Physical Appearance:
Standing at a rather short five-foot three, and weighing in at one-hundred and five pounds, Leonie Dallmann is a woman of beauty. Holding an almost doll-like look to her. Her hair is purple in hue, though several tones lighter than what one would think. Her eyes hold a blueish purple color to them, complimenting her quite well. The girl remains free of any scars or blemishes, though can be seen quite often with a lollipop of some kind in her mouth; "it helps to focus," as she would say.
When it comes to Leonie's uniform, it's about as one would expect, maintaining a rather rank-and-file appearance for the most part. White buttoned overcoat adorned with the Vandenreich emblem, with rather large sleeves to cover her hands. A white skirt goes to about halfway to the girl's knees, which rests overtop a pair of plain black stockings. White boots that reach the girl's knees are also visible.
Around her neck rests a light blue scarf, wrapped rather loosely. The tail-ends of said scarf remain thrown over her shoulder, flowing behind her as she moves around. Sewn into the scarf itself is the Quincy's Spirit Fragment, kept close to her face but usually covered quite well underneath the scarf. Likes:
❄ Analytics - One of Leonie's favorite hobbies, the girl loves keeping track of data and monitoring changes in just about everything within the Vandenreich. Having quite the knack for such, Leonie's found herself to be quite skilled at reciting back information on specific individuals that have been reported on in the past.
❄ Research - As someone that prides herself on her own work on Soul Theory, the girl tends to focus quite heavily on her own studies where possible. More often than not, her ventures outside of Silbern are generally due to these studies, as they tend to take the girl lord knows where to meet, mingle, and execute a number of different species across the Three Worlds.
❄ Books - It should come as no surprise that Leonie very much enjoys reading books. Predominantly nonfiction published by her fellow Vandenreich members, or pieces produced by those in the Human World. Some of her favorites include Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian, Ray Bradbury's All Summer in a Day, and Agustina Bazterrica's Tender is the Flesh.
❄ The Vandenreich - A no-brainer. For someone that's quite the horrible individual, it should come as no surprise that Leonie is quite fond of the Vandenreich and its practices. While she definitely views them as a means to an end, and still desires to further her own goals, she's nothing if not glad to act on behalf of the organization as well.
❄ His Majesty - Raised from a young age to view His Majesty the Emperor as a deific figure, Leonie holds His Majesty in a special place in her heart. It's because of this fact that her loyalty to His Majesty is not something that will likely ever come into question. Indoctrination is pretty neat!
Dislikes:
❄ Loud Noises - Whether it’s shouting and screaming, or noise not even caused by other people, Leonie very much does not enjoy it. It can end up breaking the girl’s concentration quite a bit; especially while she’s focused on something important. If nothing else, this is a good way to immediately get on the girl's bad side, if you're looking to enable such behaviors.
❄ Nosy Individuals - It should come as no surprise that Leonie tends to be somewhat secretive; especially when it comes to her discoveries and research. Only time she’ll share is if she’s obligated to do so. And, even then? It's likely only to be from those that are willing to threaten the girl. Needless to say her opinion on them is not going to remain very strong.
❄ Gemischt Quincy - They’re race traitors. There’s little nuance here; she may offer conversion, but it’s not probable. Especially if she doesn’t like the individual in question; at that point they’re likely to die. Though, some exceptions may be made circumstances depending; she's always looking for new lab rats and assistants.
❄ Hollows & Arrancar - She views them like test subjects, and nothing more. They’re incredibly worthwhile beasts to pick apart and see how they “tick”. Though, don’t misunderstand; she doesn’t view either as people. To Leonie, both are simply feral rats and somewhat trained mice, respectively.
❄ Self-Righteousness - While certainly a bit of a hypocrite herself, Leonie very much despises those that think that they know better than anyone else in any given topic. Naturally, this is very much how she tends to behave. Especially around those beneath her in Rank, or those that are outside of the Vandenreich altogether. Needless to say, it pisses her off.
Habits:
❄ Veiled Attacks - Especially on those that she feels are of "lesser intellect", Leonie is very much not above veiling insults within her words toward those she's talking to. She'll do it to superiors if she knows that she can get away with it, and tends to do it quite frequently to those that can't bring about punishment toward her because of it.
❄ Reciting Statistics - Whether the circumstance calls for it, Leonie will very much fall back on providing numerical evidence for just about anything she can, and will occasionally mean such as a threat. "Estimated chance of survival: >1%" isn't an uncommon phrase with the girl.
❄ Written Work - As someone that doesn't actually mind the paperwork side of her job, Leonie can often be found tackling this where she can in order to make sure that it's absolutely flawless. There will be times where she remains seated in her quarters or office, running through paperwork four or five times before submitting it because of this.
