Physical Description:
We start the explanation of Haresuke's physical description is his attire. Something that stands out and is something that would not be considered a "normal" attire that normal people would consider. We start with his head attire which takes the form of what looks like a glass helmet. The front area which is the glass part is completely opaque and blocks total vision of anyone that can look into the glass but does not hinder any view outside. There are several noticeable things that differentiates his helmet from anyone else if they were to own one. One of it is what appeared to be incomplete horns or something closely resembling it protruding from the side of the helmet. The function of these are unknown as they have not been in full use. Another noticeable thing about the helmet is the glowing blue eyes that appear at where his eyes should be. This is part of his ability and is used to scan ones enemy. Giving an idea so that his technique can do the rest and function well. Finally the straps of the helmet are genetic locks. The only person that can unlock the straps to remove the helmet is Maresuke, and he does that almost rarely. The straps are near indestructible and the only way to remove them is to kill him, that is how secure they are.
As we move down we are at his upper attire. Which consists of a nicely tailored jet black business suit. The material made is mainly silk and polyester, giving it a smooth touch and appearance. The length of the sleeves are just right as it leaves room for the hands but is not too short to where it reveals anything above the wrist area. The jacket has three buttons and will always be buttoned and unbuttoning it will be nearly impossible because he does not allow anyone he is not comfortable around to be near him to do so. The size of the jacket is meant to prevent anyone from getting a good estimation on his body build, making him seem like an average type of build. Underneath he wears a similar lengthed business shirt which can be barely seen from under the sleeve. He wears a silk tie which is a plain black and has no design on it. He also has a small pocket in the jacket in which he places his weapon of choise are a pair of Katars which compliment his preference to fight hand to hand style.
As we go lower to the lower half of his attire. He wears a silk pressed pants which is never wrinkled and is the right length to where his ankles are not visible regardless of how he moves. The pants have no significant design and is part of what he regularly wears. The color of the pants are a match to his jacket and so does his shoes. Which are always clean and is the right size and fits firmly on his feet. The shoes are also tailored so it matches his suit. He wears white socks underneath them and is what he always wears underneath his shoes. The design of the socks appear to look like music notes.
Next we move onto the body appearance. We will start from the top and go down describing the details of his body and that specific position. What is underneath the helmet and what his body appears and is like.
His head takes the appearance of it being somewhat gaunt with a few facial descriptions making it different from what would be considered "Gaunt" what that specific someone in which he removes his helmet for would first notice about his face is his eyes, mostly because they appear to always be studying them. The color of it is dark brown and it is always fixed into their eyes, as if he was studying them the very first moment he had a good look at them.
He never shows any facial expressions, only doing so when he removes his helmet. And even so he rarely chooses to show any emotions to them as well. Most of the time if he is convinced to remove his helmet, the facial expression they will see is that of a blank stare and no smile. Because of the past abandonment he has somewhat grown used to it and sometimes expected that he would be abandoned, because of that he sees it as useless as showing emotions to anyone that would soon abandon him for any given reason.
The way his hair is styled is in the form of an executive employee type. Having nearly half of it combed to the left while the rest is combed to the right. The color of his hair is steel gray. This hair style is something that he always enjoyed having his hair like and will always have it in that fashion if he has to remove his helmet. All of this is held down by a naturally produced gel.
From his face he appears to be in his mid twenties. When he speaks he speaks in an almost soft tone, making sure that only one person is able to hear him. And that person has to be relatively close to him in order to clearly hear what he has to say. When they hear his voice, it makes him sound like his age exact. He sounds just like any average young man should sound like. Around a deep end but not too deep, it is around the middle. On his face he has a specific scar. On is, specifically on his cheek is a 4 inched gash, a scar given to him by a former owner for both failing and displeasing him. When ever he looks at the scar he is filled with great disappointment and anger that he was abandoned by his owner because he had failed to become useful to them.
The way his body is built is to respond to quick changes in it. But when he does not change his own body it goes to its original appearance. He prefers strength over speed and has focused on toning his body to the point where he specializes in strength over speed. But it is prone to change constantly when in combat so if his opponent is strong in speed and has him at an disadvantage he will be able to change change some of his strength and another stat and add it into speed. In simple terms his body is prone to change depending on his opponent.
His attempt to tone his body is met and succeeded which resulted in his chest and body in general to show clear if he has removed his clothing. But because his jacket is always blocking an estimation of his strength, no one is able to see what his build truly is until they experience it themselves. The parts of his body that truly show themselves is his chest and arms. This is due to the fact that he wants to protect the person that owns him and that means he will always stay near said owner. He feels that speed would make him weak because he would focus on his leg muscles rather than upper body strength. But that does not mean his legs are skinny and his upper body is pulsing huge. His legs were also worked on to where it has strength, but that does not mean is capable of reaching speeds of anyone that has focused on the path of strength.
