Name: [Satsujun] [Formerly known as: Roshu Kensei, Husk] [Titled: "The Strongest Man in The World"]
Statistics: [Fullbringer, Rank Level 4, Class 0, Physical Age 33, Leader of Xcution, Highest Power Achieved Main Fullbring Stage 2 and Secondary.]
Basic Appearance: [At around 6'4 and 215 pounds, with close to no fat and almost all muscle, Satsujun is an extremely athletic specimen. Neatly combed back black hair with bangs falling over the sides of his face. Narrow, calculating black eyes, a pale face, and a cool smile, or otherwise an extremely serious face. Young, but out of his physical prime already, at physical age 33. Thin, edgy eyebrows, and a short ponytail braid going down the back of his head.
As a Shinigami, he wore simple black shihakusho like all others, with a white sash, a special phoenix design (white) etched into one his sleeves, and two swords at his side, neither of which was his Zanpakuto. As a human, he is often seen wearing tuxedos, suits, or other, similar fine clothes. He is also seen sometimes in casual-wear. He is a corporate billionaire, and a tycoon. A master on the business floor, as well as in combat. Known to the human world's general, non-spiritually aware public as "Roshu Kensei," which also was his name as a Shinigami. Now known as Satsujun by the spiritual community.
And, of all this, he does not seem extraordinary. When people call him the most powerful man in the world, they expect god-like. When people first encounter him and hear him speak, they understand he has wisdom far beyond them, as well as knowledge far beyond what they can ever hope to achieve. They understand he is powerful and skilled, and they understand from experiencing his aura that he is different. He has a presence about him that is truly unique. But, otherwise, he physically looks more ordinary than people would expect.
Even despite all this, he seems much more ordinary when actually meeting him. Some people are often surprised by how ordinary he seems. While he seems capable of dominating the room, he also seems like he could just as easily blend into it if he wanted to. He is a fine specimen, but there are many others like him. In terms of physical appearance, nothing makes him stand out more than anyone else. If one did not know his face, they would not immediately recognize him upon seeing him. He is not distinguishable in that way.]
Face Claim: Sakura from Beni-iro Tenjou Enyou Kiten
Basic Personality: [Most people seem to remark that despite it being clear that he has something about him which is a bit different, and that he shows to have far more knowledge, experience, and wisdom than anyone else alive today, Satsujun otherwise seems rather...ordinary. That isn't to say that he isn't noteworthy. His personality is very intimidating, or off-setting. He will say and do the unexpected in a calm, social way, and always seems to keep control of the pace and of the conversation. Satsujun is off-setting in his gaze, demeanor, and his style of speech, and always seems to be in command and in total control. He leads others very naturally.
However, there are other humans that can do this as well. So, many remark that Satsujun isn't unique. They say that there are many others like him, and that he seems more normal than they would expect. He knows when to be serious and when not to be, how to enjoy the pleasures of life, and how to hold a conversation about the contemporary. Satsujun has even been caught laughing, making jokes at his secretaries, and having witty banter with subordinates. He is very down to earth, and basically appears upon first glance to be normal. No one can tell him apart, really, from other humans, in spite of his obvious qualities.
Even despite his obvious views on conquest and politics, or his absolute self-assurance evident in all things he does, Satsujun seems more normal than anyone anticipated. His conversational ability and his calm demeanor, which seems virtually impossible to shake or turn into rage or frustration, is still ordinary. Many remark oftentimes that while he is clearly different in aura, and people can tell he has presence, and many sense many different things from him, he is otherwise not someone that is particularly offsetting in the way a Captain Commander or King of Las Noches would be. Some have to wonder, is Satsujun really a qualified faction leader?]
Powers Overview: [Insert Below]
Satsujun's fighting style seems quite ordinary as well. Textbook swordplay performed so fluidly as to seem unorthodox. Textbook fighting movements performed so flawlessly as to seem extraordinary and unpredictable. But, that's just it. Textbook. Textbook form. Satsujun has perfected the basics and fundamentals of combat. Is he really a monster? Satsujun is skilled, and one of the best. There's no denying that. But many opponents are confused, because his style of fighting does not leave them absolutely helpless. He still seems...possible to compete with. Some feel as if it is possible to defeat him.
Even though he is exceptional at taking advantage of the environment or circumstances, and his sword and hand to hand forms are excellent, his style doesn't have anything unique about it to set him apart. People often wonder why it is that he's the CEO of Xcution. Is he really the strongest man in the world? If so, why isn't he more overwhelming? But that's where people are wrong. It is Satsujun's absolute mastery of fundamentals and analysis of combat, combined with his years of experience, that make him so terrifying. While at first he does not seem overwhelming, it will become apparent when an enemy is unable to land even the tiniest slip of a hit on him that he is different.
His timing, precision, and skill are so exceptional that he never seems to tire, he always seems to have the perfect solution, and he always seems to know and understand everything. He has proven capable of figuring out even the most complex of abilities in seconds. Even Sonken Kouhai, a noteworthy genius of his own right, has stated that in terms of combat ability, only two are anywhere near himself: The Captain Commander, and Satsujun. And Kouhai isn't certain who would win in combat between himself and Satsujun.
