Thread Title: Archer vs Arrancar Participants: Asmoskon Masurao, Aurora Guerrero World: Human World Death Setting: Non Death Enabled Rating: R Location: They are in the forest outside Karakura Town. Special Conditions: N/A Circumstances: Aurora was out and about in the Human World, just being curious and wandering, when she ran into someone that wouldn't let her leave the area she entered. I wonder how this will end...

Aurora was using her new found power to summon Garganta at will to pop into the Human World. When Horse Man offered to send her there, she refused, saying she finally had enough power to make her own. She flipped him off before she jumped in and appeared in what looked like a forest. She did remember that there was a forest outside of Karakura Town. She had barely been to this town. Well, she was here and didn't really pay attention to much of what was in the town as to looking for prey for her to devour. It was always the same with her.
She landed in the forest and she sniffed around and found another prey that she could easily get. She smiled ferally, using the shadows around her to blend in to the forest. The hollow was fairly simple, at least from what she could tell. She quickly and as quietly as possible, unsheathed her sword and had it at the ready. She knew that she would need to strike fast to catch it off guard. She snuck in as close as she could get and then she struck. She ran in quickly and stabbed the hollow in the back. Since a direct mask shot would make the hollow dissolve, she didn't want that.
The hollow started to squirm, but that didn't bother her too much. She first ripped off the legs, enjoying the scream the hollow made. She quickly ate the legs, they didn't have that much meat on them. It was a pretty depressing fact. She knew that the Horse Man wanted her to do something here, but honestly, she didn't remember what it was. No matter. She would gorge herself on food now, so when she got starved, it wouldn't effect her as much. After the legs, she at the bottom half of its torso. She saved the arms for last. They were her favorite part to eat after all.
While eating the torso, she thought she felt the presence of something or someone. She kept her eyes peeled, but continued eating at her leisure. Once done with that part of the hollow, she ripped off the arms, leaving them for last. She then started to munch on the main part of the body. She ate up to about a foot away from her sword. After that, she wouldn't eat anymore. She now started on the left arm of the beast. It was squirming and yelling but she just kicked it, wanting it to shut up. After that arm, she started on the right arm and then took out her sword and killed the hollow. She looked around. "I can sense you idiot, you might as well come out."

"Please just let me go. I beg you I'll work for him I swear. Call him now you can do that right. Just call him and tell him I'd rather serve him then be killed off. Please I know he'd rather have it that way please I beg you. I don't wanna die." The teenage female cried on the ground within a large forest her body leaning against a tree as she slowing sank to the ground and into a sitting position. Her body looked as if it had been stabbed over and over again with so much blood that it was hard to believe she still would even be alive.
Stepping closer to the teenager was the man in the black coat with a small black bow in his left hand. "Your right he would rather have you alive." The Quincy moved his left hand up holding the short bow n a horizontal manner as his right hand pulled back the string and a crimson arrow formed. "To bad your kind leads to nothing more then lies and hardship. Besides your already dead Della Fainborn" In that instant the final arrow was released cutting off he cries and screams of Della.
Asmoskon had been in Australia on a mission to take out some teenage Fullbringer that sadly hadn't managed to put up much of a fight. He had received a call from an unknown source about a Fraccion of the Tercera Espada. Asmoskon at first questioned the credibility of the call however someone placing a bounty on the head of a high authority Espada would give him a great amount of cash. That was proven correct when the calling explained that if Asmoskon somehow managed to defeat the Fraccion in order to send a message to the Espada that he would be paid one hundred thousand ryo.
Normally Asmoskon would have asked for a larger sum of monetary payment for such a target yet the possible challenge interested him and was enough for him to agree to the terms. He was told by the caller that the Fraccion had been making a number of appearances in Karakura Town located in Japan. After that the caller was gone and Asmoskon was in the middle of the forest that he had killed the Fullbringer in his thoughts about the town rushing through his mind.
