OOC: sorry - short post
Akeru had tried to run, he really did want to get as far away as he could. However, as he could not sense Kyomei at all, trying to pick a direction to run would be pure conjecture. Shunpo works in straight lines, something Akeru might not have realized as he had only seen Shunpo be performed a few times. By aiming for a roof, the angle at which he would need to travel would have an extremely high vertical component. That normally wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that Kyomei is directly above him. In aiming for a roof, all Akeru managed to do is catch on to Kyomei and move Kyomei with him.
By the time Akeru has done this, Kyomei had already mentally activated Tsuzuri Raiden and Akeru's body collided full force into it. Kyomei didn't need to react to his body being pulled so suddenly because Akeru had thrown himself straight into the effect. By the time the Shunpo is done, enough electricity has been put into his brain to keep it from functioning. To top it all off, in the second that it takes for Kyomei to recover he could then finish his Zanpakutou slash into Akeru's head. Kyomei would obviously still show restraint as he was not about to kill another Student in a spar. This would leave Akeru's brain a bit fried and his skull fractured and unable to fight in the least.

OOC: Okay since you told me the way Kyomei was trying to land on Akeru's shoulder with his legs on him like he was trying to play chicken, this post should validly work.
IC: Akeru didn't reached the roof top like he had wanted to, he didn't even make it to the wall. However he did get momentum going when Kyomei's legs connected with his shoulders, and because of this something happened. Honestly no one ever wanted this to happen to then, for it was one of the stupidest things that could have happened. Akeru hit Kyomei, but not in a good way. The speed even while only moving a foot or so was at 2000 speed stat, Kyomei was going much slower considering that he was out of shunpo and trying to drop right onto shoulder. Doing this would have caused only one out come, they both flipped.
Akeru would hit his legs, causing Akeru to flip backwards from the force of hitting something with the top half of his shoulder causing his body to upend and his head to crack against the stone floor as he rolled over and over as his body lost momentum from the failed shunpo. Kyomei was going to get a lesser blow, but a blow none the less. Being hit like that was going to hurt his thighs and even more so, when he flip over and over landing hard on his back smacking his own head against the floor with his own hard crack! Akeru could feel the blood coming from the back of his head, he had cut into it on the stone. And he felt like someone had hit him in the skull with an anvil, he was sure he had a mild to severe concussion.
He rolled over struggling to his feet, some how his axe was still conjured. but he could see it was wavering as was his concentration. His vision had white spots, and there was a trail of blood leaking out of the corner of his mouth. Kyomei was probably not going to be able to hold on to his disappearing technique, not smacking his head that hard. Akeru staggered, "Jeez, you really know how to mess things up...." Akeru put his hand to the back of his head and then brought it out in front of him, there was red on his palm. He had to fight back the nausea, he was bleeding from his Skull and he was still planning to fight. Of course, not because he got cocky. But because that's what he would do if Kyomei we're a Hollow. Nothing else mattered.
Akeru let go of the control on his reiastu and it began to flow wild and unchecked, he wasn't doing it to be rude either. His body and mine were re-prioritizing it's list of things to do and being courteous about not crushing things with his power. Kyomei was about to have to start fighting under the effects of Gravitational pressure, or expend pressure fighting reiastu to resist it. He was breathing hard, but things were about to get serious. They were about to enter the prime of their fight, because Akeru was not fighting with a deadline. He turned his axe completely level and began to spin it around his body, giving it a ring of fire around his body. He needed a minute, so he'd wait and allow for Kyomei to attack him this time first.

OOC: you wanted me to just run with your lack of logic, so I will. Just for the sake of having fun and getting more out of the training
Coming out of his Shunpo, Kyomei had tucked his legs in when attempting to land on Akeru like any normal person would. This meant that he had a very large resistance to rotational forces. An object that has a smaller length will be harder to spin than a object with larger length. For this reason, Kyomei and Akeru would have very different spins. Akeru's spin would have incredible force behind it, being propelled by a Shunpo, and would end up much farther away from the original area. Kyomei's spin would be very static, as he is getting spun where he is instead of being forced too much outwards. Akeru's fall had twenty times more energy than Kyomei's, but they both hit the ground hard, of course. Because Kyomei landed on his back, the force to his head was greatly reduced in comparison to Akeru's very forceful blow to the head. They would both be dazed by the strike, but Kyomei less so.
