Name: [Alice Holland, the Neo-Bount]
Statistics: [Bount, Class 1, Strategist, Mercenary Rank 4, Affiliated with Douma]
Basic Appearance:
Real Age/Age of Appearance: [112/19]
Height/Weight: [5’5” / 115 lbs.]
Face Claim: Rin Tohsaka
Alice is a pretty girl. She definitely turns some heads when she walks into a room, and that always plays out in her favor. For a girl, Alice is about average in height. Her slim, gentle figure is only part of her beauty. The woman’s curves are very defined, and she her breasts and butt, while not much larger than average, are just big enough to draw the gazes of men.
If Alice let her black hair down all the way, it would easily go past her butt, touching the very upper part of her thighs. However, it is rare to see her in public with untied her. Although she has many styles to choose from, Alice’s favorite are two long pig tails tied high with black ribbons so that her hair only goes down to the very end of her back. Sometimes, the pigtails would split in the middle, letting a small rope of hair sit against her shoulder while the rest fell behind her. She let her bangs sit comfortably just above her eyes.
Alice isn’t too athletic, but she is fit. Her abs aren’t exactly strong, but her abdomen is still flat. Alice’s arms are fairly slim as well. They aren’t scrawny, but it is clear to most onlookers that she isn’t a gym junky. While she had average strength, there was no definition on her biceps. However, her arms were perfectly smooth and connected to soft, gentle hands. If it weren’t for the faint calices at the base of her fingers, most would assume that Alice’s hands hadn’t done an hour of work.
Oh the other hand, the bottoms of her feet are rough. The arch is fine for the most part, but her heels are coarse. For a long period in her life, she must have run barefoot for whatever reason. However, she still tends to her feet. Both her finger and toe nails are usually manicured and painted. She isn’t the type who uses much make-up, mostly because she doesn’t need it, but finger nail painting is something that she enjoys.
Most of Alice’s beauty comes from her face. Not only is her hair a gorgeous frame, but the features of her face are flawless. Her mouth is small and slim, and her nose is little and cute. But, her most alluring characteristic is her ocean blue eyes that draw people into her gaze. They don’t offer much about her personality but instead embody a sense of mystery and mystique.

Overall Personality:
Alice Holland is complex. She’s a psychologist’s dream, a project that would take months of analysis to completely diagnose. There are a few words that describe her best: unstable, fickle, spontaneous, and manipulative. Imagine a mad scientist meets a dramatic high school teenager and give that product a horribly bipolar personality with mood swings as wide as an ocean and sudden as an earthquake. The end result is a tame version of Alice Holland.
Let’s begin by examining her behavior in a social setting. Alice is a social chameleon, allowing her to fit into any situation with ease. Her ability to hide her true emotion and lie to almost anyone’s face lets her hide her true self with an advantageous facade. She can be cold, flirty, friendly, naive, nervous, or whatever else she may need to be in order to get the result she desires. The truth is that Alice loves being deceptive. She’s a master at toying with people’s emotions and minds.
But who is the real Alice? A part of her true self emerges in one place only: the lab. Alice takes control whenever she’s running experiments or research projects. She barks orders at her subordinates and assistants, but in reality, she barely notices that there’s anyone else there but herself. She is isolated from the real world, working diligently with focus as sharp as a blade. Her level of concentration is like that of Kobe on the Laker’s court. A crowd could be cheering all around her and she wouldn’t even notice. All that mattered was the task at hand. That’s who Alice Holland is.
So far, we’ve seen two sides to Alice: mad scientist and manipulative girl. However, there’s a final, more human aspect to the Bount. She has a soft spot for children. Interestingly enough, Alice cares little for any child older than 8 years old, though she still avoids bringing them any harm. It’s the little ones that truly make her heart ache, however. Alice absolutely adores babies and toddlers. That fact is one of the very few things about herself that she cannot hide with her acting ability, and she really doesn’t care to either.
Powers Overview:
Doll 1 Name: Weiß (White)
Doll 1 Appearance and Overall Ability:
Sealed: When unreleased, Weiß is a pair of crescent moon earrings hanging from her ears. Each earring is about an inch and a half tall, and within each crescent is a silver pattern woven through them.
Sealed Doll 1
Released: When Weiß is released, he transforms into a field of fog that immediately forms. The mist extends for a mile in every direction. Like most fogs, it heavily obstructs senses. In fact, that’s what the entire ability behind this doll is designed to do. All within the fog are consumed completely by the white.
