Location: The business sector of Karakura is currently in a rapid stage of growth, funded in part by Uzaki Enterprises', a large part of the economy, own growth and partly due to a growing stability with hollow numbers staying more in control. As a result, multiple large office buildings are being put up, and this fight occurs on one of this half finished high risers.
Special Conditions: Kazura will be paying Vannan for his time, negotiable between participants OOC and characters IC.
Circumstances: Kazura simply has a lot of pent up energy from lots of work and building without a lot of hunting or fighting lately. So, to both keep his skills sharp, test out some new powers of his that he has unlocked, and to just have some fun, he has hired a previous client, Vannan, to come fight him for the fun of it.

Have you ever felt like you just needed to get out of the house, go for a walk, shake out the dust out of your leg muscles that haven't been used in too long? Or maybe you just sometimes feel like you need to go take a break from whatever it is you were doing and go somewhere where you'll be forced to think deeply about something. For a Fullbringer who spent 90% of his time indoors sitting at a desk with a pencil, paper and tablet computer, these kinds of feelings became so strong that they were impossible to ignore. And unfortunately, it wasn't enough to just go for a walk, or a run, or go to a lecture or play chess.

No, sometimes you just had to get into a blood pumping fight.

Kazura Uzaki was feeling this way one warm sunny day, the time being barely past noon. He needed to get out and hit something, be hit, exhaust himself with a fight that let his instincts be put to the test and his body be pushed to the limits. His fingers wandered to his phone, checking on his employees schedules. All of them were currently in "On Mission" or "In Lab" status, or some variation of "Not Available to Fight you". Frustrated by the lack of ability to go out and just let loose, especially with the UEDN, Uzaki Enterprises Detection Network, coming up with no Hollow activity in the town of Karakura, the Fullbringer had no idea how he was going to scratch this itch that he found.

Idly scrolling through contacts out of more frustration than anything, Kazura's finger stopped on a familiar name. A client's name, but a familiar name. Vannan Harper, Quincy. Vannan had shown a willingness to demonstrate his "bow levels" for a reduction in the cost of his upgrade, so Kazura could probably easily "hire" him to come demonstrate them... while Kazura also tried to blow off some steam against him. So, opening up the contact and comprising a quick text, the inventor hoped that this Quincy would be available to spar with. Good afternoon, Mr. Harper. Would you be interested in earning some cash by demonstrating your bow levels against me? I would like to engage in a good natured lively exercise... Simply, I would like to spar with you. I'm antsy and need a good break from work.

Item Description:
The typical mask of a vigilante, this mask is made to appear like Batman’s mask, though it has a mentally deployable gas mask. Built in are the Spirit Goggles Mk II. This version of the Spirit Goggles allows Kazura to see ghosts, and to gain a readout of their Spiritual Pressure and Reiatsu Strength at will. The Spirit Goggles MK II can also be used outside of the Helm due to their disguised nature. There is also an infrared and a heat sensing vision modes to the goggles now.

This helm has an extra ability. For up to two consecutive posts at a time, the wearer can mentally activate the cameras and projectors hidden and armored along the helm. If he is not wearing anything over the helm, then the cameras and projectors will pick up the environment around him and then adjust the image they project accordingly. As a result, the helm camouflages into any environment, effectively becoming invisible. It updates in real time too, so something moving behind him won't throw off the effect. However, it has some drawbacks. First, any electrical current that runs into him will short circuit the cameras for four posts, negating his invisibility until they recover. Also, any reiatsu attack that hits him does the same thing. He can, however, use up a battery to power the invisibility, in which only electricity can short circuit the invisibility. It deducts 25 reiatsu per post from the batteries. Once the invisibility has been used up or turned off, it needs to recover for a whole post of not using it, though a reiatsu battery can force it to start even if the cool down isn't ready. Doing this burns it out for the rest of the thread unless repaired. The eyes are always visible, even when the camouflage mode is turned on.

Item Description:
This Suit maintains the same physical defense as before, being able to withstand and absorb 150 strength before the impact is felt by the wearer, but has also been equipped with a small cavity in the chest. A Reiatsu Battery can be plugged into it, which immediately activates the Reiatsu defense. The armor then becomes as durable as spiritual steel with a defensive value equal to the RS of the battery, and it deducts 5 reiatsu per post from the battery. This defense allows the armor to not be immediately destroyed by spiritual weapons, but has no real defense for reiatsu attacks. This is not similar to Hierro, in that it is a perfect defense at that specific Reiatsu Strength, it merely acts like an armor. It would take damage over time as weapons scratched and gouged it, and could easily break if enough strength or attacks were delivered in one spot. Alternatively, the user's own Reiatsu Strength can be channeled into this armor for 25 reiatsu a post, though it still doesn't act like Hierro.