His skin tone is almost pale, a bit tan or peach colored. The way that this can be proven is the only section of flesh that is exposed to the world. Which are his hands, his hands gives someone a small view of what his body would look like. It is not bony and skinny but it is not fat and huge. The way his hands look like is in the middle, with an even mixture of muscle and all that good stuff. There can be a slight sign of his veins popping out but that only happens when he clenches it in anger or frustration or is gripping onto his weapon.
When he walks, he walks with a good stride, not too long or too short. Making the distance between steps just right and measured. Being nearly 6 inches apart. His pants does not constrict movement so that means he is able to move comfortably and not as if he had a giant wedgie crammed between the crevice of his butt cheeks.

His doll appearance makes it seem like he prefers a body that looks like someone attempted to put together a doll for themselves and not bought it from the store. Its height is about 6 inched and it weighs near 5-3 pounds. What differentiates him from another mod soul is specifically his doll appearance. He does not want a doll appearance that looks like that of an animal. He does not dislike animals but he feels like he would lower his own self respect if he has to place himself into the body of a stuffed animal.
What it appears like is a smaller version of what the looks like outside of his doll. The head consists of a baseball colored to look like the glass dome and an interestingly accurate replica of his suit. The small tie and jacket with the buttons included are an exact and perfect match to what he looks like. But this was not the appearance that he had kept through out his years, this would be considered his final and most loved and appreciated appearance. But when he was introduced into a dolls body it was not that. It was much different.
His first body believe it or not was that of an animal. A stuffed animal that resembles a German Sheperd that has been given a human like body. He, at first liked the design because his owner did too. But after her passing he requested that his next owner make him another body. This was because staying in it would make him remember what has lost. He would go through a process of several other bodies before he will reach his final one. Which was given to him by his 68th owner.

-Personality-
Dislikes:
1. Disloyal People: Disloyal people are the type of people that really aggravates Maresuke. This is because through out his life he has been exposed to disloyal people, either he has experienced it or it has happened to him. From this he has a very harsh dislike of anyone that is not loyal.
2. Speaking: Because he barely speaks he does not like talking when they make it seem like he has to. When they attempt to force him to speak he only ends up shutting them out, only choosing to speak when he feels comfortable around them and is willing to open up a bit.
3. Being alone: He was abandoned numerous times by previous owners. Because of that he has a dislike of being alone and sometimes will begin to panic or feel down when he is alone, this is also one of his biggest fears. The fear of being by ones self or alone.
4. Disrespectful people: They have no respect and choose to think that they are better than everyone. When the truth is that they are just as weak or broken as everyone else. If they cant prove their argument then that means they are just blowing hot steam from their heads and just trying to scare people into thinking they are the victor without doing anything.
5. Talkative people: Talkative people continue to go on and on without getting to their main point. If someone wants to say something and it is very important. He just wants them to tell them what is important and leave. If possible.
6. Anyone Owner Dislikes: Because he is loyal to his owner, he vows to dislike anyone that the current owner dislikes. This in his head proves to him or her that he is very loyal and will not let things such as "liking" to get in the way of what he is meant to be there.
7. Slow Learners: Slow learners are people that take forever to learn something that in his opinion is very simple. The main reason he dislikes them is because if they are slow learners then that means it will take resources to ensure that they will learn faster. Resources that could of been used on a better thing.
8. Hypocrites: Hypocrites are people that hates something a lot but ends up being what they hate the most. This is something that Maresuke views as weak and a poor attempt to "blend" into what society deems normal. They put up a front but is all bullshit behind it.
9. Liars: Liars are just as bad as hypocrites. Mainly because they pretend to say something that would give them a personal gain while they know this is a big lie. He hates to be lied to and wants to be told the truth no matter how bad it hurts. Those that tell the truth are the people he respects.
10. Remembering previous owners: This reason is plain and simple. It is bad memories which fill him with great sadness and anger.
11. Remembering the past: Same as before
12. Cats: Cats, for some odd reason has a great affection of trying to claw his doll form. With this he grew a dislike towards them.
13. Miley Syrus: Her songs are terrible plain and simple. Part of him wants to beat her to death but that would prove fruitless and stupid.
14. Grapes: He has always disliked the taste of grapes. Not buy its shape or color, but the taste he gets in his mouth when ever he takes a bite out of it.
15. Grass: He is not really sure about this but whenever he steps on grass or even think about it. He gets this feeling of severe disgust. Or was it because his 46 owner died in a grassy field and when ever he thinks about a grass he thinks of the field.
16. Strangers: Stranger are the main reason why his owners are killed. Or he is abandoned, because he was not strong enough to end their lives. Or they have met someone that makes him look obsolete and useless.
17. Inflative Egos: Same reason for hypocrites.
18. Lazy People: Same reason for Slow Learners.
19. The talk of being abandoned: The reason why he dislikes the talk of being abandoned is because it tends to fill his head with paranoia that the current owner would do such thing. For what ever reason is his or her own. But the very fact that they want or talk about being abandoned would make him feel very very aggravated and sad.
20. Pineapples: Pineapples have a strange and disgusting taste to it. He does not like how they taste nor the texture of how they feel when he places them in his mouth.