Ability: White Mist
Upon activating, the fog that forms is already incredibly thick. Immediately, it requires 300 points in senses to be able to see through the fog as though it isn’t even there. One with 150 in senses can see clearly for ten feet in every direction, but their vision beyond ten feet is limited to just silhouettes. Anything 30 feet away is completely obstructed from their view. And anyone with below 150 senses is visually blind in this fog.
Now, however, things get interesting. When someone within the fog other than Alice uses reiatsu, they’re going to have to deal with some possible repercussions. First of all, because this is a mist, there are water particles in the air, and the unique property of these water particles is their attraction to expended reiatsu, although Weiß can spare allies and Alice from this effect. The water particles will condense onto the source of the expended reiatsu, causing this target to begin to feel damp and wet. The fog around them will thicken. Each time reiatsu is used, the user will require an additional 50 senses to be able to see through the fog. Even if the target teleports away, the fog will retain the same amount of attraction to them. Additionally, each use will generate a “white token.” With this mechanic that causes the fog to become denser, Weiß can use his techniques to suppress the target at the cost of white tokens.

Doll 1 Techniques:
Technique 1 Name: Water Thread Trap
Technique 1 Description and Effects: This technique causes droplets in the air to tap into their natural cohesiveness and form a powerful link between each other, instantaneously creating a thread attached to a target who has expended reiatsu or another physical object that contains their reiatsu. One thread can be created at the cost of a white token. Each thread has the durability of the doll’s highest spiritual stat. It binds them physically, tying them to another object. Each string can be up to 100 feet long.
Technique 1 Drawbacks: This technique costs 100 reiatsu for each string produced as well as a white token. The strings can be broken by an attack with either offensive stat superiority or class superiority.
Technique 2 Name: Sensory Refraction
Technique 2 Description and Effects: Fog refracts light when it passes through it. As fog grows denser around an enemy, Weiß can do more than just hurt their vision. When a target expends reiatsu, Weiß can select one form of sensory other than sight. This can be either energy sensory, hearing, touch, taste, or smell. Now, he can displace each of these stats. He can’t completely remove the target’s ability to use these senses, but he can shift where exactly they sense them. If he chooses touch, he can cause the target to feel a hand on his face when it’s actually on his foot. For energy sensory, he can shift the perceived location of the reiatsu.
Technique 2 Drawbacks: Weiß uses Sensory refraction at the price of a white token. In addition, the reiatsu cost for this technique is 300 to activate it and 300 maintain it for each following post. Those with either a higher class or superior spiritual offensive stat can resist this technique completely. Weiß can manipulate up to 2 senses at a time. However, he cannot create stimuli for senses, just alter those that already exist.
Technique 3 Name: Spiritual Refraction
Technique 3 Description and Effects: Much like Sensory Refraction, this technique focuses on displacement. However, it does so much more directly. Any reiatsu-based attack can have its trajectory curved. It’s not a sharp direction change, but as the technique travels through the fog, Weiß can cause it to bend up to 90 degrees.
Technique 3 Drawbacks: Each use of costs 200 reiatsu and a white token. If the reiatsu-based attack has a superior offensive stat or class, then it can ignore Spiritual Refraction.
Technique 4 Name: Drown
Technique 4 Description and Effects: As the mist gets denser, the target will inhale more and more of it. After a certain point, Weiß will have the option to make enough of the mist condense in the lungs of the target drowning them. Reaching this point, however, takes a very long time. First, both the highest offensive stat of both Weiß and the target must be added together and divided by 100. That will be the number of times the target must expend reiatsu before Weiß has the opportunity to drown him. For an example, if the target has 800 reiatsu strength and Weiß has 800 spiritual pressure, it will take 16 reiatsu expenditures before Weiß can drown the target. Let me be clear. Drown DOES NOT cost white tokens. Instead, it counts the total number of white tokens that have been generated throughout the fight for each time the target expended reiatsu.
Technique 4 Drawbacks: The biggest drawback is the wait that’s listed above. The second is the reiatsu cost. It takes 1000 reiatsu to activate Drown. Anyone with superior class or spiritual stat can resist Drown.
Doll 2 Name: Ende (End)
Doll 2 Appearance and Overall Ability:
Sealed
Released Doll Face Claim: Deadpool
Ability: Quantum Jump
Ende is unique for a physical combatant, for his ability allows him to transform his physical existence into raw reiatsu. That’s all his ability does. For a cost of 50 reiatsu, Ende can merge freely through anything containing Alice’s reiatsu. If she used Nebel to turn into a Mist, he can merge with her Mist. He can do the same within Alice’s other dolls and techniques. He may even turn into the very reiatsu that flows within her body. Like a true Ninja, end can disappear in a flash.