It had been nearly half a year since Asmoskon even set foot in Asia and now a very high profile job was offered in one of the towns that he used to frequent while he lived in Japan. The very thought of killing a Fraccion was one that caused his blood to rush in excitement. So after that Asmoskon had made his way to the airport and flown to Tokyo. Renting a motorcycle from the shop he used to go by normally the Mercenary made his way to Karakura and began to search for a few days and wait out the arrival of a Fraccion that fit the description.
He had received a picture that the source had sent to his phone that somehow had an image of what the Fraccion appearance could be. It seemed that she had long red hair and the mask was on one side of her face. Asmoskon could easily tell by the mask that she was some type of big cat most likely a tiger due to the shape of the skull. Even though he had been informed that she was a Fraccion the fact she had been wearing the white clothing of Las Noches was reassuring to Asmoskon that he wasn't being played like before.
It had been three days of continuously staying in a high class motel within Karakura with nothing to do but use the exercise room or the pool. There were several moments when Asmoskon had sensed the reiatsu of Shinigami and hollows alike throughout the town. However, the foolish boy that would have done anything to stop every low power hollow was gone. He was here for one purpose and that alone was the only thing he would do while in this cursed town. So he continued to stay and concentrate on locating and sensing the reiatsu of a Arrancar.
Here and now that reiatsu had just entered on the outskirts of Karakura in a forest that Asmoskon had trained in nearly a year ago. Grabbing his long coat from the chair of his hotel room Asmoskon made his was down the building ad to his motorcycle. From there Asmoskon rushed at top speeds towards the forest where he felt the reiatsu in a much more focused manner. At the edge of the forest Asmoskon got off of the motorcycle and proceeded into the forest towards the reiatsu with his hands in the pockets of is black long coat.
After a few minutes Asmoskon came upon the Fraccion that he had been asked to defeat as a sign towards her master. She was eating the flesh of a hollow which she apparently didn't care enough about to actually kill before devouring it. "So careless, so sloppy how the hell is she a threat." It was hen that she spoke and Asmoskon grinned in a devilish manner as h walked from the trees into an open space that the Arrancar was in.
"I'm not quite sure how someone as sloppy as you managed to become a Fraccion to the Tercera, but your time is up Aurora Guerrero." Asmoskon stared down at the Arrancar his eyes solid steel with his hands tucked loosely in the pockets of his black coat. In truth Aurora might not even take him seriously even though he had just proven to know more then she would think possible just because he was wearing a ripped pair of back jeans a sleeveless black shirt black boots and his black cot. That along with the black eye patch would most likely not impose a treat to the Fraccion.

Aurora listened to his man speak, glaring at him the entire time. Well, it seemed like her reputation preceded her for him to already know her name. It made her feel like she's been doing something right to be known like that. But, for her to be called sloppy? That just pissed her off. She growled at this newcomer, wondering how in the hell he could actually say that. He was the one just standing there and watching her. She sniffed around and used her energy sensory.
She had felt something like this once before. With Vannan, that quincy. So, this man was also a quincy. It was interesting, to say the least, that she would meet another of their kind. But, there were major differences between the two men. The most noticeable ones were that this man was much taller than the other. Also, he was missing an eye and the other man was in perfect condition, not missing any part of him. It was interesting.
Missing a part of yourself like that either meant that it was a stupid mistake on his part that he got vengeance for and he is a very good fighter. Or, he is sloppy, like he categorized her, and was still that way. But, from only losing one part of him, she assumed he would've learned from the mistake. But, she knew she shouldn't really assume anything about her enemy. She knew nothing about him and she needed to make sure that this idiot didn't kill her.
Thinking on that though, her Espada might like the fact that she got killed. She always wondered how he really thought of her, and she figured that he had a great deal of hate for him, like she did. But, it would be interesting how he would act to his property being injured or killed. But, knowing her luck with him, he would throw a freaking parade in her honor celebrating how horrible she did and how happy he would be to find another with greater skill.