21. Removing his helmet: He does not like people seeing what he looks like. And the very fact that if he were required to remove his helmet it would be one of the most uncomfortable and impossible thing for him to do.
22. Mercenary: Mercs are greedy people with little moral that allows them to do anything if they are paid the right amount. This means that they are also disloyal and is the thing he dislikes the most.
23. Shinigami: They are the reason he is like that. They are the pure reason that he can not live a normal life nor was able to be a normal life in the first place.
24. Soul Society: The same reason as Shinigami.
25. Gotei 13: Same reason for Shinigami.
Likes:
1. Owner: He likes his owner because he has a chance to redeem himself. If he is successful then he will be kept and the chances that he will abandoned in his head are slightly low. Another reason is because he has a reason to continue living, if he has an owner then that means he has a purpose again.
2. Silence: Because he does not like talking. He often enjoys the silence he receives when it is absolutely quiet outside and everyone is doing what they want without bothering Maresuke.
3. Suits: He enjoys the feeling and how he looks when he wears a suit. This can be proven because his attire is always a suit with his helmet. He wears nothing else as seeing this as useless and a waste of valuable time.
4. Having his identity unknown: He enjoys the fact that no one knows what he looks like. Mainly because he does not want anyone to know what he looks like and his helmet can only be opened by genes and only his genes can open it. That means it will be nearly impossible for someone else to remove his helmet.
5. Dogs: He enjoys dogs because they are loyal companions and that they are fun to play with. Plain and simple:
6. Cookies: Cookies are just amazing to him. Although he does not admit it to others he likes the taste of chocolate chip cookies. Which is one of the things he bakes.

8. Pie: He loves pie because of one famous pie. Apple pie, he loves apple pie because of the cinnamon that he can taste when he takes a bite out of it.
9. Lights: Because he is able to get a good look on anyone and everyone that isnt trying to hide. He does not like being surprised or being in a room that he knows someone is there but can not see them.
10. Lightning: Because lightning gives a short brief but much needed sight of anyone in a dark room. It also gives him time to move around said room so with every flash he gets closer and closer with his opponent.
11. Books: Because he just loves to read. Reading and comprehending knowledge is what he does in his past time. Especially if it is a book that he takes great joy from.
12. Drawing: Drawing is one of his secret past times that he enjoys to do. Especially when he knows someone isnt around to watch him attempt to draw. When he was with his 30th owner. He learned from him the joys of drawing, this is one of the few things he likes to remember. And it is put into his drawings, albeit poorly because he didn't have perfect drawing skills.
13. Cooking: Cooking is something that he picked up from his 35th owner. When he would watch her cook and make delicious meals that he could only wish to taste and taking notes about them. This was passed down onto him as he enjoys to cook and bake.
14. Baking: Same for cooking.
15. taking nice walks: Taking a walk is a good way to get silence. Mainly because he would often be left alone when he is out for a stroll.
16. Deserts: The desert is something that is plain and simple. There are no complexities as in there are little to no grand forests that one can hide in. So that means his paranoia wont flare that there could be an assassin or enemy behind a nearby tree.
17. The cold: He just loves the cold, to him it is his favorite temperature. This is proven by the fact he is not bothered by temperatures that many people that hate the cold find hard to stand.
18. His helmet: Because it keeps his identity a secret. Plain and simple.
19. The color Green: The color green is a color that he takes a great, yet odd liking to. Mainly because the reason why he likes the color green is because it reminds him of what he can do.
20. Pleasing owner: He wants and likes to please his owner. With anything possible from the menial task to great large ones. He enjoys doing everything that is meant to please his owner and when he or she is very proud with Maresuke.
21. Night: Because most people are sleeping at that time. He is able to get a lot of silence but not be alone.
22. Dawn: Same for night.
Activities:
1. Watching owner sleep: He has this intense sense of paranoia that if he does not watch his owner sleep then that means the air will try to assassinate them and kill them as they sleep.
2. Always being with owner: He always wants to be with his owner. For the pure reason that he does not want to be alone.
3. Drawing: He just likes drawing.
4. Attempting to bake random things: He finds that if he tries to bake something that looks good means that it will probably taste good. Most of these attempts sadly fail.
5. Attempting to cook random things: Same as above.
6. Coloring his drawings: A drawing is not good if it is not completed. So coloring is something that is very important especially if he is wants it to be looked at by others. Albeit he does not tell anyone who drew it.
7. Doing nothing: He does nothing if there isnt anything to do around there. Plain and very simple.
Interests:
1. Katars: Katars are a big interest in him. Especially because it is able to enhance his martial art skills.

12. His true purpose: He wants to know what is his true purpose. Why was he created and what was he meant to do, all of those he has high hopes but also knows that the chances that they will be answered are extremely low.
13. Television shows: He wonders what is the purpose of them and what makes some of them so addicting. He may never know because there is no TV in Hueco Mundo.