But his ability does a little more than just let him vanish. It grants him mobility. While he’s in that reiatsu form, he can travel 10x faster than his own speed, just like a step technique. He cannot remain still when in this reiatsu form, so it’s no good for hiding. It’s more like a permanently available step technique as long as he is in physical contact with something that contains Alice’s reiatsu, he’s free to travel through it and appear out the other end. Ende is limited to no more than three quantum jumps per post.
Type: Shadow
Strength - [100] (50) Points

Reiatsu Strength - [350] (630) Points

Instinct - [200] (150) Points
Senses - [200] (300) Points
Energy sensory - [0] (0) Points

Total SP: [1400] Points
Doll 2 Techniques:
Technique 1 Name: Partial Jump
Technique 1 Description and Effects: Rather than sending all of his body forward, Ende only have a small part of him execute the quantum jump. This could be anything from the very tip of his sword to everything except for his toe. Otherwise, it is exactly like a quantum jump except that he isn’t free to separate from the object or reiatsu that he traveled with. Both parts of him must stay linked, and it will require a separate quantum jump to reunite his body.
Technique 1 Drawbacks: To perform a partial jump and then recollect all parts of his body, it costs 100 reiatsu total. In addition, because any part of Ende that goes through a partial jump must stay in contact with the source of Alice’s reiatsu that it jumped through, leaving it potentially open to a counter attack.
Technique 2 Name: Streamline
Technique 2 Description and Effects: When it’s unfavorable for Ende to give up his physical form, this technique allows him to remain highly mobile while giving him the option to do some damage. It is a slower jump that moves 5x his speed. However, instead of traveling through an object, or reiatsu, he stays on its exterior, hovering an inch above it and riding it like one of those new bullet trains over a magnetic track. The use in this ability stems from the fact that now, as long as Ende remains no more than an inch away from the reiatsu that he’s traveling along, he can change his direction at will and move his physical body freely. This is compatible with both a full and a partial jump.
Technique 2 Drawbacks: While this technique, Ende is susceptible to attacks, and he can only use his physical body do defend against them. It has the same reiatsu cost as a regular quantum jump or a partial quantum jump.
Technique 3 Name: Cargo
Technique 3 Description and Effects: The name says it all. This technique lets Ende carry other objects or people with him, as long as they travel with him through a quantum jump by choice or he has spiritual stat superiority and is of equal or superior class. This is compatible with partial jumps.
Technique 3 Drawbacks: The only drawback is tripling the reiatsu cost of the jump. As long as the object is no larger than 10 feet by ten feet, he can take it with him. He must be in physical contact with all his “cargo” as he makes the quantum jump.
Technique 4 Name: False Trail
Technique 4 Description and Effects: Sometimes, Alice’s reaitsu won’t always be available to Ende to make a quantum jump through. This technique makes up for that. By making physical contact with any tangible object, he will make an invisible, intangible thread between himself and that object. That thread will connect them, highlighting the path that they traveled through in space but linking them both. If Ende zig-zagged and made loops, the thread would do the same. However, it still consists of Alice’s reiatsu so, so he is free to quantum jump to safety through it.
Technique 4 Drawbacks: It costs 200 reiatsu to anchor the thread. Furthermore, one with 50 energy sensory can see it.
Doll 3 Name: Leuchtkäfer (Firefly)
Doll 3 Appearance and Overall Ability:
Sealed
Released
Ability: Sapphire Fly
A swarm of five hundred blue fireflies, each of them about quarter of an inch long, will immediately appear, flying in a swarm all around Alice. Each fly contains an impressive amount of energy within it., allowing it to omit a bright sapphire light. However, Alice can will the lights to turn off. The flies move with Leuchtkäfer’s speed, but because they are separate parts of the whole doll. Therefore, each firefly just has one-tenth of Leuchtkäfer’s strength. The do retain all of his spiritual and sensory stats, however.
