Never, ever, ever disrupt a scientist's experiment. That should be a no brainer, but clearly some people fail to understand simple things such as that. Tsubaki had in the past been incredibly harsh on her subordinates when they disrupted important research, and her temper had gotten worse since then. So, imagine her surprise when her delicately enacted experiment, a Hollow dissection which would have furthered her progress in research significantly, had been carelessly ruined.
Tsubaki had been tracking the movement of this Hollow for a few weeks now, and had discovered it's powers (something that allowed it to almost synthesize Kido) a few days ago. Once she had realized that, once she had realized the implications of such a power, she had instantly called in numerous favors in order to isolate the monster, choosing a location that would give her room to move, but still restrain the hollow. Through the usage of an advanced version of Hollow Bait, she attracted this one Hollow, and only this one, to the promenade.
And yet she had needed to hunt down the monster still, given she didn't know where in the promenade it was. Eventually she had located the Hollow, but unfortunately, someone else had gotten to it first. A Soul Reaper, obvious by his black robes, had just killed Tsubaki's precious test subject. How dare he. Tsubaki was almost overcome with rage, but unfortunately her emotions weren't nearly as passionate as they used to be. Instead, she came up with a new solution:

His stoic demeanor never faltered as a dauntless stare befell a creature of pasty white. Shifting his fingers forth he’d gently latch onto his Zanpakuto, the edges of his fingers tightly grasping the weapon in his hand. A pale faced reaper would shelter his sapphiric visage upon this hollow. The creature was certainly different. It’s elongated fingers stretched out as if reach for something. Its hungry blackened yellow eyes, drifting to the side like it was picking up a scent. A long reptilian tail twitched as it slithered across the floor like that of an insect on its four clawed legs.
The tedious task of tracking hollows had never been a dull one for the one known as Aevus. He was like that of a hound, trained thusly sent out to sniff out and kill such rift-raft. Making silent steps from on high, a lazy expression pasted him as he soundlessly unsheathed his blade from its prison. That voided expression held as he would drive forth his blade from his hiding spot. Latching down upon it with a dive, his blade would pierce nicely into flesh. Everything stood still for him as he drove the blade into the creature of pasty white.
Its body twitched vigorously from surprise and pain, but Aevus would not allow such retaliation“Stay still” He’d whisper under his breath, his eyes voided from any feeling of sympathy as the creature pounded against anything it could to rid itself of the flea that had bit down upon him. “Just die already” Aevus would twist his blade, his foot held firmly against its head to keep a good hold on it as he silenced the creature. It would slump over against the ground, it’s grumbling cries dying as its body seizured violently against the floor.
His eyes would slowly trail upwards to but a stranger who clearly saw him. Glasses sheltered her emerald irises behind a glassy fortress. Perhaps if things were different, they would have reminded Aevus of a particular Vixen from his past. Short black hair painted her face, held tightly in a pony tail. An expression, plain and yet defined in an expressionless visage mirrored his own. That expression, it must of held and been formed from tragedy, it reminded him of his own. His blade slowly released from the insides of the hollow, its make thickly glossed over in blood and with a swish of his wrist he’d rid himself of the mess. Not a soul chain to be seen nor did she bear any resemblance to the ‘glowing creature’ from that night. That meant only one thing, he was in the presence of a rogue.