14. Game Shows: Same for TV shows.
15. The other Espada: He is interested albeit cautious about the other Espada. Maresuke wonders if they are like Asuka, or are they different types of people.
Flaws:
1. Overzealous: He is extremely loyal to anyone that owns him. Almost as if he revered them as a god but not totally. He is zealous to the fact that he always wants to protect them. Making sure that anything does not go wrong while he or she is around and making sure that everyone is check and is not able to harm said owner.
2. Paranoid: He is paranoid about nearly everything. He often is careful around strangers and is in near constant fear that his current owner might get bored of him and abandon him. With this, this is why he is very Overzealous, because in his head this will prevent such a thing from happening.
3. Suffers from "Selective Muteuism": This is proof that he dislikes talking. And will find himself nearly impossible to shape a word. This is mainly due to his abandonment and he will only speak to his owner. And no one else, no matter what.
4. Suffers from "Autophobia": This is also one of his fears of being alone. He has an immense, irrational fear of being by ones self or alone. Mainly because over his life he has been abandoned multiple times before he could find, hopefully a permanent home.
5. Mentally Unstable and prone to cracking under pressure: The constant abandonment and losing of owners have taken a heavy toll on his head emotionally and mentally. Although on the surface it seems like he is a level headed albeit silent. On the inside he lives in constant fear of being abandoned and if it seems like he will be abandoned will break and "desperately" attempt to show the owner that he is worth it and shouldn't be abandoned. He breaks under pressure especially if his owner is in danger, to them they are the number one priority and will do absolutely anything so that his owner will be spared or is safe.
6. Suffers from PTSD: He is in constant fear of being abandoned. He refuses to sleep because he suffers nightmares from what his past owners have done and also refuses to even mention the subject unless it is absolutely necessary.
7. Clingy: He is just clingy, he never wants to be alone. I:E without an owner. And most of the time he refuses to go anywhere alone unless he knows it will be safe or if he is traveling with his owner.
[He is willing to temporarily willing to get over this if it is for the safety of his owner.]
8. Always hiding behind helmet: He does not like it when people see what he looks like. He gets a strange feeling and to him this is wrong. So in order to prevent this he hides behind his helmet so that they do not know what he looks like.
9. Not knowing how to say no to owner: He has a hard time refusing an order his owner gives to him. Even if its a favor or something minor. If it is from his owner he will never refuse it.
10. Sadist: It may not be a fact that a lot of people knows. But the abuse and abandonment he had been exposed to had developed a side to him that enjoys giving pain. It only comes out when his owner is in danger or someone whom had insulted them is doing so. It may not be shown because he rarely speaks but if given the opportunity he wants to make anyone that wrongs his master to suffer.
Habits:
1. Staring at people: He always tries to analyze anyone that is around him. Studying their every movement, what they say, how they talk. Everything, this is so he can make a mental note on them.
2. Speaking softly: When he has to speak to his current owner. He tends to speak in a soft and shy like voice. Never raising it or adding a lot of negative emotions to it.
3. Attempting to analyze things: He loves to analyze and study things. So when given the right time or any time. He will find himself studying the person or place or object that has captured his interest.
4. Fixing his sleeves: To him he has to make sure that his sleeves are flat and clean. So that it does not look good and he would be able to check his sleeve to make sure what the time is.
5. Checking his sleeves for the time: Often he forgets he does not wear a watch and looks at his sleeve to check what time it is. But it usually ends up in failure because he cant see what time it is.
6. Double checking straps to locks: He wants to make sure that the straps to his helmet is properly tightened and not very visible. If an enemy knew about this they would try to remove it.

10. Calls anyone who isn't an Arrancar "a creature of the night": This habit was "given" to by Asuka. Whom had the tendency to call anyone a "creature of the night" because he was always around her. He got into the habit of doing so.
11. Trying to ward off sleep: He does not want to sleep. Because the nightmares would get him. He would become sad and end up screaming in the middle of the night in sheer fear.

Fears:
1. Being alone: He fears being alone because he has been alone for a very long time. Every time he is abandoned or is alone he is filled with great sadness. And he fears to feel it again.
2. Being abandoned: He does not want to be abandoned. If he is abandoned then he will be alone and he will experience his number 1 fear.
3. Losing his owner: Losing his owner is even worse than being abandoned. Because it shows to him that he was not strong enough to protect his owner and because of that he is alone.
4. Becoming useless: If he is useless then why would someone keep him around. Why would they take him in if they do not have a use for him? That is what he fears and if no one takes him in. That will be a reason that he blames himself for being alone.
5. Losing his helmet: He doesn't like people seeing how he looks. And also if he loses his helmet, he will always look at the scar that makes him feel ashamed of himself.
6. Death: Death is the end of the rode, and he feels that he has so much to do before he dies. Death to him is like being given up upon by life. That even life has no use for him.

8. New Places: He doesnt feel comfortable being in a place he doesnt know. Especially if he is with someone he doesnt know or is alone. Then it makes it impossible for him to explore it because he is filled with great terror and will tend to stay in one specific spot.