❄ Sighing & Scoffing - Leonie tends to make a lot of dejected noises. Whether in the midst of a fight, being told to tackle work she doesn't particularly care for, or even simply being bothered, these noises come from the girl rather consistently. Usually paired alongside an insult or violent verbal remark in the process.
❄ Deadpan - Quite frequently does the girl go fairly blank-faced toward a lot of different topics. Even if she voices her frustration on the matter, it's quite often that her facial features tend to betray that. More often than not, she tends to look almost fed up, bored, and generally disinterested with the world around her. Whether or not that's true is anyone's guess.
Flaws:
❄ Narcissist - Leonie is an extreme narcissist. She very clearly views herself as intellectually superior to most everyone she encounters, and will make that painfully obvious in most situations. The girl doesn't exactly hold her punches in this regard. The only exception to this rule being His Majesty, and His Majesty's chosen, the Sternritters.
❄ Perfectionist - Linking in with the first flaw, Leonie feels the need to make sure anything and everything is absolutely perfect in every scenario before she's capable of moving on from something. Whether paperwork, combat drills, or even just cleaning up her quarters, Leonie does not do anything half-assed.
❄ Zealous - Leonie is excessively devoted to the Vandenreich, and His Majesty as a whole. The only individual that surpasses her own thoughts of herself would be His Majesty; she'd gladly give her life if it meant furthering his goals and desires to any extreme. When it comes to such causes, her life matters little on a cosmic scale.
❄ Dispassionate - It's very difficult to grab Leonie's interest in such a way that will captivate the girl. More often than not, she's going to appear almost uninterested; especially with those that she's already got quite a bit of information on. It's exceptionally rare that she'll get very emotional.
❄ Humorless - "...Are you serious? How daft do you have to be to believe that french fries originated in Greece? They originally came from Belgium, during the late 1600's. Citizens of Namur found themselves unable to fry fish when the local river froze over during the winter months, leading them to find an alternative! Furthermore-"
Fears:
❄ Being Corrected - Leonie is always right. There is no ifs, ands, or buts about that. While she certainly fears the idea of being wrong, absolutely nothing disturbs her more than the idea of someone else picking up on that, and willfully correcting the information that she'd given. Such would shatter her world.
❄ The Heat Death of the Universe - Sure, it's billions upon billions of years away, but this terrifies the girl to no end. Assuming she manages to attain complete and perfect immortality, how the hell is she to overcome a hurdle like this? Even just trying to fathom that idea leaves her stomach churning and her nerves a mess.
❄ A Meaningless Death - Linking in with the first, death that isn't on her terms to Leonie would mean she's been forsaken by His Majesty. While she's willing to die for the cause, something like that would have to be on her terms. Defending Silbern from attackers, is a good example. Assuming she's out and about in the Human World and meets her end from a stray attacker, such would show His Majesty hadn't sought to look out for her.
❄ Inability to Research - Leonie's research is her lifeblood. It's the reason why she's willing to continue on each day, if not for His Majesty. Without the ability to continue to delve into topics in order to further aid her understanding of why she's here, what the purpose of existence itself is, and why things are the way they are, she would be nothing more than a soulless husk.
❄ Her Own Emotions - Simply put, Leonie very much fears things that she does not understand, and things that she cannot logically explain. At the very top of that list, are the girl's own emotions. More often than not she'll do what she can in order to suppress them, but this does not always work. She may be prone to an outburst every now and again because of it.
Goals:
❄ Fulfilling His Majesty's Wishes - More than anything else, Leonie is willing to do what he can in order to further the Vandenreich, and by extension His Majesty's goals. No matter what those goals are, and no matter how she can help with doing so, she's going to do everything in her power in order to make sure those ends meet.
❄ Learning Everything - This should surprise nobody. Leonie is a fiend for information in general. As a secondary goal, she very much would like to do what she can to learn literally everything. Absolutely no information will be safe from this girl, and she will do anything and everything she can in order to learn all there is to learn.
❄ Recreating the Library of Alexandria - Arguably one of the greatest libraries that this world has ever seen. Leonie, as one of her personal goals, seeks to rebuild said library, but in a much bigger, much better fashion. Naturally such information will be carefully safeguarded within the Silbern, where construction is to begin.
❄ Becoming a General - Becoming a General - and by extension, Sternritter - within His Majesty's Vandenreich is another goal for the girl. As a General, absolutely nothing in terms of resources or the organization's expansive knowledge is out of reach for her. It's here that she truly has the option to learn what she can about anything and everything within the organization, as well as documented on other locations.