Even as a Shinigami, Satsujun was known for being deceptively ordinary, until one fought him. The more one fought him, the more exceptional he seemed to become. However, what truly makes him the strongest man in the world isn't his fundamentals. It's a single unique ability which he possesses. A technique other than his mighty Fullbring, or his fundamental human powers. It is what makes Satsujun the most terrifying opponent in the entire human world.
Satsujun's Fullbring is called "Flame of The Creator." It's a powerful Fullbring, to be certain. Its main property, and subsequently the first technique of his Fullbring, is "Phoenix of The End." In sealed state, his Fullbring cannot be seen. Satsujun's Fullbring can only be seen when he summons the non property state in the first place. In fact, his Fullbring is his "Soul." He is the only one in the world capable of such a feat. He actually modifies his own soul to create what lies within. When his Fullbring is activated in a non property state, it becomes wisps of white reiatsu and mist surrounding his hand. They shape similar to a saber's handle and guard, and a large blade of blazing flames forms. It cuts like a normal blade, and it is super hot. As a part of Satsujun's own soul, it does not burn him. However, it has flames that are thousands of degrees in heat.

When he activates the first property, his true power takes place. His flames erupt into existence as a gigantic phoenix of absolute fire. The heat of the thing is supposedly around ten thousand degrees farenheit if one gets within two hundred feet of the thing. It creates such vibrant heat and energy that it turns to ash what it touches. Those with superior reiatsu strength will be directly immune to the subconsciously emitted heat, which otherwise will cook their insides. The phoenix is easily the size of a skyscraper. That it what's so terrifying about it. Sheer size.
This phoenix is capable of breathing huge breaths of flame. The temperature of the breathed flames are in fact 20,000 degrees kelvin. Four times the surface temperature of the sun. The flames cannot harm Satsujun. The phoenix can also sweep across an area. If it wants, it can dive bomb onto a single target, creating an explosion that ends Satsujun's Fullbring, but which doesn't harm him, and is enough to turn to ash several skyscrapers at once. The direct temperature of this final explosion is ten million degrees kelvin. It's vicious, truly.
His second stage is even stronger. The properties to this are "Fusion," "Blue," and "Armageddon." In this method, Satsujun unleashes even more devastating powers than this. When he uses "Fusion," his phoenix begins to emit so much additional energy that miniature solar flares, each at least a mile in extension, shoot out at random intervals. These have the same temperature as the explosion the phoenix can release, and thus they can destroy. The property "Blue" turns the phoenix blue. Its temperatures for everything ALL triple in this way. Armageddon is the last power, and it causes the phoenix to explode in a radius that's enough to destroy a city, but this will erase Satsujun's Fullbring as well.
In both stages of Fullbring, Satsujun's fire utilizes the property "Phoenix Of the End," meaning not only that it produces this burning hot phoenix, but that the flames literally "end" anything that they contact. Essentially, this means an opponent's reiatsu, constructs, zones of effect, etc, are all erased completely if the flames strike them with superior reiatsu strength. They are simply burned away, and turned to less than nothing. It's as if they don't exist and never did. Effects, existences, and more are wiped out. This allows Satsujun to counter the likes of intangibility based powers, or special Hierro based powers.

Satsujun's Secondary Fullbring is quite strong too. It's called "Forceback Exile." That's the name of it. Its properties are "Shatter" and "Negate." It also modifies a part of his soul directly. Brass knuckles materialize on Satsujun's hands. Whenever he punches something, two things happen. First, effects are negated. Second, that thing shatters. He can cancel the power behind an attack or defense, and shatter it too. He can do that to anything with these brass knuckles, plain and simple. Also, since his Fullbring directly modifies his own soul, it cannot be negated by effects that negate powers. Superior reiatsu strength negates all effects of his powers.

Purpose: [Plot Purposes]
Necessary Backstory: [Insert Below]
As far as Satsujun is concerned, most of his backstory can be found in the plot explanation of this forum. For those who do not know, Satsujun was an artificial creation. The Spirit King's one and only true attempt at being God. Satsujun was an artificial life created to replace the Spirit King one day. However, the Spirit King neglected to realize that restricting Satsujun from entering the worlds he watched over would make him feel enclosed. Known at the time as Roshu Kensai, it was not long before he went to explore these other worlds. When he was discovered, he was found in that case to be corrupted, and cast out of his heritage.
He soon joined the Gotei Thirteen following this, becoming the Vice Captain of Squad 1. Later, he ascended to the Squad 7 Captaincy. Through his sheer grit, he became the Captain Commander, the youngest ever. It was then that he took the names "Satsujun" and "God of Murder." His forbidden and dark experiments were all out of bitterness, then, as he tried to find a way to usurp the Spirit King. He was eventually discovered by the King's Royal Guard, newly founded then, and by his own Gotei Thirteen. Together, they defeated him, but were unable to kill him. Thus, they sealed him, and locked him in the lowest pits of the dungeon under Senzaikyu. A place no light could ever reach.