9. Being betrayed: Same for being abandoned. Just that they only lied to him and that they never cared about him at all.
10. someone finding about his insecurities: They know what makes him tick. And now they can easily exploit it.

5. Come out of his shell: He just wants to be able to be "normal" but he is in constant fear of being abandoned. And with that he will have a very difficult time coming out of his shell.
Alignment: [Chaotic Neutral]
Overall Personality:
A single word can be used to described a lot about his personality. A word that is used on Soldiers, Lovers, Animals, or Pets. And that word is "Loyal" Maresuke's major personality revolves around being loyal to a single person, from always trying to be there with them to fearing of losing them. He always wants to be loyal to a single person. This, often leads to several other problems because of that. When people look at Maresuke, they see a helmet wearing male in a suit and little else. From his personality and look, he aims to make sure that he will stay loyal to a single person because it would seem hard for anyone "normal" to try and approach him. On the outside he seems calm, well dressed and above all very organized.
In truth though he is a very caring person. Especially to his owner or anyone that proves to him that they wont abandon or abuse him. He will always try to prove his loyalty back to them, often ignoring the requests of anyone else and purely listening to the requests of his owner. While this could be a good thing, it may also be a bad thing because he is also very dependent on his owner. He depends on his owner to provide what is needed to keep him calm and "sane" in terms of he wont be in constant fear that he would be abandoned or he wont be able to protect his owner. The plus side, if you see it that way is that he will always try to be there with them. Even with his emotional abuse and turmoil he still tries to remain resilient and tries to remain as useful as possible.
Inside of his brain, the emotional or psychological part of his head. he is almost a mess in terms of how he deals with stress or being alone. Because of the constant abandonment it had really affected his personality and the way he thinks. Another aspect is that his owners sometimes emotionally and at one time physically abused him. And because of this it severely affected how he though and what he did as a result of any event that happened on the outside. Especially if it directly involved him.
There are several major examples of how his mental health was affected by the constant abandonment and poor treatment of some of his owners. One of them that resulted from his constant abandonment was his "Selective Muteism" and that meant normally he should be able to talk under any situation. But as a result of him being abandoned for any reason that after awhile he found it difficult to speak to anyone, even his owner whom he spoke to in soft whispers. Anyone else he found difficult to talk to because he was afraid that it was useless and they would immediately leave him or proceed to abuse him just for the main fact that he spoke.
Another example of this that spawned from constant abandonment was his Auto phobia. Or fear of being by ones self or being alone. It was spawned when he lost his 5th owner and soon he began to develop it. Mainly because he was always being put by himself or alone, and when ever this happened he felt it was because they had little or no use to him and chose to abandon him. Or that he was too weak and was not able to protect the person that he truly cared about. the severity of his phobia depends on how long he has been with his owner. If it is 1-5 weeks it isnt as severe as he always assumes that he will end up becoming abused. But once it has reached the 2 year plus, does the severity goes up with every year. As he has developed a great attachment to that owner and as years go will often refuse to leave their side.
The next major examples of what spawned from him because of his constant abandonment or because of the death of his owner is his Paranoia and overzealous behavior and also PTSD. And this resulted because of his constant fear of being abandoned or the feeling that he might lose his owner. This surfaced around the time he lost his 10nth owner that he wanted to try and prove to his owner that he is worth keeping around and that it showed to him that strangers are people that one can barely trust. His overzealous most likely resulted in the constant abandonment while his paranoia resulted from both the abandonment and the fact that his owner was killed by someone he did not know and that resulted in him losing his own life.
Other flaws and problems that he has with his mentality was the cause of the abuse that he had experienced from previous owners. One example of this is why he hides behind a glass dome instead of showing what he looks like to his owners or anyone that asks. It is the pure reason that his 68th owner had gave him a scar and a wound emotionally that would further push him away from anyone. The scar was a sign of "disobedience and failure" the words that he experienced were a sign that they did not want him anymore and that they were now just dead weight to them. Because of the scar and the very insult of failure was the cause that made him hide behind the helmet.
Overall he lacks the self esteem to be on his own nor does he own the needed skills to be independent from anyone. He gives absolute silence to anyone he does not know and at times that he must talk to them he chooses to talk to them with a piece of paper and pencil. His owner is the only one that has the ability to hear him speak and all he or she will hear is soft and shy. He is prone to snapping under pressure, and said pressure must be that his owner is put in danger. When this happens his "reckless" side comes out as he will do anything to protect his owner, because to him they are his life and without them he wont be able to live a life. When he breaks he literally breaks and comes to his senses that everything must be done to protect whom he cares about, and that means he must make his opponent suffer.
Anyone whom is not his owner and barely talks to him has to try extremely hard in order to pull him from this shell. If they were nice to him and even attune to his likes, then they will find it to be quite easier to get to know him. But before they reach that level they would most likely be met with silence or a pen and paper. This is mostly because they are not his owner and that if he "gets another owner" then he feels that he will become what he despises the most and become disloyal. To anyone outside of his owner or people that are "close" to where he talks to them at the same level as his owner. He would often be viewed as a silent loner, dependent on a single person for the most basic needs such as going somewhere. This, to some would be a sad and pathetic existence. While to him, this is the only type of existence that he can live in.