Item Name: Gauntlets MK IV

Item Description: A simple pair of black gauntlets, these gloves have metal tips and a small port in the back. When the wearer wills, those tips cause red plasma claws to emerge. The flaps in the side of the wrist, such as those found on airplanes, are on this model. When deployed, the wearer can eject two portions of air out of his arm storage to force his arm forwards at 200 stat speed. The port on the back has a dual nature. It feeds both into the Air Cannons and the Gauntlets. If the Gauntlet is draining from it, the plasma claws act like a spiritual weapon with the RS of the battery, and deduct ten reiatsu a post from the battery. It counts as Class 4 for clash purposes. Alternatively, the user can support the plasma claws with their own RS for 25 reiatsu a post.

Item Description:This air cannon expands upon the ability to create blasts of air by building up air pressure. Using the limited knowledge of matter compression that he has, the storage capacity of the cannons has increased to six portions. The added compression of air pressure has also increased the potency of the cannons to 150 strength. Additionally, compressing the air further can result in a "combined shot" By charging for a post, up to 3 shots can be released at one time, adding their strengths together for a maximum of 450 strength. The user can enter a thread with full air. If a Reiatsu Battery is placed into the Gauntlets, the Air Cannons can choose to fire out enhanced air blasts. They act like Sho, but are Class 4 for clash purposes. They have the RS of the battery, but still have the strength of the air. The cannons can fire 2 regular shots or 1 charged shot per battery. Alternatively, the user can use it to fire Air blasts at their own RS for 100 reiatsu.

Item Name: Conversion Gauntlets MK I

Item Type: Armor/Weapon

Item Description: This sleek black Gauntlet model is the latest and greatest of UE technology, so far. The extent of this item's abilities makes the other models look like toys in comparison. It starts with an expanded air tank capable of holding a much greater amount of air at a time. While other models could hold up to six portions of air, this model compresses up to ten portions of air. This is extremely important not only for enhanced ability to fire out blasts of 150 strength air, but because the extra quantity is necessary fuel for what this model is capable of.

Sacrificing the ability to compress air for high Strength impacts, the Conversion Gauntlets allow Fullbringers to channel their Soul Command abilities into the technology of the weapon, effectively converting air into one of two options. It can either separate the elements into Hydrocarbons, which are extremely flammable, or combine the elements into liquid water. A two chamber system allows the gauntlets to intake air at a rate of 1 portion per post to replace either the flammable gas or the water that is expelled through the palm at 150 strength. The gas is able to be ignited into fire blasts using small spark generators inside the exhaust port in the palm.

The conversion process takes 200 reiatsu to perform due to the highly specific and focused Soul Command needed to convert air into gas or water, regardless of the fact that the gauntlet helps the process along. Even though reiatsu is being given up to make this switch, a large amount of nuclear energy is generated by the splitting of atoms required to achieve the elemental change. To make this non-lethal to the wearer, the glove is lined with Sekki Sekki stone to absorb the released energy. This has the added benefit of allowing the wielder to punch aside reiatsu attacks that are equal or inferior to his/her Reiatsu Strength stat. The impure nature of the Sekki Sekki inside this glove makes it capable of being overwhelmed by attacks superior by 1 point in RS.

As a last note, due to the incredibly large amount of energy released by the conversion, any spiritual being, even those with 0 Energy Sensory will be able to feel something happening inside the gauntlet. Hiding the fact that Air was just converted into water or fire is not possible with this item. However, because the products of the conversion are supported by reiatsu, they need no other added reiatsu to be capable of standing on the same tier as other kinds of attacks. In terms of clash, the fire and water blasts are Class 4 in nature. With 100 reiatsu given up per blast the attack can be upgraded to Class 3 in strength.

Item Description:For when the 3D movement equipment in the Belt isn't enough, that's where the boots ocme in. These steel toed boots have vents built into the souls of the heel, and have shallow grooves to ensure that air can always get to the vents. These vents are much more controlled than the air cannons. They have two functions. The first is for fast movement. By expending three portions of air, Kazura can propel himself, or a single limb, at 200 stat speed for a maximum of twenty feet. The second function is for hovering. By consuming two portions of air per post, Kazura can hover in mid air. this model of the boots regains one portion per post, and can hold six portions at a time. Kazura enters a thread with full air storage.