Taking the name Husk, he bided his time. And one day, when there were visitors, he attached pieces of his reiatsu to them. These pieces left their hosts after a while, and came to find new hosts. His "spikes." These new hosts, he was able to mentally communicate with, aid, and occasionally support with power. And in doing so, he brought them victory more than once. Through their actions however, they unwittingly set up circumstances for him to return to his former self. Satsujun, using his spikes, restored himself to health.
Though he attacked Soul Society and was initially successful in taking it over, he was soon defeated once again by the Royal Guard and by the Gotei. He escaped by using Saigo No Houmen. Since then, though he has become a Fullbringer and affluent force in the human world, he has not been seen as enough of a threat to pursue any further.
Current Story Status: [Leader of Xcution. At current, his objectives are unknown. He allied with the Old Vizards, who are now gone. He is currently in possession of a small metal pyramid, a relic of Hell that allows one to enter Hell and leave as well. The purpose of this is unknown. His purpose with Xcution is also unknown.]

{Techniques}
1. Technique Name: Physical Manifestation: Willpower
Class: 3
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Willpower is a technique that is available to most who dwell within the human world, and has a variety of effects that make it a versatile and useful technique. This technique is one that manifests the willpower of the physical body. It essentially causes spirit and physical body to "become one" and merge their powers. There are two uses of it. The first is a non battle use, and is the main use. The main use is simply to know the technique, which slows the aging process of the body and allows the possessor to live easily as long as a Shinigami or Arrancar. This is a will-based technique, however, and thus, if will vanishes, so does its power to stop the aging, which quickly catches up. Mod Souls and Bounts have a minor version of this part at all times, which allows them to age slowly at all times; humans and Quincy learn this version at Class 1.
Willpower has three stages that are associated with it, as listed below:
[Stage One: Cog]: By giving up 100 Reiatsu, the user pumps an explosive amount of intimidating power out. Anyone of inferior class will immediately be intimidated. This does not mean they won't fight. Those who are weak enough in comparison will feel a huge, exaggerated surge of power that will probably make them surrender. This can also be used on Hollows to actually scare them away instead of having to kill them. This does NOT work on animals! It only works on "intelligent beings." This means unless it has a similar to human intelligence, this wont' work on an animal.
[Stage Two: Pulley]: This causes physical output to increase based on draining spiritual energy. It costs 400 reiatsu. When activated, it increases physical stats by 50%. However, it causes the skin to begin to blister from pumped out Reiatsu. Essentially, skin begins to burn. It's a quick burn. Within 5 posts, burning will start to become quite serious. On top of that, statistic gain is lost by the post, starting after the second post of this being active. After that time, 10% of the gain is lost every post. It can only be restored by sacrificing 150 Reiatsu per 10%.
[Stage Three: Gate]: This has no initial cost. Reiatsu strength and Spiritual pressure (but NOT Reiatsu amount) both double. From there, reiatsu output goes up, meaning that costs are also doubled for everything. On top of that, 100 reiatsu is lost per post until this is deactivated.
Drawback: See each individual stage. Atop that, when Willpower is learned, it comes with all three stages, but costs double the TTP to learn. Humans, Mod Souls, Quincy, and Bounts only.
2. Technique Name: Output
Class: 2
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique is one that makes use of the body directly, using the user’s spiritual strength to increase the body’s capabilities in specific ways. Like Willpower, this technique comes in stages as well, but is limited to two:
[Stage 1: Push]: This power coats the user in a sort of "Output Aura." It does two things. First, awareness can extend out by two more inches. This means someone will become more aware of an incoming attack two inches of distance from the attack earlier than normal. It means that one can try to use this to predict enemies, though not as successfully as actual prediction or reading. The secondary point expands "damage." Essentially, it bypasses defenses. A human using this is completely immune to cutback effect regardless of state, and this extends to weapon uses too. Hierro is also completely ignored during use of Push. This defense ignoring is only present during physical attacks. Reiatsu-based strikes can still meet Hierro resistance. This lasts for 5 posts, and costs 100 Reiatsu.
[Stage 2: Impact]: This stage can be used only for physical confrontation. When activated, hit strength quadruples. This means that one can activate it while punching an enemy. If the user has 200 strength, that strength will count as 800 during the instance of the punch. This is very physically draining, and quickly exhausts the body's nutrients. It shortens lifespan to use too often, and it weakens stamina very quickly. This lasts for 1 post, and costs 200 Reiatsu.
Drawback: See specific stages
3. Technique Name: Movement
Class: 4
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This is a movement technique. It's to keep up with things like Shunpo or Sonido. While all races using this have their own variant of a step technique already, this one is pretty much an in-general type of move. It attunes the physical body to the reiatsu in the air, rather than spiritual to spiritual. It is now physical to spiritual. This allows the user to step at 3x speed for the cost of only 25 Reiatsu. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique: Focus the body’s energy and release during a step. This technique can be broken off in the middle of its use. Unlike other step techniques, this one can be repeated while in the middle of the previous one, allowing someone to change their movement course in mid movement.