But, she pushed those thoughts from her head. She kept her eye on this quincy man while walking closer to him. She kept her sword at her side, ready for whatever attacks he was going to throw at her. It was interesting that he hadn't just attacked her. He made his presence known first. "From what I can tell from you, you must be a Mercenary. Though, I'm surprised that you even made your presence known to me and not just kill me. Do you have some kind of honor or code that prevented you from doing so?" She showed him a toothy smile, just ready to strike when the moment was right.

The Arrancar was thinking about something that much was simple to see. “Damn it why is she so sloppy I only took this for a challenge.” Asmoskon couldn’t help how he thought about this Arrancar. He had over plans in Brazil that had been assigned to him by another caller and he would need to get there at the latest by tomorrow evening or else he would lose the contract and have to wiggle his way out again. This Arrancar although a Fraccion to a powerful Espada seemed to not worry about her own well being to the point she was just thinking over something right in front of him.
She was walking towards him now and Asmoskon’s eye watched how she stepped making sure to know which leg was her dominate. That was one thing so many others seemed to overlook. By knowing which arm or leg was dominate it was so much easier to just take down the other one and have a target fall so much easier. Asmoskon although this was a subconscious search now from months of continuous training and life and death situations didn’t plan on using this tactic to defeat the Fraccion.
He had come here for a fight that might challenge him and that was all other then the obvious ryo he would be paid to take her down. He hadn’t asked the source why a sign of power was being used against one of the high authority Espada, but that wasn’t his concern nor his place to know as the instrument of the deed. She was getting closer and now she spoke about how she assumed him to be a Mercenary and that she wondered why he hadn’t just killed her from the shadows. Then she mentioned the path he once dedicated his life to the path of foolishness and naivety.
“Asmoskon we are better than them because we still hold what makes us human what makes us care about others. We have honor and care for everything not just ourselves. That is one lesion you must never forget little man.” The face of his grandfather smiling down towards him as he told him about why he and his family were not apart of the Vanreich empire and didn’t follow the Emperor. Those beliefs that he had followed led him to make more mistakes then he could have thought possible.
The memories of his grandfather, father and mother all dead the bodies all of them mangled in some way or heavily damaged. Even now most nights the images of it all haunted the Mercenary. One face alone brought more pain than any other. The face of the single person he trusted above all else. The face of a girl with purple hair who had betrayed him for the Vanreich and broke him to the core. That face brought more sleepless nights then anything else and normally a constant pain to his chest for the scar which would remind him to never trust again.
The moment that the Arrancar had just mentioned honor it seemed was still just slipping away and as she continued to walk towards him Asmoskon moved his right hand from the coat pocket in an open grip. “Slay the enemy with hollow steel” Asmoskon whispered the incantation and just as the words left his lips reiatsu was focused within his hand’s grasp and then solidified into a curved long handle hatchet with blades on both sides of the head.
“There is no code that binds me Guerrero nor is there an ounce of honor within my body. The only reason he still breathe is because I’m looking for a challenge and wouldn’t want to kill off what might be slightly entertaining right away.” In that moment Asmoskon vanished from sight utilizing Hirenkyaku to increase his speed and appear behind the Fraccion. The hatchet would descend upon the Fraccion’s right shoulder with only enough force to cut into her flesh and down the back of her shoulder due to the curved blade.

Aurora was watching this human. It seemed that whatever she had said might have gotten to him. It seemed to her like he was deep in thought. She swung her sword around a little to loosen up her right shoulder. She got the chance to look this 'bounty hunter' over while he was thinking on things. The man was tall, taller than herself. He was missing an eye, which meant a few possibilities. He also produced a weapon out of nowhere. That was impressive. But, it made her question.
She knew of Quincies, a race that would produce a bow out of what appeared to be nothing. Obviously, this was just another technique for them to use to create what looked like an axe. She was curious if it just made an axe, or if it could make other weapons. If it was flexible enough to create more weapons than just an axe, she would need to keep that in mind while they were fighting. She watched the axe and started to glare at this Quincy. He would not get her that easily.
