Asmoskon moved throughout Karakura Town once again. There normally wasn't a reason to be here anymore other then to just take care of the one apartment that he had grown up in after the death of his parents. He had a new home and normally spent his time there training and leading everyone that had been reclaimed as a member of the Masurao family. However, Asmoskon had come back to Karakura town once in awhile normally in order to see Kazura or do business. At the moment it was a latter and Asmoskon was out looking for new blood. Xcution still needed a large increase in potent individuals. Those that held more strength then the standard spiritually aware individual. So there was no better place to start looking then Karakura town.
He had found the location of a boy a few days back and that was the reason for his current location. A card had been sent to the boy on behalf of Xcution by Asmoskon's orders and along with that had been instructions to meet on the roof of a coffee shop. Asmoskon was here now standing on the roof overlooking Karakura while he awaited the arrive of the boy. He was at the moment wearing a formal black suit and his eye patch. He didn't have his quiver on his back nor anything out of the ordinary. He didn't want to scare the boy off prior to inviting him for something special.

When one thought of a rooftop meeting place, they almost certainly thought of a squared, gravel-laden area, usually with a concrete barrier. This wasn't quite like that. Dropping down from one of the higher roof's, Vereor stood and calmly brushed his gi off. His sword jangled at his side, free to clink against anything it touched as it's naked blade swung to-and-fro, suspended in his obi. There was no way he was going to meet with people who called themselves 'Xcution' and not have a way to protect himself. Still, he didn't want to appear hostile, so he immediately folded his arms in a relaxed position to indicate he meant no threat.
The cool summer air tore a valley into his hair, which was immediately filled by the thick, brown mass. Dangling at his neck, the polished lump of crud-metal that his family called their most precious heirloom swung slowly. "Are you the one who sent me this?" He asked, pulling a black card from his shirt. It was glossy and strong, so the sunlight bounced off it of, but there was no mistaking what it was. The white X was just too prominent against the black background, and it would take some serious reflections to dissuade anyone from recognizing it as an Xcution Member Card. Vereor studied the man. He wore a very professional suit, and the man couldn't help but be impressed by his dapper.
Despite the uncivilized meeting place, Vereor felt the fringes of respect begin to grow for this man. If he was dressed that well, perhaps he would be just as eloquent and dapper in personage and attitude. It would be nice to associate himself with someone a little higher on the evolutionary chain than parasites and worms for a change. Offering a small, thin smile from his gaunt lips, he did not take his eyes off the man once. Whoever he was, the fact that he knew about Vereor and ordered this meeting was a touch suspicious. Why would anyone want to meet with a nearly-powerless human?

Asmoskon kept himself in the calm statue like position with his arms crossed over his chest as he gazed out over the town. He could sense the approach of the human it seemed that the man didn't take precaution at every turn. If this boy actually took up the offer to join Xcution, well more specifically Asmoskon's planned offer then the boy would be in for the training of his life time. Asmoskon had already gained information on the boy known as Vereor since his appearance in Karakura Town.
His agents were virtually limitless across the human world; it was thanks to this that when Asmoskon had decided to look for new recruits one of his men had informed him of the new Fullbringer. Of course there were plenty more spiritually aware individuals across the globe yet at the moment there had been none to report nearly as close. Asmoskon had accessed that he would take the time to recruit this boy while he sent out a few of his close troops such as Sue to recruit the others.
Now as the boy dropped from a roof top to the building that Asmoskon was upon now the tall Quincy didn't even seem to move or acknowledge that he had arrived. Asmoskon slowly though after the boy had spoken and questioned if Asmoskon had been the one to send him the Xcution card. His head slowly turned to the side and the boy would have the chance to see that there was a large black eye patch over the side of his face. Asmoskon's left eye though worked immediately and prior to even turning completely every inch of the boy had been accessed and evaluated.
Asmoskon turned completely facing the boy now and moving his hands down into the pockets of his black dress pants. His gaze towards the boy was stern his eye piercing into the soul of the boy measuring his character. "What if I am Vereor? What do you plan to do now that you have revealed your location to someone you know nothing about?" Asmoskon had already made his decision. The man wasn't a picky teacher and knew that every individual no matter their strengths and weaknesses could be utilizes in his war.

