Izuki decided it was better off to give it some effort then let himself fall to such a cocky girl, because he wasn't putting forth enough effort. After stopping and having risen to both feet, he decided it was time to act. He began by calling out, "Tear Buitre," though his voice was extremely emotionless. He had a slight advantage, so long as she hadn't released yet, and since it seemed like he was outmatched overall, he would have to try and end it rather quickly. Though he still didn't care about the match, he didn't want to look like a fool and die to this girl. Izuki pulled his blade in front of his chest, after the transformation into his Ressurection was complete. He waited for Kimiko to act, it was possible that she would release as well, so he needed to be aware.
OOC: You forgot to dock reiatsu and put ressurection posts.
"Freeze, Helado." Kimiko said. Her skin suddenly turned ice blue as crystal sparkles formed across it, her eyes turning blue as well. Her hair turned blue, long, wavy. A white bone-like tiara formed in her hair, and a mask fragment came to cover her jaw-line, across her chin. Kimiko's sword had already vanished. She was staring forwards at Izuki, her eyes unblinking. She didn't even move, simply stared at him, daring him to approach. Of course, it wasn't going to end quickly. Izuki had probably realized it, by now. He wasn't going to win. Not without seeing her 5/5 policy first. Technically, he was outmatched to begin with. The base strength of the Escudo outclassed that of the Espada. From the beginning, Kimiko was better. Her release made her stronger than Izuki's release made him. He couldn't win without Gran Estreno, that much was clear.
OOC: You skipped out in posting on this when you were supposed to post. Three times. And now you're gone for ages. Sorry, you've lost this fight. Drago lives since otherwise it'd be unfair, but the Octava spot has been lost by Drago. This means Gran Estreno is gone too.
You haven't logged in as Faust in ages, used Faust at all, even. You didn't make a Gran Estreno, or join this thread. Sorry, but you've lost this battle. Faust will also lose his spot when this Canon ends.

Izuki was actually glad she had released too. He was four times her speed now and this would keep them closer to equal. Though she could probably sense him in time to evade some what before each strike. Izuki didn't want to resort to his last ability until the time was right, instead he would wait until he needed to. For now he was goin to try and attack her, though he knew he had to avoid being even touched by her. He also had to keep himself aware of her ability to literally freeze the air. Izuki began running at her, jumping from side to side. This was more to keep himself on his toes then to confuse Kimiko. Before reaching her he placed his palm in front of his body and a large blast of lightning was heading directly for her. The moment it happened Izuki passed around her and stopped at her side. His hand still aiming at her with a large ball of lightning crackling in his palm.
Izuki's speed was useless against Kimiko. Yes, he was much faster. But, her instincts were super high. However, not just that. The processing ability from her instincts was great, but it paired well with her senses as well. Her ears could hear everything. Before Izuki started moving, she could hear his muscles beginning to twitch, and she could see the energy rushing throughout his body. Before Izuki even started attacking, she could hear the pumping of his heart and blood, the coursing of his reiatsu. She could smell the energy beginning to form lightning. One Sonido was all that it took, and Kimiko was out of range of Izuki. She used Sonido instinctively the moment he took his first step. For that reason, all of his attacks missed, and by the time he got there, she was gone. A second Sonido brought her behind Izuki. Now, while he was fast, she could hear his muscles moving. She could see it too. He was fast enough to realize her getting behind him, and to realize that he had to move. Of course, to get her he had to move behind, or turn around. She could hear his heart beating, his energy flowing. She could see the direction in which Izuki's muscles brought him around.
As a result, she knew how to attack. Kimiko slammed her palm forwards while on the way to Izuki with Shunpo, so that by the time she got there, the attack was finished, and he could not react to it. The point that she hit was a very solid buildup point of his energy. By hitting it while he was gathering the power to whirl around and retaliate, she stopped his flow completely, and dispersed it. This in turn would yank Izuki's muscles painfully, immobilizing him for three and a half seconds, while also causing some kind of rupture, and thus blood to spill out of the point on his back that Kimiko had attacked. She opened her mouth, releasing a frost-like mist from it, almost like a blue steam. It didn't look great to get hit by. Everything within range of the icy breath began to freeze. But, how would Izuki defend if he was immobilized for 3.5 seconds?
Kimiko's Remaining Reiatsu: 3600 [-100 when release ends]

Izuki knew that something like this would happen, though he expected a more frontal attack due to her arrogance. This threw him off slightly when she began to attack. He moved quickly forward in an attempt to cut her off, which failed. However, when she finally appeared behind him Izuki was surprised. He threw his entire body to the ground and dropped in place. He twisted himself and brought the blade around facing Kimiko. Izuki tried to smash the blade forward meeting her hand though there was little possibility that this would actually work. She would either have moved to quickly for this to work or she would have another attack, waiting for a moment like this.
Kimiko's movements got there sooner than Izuki could realize, and her battle instincts caused her, just as the attack started, to whirl into a different angle. Not whirl, change. She altered the courses of her strikes, repositioning her body, as if flinching, in mid attack. However, her attack continued. She was able to hear Izuki's muscles, and she was able to see the way they tensed, hear the exact patterns to which they were moving. Technically, it was hopeless there. Kimiko's arm skimmed two inches below the flat of Izuki's blade, striking his arm in the intended location, while the other arm also struck in the intended location. Wait, where had her sword gone? She'd sheathed it on the way, for some odd reason. It was rather cocky of her, but then again she was able to anticipate all of Izuki's moves, even if he had superior speed.
With that, all of the Low Tier battles are done. Your reward? PM me during Arc 3, and you will receive a top of the line R-weapon. OH wait. That only applies to people that beat their Escudo. Everyone that lost, you get no reward.