Drawback: None
4. Technique Name: Bringer Light
Class: 4
Technique Type: Human Technique
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This is the stepping technique for humans. It increases their speed for a single step by 10 times for 50 Reiatsu. It leaves a column of flickering light in the place where the user previously occupied. Unlike other steps, this one can be used to build speed. If used in succession, the speed and cost go up with each additional step. The second step is a 13x increase, and costs 100 Reiatsu. The third step is a 15x increase, and costs 200 Reiatsu. From there, the cost doubles with each additional step, and the speed increase goes up by 1 time. Meaning the fourth step is 16x and 400 Reiatsu, the fifth is 17x and 800 Reiatsu, etc. Though at first the column of light is visible where the user was, once the third step is reached, the column of light is no longer there. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique: To work, this technique manipulates the soul in whatever the user is standing on, allowing for feats such as high jumping, or the step which increases speed.
Drawback: None
5. Technique Name: Bringer Flash
Class: 4
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): Human Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Humans only
Technique Element: Movement
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): This technique was created in order to counter similar techniques, such as Shunpo Karin and Sonido Garra. My using the same concept as Bringer Light and focusing it on a single limb, one can move that single limb at 5x normal speed, for 50 reiatsu. Unlike the other variations, and just like the original version, Bringer Flash can continually gain speed upon repetitive use. The second use would bring the speed to 7x, at 100 reiatsu. The third use would bring the speed to 9x at 200 reiatsu. After this, each use brings the speed up by 1x as well as doubling the cost each time its speed is increased.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): By manipulating the souls in ones muscle they are able to force it to achieve a higher level of speed than before. This often leaves the users arm emitting green reiatsu like steam.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) The initial cost for this technique is 50, but for each use causes the price to double like the original Bringer Light. Secondly, if constantly used in the same limb the person will begin to experience muscle tearing. If used three times by the same limb the user will feel great pain in that limb as the muscles tear. If used two more times in the same limb the user will loose use in that arm for the remainder of the thread unless healed.
Made By: Zack Jensen
Reserved? (Yes/No) (Can others use your technique, or just your character?): No to Humans, impossible for any other race to learn it.
6. Technique Name: Energy Generate
Class: 2
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: Variable
Technique Description and Effects:
This is probably the hardest technique to use. It involves a physical body having to generate and output Reiatsu directly from the physical form. It costs an insane amount of stamina, and it's also very taxing. This technique is the only one that does not have a "default" version. All races except for mod souls can create extended "Reiatsu output" abilities, as long as they generate Reiatsu, and fire it off in some way. This is the requirement of these abilities. This technique can only be used by those who are Class 2 or above. It is the ultimate direct counter to Kido.
How to use technique: Generate Reiatsu from the physical form, and shape it in some way.
Drawback: Output techniques used in conjunction with this ability have a special condition. If anyone that is NOT a Level 3 Rank tries to use these techniques, it's a doubled cost from normal. That's how extremely taxing it is to use.
7. Technique Name: Energy Generate: Barrier
Class: 2
Technique Type: Human World Dweller Technique
Usable By: Anything that can use Energy Generate
Technique Element: Other
Technique Description and Effects: A fairly simple Energy Generate technique, developed to be used by any and all beings who can use the technique. This is a defensive Energy Generate technique, evidenced by its title. Upon activation, one manipulates their reiatsu in order to form a spherical barrier around ones self. The barrier is large enough that it encompasses the users entire body. Being a sphere it grants complete protect on all sides. Its power is dependent on ones reiatsu strength. Though, for half the cost of a class 3 technique the user can perform a half barrier to protect them, which would basically be a wall curving around them.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Focus your reiatsu and then imagine it forming a circle around you.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Cost. While the barrier is active, the user cannot actually move. While they can still launch attacks from within the barrier (which just fly out, as attacks go out but cannot go in), they loose their ability to move. Basically, movement speed is 0 while within the barrier (they can still turn, move their arms, etc they just basically cannot become mobile). Full-Barrier lasts for 3 posts. If the Half-Barrer is used, one can still move, but it only lasts a single post. While the barrier is designed to block anything of smaller stats than it, if an enemy strikes with any offensive stat (Str, RS, SppR) greater than the users then the barrier breaks. After use, the technique cannot be used for three posts (half barrier must wait two posts before reuse) Costs double the amount of TTP to learn.

8. Technique Name: [Martial Discipline: Ken]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Human World Dweller Technique]
Usable By: [Bount, Fullbringers, Mod Souls]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
Think about it this way. Most any human with spiritual powers should know the four basic techniques of the human world: Willpower, Output, Movement, Energy Generate. Any who fails to know these is simply a low class combatant. To be a true contender, these techniques are necessary.
