment, wheezing and gasping at the sheer power of the Zanpakuto of Old Lightning. "You really are strong..." Enma murmured, struggling to his feet. He could barely stand. His knees and legs were wobbling. He fell back down twice in his attempts to get up. His eyes were weary. His blue hair danced in the wind. Enma was indeed very beaten up.
"I...have no choice. Forgive me." Instantly, reiatsu, black in color, flooded around his body. The air temperature dropped, and it grew colder in that area in an instant. "Bankai..." he murmured. "Senjo Tomoshibi." His staff vanished in a brilliant flash of light, and reiatsu exploded out of and across his body. Across his arms, enormous golden gauntlets each the size of his body formed. They were metal, and had flames hovering at the shoulders. Both flames were gold. In the sky all of a sudden, even above the countless dragons that were in the area, the sky turned black. An enormous black alchemy circle materialized in the sky as enormous dragons of black reiatsu began to form around Enma, and a dragon tattoo began to glow black on his face, with a glowing red eye on the thing as well. "Akunochimata Muchitsujo." Enma said.
With that, black light crashed down on the area, and for a mile all around that isolated battlefield, the black light engulfed and destroyed everything. Instantly, the Black Guardian was turned to ash with his dragons. Enma himself did not recognize himself as an enemy, and so was unaffected. Similarly however, the dragons in the sky all combined together as a last ditch final attempt to save the Black Guardian. However, as the final technique was activated, the dragon stopped moving. It did nothing at all, and then dispersed. Old Lightning's Zanpakuto Spirit...had survived? It had not allowed its master to be trodden on in this way by the Game Master! And in an instant, Enma fell to the ground unconscious as his black light wiped out the Black Guardian, and the fight therefore ended. Enma had won, but by miracle alone of course.
