Suddenly Penguins. Penguins everywhere! They were in the middle of an arctic tundra, apparently. Anyway, Steve attempted to counter his own Cero with a black Cero he fired off. Joe was worried for a moment, considering how big it was, but. . . it struck his Cero, which then doubled in size, and vanished. Joe blinked. So Black Ceros from Roulette enhanced, eh? Steve had already dodged, though, so there wasn't any real damage done. Well, except to the Penguins. They got asploded.
Tch'ing, Joe dove behind a nearby snowdrift. He tapped his Zanpakuto, and murmured two phrases.
"Dice roll, set. Arsenal of Randomness and Randomized Effects, set. Go."