Well, likewise, knowing Ken is what puts a human world dweller in the upper echelon of the human world's spiritual abilities scale. Oftentimes, high level contracts or organizations won't even accept someone who does not know Ken. Let's explain. Martial Discipline refers to a mental or physical discipline, or both. In this case, it means disciplining one's soul. It is tempering the soul to achieve a certain effect. This is where Ken Comes in. That's what this technique is. Confused? What this technique does can be located below.
Ken is the next step from Willpower, Output, Movement, and Energy Generate. Ken focuses the user's soul into an aura around their body. What this technique does is utilize the spiritual aura of its master to create a glowing field of energy around the user. The field extends a quarter inch off the skin for every 100 reiatsu strength the user possesses. What this field does is repel incoming attacks by utilizing the current physical strength of the user combined with the current reiatsu strength of the user. That's the strength of the aura. It repels them, but doesn't destroy them. It simply deflects them or blasts them away. Simultaneously, the user produces an intense feeling of intimidation which would cause even the most tempered of warriors to feel extreme fear. Wild animals will flee instantly from this aura. The aura can, if the range of the user is wide enough, actually be directed at and focused straight onto a certain target or group of targets.
How to use technique: [Insert Below]
Simply activate it at will. The reiatsu cost to activate it is 200 reiatsu per post active. The user must know all four HWD main techniques to learn this one. This is considered an extension of all four.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
The aura of intimidation can be resisted completely by the use of an opponent's Ken, regardless of user stats or class. Otherwise, if the opponent does not know Ken, then it can be resisted by those of superior class. This technique can be broken by techniques of superior class, or by opponents of superior class. It is also extremely fatiguing to use, especially in consecutive posts. The user must remain immobile when activating this technique, and cannot use any attacks, other defenses, or other spiritual abilities while Ken is active. Luckily, to those who have mastered the technique, it can be switched on and off in a split second as long as previous conditions are met. The user burns up more stamina in a single post of Ken than if they were going all out with movement the post before. Therefore, knowing and using this technique both require built up stamina.

9. Technique Name: [Mental Discipline: Haki]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [HWD Tech]
Usable By: [Bount, Mod Souls, Fullbringers]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
This technique is the next step up from Martial Discipline: Ken. Rather than creating a repulsive aura around oneself, the user is capable of producing a magnetic aura within their mind. This is to be activated when an enemy attempts to invade the user's mind in any way. The user will draw inwards and pull in all that the enemy attempts to invade with, but in doing so will master it, make it their own, and use it to draw more than the enemy intended to give. This can be used to counteract illusions, mental invasions, mind control, energy sensory mind reading, and more. When used to counteract any of these, not only will the enemy's invasion fail, but the user will then draw out the enemy's information from their brain, and suddenly learn everything about the enemy's powers in an instant.
How to use technique: [Insert Below]
This technique requires the user to already know Martial Discipline: Ken, before it can be learned. When activated, it costs 200 reiatsu per use, but can be repelled by superior reiatsu strength. For the full class 1 cost of 800 reiatsu, this technique uses the attack strength of the current strength stat combined with the reiatsu strength stat. Enemies of inferior class cannot repel this technique. However, enemies of superior class can instantly bypass this technique.
Technique Drawbacks (Insert Below)
The mental strain of this technique is huge. Not only is the user forcibly activating more of their mind, and forcing it to overwork, but the sudden influx of information is baffling, and oftentimes the user will find themselves overloaded by it, and stunned. Therefore, unless the user has a 3 in strength of will or calm mind or a similar skill, or a 2 in both, then this technique will cause them to suddenly become disoriented for up to five seconds, and extremely dizzy, unable to anticipate the next move.

10. Technique Name: [Spiritual Discipline: Chakra]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [HWD Tech]
Usable By: [Bount, Mod Souls, Fullbringers, Non Vandenreich Quincy, HWD Nakabakki]
Technique Element: [N/A]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
The soul. Essentially the core of one's true self. And to manifest its energy is a feat anyone can accomplish. When you gaze at all of the spiritually aware, you see them blasting their spiritual energy around themselves. Sometimes they can flex it and use the force it generates to their advantage. Other times they can create projectiles, or concoct actual physical changes. But this technique is different.
The cost for this is a full 800 reiatsu, but it lasts for 20 posts. As long as it is active, the user's hands gain the power to directly utilize their own reiatsu. How? Anything they touch, should they allow it, including their own body, can be imbued with a flame of their choosing. This fire isn't hot, and does not burn. What it does it enhance offensive and defensive capability. This can be used on techniques, releases, body, attacks, weapons, etc.
As long as that flame coats an object, it is considered "class neutral" and "value neutral." Unless struck by a superior class or 2x offensive stat or more, it will always win in conflict against anything that is without a flame. In other words, say Player A utilizes Chakra on their sword and Player B has some sort of Hierro-like ability. Player A, except with the aforementioned limitations, will always be able to cut clean through that defense and sever it.