Item Description: This fashionable weapon is made out of stainless steel and coated with a protective resin. Self proclaimed the best handgun in its class for its price, it boasts a penetrating strength of 300 and a bullet velocity of 600. It equips basic handgun ammo that can be purchased in any human world store, and it built for versatility. The magazine is well oiled to slide out easily and without trouble but is also manufactured to not easily disengage on its own. This increase in magazine size is important due to the handgun's ability to fire in a burst setting. One pull of the trigger will fire three bullets in quick succession. Item Name: Reiatsu Battery MK I
Item Type: Utility
Item Description: This small tube is the size of a D battery. If it had the proper markings, it would look exactly like a D battery, though this tube is just a plain piece of metal. The positive end is made out of metal with a reiatsu strength of 1, and the negative end is made out of ordinary metal. Inside is mostly empty, save for a reiatsu enhanced fan. This difference in reiatsu and the fan are what grant it the powers it has. The emptiness inside is perfect storage for raw reiatsu energy. When the positive end is pressed into any spiritual being, touching the skin, the fan kicks in and draws reiatsu out of the body. 50 reiatsu is deducted for contact, and that is the limit that it can store. This reiatsu is capable to be released in slow portions, much like a battery. When it is empty, it can be recharged by placing it against another being with spiritual energy. The reiatsu inside obviously has the Reiatsu Strength of the victim. The reiatsu inside these batteries isn't usable for techniques, only as fuel for other technology. The cap for this battery is 200 RS. Anything higher and the battery will lose the excess. The rest is merely released into the air with a hiss of steam as the air around the battery is charged with reiatsu. If the battery is cut open, the reiatsu will dissipate in that same hiss of steam. It won't be hot enough to harm anything, and the battery just falls apart and would not be useful as shrapnel. The amount of steam released is comparable to a small cup of boiling water that has just come out of a microwave.

Item Description: This bow is discreet, folding neatly into a stick that could fit into a tube of chapstick. It can be deployed at a moment's notice, unfolding into a futuristic looking black compound bow. It can fire normal arrows, but that is not the major power of the bow. When the string is drawn back with nothing notched, the bow can generate a red laser arrow if the user wills it to. This arrow can pierce anything that is not made of spiritual durability material, and moves at speeds depending on the user's strength. Someone with 200 strength can fully utilize the bow, and cause it to fire at 400 stat speed. Anything more than that only can cause it to fire at 400 stat speed. Below the 200 strength, the bow fires at a ratio of 2 speed per strength. It can fire one arrow per post, and needs to recharge the next post. The bow has a port that allows a Reiatsu Battery to be placed in. The arrows fired from the bow would have a Reiatsu Strength equal to the battery, though they fully discharge the battery in two shots. Other people can use this bow as a normal spiritual weapon in terms of piercing (not unlike a Quincy) and it costs 50 reiatsu per shot. For Clash purposes, this bow is considered Class 4

Item Description: This ordinary looking set of handcuffs is made up of barely spiritual metal, and inside is a vacuum fan as well as an inequality in reiatsu. This functions much like the reiatsu batteries, but for a much different purpose. The smaller size of the storage area means that no reiatsu is actually lost when a spiritual being has been locked by them, however it does resonate with their own reiatsu strength and turns it against them. This model is capable of reaching a Reiatsu Strength of 200, like the Reiatsu Battery MK I. If the victim has superior RS than 200 by any margin, then they are easily able to break out. If not, then they must rely on physical force or skill to escape the lock, requiring superior strength to the reiatsu strength of the cuffs.

Vannan was sleeping in bed, sure it was the middle of the afternoon, however he had finished a mission just the night before that had taken him till dawn to complete, so he didn't want to hear about him slacking off from a higher up. Which he wouldn't he was in his own room back at his house and not the barracks that the Vandenreich provided calling it housing for their solders. It was too restricting and too many quincies speaking about how great der Kaiser was and the like. Worshiping him as if he really was a god and not an old man that had power. Power that could shape the world, power that could cause a war to be ended in a moment. That wasn't something Vannan could deny and truth be told he feared and respected the man for having such power.

Still Vannan was sleeping quietly in his bed as he heard his phone buzz, it was on silence however he had misplaced it on a bunch of coins. When it received a text it vibrated causing the coins to shake and rattle around waking him up from his sleep. Vannan gruelingly moved his hand over to grab his phone to see what had caused the noise. His eyes slowly opened up to look at the screen and read the message that he had gotten. He had hoped the message would of come from one of the twins, but no it was from Kazura. He didn't understand as to why the fullbringer had contacted him at first, was there something wrong with the cloak he had bought from the man?

However as he actually read the message he started to understand what was going on. Kazura wanted to have a fun fight to get rid of some stress and he was willing to pay him for doing so. Vannan's idea of dealing with stress didn't involve fighting at all, his idea of dealing with stress involved him, the twins and the hot springs, but he guessed that each person had their own way of dealing with stress and fighting was Kazura's. Vannan thought for a moment if he really did want to do a fight right now. There was an offer of payment, hmmm Kazura does make some useful things.... maybe it would be worth my time to actually fight him.

Vannan texted Kazura back. Hey Kazura, I'd be down for a fun fight, but you might want to find another to deal with stress man. Anyways let me know where you want to do this I need to shower before I even head out. Vannan rolled himself out of his bed and headed towards the shower while he waited for Kazura's response. With his quincy cross still on he drew in some reiatsu as the water hit his face. He wasn't about to get into a fight without being prepared.