He said that she was alive because he was looking for a challenge. Well, she would definitely put up a challenge for this man. She was not the one to bow down easily to someone like this. What he had said was just making her angry. The glare she was giving him had intensified. She was going to put up a fight against him. But, after he spoke, he seemed to disappear. Well, given her previous experience in fights, there could only be a few ways he would attack her. She took a step forward and moved her sword out to her side. With the sword in her right hand, she performed one spin, leaving her sword out to strike at him, hopefully, ending the spin when she faced the front again.

Asmoskon had been vanished from the sight of everything in the area and was moving behind Aurora in order to strike her shoulder. Everything seemed like it was going to check out until the Arrancar made a step forwards. Asmoskon immediately saw the reaction and knew that the plot to strike from behind was now a futile one. As Aurora spun around Asmoskon came into her vision yet he as well would be taking a step back yet he also had his right arm back behind his head. As Aurora spun around she would see this yet the most important thing would be whether or not she'd be able to stop her spin.
If she just kept spinning with her zanpakuto outwards managing to slash nothing but the air Asmoskon would throw the hatchet aimed right for her back. It would be up to the skill of the Fraccion to make such a quick decision and hopefully for her case deflect the hatchet with her zanpakuto. Asmoskon though before might have just stopped his assault there against the Fraccion, but his mercy was gone and replaced by only duty to himself and wrath against all others.
As the hatchet was being flung from his grasp towards the Fraccion the short black bow would manifest itself into his left hand's grasp. In the time it would take for the hatchet to travel the distance of only five feet Asmoskon's hands would already be out in front of him with an arrow focused from the bow and being fired out. That meant that even if Aurora managed to deflect the hatchet that was aimed for the middle of her chest/back she might not be able to evade the arrow flying at a much greater speed that was aimed for her left thigh.

Aurora was spinning in her circle and hoping that she would hit this stupid Quincy. She was getting rather annoyed with this man and he barely spoke to her. Just his very actions was starting to annoy her. How dare he think that he was so much better than her! She let the rage build up in her, trying to use it to her advantage. While in the spin, she was noticing that the man was nowhere near her. She assumed that her trick worked out pretty well.
While she was still in mid turn, however, she noticed that the weapon he had made appear was starting to hurtle towards her. She also felt something else coming towards her. She tried to look and noticed something else coming towards her. It looked a bit like an arrow. Well, that part made sense to her, since Quincies used bows. Well, at least the only Quincy she had met before now used a bow and arrow. So it wasn't surprising when the arrow was coming towards her.
She needed to think quickly. She knew that she wasn't fast enough to avoid both. She could either deflect one and get hit with the other or she needed to think outside the box to try to avoid both. It was then she got a brilliant idea. She had to do it immediately for it to work. So, while she was rounding the turn, she threw herself on the ground, hoping to avoid both the hatchet and the arrow. Once she landed, she would roll off to the left quickly and then jump up, ready to fight again.

Asmoskon watched through his left eye as Aurora managed to evade his hatched and the single crimson arrow that he had fired off simply by dropping low to the ground like a child. Asmoskon hadn't thought someone has rash and arrogant as Aurora especially the Fraccion of a high authority Espada wouldn't do such a thing. Yet it seems that he was wrong and that the Fraccion would need to be dealt with in a more serious manner. His mission was to at least defeat her in a way that would sent the Third Espada a signal to keep her out of the world of the living.
Right now there was no problem with dealing with this Fraccion. It seemed at least she had been able to last longer then most hollows could against him. Asmoskon knew that the hatchet he had thrown was still in a physical form and if he wished he could grab it once again and continue to use it against the Fraccion. The thought of executing and relying heavily on his stepping technique though was one that Asmoskon didn't like. He was sent as a messenger so he was going to sent a message that he didn't need to use such a tactic.
As Aurora rolled on the ground to her left Asmoskon's left eye was tracking everything about how her body moved and which things seemed to be a subconscious tenancy to the Fraccion. If Asmoskon could learn and pick up on these aspects of the Fraccion then he would be able to anticipant her defenses and evasions. Pulling back the bowstring of the short bow once again with his right hand Asmoskon fired off another single arrow that was aimed for Aurora's chest.
