(Training for TTP)
Standing in the sand arena that Kimiko had made sure was built behind the barracks of the seventh division the Captain of said division at the moment was going over a morning training exercise. Over the last year she had been the Captain and while she had been doing her best most of that time had been spent making sure that the division wasn't being lazy or out of shape. When she had been appointed Captain that had been the condition that the division was in and now it seemed that finally such a thing wasn't the case.
At the moment it was only four in the morning and the sun had yet to rise so Kimiko wasn't surprised that the majority of her division that were on duty right now were inside of the barracks asleep. She didn't blame them for remaining in bed the most of them had just went through a year of training in order to gain physical shape and prowess that they had lost. The majority of the squad was once again in prime condition and Kimiko could smile at the fact.
She wasn't happy with herself though. Kimiko still had far to much potential as a Shinigami to be relaxed. She had to tap into her potential even more in order to rise above the other Captains and make sure that no laws could be broken. She always told her division that the seventh division had to be the most powerful or else there would always be someone who could get away with breaking the laws of Soul Society. Well Kimiko wasn't the strongest Captain which meant that there were still those people out there whether or not her division was now in fighting condition.
That's why right now she was out in the arena of sand training by herself. Kimiko had to put her body through training that many wouldn't deem wise. No one was like her though there wasn't a single Shinigami in Soul Society that could do what she could. Only a handful came close and Kimiko was seeking to make that down to no one. So in the next moment she squatted down and then jumped off. In that moment though the strength from her legs caused a shockwave around where she had been standing and the arena virtually blew upwards in her direction.
Kimiko was gone far up in the sky now having an overview of Soul Society as the sand began to fall back down onto itself where it had been. She was still in the sky continuing to rise and then she knew that she was losing momentum and would be descending soon. It took her roughly a minute to fall back down completely, but as she neared the arena of sand Kimiko changed the angle she was at and now faced the ground. It was then that she tucked her body and hit the ground in a roll actually saving herself from any harm as she skidded across the sand to a stop.
Everything had gone pretty well she had done precisely what she though that she could and yet that still wasn't enough. She would have to train herself in a way that she didn't think would work and then prove herself wrong. That was the only way to truly gain immeasurable strength in a short period of time. However, that's when Kimiko sensed the reiatsu of someone near her. "Well now why aren't you inside sleeping?" Kimiko smiled as she believed a member of her division had come out after being woken up by her less than quiet training.
