The Espada were finished the Tercera had tested and come to the conclusion that the newly appointed Noveno wasn't as powerful as an Arrancar should be to be admitted into the ranks of the Espada yet he had learned that while his pure power was lacking along with his experience in battle and endurance he possessed the weapon skill to make it. The determination that he saw in the Noveno's eyes as he looked up at him told Sargon that the Noveno would keep working to make himself stronger. He didn't wish to bring dishonor to the Espada and wouldn't allow himself to be that dishonor.
Turning around Sargon began to walk through the sand back towards Las Noches. The point had been completed thus there was no longer any reason to be in the desert. As he reached a few feet away he'd vanish executing Sonido in order to shorten the long travel that he had waiting for him. For a moment Sargon had thought of healing the Noveno for his efforts yet perhaps that would lighten the learning experience of today. Only time would tell if the Noveno had learned enough that he could prove he possessed the potential to truly be an Espada in more than simply title.