Post by Aurora Guerrero on Dec 26, 2014 19:59:32 GMT -5
Aurora was thankful that that defense actually worked. She knew that she probably had taken the Quincy by surprise. Well, that's what she hoped for. She saw the axe buried in the ground and the arrow struck the ground about a foot away from her. She was mentally wiping her brow at that. She was so glad that she didn't get skewered. While she was rolling quickly on the ground, she was trying to do a somewhat mental checklist of what she could do against him.
One, she could keep doing this. Throwing herself on the ground to avoid all of what she assumed would be flying objects coming her way. Doing this would leave her way too open for her liking. As a predator, she didn't like to show her back to anyone, least of all this man. So, she knew that she could only do this kind of defense as a last ditch effort. She then thought of one other thing that she might be able to do to help her avoid.
She had a speed technique, Sonido, that she could use. It seemed that this Quincy also had access to something like that, so she knew that she might have to use that technique. But she didn't want to use it unless absolutely necessary. So, all that was left was just her own reflexes. She needed to keep on her toes now, stretching her senses to the extreme to try to make sure she wouldn't get hit. When she popped up, she went back to a guard position, sword tip towards left shoulder and hilt towards right hip. She saw the arrow coming towards her and swatted it away with her sword.
Post by ✠Asmoskon Masurao✠ on Dec 28, 2014 21:59:36 GMT -5
The arrow had been fired and the left eye was watching carefully for any sign of evasion or a method set in stone as defense. Asmoskon picked up the positions of this Fraccion's basic defense yet as his arrow reached the target of her chest he was able to see that she was going to attempt to swat it away with her zanpakuto. "Foolish girl" in that moment Asmoskon's crimson arrow clashed with the metal of the Fraccion's zanpakuto and instantly caused the blade to shatter into hundreds of pieces down to a small section towards the hilt.
In the next moment though Asmoskon had flipped forward executing a one handed forwards hand stand. As he did this Asmoskon's short bow seemed to just grow in length as the Quincy shifted from the short bow into the natural bow that he had nearly used always. Landing on both of his feet with his left hand holding his bow outwards Asmoskon was no more then two feet from Aurora. He was literally right in front of her yet his right hand was on the bowstring and it was now pulled backwards.
"Vanish you lowly servant." Just as he spoke Asmoskon's right hands middle and index finger released the bowstring of his longbow from the prison of its grasp. No arrows had manifested though that Aurora would see yet as the bowstring bent forwards four crimson arrows rushed from the black string right into the limbs of the Fraccion. Asmoskon was sent here on an assignment to send a message not kill the Fraccion and frankly the disappointment of her skills compared to her rank was enough that he never wished to face her again nor for another moment.
Post by Aurora Guerrero on Dec 28, 2014 23:18:03 GMT -5
Aurora watched in horror as the arrow she wanted to deflect did, to a certain amount, but shattered her sword in the process. She stared at this man with hatred in her eyes. If looks could kill, the man would be dead and burning on fire right now. Her sword had never been broken before...NEVER! Even what she remembered of her life, she had never lost her sword once, or did it ever get damaged in battle. This was the last straw for her. She couldn't take it anymore.
She watched as this man started to do acrobatic flips. While he started to do his flip, she let her rage grow out of control. Since there was still a part of her sword on the hilt, she figured she would be able to do this. She growled out "Destroy, Tigre ácido!" She roared as acid started to explode from her body. The acid started to form the black armor of her release. She gained her gauntlets and her new knives appeared in her belt.
She roared louder when the man landed a few feet in front of her. Right when he landed, she started to spin. The spinning got faster and faster, releasing more and more of her acid until it formed a huge massive tornado of her acid. She had no idea if her acid would effect the man, but she was comforted by the fact that even if the acid didn't work, he would still get hit by enough force that he would get at least some damage from this attack.

