Kuroi looked over at Romeo. "I already know your powers, and I know what the Quincy are capable of." he said. "I also know just how dwindled your numbers are due to the hunting. Quincy are difficult to create and train." Kuroi looked towards the sky, and then back at Romeo. He stared icily into Romeo's eyes, and Romeo visibly shivered.
Kuroi grabbed the back of Romeo's shirt, putting his left palm over Romeo's back, and sliding it down so that it was on the same level as Romeo's gut. "What are you doing?" Romeo asked. When Kuroi spoke, it was in an emotionless, menacing monotone. "We aren't interested in allying with weaklings like The Quincy." Kuroi said. "Enjoy your fall."
With that, an enormous, and sizzling fast Bala ripped through Romeo's gut, leaving a cauterized, smoking hole as it flew off into the distance. Romeo gasped, his mouth leaving itself open in a gaping expression of shock. His eyes widened, and his face paled. Kuroi pushed Romeo lightly, and Romeo slid over the railing, falling from the tower. He fell one hundred thousand feet, becoming lost from sight, nothing more than a dot. The hole in his gut made it impossible to scream as he fell, vanishing, most likely splatting on the ground.
Kuroi turned around, and walked over to Jin. "And what of you?" Kuroi asked. "What can your Bounts offer?" Kuroi was strong, no doubt about that. He was also merciless, and did not care about consequences. The fact that he had simply killed the Quincy meant that the Quincy forces were weak enough that they posed no threat to Las Noches. If the Bount forces were the same, Jin was dead.