To his owner though. They experience a side that only his owner would see. To them he would try and be more social, more or less. But that part does not come until he knows they wont abuse him for the basic form of talking. Once that mark has passed which should be a few weeks, then that means he has grown comfortable around them. He would often be viewed as overprotective, overzealous, and very, very broken. This comes from the previous things that had really affected his head. He cares deeply about his owner, and would do anything for them which gets to the flaw that he has a difficult time saying no to them.

-Powers-
Fighting Style: "Venimus, vidimus, vicimus"(Literaly means "We came, We saw, We conquered.")
Fighting has been one of the main reasons why he continues to live. Fighting to protect others, and fighting to preserve himself. He is not totally use to using a weapon and prefers to use hand to hand combat, especially with the fact that if done right he would be capable of disarming an opponent. Btu if the situation comes and he has to use a weapon then he is decently proficient at that art. As he lived, from when he was given the task to fight from his first owner, he wanted to improve himself so that he wont have to lose his owner again. This would prove to be a failure until later on in life when he has improved his fighting style, he saw that it was difficult to carry around a weapon if he has to stay in a doll form and chose to hone his skills in hand to hand combat.
As the name implies it is a fighting style that has been developed to compliment his technique. The term "We Came" implies that he is there standing in front of his opponent. "We Saw" implies that he has observed his opponent and has taken mental notes to adapt to his opponent so that they are at least on an equal footing with each other, so that he is not at a disadvantage due to a certain trait such as speed. "We conquered" implies that because he has adapted to his opponent then he has to figure out a tactic that would make it turn into an advantage. He will in turn use the info he has on his opponent to "conquer" his opponent.
The way that this fighting style was developed was not to fight against someone with the initial blow but to observe his opponent before determining what is required to be able to defeat said opponent. Once he has observed his opponent it truly depend son the current situation . Because when he is not under the influence of stress he just sees his opponent as someone whom he has to keep away from his owner. And that is all, he is level headed and does not get as angry as he would. It changes when he snaps from the pressure, he still sees them as someone to keep away from his owner but it changes to where he has to eliminate his opponent. This is because he does not want this person to live in the same area or even in the same world as his owner. So they must be killed for the greater safety of his owner.
But there is more to this than the name can simply imply. As if he is not under immense stress especially if his owner is not in danger then he fights differently as from his owner was in danger. When his opponent has not insulted or put his owner in any form of danger then he will fight with a level headed attitude. Because he knows that his owner is safe and that he does not have to worry about losing his owner. When placed in a stressed situation where his owners life may be in danger and that he has to protect them. His fighting style changes drastically, especially his attitude towards his opponent. He wants to be able to protect his owner and that means he would be willing to sacrifice himself in order to ensure that his owner will be safe. That means that if his owner were to be put in danger or insulted then that means the level headedness would change to something that would wish to cause immense suffering. Sadism and the need to get even enlarges to the point where if given the chance he would torture and kick them even if they were down.
Under normal situations:
Because the way he fights really depends on the kind of situation that he is in. I chose to explain how he fights when under any other situation. An major example is when he is not under large amounts of stress especially if his owner is not in danger. He will fight with a level headed and calm personality instead of something that is reckless and could lead to something serious. As a result he sees his opponent as someone that must be analyzed and studied so that he may be capable of fighting them at an equal level instead of him being at a disadvantage because he does not have the necessary speed or strength that puts him at that disadvantage.
When he fights at a normal state, under little stress he can think clearly and device plans that will be able to use the current sate he is in because he had imitated his opponents stats in order to where he will be at an advantage because of that fact. The main part of his strategy is that if he is fighting an opponent with a weapon, his thought process would immediately go to disarming his opponent. But what if they fight with other means such as using hand to hand combat or means that makes them ranged fighters such as kidou or a cero? He would try to find the means to disable their ability in casting the kidou or use their arms. The basic process in his head and his strategy is "How can I make it to where I am at an advantage and they are not." and he will strive to do so if he knows his owner is safe and sound.
His thought process when he isnt under intense stress goes by the following. First and foremost, gender of his opponent does not affect how he fights. Especially because they are a potential threat to his owner and that means that they must be eliminated. Distance is also a major factor to the way he fights. Specifically because he specializes in hand to hand combat, that means he must be as close as possible. But the difference between when he is under stress and not is how he things about distance. When he isn't under the influence of stress he knows when to gauge distance so that he wont be running into something that could of been avoided.
When he thinks about strategy, what goes in his head is "How can I immobilize my opponent, how can I protect my owner by doing this" and other questions that generally rotate around the basic fact that he has to defeat his owner and make sure that they do not get near his owner ever again. But he does not want to kill them because that would be absolutely unnecessary as he knows his owner will be safe and that it wouldn't be required to end someone elses life because they could post a threat to his owner. But because of their battle, he feels that they would learn that if he could defeat them and not kill them. Next time he wont be as merciful.