❄ Living Forever - Lastly, Leonie wants nothing more than to live for an eternity and then some. While she has many, many hurdles to face toward this, she will stop at nothing where she can in order to accomplish this. It's easily one of her most important goals, and one that she's willing to share with His Majesty where possible.
Overall Personality:
At her core, Leonie is a neutral-evil individual with an ever-growing thirst for knowledge of anything and everything. There is absolutely nothing that Leonie doesn't seek to know, learn about, experiment on, or ultimately hoard knowledge on. Because of this, she can come off as quite callous to most individuals, and tends to interact with others through a layer of veiled disinterest and emanates a general air of superiority about her.
For those that are looking to get on the girl's good side, this can actually prove to be quite easy! All that she asks is for others to be useful to her, in some way, shape, or form. That, and avoiding losing that usefulness. Those that are no longer useful to her are no longer interesting to her, and therefore are not worthy of any form of kindness from her.
For those looking to and those that remain on her bad side, don't feel bad! This is an incredibly easy list to end up on as well. Making one's way onto this list is as simple as just existing and not being Vandenreich. Such is a surefire way to end up on her personal shitlist without question. Though, even these individuals can make for phenomenal research into Soul Theory! Granted, they're likely more useful dead (or on the cusp of death) than alive, but semantics, right?
When it comes to forming relationships with the girl, whether platonic or romantic, good luck. She places little value in forming these kinds of superficial bonds with other people, and tends to resent the idea from the moment it's suggested. To Leonie, little else matters but the pursuit of knowledge; including her own life, in some regards. Why on earth would she make an effort to care for other people?❄ COMBAT ❄
Fighting Style:
Leonie's fighting style very much alters depending on those whom she's looking to engage in combat. In most circumstances, the girl tends to focus on ranged combat, looking to strike down her foes with meteorites and comets from afar. More often than not, she'll make use of her Shortbow in order to strike as fast as she can, looking to tear apart those that lack the sensory abilities to see what she's capable of.
Against other ranged combatants, Leonie will focus heavily on keeping her costs down, in order to try and out-attrition her foes. While others look to spend exorbitant amounts of reiatsu in order to deflect her attacks, Leonie will likely focus on firing off a few key arrows that remain high in Class. Against those that struggle to deal with this, she may just have the advantage.
With melee combatants, Leonie will tend to focus toward a barrage of lower-classed arrows and attacks, as to try and overwhelm those looking to close the distance. With options like her Heart Property, as well as her Power Property to protect against those that look to get within a certain distance of her, Leonie can be quite the force to be reckoned with against folks that try to keep on her like glue.
Bow Release Overall Theme:
Leonie's Bow Release is themed around space. More specifically, that of comets and meteorites. Drawing from the celestial bodies in many different ways, Leonie's abilities revolve around manipulating her arrows in such a way that allow her to create these rocky formations, fire them off at others as she desires, and rain down quite a devastating amount of damage in most circumstances. It's through these abilities that the girl becomes quite a force to be reckoned with from a potentially formidable distance, while also not neglecting her close-ranged capabilities.
Class 6 Form - Weltraumfelsen (lit. ‘Space Rock’):
Starting off Leonie’s abilities, Weltraumfelsen augments the shape of the girl’s arrows. Upon activation of this property, Leonie chooses either comets or meteorites. While active, this property will turn the girl’s arrows into either comets or meteorites, either applying severe frostbite or third degree burns to areas struck, respectively, depending on which “stance” the girl is in. These comets and meteorites start small, with a three-inch radius at Class 6, and gain one foot per Class, capping at an eight-inch radius with Class 1 arrows. Spending 50 reiatsu allows the girl to swap to the other “stance” when she likes. Class 6 and 5 arrows require 1 Rank in Cold/Heat Tolerance to resist the frostbite and burns, respectively. This goes up to 2 Ranks with Class 4 and 3 arrows, and 3 Ranks with Class 2 and 1 arrows.
Class 5 Firing - Meteorregen (lit. ‘Meteor Shower’):
Instead of firing from her bow, Meteorregen allows Leonie to instead fire her arrows from the sky. By paying the normal Reiatsu cost, Leonie’s arrows manifest ten feet above the location she’s looking to hit, before pelting down. In buildings or areas where the ceiling is below 10 feet, it instead manifests at the ceiling. In order for her to pick an area to pelt, either the area she’s looking to strike needs to be within her sight, or the area in which she wants to create the arrows needs to be within her sight. Arrows can only be fired downward from this effect.
