As Celes gave her cheeky remark with the wink and hopped through, it seemed that Priscilla was just breaking free. Is was then that Celes noticed the paper shards that were making their way towards her. Thankfully, Celes' Shikai was still active for a few more moments and just in time as the Shinigami raised her shield and raised her legs quickly to hide behind it as best as she could. Most hit her shield and it was clear at this point that Celes would make it out of this situation alive. She had lost the battle, but she was not going to lose her dignity as a victim to this Quincy.
As Celes fell against the ground with a thud, she winced somewhat. Everything was hurting at this point. Her muscles felt like they were torn, her body felt like it had been through hell and her reiatsu reserves felt like they were drained to hell. There was very little that she could offer in terms of combat, though at this point, it didn't matter. She had survived the encounter. And it was one hell of an encounter too as Celes laughed heartedly, feeling victorious in her own way for being able to stand up against Priscilla albeit with a Hollow's help. With one soft chuckle, she would pass out.
The next time that Celes awoke, she would find herself in what appeared to be the infirmary. She knew this well. It was the Squad 4 Barracks. It was nighttime and she was the only one there. Thankfully, as Celes looked to the side, her Zanpakutou were close by and sheathed. This always provided a degree of comfort to Celes. As she tried to move and adjust a little, everything felt like it hurt like hell. In fact, Celes was not even sure if she could stand up. The pain slowly becoming too great, she opted to just lay down, sighing. She closed her eyes once more, but instead of drifting to sleep, she found herself under a familiar tree.
Once again, it was Celes' inner world. The tree that Celes was under was the apple tree that Yunorashi had sat on when Priscilla invaded the sanctity of her inner world. Relaxing a little, she heard a familiar giggle. It was that of Yunorashi. Celes still, even in her inner world, felt too mentally exhausted to stand so she opted to lay down under the tree. It was then that Yunorashi looked at her with her big childlike eyes. Giggling a little once more, she would speak. "Wow Celes! You look really beat up. But it seemed that you were able to do a big number to her. Or I should say, he was able to do it." Celes raised an eyebrow, but after some reflection, she could only assume that Yunorashi was referring to that Hollow.
Celes sighed and chuckled softly as she looked up at Yunorashi. She then spoke calmly. "Just what exactly was that? What is a Hollow doing here with us Yunorashi? Is there something wrong with me..?" Yunorashi sighed and for once, her expression seemed without happiness, but instead it appeared to be serious. "I can't say Celes. All I know is that when I formed as your spirit, I've always felt some kind of presence. Something darker and more sinister. I can't explain it, but I would watch out. He may have helped you this time, but most likely to save his own skin. I'd venture to guess that he would consume this very world if he got the chance. He would take your free will and twist it. Be careful Celes."
As the air grew thick with tension, Celes sighed and felt a presence watching both of them. Before she even had a chance to react, there he was. It was the Hollow from before, standing before her. He dared not cross over to her, only looking at Yunorashi and Celes ominously. As he stood at the border between the two sides, he spoke in his own voice, free of Celes' influence. "She's right you know. You should watch out when I show up. I could care less about your interests. Ours just happened to overlap this time. Though don't ever appear weak again. Else I threaten to consume all you care about. Until you are only an empty husk." Celes was not sure whether this was an empty threat or not, but she felt a cold shiver run down her spine.
In what appeared to be an instant, this strange Hollow would dissapear once more. Unsure of where he went, Celes looked up at Yunorashi. Even her expression was foreboding. It was not only concerned, but even she felt fear more than anything else. This only helped potentiate Celes' fear even more. Could she survive with this thing inside her? Could she hope to keep it under wraps and control it. She could only hope that her and Yunorashi's combined strength was tough enough to withstand the coming darkness. This creature would keep Celes on her toes.
Trying to calm down, both her and Yunorashi looked at one another. They found comfort in each others' presence and they nodded at one another. If they were together like this, what could stop them. Nothing. They had that much faith in each others abilities. As Celes closed her eyes again, she would find herself in her bed. It seemed that every time she closed her eyes after a trying ordeal, she would find herself with Yunorashi to offer her comfort or guidance. Looking once more at her twin Zanpakutou, Celes smiled and did her best to drift to sleep while keeping this Hollow's warning in mind.