Item Description: The weapon takes the form of a a typical government Colt .45 ACP M1911. The general design of the weapon is that it is created from spiritual steel and is colored steel black. What makes it unique in appearance is that on every handle, brown colored polished steel smooth casing perfectly fit over the handle with an image of Der Kaiser engraved and colored onto the handle. What makes this weapon special is the way that it is fired, the gun only comes with one clip. What makes this clip special is what kind of bullets they take, which to say the least, there are no physical bullets needed to fire this gun.

What happens is the user in general expends reiatsu directly into the clip, every 150 reiatsu they add into the clip creates one “bullet.” The clip itself is capable of holding 12 bullets and nothing more. These bullets are shaped and sized directly in accordance to an actual .45 ACP but their power is determined by the gun itself. Because reiatsu is changeable, the gun is able to have six presets that change the reiatsu in order to do certain things. Each preset uses a certain amount of bullets per clip. The Strength of the bullet is equal to the RS of the user.

.45 ACP: This is the Basic bullet that is fired from the Gun. The Phrase is “45” and fires at speeds of 600. The Bullet takes 1 bullet from the clip.

Buck Shot: What makes this bullet special is that it fires 10 small reiatsu balls that spread over a small distance at the speeds of 600. The Phrase for this bullet is “Spread” and it takes 5 bullets from the clip.

Hot Shot: This is where the entire thing becomes expensive as the effects gets deadlier. What happens is that upon leaving the barrel of the fire arm, the bullet ignites and burns at a concentrated form. The bullet itself has no strength but the strength of the fire is equal to the RS of the user. The bullet itself moves at 600 speed. The Phrase for this bullet is “Icarus” and it takes 8 bullets from the clip.

High Explosive: This is where the entire thing becomes expensive as the effects gets deadlier. What makes this bullet special is that when the bullet makes contact with any surface it releases an an explosive force equal to the RS of the user, the size of the explosion is 30ft. The bullet itself moves at 600 speed. The Phrase for this bullet is “High Ex” and it takes all 12 bullets from the clip.

Item Description: The object takes the form of a sun yellow gem placed onto a dark blue ring. What this ring specializes in is that when worn, it imbues the reiatsu of the user with the “Curse of Icarus.” As long as the wearer places the ring onto the hand that draws the bow, the arrow itself will have the properties similar to the story of Icarus. What it does is it gives any generic energy bow one property. That property is where the legend of Icarus comes into place. Like Icarus, who flew too close to the sun ignited and burst into flames. This means when the arrow is exactly 1 feet away from the target, it will ignite and burn at the temperatures equal to the users' RS and has 3 posts to hit the actual target before it will dissipate and burn up. It didn't take long for Vannan to respond, which was encouraging to the fullbringer. He could understand the Quincy needing to shower, even if it was the middle of the day. Who knows what he is up to in the night/day, and who was Kazura to judge? There had to have been days where he showered three or four times due to all the women he had been with during the course of the day. Sometimes you just feel gross and sticky and need a bit of soap. Regardless, while Vannan showered, Kazura had to think about where he wanted to have this fight. Obviously he couldn't leave too far from the office, even if he was going out for a "lunch break", especially if something important came up.

Looking out from his vantage point literally higher than any other building in Karakura Town's downtown district, he could see more than one construction site that wasn't being worked on today. These empty scaffolding and floor combinations would be open enough for a Quincy and Fullbringer to fight, secluded enough for them to not be seen and arrested, and close enough that Kazura could get back to the office in seconds with a few Steps if the need arose. So, he sent a reply text and made his way sneakily out of the office, leaving a note saying he was gone to lunch.

Vannan was in the shower letting the water wash off any grime and sweat that had accumulated during the mission he had last night. He didn't want to clean himself so late last night, so he spent a while just standing there letting the water hit him. Waking up via a text wasn't the best way to wake up, it left him groggy, so he didn't hear the sound of his phone buzzing while the water was running. It was only after several minutes passed and Vannan finished washing up that he saw the message on his phone. Still a bit sleepy and dripping wet he texted back to Kazura. Sure thing, I’ll be there in a bit. Shower ran long. Vannan was happy about the location choice, most people wouldn't be able to see them fight and even less would be in danger of being hit.

With the towel wrapped around his waist he opened his closet to look for clothing. A day off, that meant he didn't have to wear his Vandenreich uniform. So he chose to grab casual clothing instead, a simple white shirt and a pair of blue jeans. Vannan could go in his uniform it's not like it wasn't comfortable to wear, however Kazura didn't know that Vannan was a Vandenreich member and he didn't really care for Kazura to know. Vannan didn't want to lie, but he knew that the Riech didn't have the best reputation and most assumed that all the members were a bunch of fanatic nazi's which was far from the truth. Vannan was proof and so was Gavin, his mentor.