Each time a firefly is destroyed, it will explode into blue flames with an explosion radius of 5 feet. The detonation of the fireflies creates both an explosive force and fire that scale off Leuchtkäfer’s reiatsu strength. The flames and explosive force are special, however. They can only hurt those who Alice wills them to hurt. If she decides that she doesn’t want the flames to damage an individual, they person she protects won’t even feel the heat from the fire. It will only be a burst of light. The same goes for non-living things. If Alice decides that she doesn’t want the explosion to destroy the building, the explosion will not affect the building in anyway. The walls won’t even block the flames, letting the fire pass through. The same applies for defensive techniques that aren’t spiritual or of a higher class than Leuchtkäfer.
Type: Genius
Strength - [100] (66) Points
Speed - [300] Points
Spiritual Pressure - [200] (600) Points
Reiatsu Strength - [400] (1200) Points
Light Aura - [0] Points
Dark Aura - [100] Points
Instinct - [50] Points
Senses - [50] Points
Energy sensory - [200] (600) Points
Healing Expertise - [100] (33) Points
Total SP: [1400] Points
Doll 3 Techniques:
Technique 1 Name: Chain Explosion
Technique 1 Description and Effects: Each firefly can only explode if it is destroyed. However, Leuchtkäfer and Alice can decide what the explosion can actually damage, including other fireflies. If one explosion triggers another, the next explosion will grow in strength and double in size. In fact, it will increase in reiatsu strength by 200 for each chained explosion and increase in blast radius by 10 feet. However, reiatsu cost does not increase linearly. It is always doubled. First, the cost for a chained explosion is 100. The next is 200. The third is 400. The fourth is 800. By that point, the explosion will cost 800 reiatsu.
Technique 1 Drawbacks: The reiatsu cost grows exponentially, so it can become very costly very quickly. In addition, it cannot exceed 3x the reiatsu strength of Leuchtkäfer, although it’s impossible for the doll to pay enough reiatsu to hit the 3x strength limit.
Technique 2 Name: Laser
Technique 2 Description and Effects: Without this ability, there’s only one way that the energy within each firefly can be harnessed, and that’s if the fireflies are destroyed. However, Leuchtkäfer can now create a Cero-like beam from a firefly.
Technique 2 Drawbacks: Laser costs 150 reiatsu. Much like a real cero, it also takes a moment to charge, making it easily predictable. It also kills the firefly after use.
Technique 3 Name: Sapphire Star
Technique 3 Description and Effects: This technique is one that can be coupled with either an explosion from a firefly or even the use of Laser. It transforms these otherwise short-lived attacks into more lasting versions. Instead of an eruption of flame for a brief moment, Sapphire Star lets the explosion sustain itself, remaining active for three posts. The same applies for Laser.
Technique 3 Drawbacks: This technique costs 200 reiatsu.
Technique 4 Name: Self-Destruct
Technique 4 Description and Effects: This is the last-resort technique for Leuchtkäfer. It cannot be activated unless Leuchtkäfer has at least half its total reiatsu available. Upon activation, Leuchtkäfer will die, and it won’t be available for the remainder of the thread. Self-Destruct simply causes all the fireflies that make up Leuchtkäfer to combust at once.
Technique 4 Drawbacks: Listed above.

Necessary Backstory:
Part 1 - The Silver Spoon
Alice Holland was born to a moderately wealthy family in the District 46 of the Rukongai. Jane Holland was a stay-at-home mother who took care of her only child while tending to their home. Daniel Holland was a merchant who made the majority of his living trading luxuries such as jewelry. The family had a handful of servants to help around the house as well. All in all, they were living a good life.
Alice’s childhood was uneventful for the most part. She received schooling from private tutors hired by her parents. She was naturally brilliant, especially when it came to the sciences. She made it through the humanities and language, but Alice excelled in physical sciences. She cared little about life science except for its ties to chemistry. Her father was trying to groom her for the family business, but Alice made it clear that she wanted nothing to do with trade. Her ambition was research.
But shortly after Alice turned 13, her life crumbled around her. Almost overnight, her father lost all his assets. As it turned out, much of his business was not fully legitimate. His competitors had pushed him into a dangerous corner where he thought he could continue to thrive, but ultimately, the Gotei 13’s 7th Division shut his trade down and arrested him. Jane Holland was too weak and inexperienced to care for her daughter, and she left, abandoning Alice. The young girl was left with nothing.
Part 2 - Fool’s Gold
Alice learned to care for herself quickly. There were plenty of orphan children around the poverty-stricken Rukongai districts, so it was easy for her to fit in with those groups. Most were led by the older boys who cared little for a useless 13 year old. Alice wasn’t too great at stealing, so she often found herself hungry. By cozying up with some of the boys her age, she found that they would give her extra food and drink. If she held hands with them, they might share a little more. Holding hands turned into an occasional kiss. But before things got too intimate, Alice always left, moving on to another district where another group of young thieves waited.