If the target is also coated in flames, however, then the neutrality of class and value is lost against that target, and once again it is treated as a clash of offensive power or class, as per normal rules. Therefore, this technique is a must for top level HWD, as it is almost impossible to succeed in combat without it. Just to meet the high tier status quo, this technique is required.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
It is activated for the 800 reiatsu cost, and it is special in that no technique that lowers reiatsu cost can lower the cost of this technique. Furthermore, anyone who can charge or generate reiatsu cannot use any such methods of charge or regeneration while this technique is active. To learn this technique, user must know Willpower, Output, Movement, and Energy Generate.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
800 reiatsu cost, in addition to considerable stamina drain the longer this technique is used. In addition, anyone who uses this technique bleeds 20% more profusely out of wounds while it is active.

Class: [1]
Technique Type: [HWD Tech]
Usable By: [Bount, Mod Souls, Fullbringers]
Technique Element: [N/A]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
Despite the high class of this technique, it comes with only a minor reiatsu cost of 100. It can be initiated upon physical contact between two people. The user of this technique, upon physical contact with an enemy, utilizes this technique. It takes an instant measure of the opponent. All of their physical traits become known to the user as if they were the user's own. Absolute mastery of the opponent. From their exact strength and speed to their exact maximum stamina as well as how much they have left. Wounds, old and new, how those wounds were obtained. Disabilities. Weaknesses. Which muscles are used the most and in what way. By paying 400 instead of 100, one can learn two more things. Fighting style. What is in the target's muscle memory.
By paying an additional 400 reiatsu upon use of this technique, the user can even learn and use any and all physical based techniques that the opponent knows as long as they don't cost reiatsu and the user meets the requirements. This copy effect lasts for 5 posts.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
It is activated for the 100 reiatsu cost. It can be initiated by contact, or indirect contact such as clashing of swords or weapon to body. To learn this technique, user must know Willpower, Output, Movement, and Energy Generate.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
Each use of this technique increases stamina drain for the remainder of the fight by 20% of the previous value. So if you were to put stamina into numerical terms, say someone used 100 stamina per post. One use of this, and it's 120 per post. Another use, and it's 20% of 120 added on, so that's 144 per post, and so on. This can also only be used once per post.

12. Technique Name: Summoning Discipline: Stand
Class: 1
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): HWD Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Fullbringers, Quincy, Mod Souls
Technique Element: Will
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
This technique takes Energy Generate, Output, Movement, and Willpower, and renders them in the most potent way imaginable. It is, even amongst the Martial Disciplines, a terrifying technique, and one that makes all fighters stronger. This technique, when activated, reflects the user’s soul, in the most pure form. It creates a form based on this soul, and animates it. It gives the soul the will and physical power to fight. It gives the user an ally, who will Stand besides them at all points in time.
When this technique is learned, the user records how they truly see themselves, what the most true version of them is in their mind’s eye. This is given a human body, and becomes a figure that they can always dimly see out of the corner of their eye, although when the technique is not active, the figure, which will now be referred to as the Stand, is not capable of doing anything, and reacts only to the users actions, not the outside world’s.
When the user choses to do so, they may summon this Stand into the world, giving them independent action. The act of creating the Stand is one that utilizes reiatsu, but once the Stand exists, it no longer is reiatsu. Nor is it flesh and blood. It is a construct of pure Will, and can affect the world as such. Ergo, techniques that destroy reiatsu do not destroy the Stand, although suppression techniques can prevent it from existing in the first place. The Stand appears in eyesight of the user, no more than 200 feet away.
This Stand is invisible to the naked eye, as it is a manifestation of Willpower. Anyone with 50 ES can see it’s outline, and 100 ES can easily detect it’s features. Even if someone lacks the ES to detect the Stand, it is easy to observe the Stand’s effects on the outside world, as anything that it intends to interact with, anything it demonstrates the Will to push or move, is affected accordingly. So, as the Stand walks with purpose, someone would notice concrete cracking, and footprints appearing. As the Stand clashes it’s will against another person’s body, the wounds that appear will be visible.
The Stand possesses it’s own physical stats, although it doesn’t possess spiritual stats, nor does it possess sensory stats or specialty stats. It uses the User’s senses and guidance in order to know where to move and what to interact with. It possesses no reiatsu pool, but ignores cutback, as if constantly utilizing Push. Although it has no Reiatsu Strength, it cannot be affected with status conditions, although barriers and defenses of course can stop it.
The Stand’s physical stats are that of a Brave type, equal in Level to the user of the technique, as if it had 300 in both stats. Once this technique is mastered, that is raised to 400. The user, when they learn the technique, picks whether they want Strength or Speed to receive the higher boost. The Stand does not grow tired, no matter how fast it moves, or how frequently it does so. It’s attacks can be blocked, but it itself cannot be damaged. It lasts for 10 posts.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
When learning the technique, one must find the perfect, idealized mental image of themselves, and chose to devote their soul to either Speed or Strength. They also must know all four basic HWD techniques.