He also would gauge how many he can take. That meaning, if he was heavily damaged he wont continue fighting. He would retreat and remember his opponent for the next time they met. He is not willing to lose his life and know his owner is safe to end up failing later on and not be able to protect his owner. If he is damaged he will want to be as close to his owner as possible, so that even if he is healing he will be able to attempt to protect his owner.
Under stress:
It is embarrassing for Maresuke to say or even admit. But he can not handle stress well. Especially when it deals with the life or honor of his owner. When it is in danger then the way he fight changes incredibly. From someone whom views his opponent as someone whom he needs to keep away from his owner, to someone whom wants nothing more than to just destroy his opponent. This is because he does not want to lose his owner ever again, and this type of feeling would transfer to him trying to kill his opponent as fast and as gruesome as possible.
When he fights under this kind of situation, he tends to constantly think of ways to just protect his owner and how he can eliminate this opponent as quick as possible. Opposite to when he is not under stress, whom observes every detail to make this fight easier, but takes more time. When under stress he tends to focus on ways to end this fight as fast as possible. And as brutal as possible, al though he will take notes of the ceros and kidou that they use. He wont generally care about this because he is really focused on ending his opponents life.
His fighting style is generally the same as if he were not under any intense stress. The only major difference of this is that when they are at a distance, he will still try to get as close to them as possible. But once he gets up close, he tends to act more vicious in trying to draw blood from is opponent. This is because he knows that with his hand to hand combat he will be able to make this fight as difficult as possible for his opponent. He wants to be able to give little time to react and he wants to kill his opponent before they can do harm to his owner.
The majority of his strategy would go from gauging his opponent and finding the best way to immobilize his opponent to fully attempting to destroy and kill this person. How he views his opponent at this stage is just trash and someone whom he must kill and destroy so that he wont run the risk of losing his owner yet again. At the current situation he would try to do as much sadistic damage as he can.
When he is fighting someone of the opposite gender or the same gender. It does not matter to him, his thought process on gender is the same. But what he things of them is drastically different, while they still see them as someone of a threat to his owner. When Maresuke is under intense stress, that thought about how he has to keep them away from his owner changes to "I have to eliminate them from this world" this is because it has became clear that if his owner were to live in peace then that means he would have to destroy his opponent before that can be possible. And he will be more than willing to fulfill such goal.
Although he can gauge how much he can take as if he was not under stress. He generally wont listen to it, this is because he is really hell bent on destroying his opponent that he wont mind going through a lot just so he can kill his opponent. This can be both a strength because he aspires to end his opponents life as quick as possible. But a weakness as well because he can die from this.
Technique: Resolvere et accommodare (Literally means "Analyze and adapt")
When explained at a basic level the name explains exactly what Maresuke is capable of doing, using his "helmet" or any outside stimulation such as feeling or observing. Maresuke is capable of analyzing his opponents body with his helmet or if it is obvious such as muscle or strength is capable of "editing" or "adapting" his body so that he is on par with his opponent on their strength and weaknesses. The way his helmet works is that it is capable of analyzing on a deeper scale than simply staring at his opponent, it gives in depth detail of what their body is built. Another aspect that he can do with his body is from the outside stimulation such reiatsu attack or a physical attack. If his body detects that it has been hit with an attack, it will still take damage. But take notes and analyze said wound and then cause his body to take a defensive barrier against said attack.
An example of this is that if he were to be hit with a cero. His body would register and analyze the cero once it has hit and immediately create a coating around him to lessen impact from any other reiatsu attacks such as Ceros, Balas, etc. Any attack that uses reiatsu and is reiatsu based. The coating will lessen the damage or even if it is weak enough or if he is strong enough would feel hardly anything.
The physical part defense is the same as what would a reiatsu attack be. If he is hit with an physical attack then his body will analyze the wound and harden or mix with coating if reiatsu is mixed into the physical wound. The skin would make any physical attack lessen or even bring it to nothing if it is strong or if they are weak enough. If the blade is mixed with reiatsu and hits then his body will register said hit but mix the coating with it. Making the defense half and half, the goal was to take away the advantage that his opponent had over him and give them an equal footing.
To better explain this, his body is capable of mutations based on what happens outside. His body will change, his opponent will see that for his very own eyes. Analyze and Adapt holds a secret of mutations. As the examples were listed before, when he is hit by a cero and his body has taken the time to analyze it, his opponent will literally see that his body would develop a glisten like effect. As his body has secreted a layer that deadens or makes any reiatsu based attacks useless if it is weak enough. If he has been struck by a weapon that leaves a cut, and his body has adapted to to this by making his skin becomes thicker. When he is faced with an opponent that he knows he can not fight with hand to hand, he can cause his body to mutate, specifically his arms to where he can make it form into a blade. This makes him effective in sword play and has proven that he adapted to the situation. These are mere examples as to what he is capable of doing. And that he can mutate his body so it is ideal for that current situation. This is not limited as already said, if he is fighting one at a distance, he is capable of growing an appendage that is capable of attempting to grab his opponent from afar.