Alice was furious with the sudden shift in her life at first, but she quickly adjusted. Before she knew it, she was having a great time. As she matured, she became quite beautiful, and the young woman used that to her advantage. She got free drinks and meals at bars and taverns, occasionally getting a free room if the man was attractive enough. She never did feel love, however. Alice was never committed to anyone else. She was always using them for some type of benefit. And after going through their belongings and swiping some valuables and ryo, Alice was always gone before the sun rose.
When Alice was 20, she met an interesting fellow at a bar. She was flirting, since he seemed obviously wealthy, but he refused to give her his name. It wasn’t until she got him a little tipsy that he hesitantly told her that he worked as a seated officer in Squad 12. That got her interest. Alice made it very clear that she was willing to do anything if he showed her his research, but the anonymous squad 12 officer continuously refused. No matter how drunk he got or how intimate Alice was, he kept his mouth shut.
It wasn’t until dawn the next morning, when Alice was looking through his belongings, did she notice an interesting piece of information. It was a slip of paper that discussed possible recruitment for the alpha phase of the “Neo-Bount Project.” They needed live test subjects, preferably young adults. Alice was growing bored of her nomadic, parasitic life. She wanted to see what Squad 12 had to offer. After Seireitei uprooted her wealthy lifestyle, she already despised the Gotei 13, but this could be an opportunity at a fresh start. When the squad 12 researcher awoke, she skillfully persuaded him to take her to his research facility as a potential subject.
Part 3 - Sapphire
Alice very clearly realized that the research she was a test subject for was not legal. She never learned the names of any of the researchers, not even the head. In fact, the only name that was spoken around Alice was that of Squad 12 Captain Aramis Tezuka. The other issue was the high-risk of the actual research. They were clearly going to do something to Alice, something that just might kill her if she was unlucky. That only made the woman extremely interested in the science of the procedure. She wanted to know exactly what they were doing to her and why. Alice very quickly learned advanced biochemical concepts as well as how they would be applied through the facilities’ developed technology. In a few months, she had been brought up-to-speed on the latest scientific knowledge regarding biochemical engineering.
Alice wasn’t the only test subject, but she was the only one who came willingly. The rest were prisoners of some sort. Possibly criminals, maybe not. She wasn’t exactly told much about them, but there were four others. Three men and two women. Alice never learned their names or spoke to them. The only reason that she knew they existed was because of the special freedom that she was given to learn and explore the facility, for she was there willingly.
After about a month of preparation, their tests finally began. For one full week, Alice felt nothing but unbearable pain. She couldn’t think. If machines weren’t pumping her heart and breathing on her behalf, she certainly would have died, and she definitely wanted to. During that week, Alice regretted letting her curiosity and ambition get the best of her. At the end of that week, she was alive, but her body felt strange. A new power coursed through her, one she longed to test in order to get revenge on the scientists that put her through hell.
But no matter how powerful Alice became, she couldn’t break out of her cell. She was trapped, but she kept trying. However, her efforts yielded no fruit. A few days after she had fully recovered, however, a loud noise woke her up in the middle of the night. Another man had successfully broken out of his confinements, slaughtering all the frantic scientists. Some were quite strong for researchers, but none stood a chance against this man’s might. After killing the researchers, he went to each individual cell, releasing the rest of the test subjects. Alice was last, and after a few moments of hesitation, he freed her. He told her that she was one of them, and that they must unite to seek revenge. Alice simply smiled, shaking her head. She couldn’t accept his offer. She had her own life that she wanted to live, and after stealing the facilities information on Bounts, science, and the research on the newly created Neo-Bounts, Alice fled.
Thanks to the files she looted, Alice quickly learned how to use her powers, summoning her dolls with ease. She began discovering more and more Bount secrets as she pushed herself, learning the limits of her soul and abilities. When she re-entered the world, she did so as an underworld mercenary, taking pety jobs for as much cash as they would reward. But her strength became apparent quickly, and she took a job as a smuggler for a bakkoto distributing organization known as the Saints. After her operation had been cut short by another powerful underworld lord, Douma, she decided to join his operations. He promised the resources she would need to pursue her own research as well as money. As long as she continued to help him, he would provide as much assistance as possible. And she had a feeling that they would be scratching each others’ backs for quite a while.

Current Story Status: [High Ranking Subordinate of Douma]