Here's the thing, Akeru had no idea what the hell just happened. As Akeru attempted to run away before Kyomei had the chance to exit his Kyakko barrier, he would have absolutely no way of knowing how he just ended up on the ground with blood flowing from the back of his head. The shock of colliding with something so unexpectedly would easily loosen Akeru's grip on the axe. And when he hit the ground it would assuredly fall out of his hand. When that happened, Kyomei would be able to see that there was a limit to the axe's reach. The axe would be dragged away along with Akeru and would maintain a distance of eight feet.
As he was able to maintain his Phasmatis axe with twenty times the amount of force upon his head and as he tumbled along over the ground, Kyomei also had no problem at all maintaining his Kyakko barrier. His mastery over his mind, staying calm, would assuredly keep it in effect. Akeru hadn't noticed this yet as he stood up and discovered the bleeding from his skull. Akeru assumed that Kyomei was responsible for the failure, but it didn't really matter in the end. "Jeez, you really know how to mess things up..."
Akeru had already shown Kyomei that he had the ability to exert Gravitational Pressure that would cause some weakness in the legs and lungs, so when he began to release his control, Kyomei had no problem exerting the amount of Spiritual pressure necessary to balance out the force. The tiny amount of time where his breath got a bit away from him was not enough to off balance his mind to the point where his Kido failed. "The battle is now at its peak. If he is going to give it his all, so will I. Restraint is now irrelevant, assuming I don't kill him. Murdering another Student would be wrong." Kyomei flexed his hand, he had enough mastery over Tsuzuri Raiden to keep the electricity flowing for awhile. Akeru decided to be on the defensive, guarding himself three hundred and sixty degrees around his body. Another attack from above would be suspected, probably, if Akeru did figure out that Kyomei being above him was what went wrong.
"Can't go at him from any horizontal direction, can't go above him, there is only one logical choice, go underneath him." Kyomei had gotten very used to channeling his Horin through things by now, seeing as he had plenty of practice with his arms, so he went somewhat close to Akeru, but not near enough that he would be in danger of running into that spinning axe and staying well out of its reach. Kyomei placed his hand on the ground and began to push the Horin beam through the cracks in the cobblestone, through the ground, and directly towards Akeru. Akeru seemed to be waiting for an attack, so would not act against Kyomei as the tendril snaked under the ground quickly. It would be a matter of moments before the Horin was in position.
Kyomei redirected the Horin away from his arm and through his body and out his foot. This would make his right arm useless again, but would keep the secrecy of the tendril. Kyomei also stepped out of his Kyakko to face Akeru. He called out again, "Bakudo #26, Kyakko!" and redirected that around the tendril of Horin under the ground, keeping it perfectly hidden from energy sensory. Kyomei was starting to get the hang of Kyakko. This single barrier had half the strength of a real barrier instead of the failure of a barrier he had before that had only a quarter of the ability. Even though Akeru didn't have high enough energy sensory to detect something so small, Kyomei wasn't taking any chances. Kyomei pretended to get a little nervous. "Um... that was supposed to work, but since it didn't, I guess I have no choice but to attack!"
Kyomei shifted into an offensive position with his Zanpakutou ready and appeared as if he was going to charge at Akeru. At that moment, he flung the Horin up out of the ground to envelop Akeru's most sensitive parts, his manhood and ball sack. The shock of the Tsuzuri Raiden still present would blast first through the most sensitive parts of Akeru's body and go straight for the nervous system through the spine. Every part of Akeru's body would be hit by the shock, and he would have been plenty functional to feel the pain of the blast to the lower regions first. "Sorry for the low blow, but you seemed as if you wanted to go all out."

Akeru was waiting using, all of his senses, instincts and energy sensory skills to their fullest. He was watching and waiting for any and all kinds of attacks that Kyomei could be trying to pull, Kyomei suddenly appeared from being invisible. Some kind of spell, that allowed you to bend light or something. The power of Invisibility, was one that Akeru kind of wanted to learn as well. How the hell was he doing it. However something was up, something was heading his way underground.
It was tiny, but he had picked it up as it entered the ground near him. However when Kyomei called out his next attack Akeru got a sneaking suspicion of what Kyomei had used last time to disappear to attack him. "Bakudo #26 Kyyako!" Akeru didn't want to give him the chance to disappear again, so he pushed off using shunpo. He wasn't aware of it, but he had just dodged the Horin that was digging it's way to attack him but he was aware that whatever was in the ground vanished from his perception.