Slumped over a chair was his cloak along side a few of his items. Looking at them he thought about if it was worth taking them. It was Kazura, so on the one hand using items in the fight might not be exactly what Kazura wants to see, on the other hand the inventor of his cloak might want to see it used in actual combat. Vannan just grabbed the stuff, placing the ring of Icarus on his right hand while he walked out of his own room and down towards the front entrance of his home. He could see the dust all around his home, he sighed he would have to clean up a bit after the fight, but he could worry about that later right now he had to focus on a fight, well a fun fight he guessed.

Vannan eventually found his way to the inactive construction site. He was standing on top of one of the unfinished sky scrapers. Vannan was leaning against a metal beam that was sticking up, the only thing above him was the open sky. It was a bit windy there ,but nothing that made him want to wear a jacket. Pulling out his phone he texted Kazura. Hey I'm here whenever I'm ready. Vannan didn't know if Kazura was around here or if he was waiting to hear from him. Vannan could see Kazura's office from here, so he assumed that Kazura could still be in a meeting or working.

Sneaking out of his office was easy. He did it all the time through various back ways, secret elevators, and just old fashioned stealth. The fullbringer had no issues getting out, even knowing all of the locations of the cameras that Yoko his Chief of Security had put up and avoiding all of them. She had a habit of lecturing him when he snuck out with no backup or letting her know that he was out. Especially when he was headed out to go get into a fight. She would hate that. But he needed to blow off some steam, and she was too busy placing new cameras and working on upgrading the servers so she could store more video footage.

Heading through one of his labs, Kazura outfitted himself before making his way to the construction site. He equipped his latest basic suit, skipping on the one that bursts into flame to avoid damaging the environment too much during the spar. He equipped his various guns and ammunition, and decided to switch up his usual Gauntlet outfitting. On one hand he had his usual air blasting weapon, but on the other he wore his new gauntlet that could be used to launch fire or jets of water. Before he made his way to where Vannan was, he channeled reiatsu into his right arm, activating some of the machinery inside.

Using his gauntlet's stored air as reagent and reiatsu as a catalyst, the fullbringer broke apart the air inside and reorganized it, transmuting it into flammable gas. So now he had a left arm full of compressed air and a right arm full of gas that could turn to flame in a moment. He received Vannan's text, completely bewildered on how he could have taken so long getting ready that the showering Quincy finished getting washed off and made it to the construction site before him. With a shrug, Kazura slunk out of his lab and out a window, slipping across the Karakura Skyline on airground until he reached the site of the fight himself.

Vannan was so busy playing a phone game he found in the app store that he didn't even notice when Kazura arrived. Instead he was so engrossed in trying to get that damn bird to hop through the pipes that Kazura arriving wearing his armor didn't attract his attention away from his phone. Just as he was about to beat his high score Kazura spoke, causing him to turn up and look away from his phone and at Kazura, making him hit the last green pipe before he would of broken his record. “FUCKEN HELL” His words were filled with anger and fury, not at Kazura, no he couldn't blame the fullbringer for distracting him, ok yea he could but that wouldn't be fair, Kazura had no idea that Vannan had been playing such an infuriating game.

Knowing that Kazura might of gotten the wrong idea he shook his head placing his phone back into his pocket and raised his other hand waving it as well. “Sorry I screamed out you distracted me and that game is so damn addicting and rage inducing, but on another note what's up with your getup? You look like you're all ready to fight a super villan, not a friendly sparing partner.” Vannan was talking about the suit of armor that Kazura had on. It really didn't look like he was ready for a friendly spar to let off some steam. Sure Vannan had a few items himself that could be used in a real fight, but most of them were stealth based.

Vannan tipped his sunglasses back and drew in some reiatsu, he didn't expect to see Kazura in such a get up. It didn't scream out CEO of a major company, but he guessed it did keep Kazura's identity from getting out. Vannan rolled his neck and cracked his knuckles stretching a bit before he looked at Kazura in what he assumed his eyes would be. “While we fight let's talk about my payment.” Vannan's right hand had slowly moved to rub the back of his head pulling his hair back, it would look like a normal action, but in reality Vannan was using this to draw Kazura's attention to his head while his left hand had formed the small bow in that hand and drew back an arrow. “I would some more gear, but what kind of gear can be discussed after you avoid my arrow.” The arrow shot out from Vannan's left hand and speed towards Kazura's left kneecap.

Just to start things off light, Vannan shot an arrow. That's just what Quincy did, they were archers. So it wasn't too surprising. He had even made a joke, putting down Kazura's awesome costume as he attacked lightheartedly. "What, this? I have one of the most famous faces in the country. If I'm seen on an empty building trading blows with an unknown person who keeps making motions like he's firing a bow but nothing's happening, then I look like I'm mentally unfit!" As Kazura responded to the question of why he was dressed the way he was, he took a step sideways with movement, easily dodging the arrow by a good margin. He could probably have side stepped it naturally, but it would have been too close for comfort.

