Description:
Eccentric characters are gifted with the spark of genius, yet are known primarily for their unusual or odd behavior and interests. Often aloof, such characters are highly creative and possess an intense, almost overwhelming curiosity that frequently gets them into trouble. Such characters think in an unorthodox manner, often times reaching solutions to a problem in unusual, or unexpected ways. Highly opinionated and outspoken, eccentric characters are marked nonconformists, preferring to seek out their own rhythm and flow rather than follow established protocols or conform to expected behavioral patterns or interests.
Advantage:
Level 1: 50% increase to Instinct. 50% increase to either Reiatsu Strength or Spiritual Pressure (i.e 100 becomes 125).
Level 2: 100% increase to Instinct. 100% increase to either Reiatsu Strength or Spiritual Pressure (i.e 100 becomes 200).
Level 3: 125% increase to Instinct. 125% increase to either Reiatsu Strength or Spiritual Pressure (i.e. 100 becomes 225).
Level 4: 150% increase to Instinct. 150% increase to either Reiatsu Strength or Spiritual Pressure (i.e 100 becomes 250).
Disadvantage:
Level 1: 25% decrease to Speed or Strength. 25% decrease to Senses or Energy Sensory (i.e 100 becomes 75).
Level 2: 35% decrease to Speed or Strength. 35% decrease to Senses or Energy Sensory (i.e 100 becomes 65).
Level 3: 50% decrease to Speed or Strength. 50% decrease to Senses or Energy Sensory (i.e 100 becomes 50).
Level 4: 50% decrease to Speed or Strength. 50% decrease to Senses or Energy Sensory (i.e 100 becomes 50).
Characters of this type must choose a technique specialty (chosen at the time of character creation). Characters of this type spend double TTP to learn and improve techniques outside their specialty. In addition, characters of this type can have no more than 10 non-release techniques from outside their specialty (excluding Shunpo). The remaining techniques must be from their chosen specialty. Once chosen, the character's specialty cannot be changed. This restriction applies even during CIU.
Shinigami must choose either Hadou, Bakudou, Kaidou, Hohou, or Hakuda as their specialty. Shinigami belonging to one of the noble houses (Kawada, Kuchiki, Shihoin or Kasumi'oji), or shinigami exclusive factions (Onmitsukidou, Kidou Corps, etc) may also choose their house or faction as their specialty instead. Arrancar must choose either Bala, or Cero as their specialty. Arrancar of the Zarpa faction may also choose Hadou, Bakudou, or Kaidou as their specialty instead.
Personality requirement: Characters of this type are viewed as strange or odd compared to the majority of the population. As such, characters must display unusual interests, personality traits, or quirks that set them apart from their peers. Such characters are prone to frustration and anger when prevented from pursuing their specialized interests by outside interference.
Race Restrictions: Available to Shinigami or Arrancar only.