There are several things one has to consider about these mutations. Such as the appearance, how fast it takes for him to mutate, how many he can have at once and how long they last. And those will be explained right now, starting with the appearance of the mutations.
These mutations are very visible. And depend on the given situation that he is in. As stated above IF he were to be hit by a cero, his skin would begin to glisten and show that ie is covered in some kind of oil that gives him the capability to negate or deaden reiatsu based attacks etc. The next step of explanation is the speed that it takes for mutation to occur, and that is explained next. The speed in which the mutation occurs is that it takes one post after observing his opponent for it to successfully mutate and change. At the top level he can keep up to five mutations at once. The length of the amount that they last is equal to that of a release. It lasts for total of 25 posts before he must update his information about his opponent. This is at max because it takes 5 posts per mutations that he has out.
Levels:
[Level 1] At this level he has little understanding of what he is capable of. He can only adapt his body such as taking a certain amount of stats from one to add to another and show little signs of mutations. He can take out only 50 stats and add it to another. He must also see the stat that has to be mutated, such as bulging muscles in order to give a small estimate of what he needs. The cost to perform this is only 50
[Level 2] At this level he has a small understanding of what he can do. But not at a huge level. He can still only adapt his body but not show any difference from before and after, but he can take out a total of 100 stat points from a stat to another. He still needs to see the body in order to have a decent estimation of what he needs to do. The cost to perform this action is 100.
[Level 3] He has learned his first mutation at this level. He is capable of changing only one part of his body based on the given situation. It is a better form to represent the taking and adding of stat from one to another. He can only mutate one part of his body which can last for 5 posts. He still need to observe his opponent without the help of his helmet at this level. It costs 125 to perform this trait.
[Level 4] He has learned his second mutation. Meaning he can have two mutated parts at once upgrading his length to 10 posts if both of them are out. He can only mutate two parts based on the given situation. He also learned that he is capable of doing a scan of his opponent giving a basic explanation of his opponent which can give him a small idea of what specifically needs to be taken and added. His knowledge of his hand to hand combat is currently 25% it costs 150 to perform this trait.
[Level 5] He has learned his third mutation. Meaning he can mutate three specific things at once. Upgrading his length to 15 posts if all three of them are out. He has also upgraded his helmet so he can do a fairly decent scan of his opponent, giving him a better idea of what needs to be changed or not. He has also learned to perform his defensive moves which cost 100 to keep active. It takes up as a mutation though. His understanding of his martial arts has upgraded to 50 percent and is now an adequate learner of it. It costs 200 to perform this trait.
[Level 6] His understanding of what he is capable of nearing its current level. As he has discovered his fourth mutation. Meaning he is capable of mutating four parts that will match the situation at once. Upgrading his length to 20 posts if all four are out. He has finally upgraded his helmet so it can do an even better job scanning his opponent for what needs to be done. Scanning at this level is considered a mutation and will take up a space, but it can be deactivated once he knows what to do. His defensive moves has improved, giving his current level of defense. Costing 200 to do said defense and is still considered a mutation. His level of his martial arts is now at 75 percent and is now a master at his art. It costs 250 to perform this trait.
[Level 7] He is now at his current level of his learning and is now capable of using a grand total of five mutations. Upgrading his total posts with all five out to 25. He has discovered his fifth mutation meaning he is now capable of mutating 5 to match the situation. His helmet can give an exact total of what he needs to change and add. It is still considered a level of mutation and can still be activated once it has done its job. His understanding of his martial arts is now 100 percent meaning no one can match him in that martial art, even though no one else knows it. He has understood all he is capable and is now at his current level.
Physical Manifestation: Movement
This is a movement technique. It's to keep up with things like Shunpo or Sonido. While all races using this have their own variant of a step technique already, this one is pretty much an in-general type of move. It attunes the physical body to the reiatsu in the air, rather than spiritual to spiritual. It is now physical to spiritual. In better translation, this means that for a measly cost of 25 reiatsu, the user can take a single step with a 5x increase in speed. What makes this technique unique is that people can break off in the middle of its use. Unlike other step techniques, this one can be repeated while in the middle of the previous one, allowing someone to change their movement course in mid movement. Considered Class 4 by default.
[Human AND Mod Soul variation: Simply called "Variant," this variant of the Willpower technique is incredibly deadly. It's very simple, purely taking advantage of the second stage. In addition to the physical increases, awareness is also required. It causes the head itself to become covered in blue reiatsu. It costs 300 reiatsu to activate this variant. The eyes will also turn yellow during activation. More or less, there will be a 30% increase in sensory stats while this is active. Though, after the post of activation, this goes down by 5% per following post. It costs an additional 50 reiatsu per sacrificed 5% to rejuvenate the 5%. Class 3.]
