Oh poor Tom. No matter the medium, the poor cat can never catch a break. The monster was currently dangling a shinigami over his mouth, pinched between two fingers, holding him by the back of his shihakusho. The smug look on his face was insufferable. The man was screaming in fear, waving his zanpakuto towards the gaping maw of the beast. Thankfully for the man, fate was kind this day, as Tom's leg violently exploded forward. The cat looked dumbly down in confusion at the bleeding stump where his leg once was, before letting out a blood curdling scream, flinging the man who was once in his hand off into the distance.
The tomcat fell to the ground face first, clutching his stump in between his hand paws, and crushing a building on his way down. He glared up at the person responsible for injuring it. A man was standing on air, roughly around the height his leg went missing at. Not that poor old Tom here would notice. See, he wasn't that smart, and that's the reason he's gotten himself in this sticky situation. But what wasn't sticky was the frying pan that the man had used to take his leg. The man was currently flipping around a fireball like it was a well cooked pancake, ready to be served. And served it was, as the captain flipped it up one final time, before slamming the flaming ball like a base ball, right into Tom's back.
The cat gave one final bloodcurdling scream, as his arms flailed around, as the smell of burning fur and charred meat filled the air. Poor Tom, he will be missed. Not really. Jerry on the other hand, was watching on, laughing at the grim fate that had be felled his brother. His eyes were closed, and his hands were resting on his knees, as the giant was doubled over with laughter. He slapped his knee, before wiping a tear from his eye. Then he noticed the man who killed Tom was staring at him. The colossal mouse chuckled for a second, then giving the man a finger wave, before sprinting away.
As Kyomei lost sight of both the form of the Saika, and the reiatsu signature, he might has reason to assume that the Hellion is well and truly dead for the moment. But, while he might not have a reason to question the status on Kitai's life at the moment, the larger threat to the Soul Society was still at large, namely the monsters rampaging throughout the various divisions. Most of the monsters are dead and dealt with, but several were still causing destruction and mayhem. A good example of this would be the two beasts directly under the Kuchiki's feet.
He would sense the beasts almost the same instant he felt the ground shudder and shake. Two massive muscular hands, both easily many times larger than Kyomei himself, erupted from the ground, before clapping together in an attempt to crush the captain between them. The attack was 400 speed, and the captain would have but a moment to react to the subterranean monster. The two manly hands had a strength of 800 each, and could easily squish the man into a bloody paste if given the chance.
If mister Kuchiki managed to get out of the way, or managed to miraculously block the attack, the two paws would slam together in a sort of 'bromance' handshake, before two pulled each other up from the ground. As the dirt fell away, it was revealed that two rugged lumberjacks were hiding below the earth, digging around the Seireitei. Each was wearing a plaid shirt, with overalls and a beanie. The each also had a glorious beard that glistened in the afternoon sun, despite being full of dirt. The two weren't identical, but they were close enough that they could have been related if they were real humans. They both turned to face the captain, flashing him two hansom grins, as the attempted to grab him and crush him to death.