The horin was invisible and where Akeru was, but to make it invisible to his senses Kyomei would have needed to keep Horin away from Akeru at a distance that would have prevented him from sensing exactly what it was. Applying Kyyako would have allowed it to get closer, but he was banking on him sitting there when instinct screamed to Attack when he was calling out a technique who name literally meant curving light.
Akeru's speed was still extremely fast, even while his vision was still hampered by spots. He wasn't even trying to collide with Kyomei either, he actually glided past Kyomei, however there was something that was being forgotten. He was being protected by a ring of fire from his axe spinning at a high speed. Akeru was moving at a pace that was too fast for Kyomei to react at a proper rate and defend. With a stat of 50 in senses and instincts, senses of a human. he would have trouble following something that was moving fives the speed of a cheetah. All that would happen, could happen would be that Kyomei's blade would be hit by the the axe, being forced back to slam into kyomei, sending him flying back with further arm damage to his sword arm and chest damage from his sword hitting it, and minor 1st to 2nd degree burns from being so close to the flames.
He stopped at the wall for a split second and shunpo'd again going straight up and landing on the roof looking down at Kyomei, his attack unknown to Akeru would probably be dispelled and fail out. Getting slashed at a high rate of speed with an incredibly heavy weapon would most likely have caused him to get flung across the courtyard, and it was the cost of this spar. Things were only getting higher and higher and soon this fight would reach it's peak. However who would be the winner of this fight was unknown now. Hopefully it would be Akeru, but it could very well be Kyomei. All they could do is wait and see.

Kyomei's attack was so close to connecting. Akeru was obviously a nervous wreck that jumped at the smallest little imbalance. Kyomei was feeling pretty tired by now, the strain of keeping multiple Kidos active was taking its toll. Kyomei released the Kyakko and the Horin that had failed to connect with the attack, there was no use keeping unnecessary drains on his energy. Kyomei had plenty of fight left in him. He would be able to continue despite his injuries. Akeru had flung himself at Kyomei with the intent of slashing him across the chest. There was, however, something in the way of that plan. The ring of fire would not quite move with Akeru. Akeru's body would be moving at Shunpo speeds, but his control over his axe would stay at normal speeds, meaning that there would have been sufficient gaps in the ring to avoid massive damage to Kyomei.
As Akeru passed by, his axe would collide with Kyomei's Zanpakutou. Kyomei, however, had noticed that Akeru was planning on colliding with him before he had left the ground, and had plenty of time to react. Kyomei went limp, allowing him to be carried by the force of the collision rather than resisting it and being smashed into pieces. The flames would certainly start to hurt soon, but Kyomei had a little practice with resisting pain, and was a master at keeping a calm mind. If he was going to go down, Akeru was going with him. Kyomei's Zanpakutou and Akeru's axe were touching, allowing Kyomei to channel the last remaining Horin in his left arm through his Zanpakutou, around Akeru's axe, and into Akeru himself. Kyomei's body would be charred by the flames, and Akeru's body would be fried by the Tsuzuri Raiden.
The worst part of this sacrificial, desparate act would be that Akeru would lose control of his landing. Both Kyomei and Akeru would be flung at Shunpo speeds into a wall. Kyomei would land with his back facing it, cracking his skull upon it, and Akeru would hit it face first. Neither of them would remain conscious after such a blow. As their consciousness failed them, Akeru's axe would disappear, keeping them from burning to death, and Kyomei's electrically charged Horin would also disappear, keeping Akeru from turning into a vegetable from the central nervous system damage. Before he lost all consciousness, Kyomei chuckled. "Bet you didn't see that one coming, did you? Either way, everything is Balanced. You lose, I lose. I win, you win. See you in the morning."

Akeru connected and as Kyomei was thrust back, he used his mastery of Horin to connect his Horin threw that to him, Shocking him into numbness. While Akeru lacked any form of pain tolerance, he was well acquainted with the landing he got. As he fell from the wall he was still conscious, and what was more, he had enough motor skills to remain conscious and breathe. Thank god he didn't bite his tongue off, but the thing about his was that even if he lost consciousness his gravitaional pressure was going to keep pressing down on Kyomei and if he lost consciousness it would probably crush him from breathing. Akeru was fighting so he didn't kill Kyomei accidentally, however Kyomei had some strength left to joke around.
