It didn't take much time at all for Alacran to remember or at least piece together that Teresa was in fact the same Hollow that had worked together with him awhile back in the Human World. Either way though it didn't matter much because what she had sought to accomplish had already been successful and now there was no longer anymore reason for her to be here. "Teresa, this is the second time we've met. I'm sure it won't be the last. Keep getting stronger, don't let them put a leash on you . . . or I won't be so friendly." These were the only words that Teresa spoke to Alacran as she turned around and began to walk away knowing that she might be able to find some more servants of the false King in the area.
Despite what she had said an outside might have to wonder if she had actually been nice to Alcran yet to the Hollow known as the Antlered one that was definitely a fact. She hadn't berated him, nor attacked, with this being the second time that they had fought together she was certain it would happen again. Leaving a possible ally alive even if they were both Hollows was better than just attacking. Even if she did manage to kill him, she wouldn't gain anything from the risk, at best she'd eat him to fill her void, yet he'd taste foil and leading to her likely not keeping his flesh down and thus wasting it. No leaving with the belief they'd cross paths in this same manner again was what she deemed best for the moment.
Alacrán was very hesitant on asking anymore questions as he watches her walk away from the scene but decides that his curiosity need to be satiated today, so he quickly follows after her and starts his questioning, not caring whether it would anger or bother her at this point, "Well Teresa, how come yer picking fights with Arrancars when ya have no clue as ta how strong they ar' or what even der powers are hm?"
As stated before, Alacrán considered this to have been a very dumb move, not only for survival but from a tactical stance. Had Teresa not had that one skill up her sleeve nor had that Arrancar been so arrogant then they very well may not have survived this encounter and their survival and growth up till this point would have been completely wasted, and Alacrán wasn't keen on dying for not good reason as much as he disliked the Arrancar who served the so call 'King of Las Noches'.
Teresa hadn’t been expecting Alacran to ask anymore questions as he was more the quiet type or at least that’s how she’d seen him so far. It wasn’t something bad though as Teresa didn’t speak to many others and he was someone that had fought beside her twice now. Friends weren’t something that she was looking for as a Hollow, but a potential ally wasn’t a negative. As for his questions Teresa didn’t have to think at all to give him the answers he sought.
“They serve a false king, a reaper that claims the world known as our own. He’s claiming that we’re all his servants. We’re no more than slaves to him. I am no slave! I serve no reaper! They are weak. All of them will be devoured in time.” Teresa, despite only being a Hollow for a short time, took pride in having the power she now possessed. This existence wasn’t a curse to her, but something of importance that gave her more meaning than she ever possessed as a Human. She wasn’t going to ever give up her freedom nor her pride to anyone ever again.
While Alacrán wasn't particularly proud or ashamed of being a Hollow, he did take pleasure in the power he's gained because of it. However he wasn't one to take words at just face value, especially considering how much he's heard by word of mouth. While Alacrán did attack and eat Arrancar, he did so mostly because they often bothered or looked down on him which usually ended up being quiet fatal for them. Alacrán never really cared about their affiliations or who they served to begin with, just that he wouldn't be looked down upon until those looking down on him proved themselves to be stronger than him. And if they weren't, then they were eaten.
However, Alacrán could tell how fiercely dedicated Teresa was in her ideal and beliefs so he would tempt angering her by debating if these notions were formed from what she knew first hand or what she had only heard from other Hollows and Arrancars. So Alacrán just gives Teresa a silent nod as he moves on, slowly beginning to rise up into the air on his wings "Well be careful with all dat then. It'd be 'shame ta hear ya got keeled o'er by one of these lowlifes."
