This looks like any normal pill that could be mistaken for advil or the sort. It's a red gel like pill that seems to glow faintly as it touches the sunlight. Now this pill is harmless and does nothing to almost every race besides quincies. If another race swallows it the pill will just pass through their system without any ill effects. However when a quincy eats the pill something will happen to their blood changing it to be the blood of a normal human. This strips away their quincy powers meaning they can not use their bow levels, they can not summon a bow or fire off arrows. Any quincy based techs can not be used. They can't even draw in reiatsu as the quincy cross will not react to their new blood. Quicnies that have taken the pill can still use non quincy techs However even after losing all of this the quincy who took this pill gains something. A hollow's and arrancar's reiatsu is no longer toxic to them. So they can touch an arrancar or a hollow without being burned. In combat threads the pill lasts for five posts before a quincy gains their power back. In a social thread it lasts until the thread is over, however if they need to use their powers again before the thread is over they need to cut themselves open and pour in the liquid reiatsu from a ginto tube.