If Vannan was going to stay at a distance and use his arrows, like John had tried to do when Kazura first met the Quincy, then the Fullbringer was going to try and capitalize on that. Using Soul Dominance, an advanced and more tiring adaptation of the natural ability of fullbringers to control souls, Kazura willed the steel girders under Vannan's feet and behind his back to stretch towards the Quincy, attempting to grab his legs and arms to pin them to his side rendering him unable to move freely, rooting him in place. "What kind of gear would benefit you? You already have stealth capabilities enhanced by my cloak. And you already have offensive power in the form of your arrows."

Kazura's answer to his question was rather fitting, he was right though if anyone saw them it would look rather silly to see the both of them fighting mid air making motions that only the spiritually aware could tell what was happening. Vannan didn't bother saying anything else given that he had to admit Kazura was right in all of that. In fact he let out a small laugh at the notion, he never really gave a second thought to fighting in public before, his missions took precedent over him looking sane, but for Kazura it was different, he had a face to uphold, still the outfit looked a bit silly.

Even as Kazura spoke Vannan hear something below his feet it was the sound of the metal creaking and bending. Vannan wasn't sure what Kazura was planning, but he wasn't going to stand there while the steel beams moved. Reiatsu gathered around his feet as he pushed off from there and glided on the air to a spot where the steel beams were no longer in arms reach. “Not to sure really, I do know that I want to be able to use ginto tubes in a different way. I had one idea....” Vannan smiled before pulling back three arrows on his bow and sent them out towards Kazura.

The arrows themselves each had a different target. The first one was the dead center of where Kazura was standing at, the other two were a foot away from where he was. Each arrow again was weak, but this time they were a bit stronger then before, if they landed it shouldn't hurt too much. “I suggest you dodge these arrows Kazura they have a nasty surprise waiting for you.” Even if the arrows didn't land they would explode the moment they reached the target Vannan wanted to hit. During the middle of the explosion he would use movement again this time to get behind Kazura's new location if he moved or even where he was currently if he didn't. Vannan was still a few feet behind Kazura before he spoke again. “A system to use ginto tubes as fuel for arrows, not only that.... elemental ginto tubes.. I've been dabbling with them as well.”

Who did Vannan think that he was? Of course Kazura was going to dodge... He had dodged the first, and he was going to dodge the next three. He flickered from the spot he was standing on, leaving just a pillar of light where his foot had pushed off the soul of the air and the metal to propel him far away from the arrows that he soon learned could explode. As Kazura landed on a beam, he felt Vannan get into position behind him. Waiting to see what the Quincy would do next, Kazura paused as he listened to what he said. "Not sure what a Ginto tube is. None of you have ever shown that to me. But as far as elemental research goes, I've been dabbling in that myself."

Stepping away with Movement again, Kazura positioned himself to Vannan's right side, just about two feet away. From there he fired a fireball out of his right gauntlet and stepped away again, putting him closer to ten feet away to Vannan's backside. The fire was shot out of Kazura's shiny new Conversion Gauntlet, which he had used earlier to transmute air into flammable gas. It was a fairly weak blast, possessing 150 strength, but it wasn't something to take lightly. Kazura fully expected the Quincy to dodge and respond with an arrow, so he prepared to defend himself or dodge again. He couldn't keep this up forever, of course, but he had the energy to proceed running and dodging for a good long while.

“I guess I will have to give one to you to show you what they are.” The arrows were dodged as he assumed Kazura would do. Kazura was quick to dodge, but Vannan wasn't going to dodge this time no instead he would do something highly unexpected. He activated blut as Kazura attacked with the fire blast. Sure part of his clothing was burnt away but he himself was unscaved at all. After the fire calmed down he deactivated blut. The time in between using blut and turning it off was so quick that it was hard to tell that he even used it. However if Kazura did see it he would of seen Vannan's blood vessels glow bright red for a brief moment then turn back to his normal skin color. “woah there, that's a bit hot.”

Vannan nonchalantly stripped off his shirt and looked over at where Kazura was standing. “Yo Kazura man that was my favorite shirt..... Did you have to use fire? Because now I get to play with mine.” Vannan drew his bow back and activated the first level of his bow. Pulling back he drew three arrows and fired them out towards Kazura. Each arrow however wasn't like before. All three of them were his blinding plasma bolts that would rip through anything they came into contact with. However the main target of each arrow was a bit off. The middle arrow was aimed sightly to the left of Kazura's heart. The arrows to the side were a foot away from where Kazura was standing on each side, the left arrow was raised up near his head while the other arrow was aimed near his feet.

If Kazura looked at the arrows he would have been blinded by the bright light that they produced, Vannan was only spared due to the special sunglasses he had. To make things worse for Kazura as the arrows traveled they started to split off, by the time they would get to Kazura the original three arrows would of split into thirty three arrows. With ten smaller ones surrounding the main arrow each one a bolt of pure plasma as lethal as the others. Vannan smiled wondering how Kazura would get out of this one and wondered if maybe he tried a bit too hard to hit the fullbringer. Still he had used up a bit of reiatsu and had to restore it. He drew in some reiatsu before waiting to see what would come next.