When activating this technique, the user must call out the phrase “Stand Beside Me!” and select a location to conjure their Stand. Then, by utilizing their reiatsu, and concentrating Willpower, they can render the Stand into being.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
This technique, first of all, can only be used twice in one thread. It costs 650 reiatsu to use, a hefty amount, even by the standards of such a powerful technique. Most of the weaknesses of the technique, however, come in the form of restrictions upon the user. While the Stand cannot grow tired, the user receives half of the stamina taxation that the Stand would’ve received, preventing them from going all out. Additionally, if the Stand would be damaged, the user receives the damage instead, wounds appearing on the corresponding part of their body. This only applies to physical damage. The Stand also relies on the user to see and make decisions, and if the user is impaired, the Stand is much less effective. If the user falls unconscious or dies, the Stand instantly vanishes. At the end of the 10 posts, the User must also pay an additional 150 reiatsu to maintain contact with the Stand, if they wish to use it again later in the thread.

13. Technique Name: Survival Discipline: Dying Will
Class: 1
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): HWD Technique
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Fullbringers, Non-Vandenreich Quincy
Technique Element: Varies
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
When one finds themself on Death’s Door, it is easy to give up the ghost, to allow oneself to pass on. Many chose to do so. However, there exists in everyone the potential to rise back up, once more, and survive. This technique is the greatest embodiment of that, and usable only by the most mighty Human World Dwellers, and even amongst them, the ones with the greatest proximity to mortality.
Dying Will can only be activated when the user is close to death. They must be suffering from grave wounds, tired, and low on reiatsu. And they must entertain the idea of giving up, at least for a brief moment. In this moment, they must discover the reason why they wish to live. What purpose their life has. And that reason, that purpose, is the fuel that they will burn to ignite their Dying Will, and rise up once more, unbroken, undefeated, and far from out.
Once the technique has been activated, the user may spend additional reiatsu to rapidly heal their existing injuries. Lacerations are 50 Reiatsu, Broken Bones are 150 each, Missing Limbs are 200 each, and Missing or Damaged Organs are 300 each. They may only do this upon activation, and their wounds will rapidly vanish, healed as if by an unseen force. Then, the user’s reiatsu surges, flaring up to blind those around them. When it dies down, the user has changed.
Around their head hangs a halo, forged out of an element of their choosing: Fire, Lightning, Air, Ice. The user’s eyes are a different color, which is connected to the element that they decided. And as they move through the area, they leave behind them a trail of the chosen element. As they lash out at foes, striking them with force, with the power behind their Will to live, they also launch attacks of their chosen element. Fire bursts from their fist upon impact, or foes are electrocuted with their touch, winds buffer nearby enemies, or icicles are fired alongside every punch. These elemental attacks of course use the user’s RS to determine their offensive strength. This portion lasts for 10 posts.
Additionally, the user’s Dying Will has ignited to the point where, while they may still feel pain, as long as their Will is not shaken or broken, they cannot physically fall. Even if their limbs break, they will glide along, as if using Movement, regardless of injuries. They may still grow weary from taxed stamina, and they may still falter due to pain, but as long as their Will remains true and convicted, they cannot stop functioning, short of death. This portion lasts for 5 posts.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Explained in the second paragraph. To learn, the user must know all four basic Human World Dweller techniques.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
The circumstances in which Dying Will can be activated are specific, and it requires a 3 in Strength of Will to be utilized at all. To activate, this technique sacrifices half of the user’s remaining reiatsu, or 500, whichever is greater. As long as the technique is active, the user must pursue whatever it was that caused them to rise back up, but they may not run away as long as things stand in their way. If their purpose for surviving was to kill their foe, they may not flee the combat. If their purpose was to protect a friend, they will do so until their body breaks. Absolute conviction has a price. Furthermore, once the whole technique ends, the user’s body will begin to be consumed uncontrollably by the original element of their choosing. This process will kill the user, without a doubt, unless they receive expert medical attention.

14. Technique Name: [The Body Crafted By God]
Class: [0]
Technique Type: [Other]
Usable By: [Satsujun]
Technique Element: [N/A]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
Satsujun looks ordinary when he fights. He doesn't seem at all unique. His fighting style is textbook. His movements can easily be telegraphed. He has no uniquely special moves that make him anything out of the ordinary. He isn't like Grimoire Acero, who has those Hell sword forms. He isn't like Jinbei Kawada, who can use Kawada Style Boxing. All that Satsujun has is regular swordplay and regular hand to hand.
He is always in perfect form, but there are plenty of masters of combat out there. They all have their own unique ability, and Satsujun does not. ....But wait. Maybe you missed something. He is always in perfect form. Always. Because Satsujun is an artificial being, created by defying the limits of impossibility, and created having the ability to do so himself. People will always remark about how ordinary he is throughout his entire fight. Throughout his entire fight... Until they notice something. It's not just that his form is perfect. It's that his form is ALWAYS perfect.
Getting the drift of it, yet? Satsujun's body is literally designed by God. Passively, he does not tire. His form never fades. His mind never exhausts and his body never slows down. His stamina never depletes either mentally or physically. Even after hours of combat, he can still go as if fresh. As if nothing had happened at all for the past few hours. He is literally able to fight nonstop, especially physically, as if his body was fresh. Because Satsujun will never get tired.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Passive. Natural part of user's body.