"Their is no win or loss, only battle and seeking to protect in the name of the light. You will learn of this, gaining strength to be acknowledged by those whom you see as strong and to eradicate evil. But tomorrow you will learn this, good night." As Kyomei passed out Akeru was able to keep grasp of his mind for a few more moments doing his best to control his reiastu fluctuation so that it wouldn't kill Kyomei, and then lost control slipping into the void of blackness. It seemed that he was doing this a lot lately...

BEGIN DAY 2 OOC: Day 2 will be considered PvP if the grader will allow it. If not, then it is fine the way it is.
IC: Kyomei woke feeling completely rested. Obviously some of the higher year Squad 4 Hopefuls or maybe even some Squad 4 members themselves had treated his wounds. Kyomei flexed his arms a few times to make sure the bones had set correctly, and checked the back of his head for more permanent scarring. From what he could feel there wasn't any long lasting damage from his collision against the wall, and his bones moved the way that they were supposed to. That was a great experience, taking on that stronger student, and I feel like I've gained so much from it. In fact, I feel stronger myself already. Kyomei had grown considerably in that small time that he had been fighting. His body had been pushed to its absolute limits and as a result, it had grown stronger. Kyomei knew that those limits he had were no longer the peak in power of what he could reach now.
I wonder if Akeru would want a rematch... Neither of us actually won, and I feel much stronger already. Not strong enough to match him physically, per se, but plenty strong enough so that I can match him spiritually. He won't catch me off guard with the power of his spiritual pressure any more, I don't even think that I will need to resist him. Kyomei looked around the room where he had been resting. There was a note lying on the table. It read as follows: "ACADEMY STUDENT KYOMEI MITSUKARU: You have been unconscious for quite a few hours, so you will most likely not be awake to receive the announcement that today is a holiday at the Academy. The other students will have already left for the Shinigami Tournament for some extra-curricular study, so you are encouraged to find some way of studying combat in a practical environment Scribbled in small letters at the bottom of the note was an added sentence p.s. that student that you sparred with yesterday missed the trip too wink wink nudge nudge With the thought of practicing once again against Akeru, Kyomei left the room and set out around the empty school.
Kyomei stopped his wandering in one of the many Kendo dojos. This one had no ceiling and was devoid of the usual practice equipment. It would seem that the Sensei of this classroom didn't bring out the equipment seeing as it wouldn't be used. A warm sunshine filtered down from the open sky, and Kyomei sat down on the mat. It was quite soft, almost springy even, and Kyomei knew that sections of it were removable so that it could be replaced if damaged. Kyomei quickly bored of searching for Akeru, so he decided to let Akeru come to him.
How would Akeru know where Kyomei was? Kyomei let his spiritual pressure flow a little wilder than usual, and seeing as he was the only one in the entire school besides Akeru, it only made sense that if Akeru wanted a rematch too, then he would come. If he wouldn't come, Kyomei would enjoy a day in the sunlight. Thus, it was a win-win situation. Kyomei also knew Akeru to be an honorable person, so he gave Akeru the benefit of the doubt and did not openly protect himself against a surprise assault. That did not mean, however, that he was unwary or not cautious. And so, Kyomei waited for another chance to grow stronger with the help of Akeru and battle.
Post by Brother Jeremiah on May 30, 2012 22:35:51 GMT -5
Akeru woke up around six am, yawning and stretching from his bed. His injuries were not as severe as squad 4 believed with the massive amount of Spiritual energy flowing through his body helping to absorb the impact and to help negate some of the electricity that Kyomei had used during the last strike. Akeru slipped out of his sleeping clothes and looked over at his zanpaktuou, something had happened last night. His spirit had not just called him down to his inner world but they had actually had a discussion.
It had led up to a emotional and monumental moment in his life time, he had learned his zanpakutou's name. It was Raziel, Razieltensei. He thought his spirit was a little icy, like he didn't understand emotions all that well. Or he did and he just loved making Akeru frustrated. He sighed and pulled on his Hakama, then pulled on his socks and sandals. He put his third seat arm band up on his upper left arm and reached for his zanpakutou, tying it to his waist.
He left his bedroom, he had trained through the night, learning many many techniques. Things that normal 1st year Academy students shouldn't know in their wildest dreams. He however had done so and then subsequently only gotten three hours of sleep. He then drank hot tea on the balcony overlooking the campus grounds while he let his body adjust to the new power he possessed. Students were piling into lines to go on the field trip, and Akeru though hard pressed to skip anything willingly knew he wouldn't be able to do much of those kinds of things today. He wanted to nap first.