The forwards flip had been executed perfectly yet as Asmoskon's right hand pushed off the grass of the forest floor he heard the sounds of the Fraccion growling. He had already guessed that whatever her release or former appearance had been was some type of large feline so it wasn't a surprise to him. His body curved in mid air as his bow transformed the sound of the Fraccion shouting out her release was heard and Asmoskon knew that right now was the best chance he would have for any type of challenge from this Arrancar.
It also happened to be the best way to sent a message to the third Espada. Asmoskon knew that if he defeated the Fraccion while she was in her released form that it would make a much bigger impact not only as a sign to the Espada, but as the source that had sent him on this assignment. It would most certainly guarantee that the source would rely on Asmoskon in the future to take out additional targets. Just yet another source of both monetary gain work and a challenge the three things that Asmoskon thrilled for now.
Asmoskon had landed on his feet right as the black acid began to explode off of Aurora's body. Asmoskon knew not what her ability was or what would happen to him if the substance got on him. Yet he was already so close that even using Hirenkyaku most likely wouldn't save him from the entirety of the black sludge. The best opinion was one of complete offense and the one that Asmoskon continued onward with without hesitation. Speaking the same words he had already planned to Asmoskon fired off the four arrows even with the small black tornado right in front of him.
Asmoskon had watched as Aurora had began to spin around and caused the acid to take on the form of the tornado. Even now after he couldn't in truth see her through the walls of the darkness he knew her location. His sight wasn't one that would fall to darkness not ever again. The four crimson arrows pierced through the black tornado as if it was water and would strike Aurora just as he had planned in all four of her limbs.
Post by Aurora Guerrero on Dec 29, 2014 14:26:17 GMT -5
Aurora was spinning as fast as she could, pushing her tornado towards her enemey. She hit him square in the chest. Sadly, his arrows pierced through her tornado and she was struck in both arms and legs by them. Once she hit the man in the chest, her acid was completely gone. She stood there, staring at this man and she felt her release disappear. She looked down and saw all of her acid evaporate into the atmosphere and her armor started to break away.
It fell to the ground, splintering like her sword had splintered. She just stared down at her hands, going back to normal. Her sword had fallen down to her side and she felt all her energy just leave her body as her release had vanished. Her body felt weak, so she fell down to her knees. She looked up at this man, who had pushed her to her limit. She had never once felt like this in a battle before. This man would pay for doing this to her.
She went down to her hands and knees now. She had no energy left to really do anything. She kept glaring at this man, glaring death and all the ill will she could think of onto him. She growled at him. Though, another thing that she was thinking on was what her Espada would think. Obviously, the man would be pissed at her. He didn't like the blemish to his name everytime she was defeated. On well, she would deal with it like she always did. She fell on the ground and lost consciousness.

The four crimson arrows pierced the dark tornado and penetrated through the limbs of the foolish servant. The Fraccion it seemed did managed however to get him with the force of the tornado. Asmoskon's feet slide across the surface of the grass as he pushed back against the force to little avail. He was pushed back several feet and felt his reiatsu take a steady drop as if a large portion had just been taken from him. The only thing that could make sense of it was the black sludge making contact with his arms and legs.
Now though all of the substance was vanishing as was the armor and release of this Fraccion. "It seems this pitiful assignment is finished." Asmoskon began to walk over to Aurora as she starred up at him and he could see the hate and rage in her eyes. He could see that she would never forget this and that she would in time attempt to find and kill him. She wasn't the only one though and it would just mean more work in the future. Asmoskon's longbow vanished into nothingness as he stood over Aurora looking down at her gaze with one of stone.
"Inform the third that he'll be next." Asmoskon had been told that it was one of the biggest things important about this assignment he would need to pass on that to the Fraccion. However, the look on the Arrancar's face brought out a sudden rush of rage. Not wishing to deal with such a lowly servant any longer the right foot was brought down upon Aurora's face just before she feel into unconsciousness. Asmoskon would then leave the forest and make way for his next assignment in Germany.