For a moment, Kazura had a fleeting thrill of success as Vannan chose not to dodge his fire attack from point blank range, or was unable to, but that was dashed as the fullbringer realized that it was the former, not the latter, as the Quincy's blood vessels glowed red. While the shirt had been burned off, Vannan's flesh was unharmed and not even singed. The fire had hit him and not even phased him. Even though the blast had a good deal of strength behind it, it had no strength compared to the power that was Blut. Vannan didn't even get pushed back slightly. Slightly frustrated at his attack being tanked with such ease, Kazura was analyzing any other possible way to land a single hit.

While Kazura's mind was analyzing potential weaknesses, Vannan stepped up and released his bow. The weapon changed slightly, and Kazura could feel the waves of reiatsu that accompanied one's release. He immediately was tense, alert, and focused on what the arrows would do once they were fired from Vannan's bow... And that was his downfall. As soon as the arrow was loosed, Kazura felt like his brain was exploding from how sudden a migraine struck him. He was taken back by the sheer brightness of the arrow and blinded quickly, which caused his head to ache like a truck ran over it. He knew he had to get away from the arrows, and he could attempt to make out a rough area of where they were with energy sensory, but that area was expanding outwards as if the arrows were splitting.

Kazura stepped away with Bringer light, making a column of light appear where he had been, but that probably wouldn't be seen by Vannan because of the intense bright lights in between them. Even if it had been seen, Kazura was headed to where he couldn't be seen - Right below Vannan. The fullbringer stepped away at a downwards and backwards angle to avoid the arrows, all while trying to keep his eyes closed, then had used Movement to get underneath the Quincy to not give away his position with the bringer light flash. In between those steps he had activated his Suit's camouflage ability and had completely blended into the scenery perfectly save for his eyes which could still be seen.

Keeping his head pointed away from Vannan, so as to not reveal himself, and using his skill at Stealth to move silently and unseen, Kazura walked up airground towards Vannan, making sure to avoid any more arrows that were randomly fired. Vannan needed to draw back his bow and fire them, so Kazura's super computer like instincts should allow him to prepare in that time by getting out of the way and closing his eyes. Slowly Kazura made his way to Vannan and once he was within five feet, Kazura attempted to use Bringer light to reach 3000 speed and pass the Quincy, hand outstretched to grab the sunglasses off of his face in the process. Kazura had a feeling that the sunglasses were special, and he wanted them so he could better fight the archer.

Kazura had dodged the arrows, Vannan assumed he would of. Vannan's arrows weren't exactly the stealthiest in the world, which is what he wanted to happen. Vannan smiled seeing how Kazura dodged, that move, he knew it so very well it was a stepping tech. Even though his own arrows were blinding his sunglasses allowed him to see clearly, clearly enough to know that Kazura was going to plan something and that it wouldn't be wise to stick around in the same spot, but Vannan wasn't going to just leave his old standing spot just empty. As he dashed backwards using Hirenkyaku to get away from where he was standing mid air he let out a volly of arrows from his bow, each one a plasma bolt a total of five in all each rotating being angled downwards and upwards, creating a cross stitch pattern of plasma bolts. Soon there was a wall of pure plasma where he use to be standing, the buildings around him weren't spared from the damage either.

Vannan had just barely managed to avoid Kazura, even if he didn't know that the fullbringer was going after him. If the fullbringer didn't move he would have been met with a wall of plasma dashing from up turning the fullbringer into a pile of burnt flesh. Even though Vannan couldn't see where Kazura was he had an idea that the fullbringer was around, waiting to attack. Taking a deep breath he tried to find out where the man was hiding. That's when he heard his phone ring, it was his sister calling him. Fuck...... I forgot I promised her to hang out today...... “Hey Kazura, I have somewhere I need to get going, my sis is calling, so tell you what one last attack for you. I won't dodge, if you can leave some lasting damage on me I'll tell you all I know about my kind, if I win you foot the bill for any item I want sounds good?” Vannan smiled and put away his bow.

Vannan had put up a defensive wall as he backed away from his current position, causing Kazura to need to defensively use a second Bringer Light step in a row, getting his body back away from that retina burning wall at a speed of 3900. Shielding his eyes only worked so much, but it helped as he covered them and listened to Vannan's challenge. This was... an interesting bet, one that Kazura would be more than willing to participate in. He hadn't fully understood the technique that had caused his flames to do nothing but damage the Quincy's clothes, but nothing could stand up to a proper use of Soul Force.

