So a while ago I had a technique passed called Goon Ran. A high speed technique that had some others associated with it, and the class 2 obviously was a very potent technique with some considerable drawbacks.
However it has come to my attention that the wording in the drawback section doesn't specify where the drawbacks for one class ends and another begins. So we have a class 5 technique that if read flat off the tin, causes muscle perforation, requires 600 speed, and 4 skp allocated into Hoho and either hakuda or kido.
Obviously this is a shortsight on my part. thus why I am rectifying it.

{Roaring Orchid as currently read}
Technique Name: Gõon Ran (Roaring Orchid)
Class: 5,4,2
Technique Type : Hoho
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Hoho-capable Races
Technique Element: Variant ( Fire, Thunder/Sonic, Lightning)
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
This Technique was developed by modifying standard shunpo techniques at lower speeds, pushing the limit to how fast an individual could go whilst still managing to move their body, and even more fiercely: Attack whilst doing so. This Technique requires absolute control of Shunpo to manage and marginalize how it is not only carried out, but to what parts of the body it is channeled.
At Class 5, this technique is quite simple, hardly trying to push any boundaries, it whittles down the technique of shunpo down to a simplistic basis. The user moves at 7x their speed, and orients their body to strike their opponent. The incredible reduction in speed allowing the individual to strike without physically damaging themselves. This Technique costs 125 reiatsu per use.
At Class 4, this Technique becomes more complicated. By pushing the limits of how one can execute moves whilst moving at high speed, the individual initiates a boost of speed, bringing them up to 5x normal speed. At this time, the user then funnels the technique up through their chest and into their arms, allowing them to strike mid-step with incredible force. The sheer speed with which this strike is made increases the impact force of the hit by 25% of the user's base speed, however this additional force can be damaging if it far surpasses the user's own strength. If the boost to impact damage is greater than the user's strength, 50% of the difference will be inflicted on the user's limbs. This technique costs 175 reiatsu per use.
At Class 2, this Technique becomes something else entirely. By Ramping up the cost of the technique. The user doesn't just apply shunpo to the feet before channeling it elsewhere, but actually sends the reiatsu throughout their entire body at once. Rather than just a quick burst of speed, this ramps up the user's speed by 2x on a continuous basis. For 6 Posts the user moves at such speed and force that the reiatsu pulsing through their body escapes through the skin, creating friction with the air. Strangely, this has a varied effect based on the individual performing the technique. This technique costs 600 Reiatsu.
When learning the Disciplines for this Technique, one must choose a single Type, which corresponds to the Discipline associated with it. Once chosen, this cannot be changed.
-In Individuals with Fire type, their reiatsu ignites violently, causing a surge of flame that surrounds their body, that burns anything that comes within four meters of them and allows them to unleash immolating attacks if properly trained.
-In Individuals with Thunder Type , their reiatsu shoves outward, compressing air around them before suddenly decompressing it, resulting in massive, booming shockwaves which rush out from the user's body to a maximum of 10 meters from the user's body.
-In individuals with Lightning Type, their reiatsu moves fluidly, creating a current which rapidly builds static charge, causing sudden movements, with proper training, to unleash torrential bolts of lightning around the user as they move.
The intensity of these attacks is so great, and hard to control, that simply learning this technique cannot properly accommodate such attacks. As such, this level of technique instead serves as a gateway for a state through which other techniques which utilize this state can, and must, be learned in order to channel into useful attacks.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): The user forces Kidou through their body in a wave, starting at the feet, then pulsing it through the rest of their body once the step is initiated. This process is finely tuned by knowledge of either body(Hakuda) or the spirit(Kidou). The base technique is what allows the user to achieve the high speed, whilst the disciplines allow the user to safely perform this move by properly adjusting the output and flood of reiatsu as it causes harmful effects once it exits the body, whilst adding offensive potential to the moves.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Requires at least a 2 in Hoho, and at lest two points from Hakuda and/or Kido as a means of controlling through either mental focus or physical discipline. Additionally, because of the control needed for these moves, they cost much more than normal hoho moves, or even normal moves of the same class. Requires at LEAST 600 speed to perform. Once this technique ends, the user suffers a severe stamina drain equal to 12 posts of continuous combat (Or simply double the posts used if the technique is ended early). Consumes a long-term Stat boost slot.
Lastly, in order to utilize the elemental effects of class 2 SAFELY, they have to be paired with corresponding Disciplines tailored for each type. As such Class 2 must be used in conjunction with these disciplines (Moeru Hanabira,Kokeiki no Hana, and Akarui Shogeki) . Additionally, regardless of discipline, this technique perforates the skin as reiatsu escapes it, causing considerable bleeding on the arms and legs.
Kenpachi and Fighter Types may learn this technique up to class 4, but may not learn the Class 2 Version.