Class 4 Power - Pfad (lit. ‘Trail’):
Bringing to light the fiery or icy tails that comets and meteorites have while they fly through the sky, Pfad creates a twenty-foot trail of gas behind Leonie’s arrows that will linger for two posts before dispersing into the air. Before dispersing, these trails can be detonated through the normal arrow detonation process and cost, causing an explosion of force along this path and immediately dispersing this gas. If Weltraumfelsen is active, these trails can either be fiery or icy, depending on which type of projectile the girl is firing at the moment. Leonie is immune to these explosions.
Class 3 Mass - Luftstoß (lit. Airburst’):
Leonie’s Mass property aims to imitate a meteorite airburst with her arrows, though resulting in a shower instead of her arrows simply fragmenting and burning up in the atmosphere. While this property is active, each of Leonie’s arrows can split into five separate arrows during their flight at no cost, instead of the Reiatsu normally needed to be paid to do so. Splitting arrows after this point is 50% cheaper than normal, instead costing only 25% the cost of the arrow to split.
Class 2 Heart - Planetenumlaufbahn (lit. ‘Planetary Orbit’):
Planetenumlaufbahn turns Leonie into a pseudo-celestial body. What this means is that, while this property is active, she will give off her own gravitational pull when it comes to her arrows. As she desires, Leonie is capable of having her arrows orbit around her at a distance of her choice, reaching locations as close as one foot away from her, or up to thirty feet from her. These arrows will orbit around her at that distance until they strike something, or until their distance is changed with a cost of 50 reiatsu. When this property is deactivated, arrows will fly straight from wherever they were originally, veering off toward a specific location.
Class 1 Mass - Aufprallereignis (lit. ‘Impact Event’):
Serving as the pinnacle of Leonie’s Bow Release, Aufprallereignis massively increases the size of one of her arrows to imitate that of an impact event on a large scale. Conjuring forth an arrow (or Comet/Meteorite, should Weltraumfelsen be active) with a one-hundred foot diameter in size, Leonie fires this shot off with twice her Spiritual Pressure in striking power behind it. Upon collision with the ground, this projectile releases a shockwave across the ground like that of a localized magnitude 8.0 earthquake, damaging with Leonie’s Spiritual Pressure, reaching thrice as far as the projectile itself. Only one arrow of this size can be fired off per post, and costs five times that of a normal arrow at the Class of choice.
If Weltraumfelsen is active, destroying the projectile in question requires thrice Leonie's Spiritual Pressure. If Meteorregen is active at time of firing, this projectile begins two-hundred feet in the air, and will fall through buildings and the like in order to reach its target instead of simply being created at the ceiling. If Luftstoß is active, this projectile can be split as per the property, but in doing so each projectile loses half its size for each split, and instead functions at the girl’s Spiritual Pressure, instead of double. These projectiles cannot orbit around Leonie via Planetenumlaufbahn, and only one can be launched per post. Leonie is immune to the shockwave this projectile causes, but not the projectile’s damage itself should it hit her.

Divine Form - Königin des Weltraums (lit. ‘Queen of Space’):
Upon activation of her Divine Form, Leonie is granted the standard halo and wings, as is common with most Vollständig. Starry in appearance, with each wing being as long as Leonie is tall, they allow the girl to fly, as one would expect, while also being usable in a defensive situation, intercepting attacks as a shield would. In addition, three arrows perpetually orbit the girl in the shape of small moons, much like her Bow allowed her to do. These function as normal arrows of the same Class as her Vollstandig, with new ones being created at a cost of 50 Reiatsu per. Within this orbital range, moons can be telepathically controlled. These function at standard arrow speed.
Divine Power - Sterbensternen (lit. ‘Dying Stars’):
Sterbensternen changes Leonie’s otherwise simple moons into orbs of pure destruction. By spending 25 Reiatsu per moon, the girl is capable of forcing these moons to detonate in a twenty-foot radius that is both fiery and icy, dealing quite a significant amount of damage to most everything caught within its blast and sending shrapnel from her moons into those caught in the blast. Leonie herself is immune to these explosions.
Divine Soul - Makrokosmos (lit. ‘Macrocosmos’):
Tapping into the infinite expanse of the universe, Makrokosmos immediately shapes the world around Leonie into looking identical to that of space as a whole. Galaxies can be seen from a distance, and all around is an endless starry expanse. Even in place of the ground, this can be seen, which is where this property gets its power from. While Makrokosmos persists, any ground, and with it any sense of direction is no longer present. While those caught in the area are capable of breathing in this space, and will not immediately burn to a crisp or freeze to death, those without some form of flight will be left suspended in this expanse.