Pushing his body to the limit with two uses of the powerful technique Gate, the Fullbringer completely broadcast his position as his camouflage also started to fade. Vannan would find him easily, eyes closed and right hand glowing with yellow reiatsu. The Quincy said that he wouldn't dodge, but he never said that he wouldn't block... Running at him, Kazura aimed to hit him squarely in the chest. That was the only place that the technique would really work.

If the Fullbringer successfully struck the man in the chest., his technique would bypass Blut and deal devastating damage. Electrical energy would arc across Vannan's back and raw elemental force would churn apart the Quincy's insides, dealing heavy internal damage to his ribs and important vital organs. It wasn't a lethal blow, at all, but it was definitely an attack that could leave lasting damage. It was what the Quincy had requested, and it was what Kazura had delivered. Was it potentially overkill? Yes. Was it fitting in a spar? No, but Vannan was blowing him off after just minutes of effort. The fullbringer had to blow off steam somehow. Burning through all of his reiatsu in a single massive attack would tend to do that.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Soul force is a Fullbringer Only technique. It requires Output to be Mastered and Energy Generate to be Learned before this technique can be learned. Soul Force is a technique that combines the raw talent of Fullbringers with the techniques of Output and Energy Generate. By harnessing and manipulating their own soul using Soul Manipulation, mixing it with the reiatsu of Energy Generate, and releasing it violently with the masterful practice of Output, the Fullbringer can let out massive waves of pressure and force.

This force is only released upon physical contact with an opponent, much like Output, except it requires a solid hit to the torso. It does not come with any specific increases in stats, but it is still powerful regardless. Based on the content of the Fullbringer's soul, a different element is released painfully into the opponent's body. The chart is below. The blast that is emitted from the palm is powerful enough to bypass Hierro and Blut, however, it doesn't deal cutting damage. Instead, it shatters bones and tears apart internal organs. The opponent will most likely spew blood from their mouth due to the incredible internal damage. That is just the first effect. The second effect is the external damage in form of the element based on the user's soul.

Despite the high requirements for learning it, it requires physical contact in a very specific spot. If contact is not made in the torso, then the reiatsu for this technique is wasted. After paying 400 reiatsu, the user has but a single post to make the contact. It -can- be used if contact is made before activating, however, if done so, it has greatly reduced power. If there is no charge up, it cannot bypass defensive techniques automatically, and has to resolve with the standard stat clash. As this technique has no stat boosts like Output does, this can potentially invalidate the entirety of the attack. This technique is highly stamina draining to use, as the user is focusing their own soul into a powerful attack. More than once or twice in a thread would completely exhaust the user.

Vannan smiled the moment that he saw Kazura again. The way he was standing and the fact that he had dropped his stealth meant to him at the very least that Kazura was going to take the bet. Vannan drew in some reiatsu and prepared. The bet was in all honesty a was a trap Vannan knew that he could win it with the help of Vollstandig sure it would be a cheap way to win this bet, but in the end Vannan valued Kazura's ability to create items more than a silly little bet. At the very least Kazura will get to see something that he more than likely has never seen nor experienced before and that might be more than enough to keep the man from getting too upset about losing.

With a breath it started, all of his reiatsu vanished and his body changed. A black gas mask formed over his face covering it while his hair glowed a toxic green. A large black tench coat formed over his body and extended downwards reaching his boots. On the sides of the coat there were green visible bio hazard signs that seemed to glow and fade. His back however would be what would get Kazura's attention a large solid bio hazard sign formed on his back two of the arms were much larger and acted as wings. The edges sharpened enough so that they could be used as blades. If Kazura could see them were now green instead of the blue and the iris's shape was deformed matching the bio hazard signs all over him. All around his body a faint green aura hanged while the air felt defiled and toxic. This was Vannan's Vollstandig, a sin against life, a sin against what he stood for, but to get what he wanted he would do anything.

Vollstandig wasn't just a show, no this power was much more then that. It was a way to empower everything about a quincy while giving up the ability to draw in reiatsu. Vannan now was much faster than Kazura was. While whatever attack the fullbringer had for him it would be mute if it never made contact. Vannan saw the fullbringer running towards him with his right hand glowing and extended outwards. Vannan saw this attack and reacted, moving both hands to grab the fullbringer. His right hand moved for Kazura's throat while his left hand moved to grab Kazura's right wrist keeping it from making contact with his chest. With his speed being twice as fast as the fullbringers it was an easy task to keep Kazura's hand from hitting his own chest.

“It's over Kazura, I won.” Vannan's voice was much deeper than before along with it being somewhat muffled by the gasmask over his face. In truth he never allowed Kazura to hit him with the attack, but at the same time he never said that he would simply take a free hit from the fullbringer. His grip tightened around Kazura's wrist, to let him know that he was done with this fight and that it was pointless to try to fight anymore. If Kazura tried something Vannan would snap his wrist with his strength before tossing the fullbringer into one of the buildings around him, but he had a feeling that Kazura wasn't going to try something given the situation he was in.