After about an hour Akeru went back to bed and slept for another four hours and woke up about noon. He slept in his outfit even though he could easily have changed back into his night wear. He stepped into his bathroom and yawned, stretching and then washing his face with cool water. After ten minutes of combing his hair he set out for a walk. He had a feeling that Kyomei was still in the infermery where Akeru had left him. He'd had no inclination to stay there where Kyomei was in good hands and Akeru needed to get things done.
Kyomei drew even with Akeru because of three faults on Akeru's part. One, underestimation. Akeru had underestimated Kyomei deeply, even though Kyomei was weaker Akeru took that too far and was too prideful and allowed for Kyomei to use this to his advantage. Two, Lack of experience. Akeru was still learning and misjudged what level of techniques to use. This caused him to waste a lot of unnecessary reiastu, also creating openings for Kyomei to use. And finally Three, Lack of Options compared to the opposition, Kyomei had much more to use then Akeru. He was able to use the fact Akeru knew only two techniques to his advantage and with that draw even with the student.
He however could feel one signature in the entire school, and it was coming from the dojo area. Akeru abandoned pretense and jumped onto a rooftop, doing so gave him a height advantage and it gave him the element of surprise if he wished it. But he just ran towards the pressure. After about two minutes he found Kyomei, flaring his own pressure. Unbeknownst to Akeru, Kyomei would still be effected by gravitational pressure. It would cause him to slightly get weak in the knees and minor breathing problems. This was going to put a minor hampering on his speed when it came to battle.
He stopped at the rooftops overlooking Kyomei and looked down, the air thick with the two student's pressure. What would happen now, Akeru looked down at Kyomei but didn't speak. He didn't even look at him with emotion, just a calculating look to see how much stronger the fight from yesterday could have made him. It seems that they were about to find out.
Post by Kyomei Kuchiki on May 30, 2012 23:55:53 GMT -5
There he was, just standing there on the rooftop, looking down at the dojo. It would take a little bit of a yell for words to reach his ears. "Since you've come back for more, I have no issue considering you to be my rival. I like that. We'll be rivals, you and me. Rivals at who will be the better master manipulator of Kidou in the end. I may not be at my peak power yet, but that doesn't mean that I'm not skilled enough to hold you off." Kyomei was feeling good, really good. The sun was shining, he was absorbing all that wonderful Vitamin D into his skin, producing wonderful levels of endorphins that are making his brain feel so happy. Kyomei felt strong, ready to confront obstacles, and definitely ready to work to overcome them. There was no doubt in his mind that Akeru was officially his rival in this school. He had heard some whispered rumors in the school that Akeru had the goal of working his way into the Captaincy of Squad 5. This was Kyomei's goal, and he was going to pursue it at all costs.
Kyomei stood up and stretched. There was a time for everything, and right now, it was not the time for relaxing in the sun. "You like games, Akeru? I like games. You want to play one? The way I see it, there are three forms of combat. Kidou, swordsmanship, and good old fashioned brawling. You know as well as I do that we pretty much only used Kidou. That's where we are best. So what do you say, fancy a little game of swordsmanship or brawling? It would be fun, and a good practical experience!" If Akeru accepted his offer of a game, then it would be quite fun indeed to see combat in a different light. Kyomei noticed that Akeru had also gotten a bit stronger since their last fight. Kyomei had progressed to the point where he could withstand Akeru's spiritual pressure more than he could before. He didn't know it, but Akeru would only be able to cause a sick feeling and a wobbling at the knees from his Gravitational Pressure. The sick feeling would be easy to ignore with Kyomei's utter mastery of keeping his mind calm.

Akeru just listened, rival? Kyomei wasn't his rival, he was merely another student that had managed to break even with him because he was being cocky. Akeru didn't blink, nor did he really think that this was going to be a even fight. Kyomei spoke up holding him off, but could he really think that something like that was going to be possible now. This wasn't going to be a spar, this was going to be Akeru showing Kyomei the difference in their power. So as Kyomei talked of using swordsmanship or hand to hand Akeru thought he would entertain Kyomei, but not before striking some respect into the other student.
