Karakura Academy. This was the location in which Aura was originally suppose to inhabit once she was deemed useful. Her form and personality were forged in order to fit into the scenery without complications. Even when tucking her handbag into her side she didn't stand out from the other students that were passing along side her. Them, the humans in which she was meant to infiltrate and use as a cover story as one of them. Aura is a Bount, an artificial weapon meant to fight on behalf of the Soul Society. She was trained and placed through numerous scenarios to really test her ability to take on the best that the world had to offer. At least that WAS the idea overall. But later on it was found out that she was one of the rare few Bounts that survived.
Being among the first generation Aura had many secrets that were deemed vital to the Shinigami. What made the others fail they did not find in her. As such she became more than just a weapon. She became an Eve to their little science project. After that, she became a test tube subject. They wanted to study her and see what made her tic. They sat her down and ran tests, medicine, lab work, and lots of other "fun" tests to see what made her special. She didn't know. She couldn't piece it together. She was never told what she was from the moment she first opened her eyes. All she knew was that she was special. Many of the kids around her were special, like her. They played games, puzzles, and were treated as though they were Kings and Queens. The special treatment. The works.
Aura marched her past the doors and up the stairs to the second floor. The sensation was almost surreal. Girls gossiping between themselves. They all have their own little cliques. So lively and more than likely didn't care too much what went beyond their world. That little world of ignorance is what that really was. She tucked her bag in even more. From what the paper said she had to meet with some teachers at the Head Office to make sure she enrolled. Her uniform was different from the others around her, so it caught some attention from the free folk. Her hair was a bit longer than most and her complexion wasn't ordinary either. She could feel their eyes on her as if they were trying to break her down. Tap tap tap.... all the way to the office among the whispers and chatting going on.
She had to keep it together. "Just push the thoughts out of your head girl." Pretty much her own little way of pepping up. The Bount pretty much had to as she was a sheep who had gone into the wolves den. Yup, it was a good time all around. Just an ordinary day at school.... if she ever been to one. All fun and games until someone got hurt. Doctor Erika taught her what she needed to know about school in the human world. Not at all glamorous from what she said. All true to her, but to Aura it was better than a single room with four white walls surrounding her. Anything was better than that place. As she looked out the hall windows she was reminded of the scene she saw back in the Seireitei. The over watch was awesome to say the least.
"Just keep it together Aura. You are doing fine." *Whisper whisper* More of that noise going on in the background. So she continued to push it out. The damn noise continued and soon she found herself toying around with her hair. The long strands of brown hair that fell down to her hips made it more comforting. Was she really out of tune when it came to people? Guess so since it only has been a few hundred years since she has been able to socialize with people. Not that Erika didn't count, its just that Aura really hasn't practiced with what she taught her. They only did a little bit of dialogue, but only between them. But that was all in the past now.
*Knock knock* It took all her nerve to really make it this far. To be able to tap her knuckle against the wooden door in a strange new world that was only read about. The whole ordeal was mind blowing to be honest. Aura is still relatively new to the World of the Living, so there were things that she had to adjust to. Beyond that it was merely speaking with the School Officials about her attendance and her ranking within the student body. Seems like Erika thought about all of it during her imprisonment in Soul Society. For her position in the school, she'll be portraying a student in class 2-B as a transfer student. Geez, Ericka really did her homework as to a cover story for her. With this Aura wouldn't really stand out among the crowd. Well, not AS much.
After the initiate introductions were sorted out and preparations Aura was dismissed. It would be the following day is when her first official school day would begin. So at least all of that was out of the way for the time being. The girl was allowed to roam the school for the time being to at least familiarize herself with her new surroundings. She quickly took a liking to her new environment. Lots of space, sections that provided new scenery and atmosphere, a pool, and a yard to frolic about. And wouldn't you know it she did just that. To really spread her wings and stretch her arms out. No walls to hold her in captivity or boundaries to tell her where she couldn't tread. Aura felt free to make her own decisions at last. She saw freedom, but others saw a strange transfer student running around like an idiot.
She didn't care or paid too much mind to it. She was enjoying herself. Something that the Shinigami could learn a thing or two from. The moment seem to just drag on that she lost track of time. From what seemed to be morning quickly turned to twilight. Several students came to speak to her about who she was and where she came from. She humored them with an immediate answer saying that she is a foreigner from a land called Britain. Some of her features were mixed but mainly sticked to Japanese. It wasn't that she wanted to break their chatter but she had no other choice. Given the circumstances she had to hurry and find her new dwellings that Ericka provided for her. Nightfall would come soon. Which was all the more reason why she made great haste.
Her thighs were scorching hot with tension. Well running from the school with all her speed down three blocks will do that to you. Especially since she isn't as fit as the other combative Bounts. That's right, Aura was primarily used for her mind rather than her physical prowess. Despite beimg kept from field operations Aura is capable of matching other Bount if trained. But for the time being she had to settle with what she has so far. She went into a full sprint as she knew all too well what would come of the night. All the more reason she wanted to return to her condo.
Her residence wasn't far away, well within walking distance. However, what was of concern was the fact that the Bount lost track of time. So brimming with wonder and excitement that she completely forgot about her need to return home early. Another block down as she rounded the corner to her home. Ahead resided the residential complex, which her room was located on the top floor. Room #806, the last room at the end of the aisle. The Doctor made sure that she was located on the top floor to have a better vantage point. Even with that wasn't enough, so the Doctor purchased the condo beside her own, #805. This was meant to avoid the excessive noise she would probably make during the nights. Best to not have the neighbors hear of what was going on, or else they might get the wrong idea about her.
Still, her hamstrings her already bulging from all the running. Fingers tapping repeatedly over the call button for the elevator with such haste, that she didn't even get the chance to even say "Hi" to the front desk. A bubbly older gentleman with a good sense of humor. He was very kind and showed her around when she first arrived. Aura didnt want to take a chance in hurting him or any other patron. She would have to come up with an excuse later on for her rudeness. Nonetheless, she was already feeling the effects of the Osen.
Before the doors closed shut she saw the sun's reflection fading from the wall across from her. She could feel it. Her blood beginning to broil, her breath hastening, and droplets of sweat forming along her slender neckline. The Bount was running out of time. Her mind raced of what would seem a thousand ideas per second. But actually, she was stuck on three. Just the rush of losing herself was causing her to recycle through the three same ideas over and over again without realizing it. She began to lose her mind.
As the doors part she felt her body giving in. Everything seemed to be tilted, unbalanced, disorienting. Every single step was torture. Each one taken required Aura to breath in deeply before exhaling. She felt the numbing fingers brush against the thin ring that held her keys. Keeping her train of thought grew more daunting than ever before as her heart began to throb. The light faded from the skies from what she saw, sliding the keys into her doorknob. "Come on Aura... you are ... right here.. Just a little bit .....more." she panted.
Like cold burning liquid being poured beneath her muscles the girl growled at the door. Silently to herself of the growing agony and frustration that coursed through her body. She turned the key to un.... Damn it... "Wrong key?!". Her vision was beyond hazy to even know if she had the correct key or not. Everything g was spinning. One by one she used the little sense of touch to fund the correct pattern for her Condo. At least until the knob turned and allowed her to enter her holdings. But by then, she was burning from the inside out.
Was she even standing anymore? She didn't know. All she knew was how hot the Condo was. The atmosphere resembled more like that of a tropical climate. It made it difficult to breath. Even worse, it didn't stop. Dripping with cold sweat the Bount didn't realize that she had removed her attire. Nothing was left except her her white night veil dress. Aura didn't realize that she was stepping outside again. Into the night, to find a way to cool the heat and throbbing pain in her heart.