Technique Drawbacks: (Insert Below)
The longer that the user is alive, the longer they feel emotional resentment. Festering. Each year, it doubles. An emotional resentment which is unquenchable.
15. Technique Name: [Displacement]
Class: [0]
Technique Type: [Other]
Usable By: [Satsujun]
Technique Element: [N/A]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
Consider who has lived the longest in the three worlds. When you think of that, you can only come to one answer. The only being to have inhabited the three worlds for over thirty thousand years. The man whose legend surpasses even Gilgamesh. The God of Murder, Satsujun.
And how many of those years did he spend rotting in a cell? Waiting? Biding his time? Counting the very seconds? It is for this reason that he alone has a unique understanding of time that none else do. And for this reason, he was able to create this technique.
Most Fullbringers can 'fullbring' certain objects. That doesn't mean release their Fullbring. That means manipulate existing, every day objects. A Fullbringer can fullbring water into his mouth. Or use air for a momentary platform. Or jump higher. This is achieved by manipulating the soul of the object in question. Some can manipulate liquids and turn them to poison. Others can cause an every day object like a candle to just fly into place like telekinesis. This is the phenomenon called "Soul Command." Any Fullbringer can do it, and they can do it to anything of which they have a solid understanding.
Satsujun is the only living being with the one true understanding of "Time." Yes. Satsujun can literally use Soul Command to fullbring time itself. But how does he achieve this? To what purpose?
This is a legendary step technique. When utilized, the speed increase is a basic 8x. Slower than the average step. Nothing worth talking about. Many people are often stunned to note how ordinary his step seems. But that's not quite true. When he uses this step, everything in a ten meter space around him... jumps into the future. By ten seconds. What does this mean? While this step is in use, and for two seconds after he lands, things around him jump forward in time.
An example. Let's say that there's a fly buzzing into his area as he uses this step. As it enters his area, it will jump into the future, wherein it will appear wherever it would have naturally gone to ten seconds later. So, if it was moving from point A to C, and would have gotten to C after ten seconds, then once it enters this space, it will instantly jump to point C. It will appear to have teleported.
Now, stop and pause for a moment. This technique isn't fastforwarding. It's literally jumping into the future. So the fly won't pass by Satsujun. It will only appear in another location. And, things that enter, if they would change state in ten seconds, that will also happen. So, hypothetically, if an arrow were to enter this space, it would jump to where it would have gone in ten seconds, and additionally the velocity it would have lost from moving for ten consecutive seconds would be lost.
This is a unique step power usable only by Satsujun. No others are even remotely capable of learning it.
How to use technique: [Insert Below]
Requirement: At least 30,000 years of isolation. Otherwise, usable as any other step technique. Reiatsu cost 400.
Technique Drawbacks: (Insert Below)
A powerful step technique which can be used only once per post. Every time it is used, the cost of it is increased by 100 reiatsu for the rest of the thread. This also causes the body to suffer from a bleeding effect which causes the user's dominant eye (or both if they are even) to begin bleeding tears of blood, for being able to see what they should not be able to. And, finally, this causes the soul to momentarily experience intense heartbreak every single time it is used.
16. Technique Name: [Perfect Copy]
Class: [0]
Technique Type: [Other]
Usable By: [Satsujun]
Technique Element: [N/A]
Technique Description and Effects: [Insert Below]
Remember how Satsujun can analyze and understand anything he sees in combat instantly? This is an expansion of that ability. "Perfect copy." This technique has an activation cost of 100 reiatsu per post used, up to 12 total possible posts in a thread. So hypothetically one could give up 100 for just the one post, or five for the next five posts. What does it do? It mimics. Because Satsujun can look at any fighting style, movement, technique, or spell and instantly understand it, he can use Perfect Copy.
What does it do? Just what the name implies. During any post that it is active, Satsujun can copy and use anything he has seen thus far, including release techniques. Any fighting style movement. Any technique. Even stat increases. Even passive effects. He can mold his reiatsu or his body to copy anything that he has seen at least once. In other words, this is Satsujun's most powerful ability.
How to use technique: [Insert Below]
Activated at will by the post.
Technique Drawbacks (Insert Below)
If what he copies had a reiatsu cost, he still needs to pay that. But otherwise he can copy anything. Blut Vene, Hollowfication, sword maneuvers, stat increases, Akai Birido, Cero, etc. Anything from any race. If something takes up multiple posts, such as, for instance, an aura, then its duration is the same as Perfect Copy. So, if Satsujun copied Hollowfication, it could last up to 12 posts straight if used on the first post of Perfect Copy. But, in that case, he would then have to use Perfect Copy for that 12 posts consecutively. If he attempted to use it one post, then broke it the next post, he would lose Hollowfication and would need to pay reiatsu all over again to reactivate it next time he utilizes Perfect Copy. He must know someone's personality thoroughly in order to copy them. In order to utilize more than one copied technique at a time, he must have spent at least 400 reiatsu when activating Perfect Copy.