Akeru raised his hand, and simply held his palm there and suddenly a orb of yellow reiastu began to form and expand, in mere seconds what was a large orb of dense reiastu. This even with both of them having a calm mind of 3 would have startled Kyomei, if he was aware of what was going on he would know what the attack was. The roar of the attack that was surging at Kyomei was hado 63. Raikoho. What was more how could Akeru have done something like this, well because his spell was mastered. He could do this and more as long as he didn't have to concentrate on much else when casting higher level spells.
The spell was flying right at Kyomei, what would he do? Block? dodge? or Counter the attack with the attack of his own to cancel it out. Akeru was waiting and had a response for all 3, but how he reacted depended the type of person Kyomei was. Akeru guessed a dodge, and he was hoping that it was because he was going to enjoy this fight. He was going to enjoy it very very much.

So this is how you want to play, huh? You want to play dirty, not even talk, just fight? Ok, we'll play your way. Akeru had committed to a powerful attack without even speaking the name or the incantation. This required an immense amount of concentration, even if he had a mastery over his mind. Once he had committed to his attack, Kyomei decided he would play the game in the same manner. The game would be fun this way. Just dodging was too easy, too predictable, which wouldn't be effective, and there was no easy way to block the surge of energy that would be soon released. Kyomei knew about the Hado that was going to be used on him momentarily, and he knew that Raikoho had a large amount of destructive power. He also knew that Akeru was sacrificing his own safety in attempting to show off his power. From the distance that they were at, which couldn't be more than fifteen feet seeing as Akeru was on the roof and Kyomei on the ground, Akeru would just barely be out of reach of the massive explosion caused by Raikoho.
How was Kyomei to keep the blast mostly away from himself? Simple. Raikoho took time and energy to form, as Akeru had demonstrated. Even with the full incantation and name, the amount of reiatsu necessary for this Kidou needed a fair amount of time to charge. Even though Kyomei was surprised to see an orb of reiatsu forming, he needed little time at all to come up with a fairly reckless plan. While Akeru was getting to the point where he had just released his blast, Kyomei was firing his own Kidou. Byakurai was a much weaker Hado, but it had a much higher speed than Raikoho. Even if the two left for their marks at the same time, a Byakurai would reach the Raikoho incredibly fast. Kyomei stretched out his hands and fired a Byakurai from each flying directly at the Raikoho. The Byakurais didn't have the strength to deflect the Raikoho, nor did they have the strength to overwhelm it, but that wasn't the intended effect.
All Kyomei did was give the Raikoho a surface in which to detonate. How was a simple pair of Byakurasi able to do that? Because no matter how well Akeru had mastered it, Raikoho was still a very powerful Kidou to try and fire without the incantation or even the name. It was much easier to fire a nameless Byakurai, which would help slightly. Also, seeing as Akeru and Kyomei had very close Reiatsu Strengths, the Raikoho would not have the strength to simply ignore the force in the opposite direction. The Raikoho would not be completely canceled out, which is why the explosion happens. If the two were completely equal in Reiatsu Strength, than the collision would probably cancel the two out and have no ill effects. However, there would be an explosion, and it was much closer to Akeru than before.
The blast caused by the collision would assuredly send Akeru flying backwards off of the roof. Hitting the ground from that height was going to be incredibly painful, not to mention the pain from the explosion. Kyomei would be more or less fine because he wasn't about to stay in front of an oncoming super blast if he could help it. Even as he was firing his pair of Byakurais he was preparing and executing a shunpo backwards in order to keep himself away from the direct fire of the Raikoho. By causing the explosion to happen more towards Akeru, and distancing himself from the blast as well, no considerable harm would come to him.
"I would have much preferred a civilized, sane meeting, but you seem to be more reckless than myself. Also, if you really want to play the game that way, by being a cocky little piece of self absorbed filth, then we'll just have to see if you really are worthy of such high self praise. May the best man win." Kyomei really hated cocky people, and Akeru was starting to just poke his nerves with his actions. This fight was devolving fast into a no holds barred fight, fully equipped with all the mud slinging. Who could tell where it would lead?

OOC: I talked to Kento, what i'm about to post is a result of what he told me. If you have a problem with it then talk to him about it otherwise, your welcome...
IC: Oh dear... Raziel was the one to speak when Kyomei had tried to do something extremely stupid. He believed that just because that Akeru and Kyomei were close in reiastu strength, he could fire off an attack to just cancel out something else. No that wasn't going to happen for a couple reasons. First of all class difference, Raikoho was a class 4 technique while Byakurai was a class 7. Weakest of the weak in the class system. Second was that this was a kidou clash, (this is what Kento told me.) Not only did Raikoho have superior Reiastu Strength, it was backed with natural superior power, density, and force. When two kidou collided one would power through the other, and with this knowledge in mind Akeru sprang into action.