Ah. So it was going to be like this. For a moment, Vereor tensed himself, wondering if his melodramatic speech would involve some kind of trap or offensive maneuver, but nothing happened. Instead, the man just glared at him. So much for having manners. Sighing, Vereor lowered his arms to his sides and slouched slightly. "I'm not the only one who revealed their location. In fact, considering you set the location of the meeting, either one of us could have been subject to a trap." Elaborating no further, the young man turned and began walking toward the edge of the roof. Looking down at the hustle and bustle of the town's active hivelife below, he sighed again.
"Xcution is easily found using internet research and by searching the city's lot requisition records. I am under the understanding that Xcution is a large, umbrella corporation with three or four main sector, although all of them are related to the spiritual world hidden behind the curtain." While his knowledge on Xcution was a little bit more than that, Vereor didn't want to reveal every card he held just yet. Besides, there was a reason he agreed to show up at the meeting in the first place. He couldn't do it anymore. His gazing never leaving the motorists and pedestrians, he swallowed. "I spent 10 years of my life under the servitude of an Arrancar, living among the hollow on the white sands of Hueco Mundo. After returning home, I struggled and struggled to fit in again. To be human.
But I can't. I don't know how. What's more, I don't like it. I miss my sword. The one at my hip is a lie. A useful lie, but a lie. I miss my power. Without it, I am purposeless." He turned again to face the eye-patch wearing man. Although he couldn't sense his energy (Vereor had trouble with energy sensory), he could tell instinctively that this man had his best interest at heart, even if it was for an ulterior motive. "If you can help me awaken my powers again, I'll help you with whatever you need. I am a tool as much as the sword at my hip. If you can make me sharp again, I will let you wield me without question." There was no wavering in his voice. His stare was strong and his jaw was held high. Even if the man wouldn't know it for some time to come, that was an honor.

Well it seemed that the boy had held higher hopes of how this was going to down at the start. Asmoskon wasn't the type of individual that would be so nice to exchange long pleasantries. Every moment that was wasted on doing something unnecessary was a moment of advantage given to any and all foes. When the boy released a sigh Asmoskon came to the conclusion that he would need to fix the display of respect like another of his troops. When the boy walked over to the side of the building Asmoskon simply followed his with his sight.
There was no possible way that the boy could actually get away from Asmoskon even if he tried so there was no point in staying close to him as if he needed such a precaution. What he had stated would have normally been true if the boy had any allies. Asmoskon had effectively made himself into bait by coming himself yet he had known the chances of Vereor bringing someone along with him with the plans to attack were next to zero. Even if such a plan was thought through and put into action Vereor would have needed the aid of someone far superior than himself to even stand a chance.
Asmoskon kept standing there silent as the boy vented his emotions searching throughout himself in order to explain everything and give his answer. It seemed that the boy did wish to join Xcution in the hopes that his power would be reacquired. Based on what he had said Asmoskon assumed that he had been either an Arrancar or Shinigami that had utilized Saigo. He knew of this method of release and what it led to the only thing that it caused now was an additional goal for Asmoskon. This boy had been under the leadership of someone else if Asmoskon was to take him on as he intended that loyalty whether he knew it was there still or not would be broken and replaced.
Asmoskon walked over towards the boy after he had started to plead with him to make him strong again. Asmoskon had already heard enough and there were few things more annoying then the rambling of others that didn't know when to shut up. As the boy finished his statement Asmoskon's right hand came across and smacked the boy just enough that he would find his lip split open and blood running down his chin. "You have made your decision. I'll take you on and train you. However, right now you're nothing. A broken blade with no edge. It's time to forge anew. Be ready for your tempering." After that the boy would be knocked unconscious with a punch to the stomach and Asmoskon would take him back to the training facility with the rest of his troops.