Those that don’t have a form of true flight (I.e. wings or something similar, not propulsion via a technique) can utilize their abilities in order to move. By firing a ranged attack or technique (Cero, shockwaves, etc.), combatants can propel themselves at 25% the speed of the attack they fired, albeit clumsily. Each Rank of Acrobatics or Analyzing someone has increases this speed by 15% per Rank. Changing direction without firing a technique twice is not possible, and precise steering cannot be done. Both enemies and allies alike are subject to this.

Name: Seele Schneider
Description: A decently sized shaft of spiritual steel resembling that of a sword hilt, with a small loop on the end of it. These Quincy items are necessary for the technique of the same name to be activated. When activated, a medium-length blade of Reiatsu is formed from the hilt. This blade vibrates at very high frequencies, and is capable of loosening the bonds between Spirit Particles, and then stealing the free Spirit Particles.

Bonuses: When the Seele Schneider is activated, it has an IP of 0. However, it cannot be overpowered by a technique of equal or inferior class, regardless of that technique's offensive stat. Instead, any technique that interacts with Seele Schneider has its Offensive Stat reduced by 100, and then the Seele Schneider's IP increases by 100. If the Seele Schneider interacts offensively with a Reiatsu-based being - such as a Shinigami, Arrancar, Hollow Akki, Rogue or Beast-Clan - then the person struck loses 50 Reiatsu, and the Seele Schneider's IP increases by 50. This includes when the Seele Schneider strikes an extension of that being's soul, such as part of their Zanpakutō or Resurrección. At any stage, the Seele Schneider can be fired by the user, using their standard bow, as an arrow. This arrow has an IP and Speed equal to that of the Seele Schneider's IP at the time of firing.
Drawbacks: The Selee Schneide can only be activated at a Class equal to or lower than the user's. The Selee Schneide can only steal Reiatsu from techniques or beings whose Class is lower to, or equal to, the Class of the Selee Schneide. The costs for activating the Selee Schneide is the same as normal Quincy arrows of the same Class, and cost that much Reiatsu per post in order to maintain. While these items are reusable if they can be retrieved, a Seele Schneider's Hilt will always take damage to its durability as though it were a Class 8 Item, with 0 IP. The Hilt itself must be damaged in order to reduce its durability, however. This items is only usable by Quincies, Nakabakki-Quincy, or Failures.❄ HISTORY ❄

History:{CHAPTER Ⅰ}
Born to unknown parents, Leonie had been left upon the door to an orphanage in Silbern within days after her birth. Few people know where she'd been from, or from whom she'd been sired; herself included. Nonetheless, the girl had been introduced to one of the more popular orphanages within Silbern from a young age, being raised with quite an amount of care, and being treated quite well the entire time.
Even as a child, the girl was brought up as one would expect; raised to revere His Majesty as a God, and that she very definitely owed her own life - her livelihood - to him. Such was simply normal for the girl, and had always been the case. Alongside this, the girl was given a rather higher-end education, despite her living situation. Given the orphanage she'd been in, the girl had been raised from her first few days into being effectively pressured into joining the Vandenreich.
And, as years went on? The girl flew through her education with flying colors. Graduating what would've been the equivalent to high-school around the age of fifteen, Leonie was recognized very quickly as a child prodigy. Though, despite this, and her desire to join the Vandenreich, she took a bit of time before going out of her way to enlist.
During this time, the girl took the opportunity to get to know the Silbern as a whole, meeting a number of residents, expanding her knowledge of the area around her, and learning more and more about His Majesty. It was during this time that she realized quite quickly she felt rather strongly toward the pursuit of knowledge, and very avidly enjoyed learning what she could.
Though, before feeling comfortable enough to enlist even still, Leonie took the opportunity to improve her physical condition as best she could. Knowing full-well the importance behind making sure she was physically fit enough to survive within the Vandenreich, she took the next two and a half years to improve her physique as best she could.
Eventually she'd done what she felt was all right, and enlisted for the first time within the organization a day after she reached eighteen. She felt that enough had been done to prepare herself for what might've been to come, and thus she was ready to take the challenge of enlisting as readily as she could. The day had finally come.
Beginning with what had been effectively entrance exams, Leonie found herself passing with flying colors. Pulling results that left her intellectually above most everyone else there, Leonie adopted a sense of pride in her intelligence. Continuing on with the trials as necessary, eventually Leonie was deemed ready to enlist, before being given a uniform and warm welcome into the Vandenreich.
At current, Leonie serves as a Privat within His Majesty's forces. Having chosen her surname herself, the girl aims currently to make a name for herself, and to have one given to her by His Majesty; that is to say, she spends her days reading, training, and readying herself for the day that she can go out on missions to eventually become Sternritter.
