"This ability can effect nearly any type of reiatsu the only forms being safe are very dense physical reiatsu such as spiritual steel-stone. This means that other forms of physical reiatsu such as water, sand or lava can still be absorbed into the arrow."
Personally, this is a little vague, but seems like a fair enough drawback. What about elements summoned by reiatsu that aren't made of reiatsu themselves? Like the roaring flood thing?
Also, I'm just going to flat out say that this shouldn't be able to effect release techniques. That becomes way too much of a headache to keep track of. If a release overall summons fire, like Ryuujin Jakka, sure, absorb and move that. But I wouldn't want Asmoskon to ever be able to effect something like Satsujun's phoenix. So, basically my ruling is that it can't affect the core release, or the techniques, but if there is elemental creation as a result of the release, you can affect that.
"The size of these arrows are about three feet while being a foot in width. For every additional 100 reiatsu they absorb however they double in size."
This get's out of hand fast. Doubling every post, per chain, will mean that after two posts, the arrows are 12 feet in size, and 4 feet in width. Maybe rethink this? It's just kinda unnecessary.
"They're actually able to through contact with someone absorb 50 reiatsu from the individual which goes directly into the offensive stat of the arrow when they explode"
To clarify: if the arrow had 800 offensive strength, they touch someone, instantly go to 850, then explode? Or is it that they can explode at any point, and they also, upon making contact with someone drain 50 reiatsu and turn it into offensive strength? If it's the latter, make sure that they can only absorb reiatsu this way once per post, otherwise I can see some stupid shit happening. I'd say if it's once per post though, they can absorb 100.
"When these arrows absorb a technique or ability they do gain the property of it yet the Offensive Equivalent of it is also added on top of the Arrows base offensive stat"
Nope. Redirection Class 1 does this, but costs a shit ton, and has some major consequences. Yours doesn't. At all. With no drawbacks, this is unacceptable.
"When they absorb a complex ability they gain the knowledge of what the ability actually does and how to use it. This enables them to inform Asmoskon and even go so far as to use the technique themselves so long as Asmoskon pays the cost of the technique with his own reiatsu."
First part sure, second part no. Perfect copy catting is something I'm super reluctant to pass, and the property already does so goddamn much.
Otherwise totally fine. Make changes, and I'll approve and move it.