Kyomei wouldn't have had time to process and then react after misjudging what to do, Akeru was taking a huge risk. He didn't seem to move but he vanished moving faster then his own attack, he was racing it! Akeru landed grabbing the front of Kyomei's Academy robes and jerked to the right using a shunpo again. He shouted out as loud as he could, "Enkosen!" and a shield of spiraling energy appeared out of the air behind the two students. As the Raikoho hit the Dojo arena it destroyed it, ripping up the mats and the planks of wood and causing a huge cloud of smoke to raise up out of the roofless arena. the blast had hit the shield and cracked it in three places. However on either side of them, there were burn marks on the walls, without Enkosen they would have been fried.
He was looking at his shield, and as it cracked and faded away. He looked back in shock and disbelief, "Are you insane?! Do you have a deathwish?! Byakurai vs. Raikoho? You never want to use something like that vs something so powerful. Next time use hado 31. or 33. that would have sufficed for trying to at least try to detonate my attack in my face!!!" He looked up at the sky. "Do you really wish for me to attack you with my full power, because what i did there was a fraction of it. It was merely a tenth of it." Akeru wasn't kidding either, he didn't know what made him say it but he was sure it was his zanpakutou. It was up to Kyomei, where and how they progressed from here. it could get very destructive.... Akeru had a feeling this Dojo was about to become completely leveled...

Apparently Akeru didn't have any confidence in Kyomei's speed. He had stopped him from avoiding the blast of the Raikoho. Kyomei apparently couldn't take care of himself. Kyomei pulled himself out of Akeru's filthy grip. "If you're as powerful as you say, why even bother with Kidou? It doesn't make any sense for someone who thinks that he is so great to be competing in a battle of Kidou. You picked your terms for the game and you won. Are you happy? Has beating someone who is sooo beneath you made you feel good about yourself? Either way, now it is my turn to pick the terms to our little game. Draw your sword and prepare to defend yourself." Kyomei backed away from Akeru and drew his Zanpakutou. He waited an apt amount of time for Akeru to get ready, then he struck. He swung his Zanpakutou in an overhead arc aimed straight for Akeru's right shoulder. He followed through on that swing, leaving his Zanpakutou in a guarded position in front of him.

Akeru listened calmly enough to Kyomei, he didn't freak out or anything though Kyomei looked like he was starting to get frustrated from Akeru's actions. Akeru sighed, not a annoyed sigh. More like a ah damn it...sigh... He didn't mean to be overly flashy, just to put some respect into the other teenager. This was turning into a nightmare for sure, Akeru's hands were at his sides and balled into fists. He turned in a slow circle trying to think, and looked at the wreckage that with his own hands had wroth. Without turning around he spoke in a soft voice. it was full of positive warmth but a sadness as well.
"Kyomei, are you sure you want to do this? I did not fight you with kidou to show you i was superior in that regard but for the fact that compared with most shinigami i cannot fight phyiscally against them. I have never like "the way of the sword," nor have I been great with hand to hand. Kidou has been and always will be my main use of strength. But if you wish it i will be inclined to play this your way with one reservation, don't just use one. Use all three..."
Akeru turned around and with a determined look drew his sword, and step forward with his blade held directly up in a fencing stance blocking half his face. It was a show of course, trying to be flashy. Kyomei was swinging in an overhead arc looking to hit his shoulder when Akeru lunged forward and swung upwards in a short swing, it connected with his blade and Akeru using his small but still variable difference in their strength to force his blade up and away from Kyomei's body. Akeru then just arced down again at amazing speed, looking to cut Kyomei at the tendon where the neck met the shoulder. Kyomei could try to block with his blade, but he lacked the speed to do so.
Anything that his body tried to do, only moved at half the speed Akeru moved at. Akeru also proccessed and reacted to Kyomei's attacks and defenses at twice the speed and capacity Kyomei could in the heat of battle. This was what Kyomei needed to learn, although they were closer in strength in Kidou. While physically both crappy at swordsmanship and hand to hand. (neither of us have a skill in these in our abilities! LOL! xD) Akeru had the raw ability to be faster and react better. Kyomei had to judge what to do now otherwise he was going to end up cutup.
