As he sat still in meditation form the reishi around him would be forming. The training he is doing now is a very important one. He is learning to control his reishi a lot better. This will be needed if he ever wishes to improve himself to the core.
As the spiritual energy would be spinning around him. Ghost would start to breathe very slowly. He would inhale deeply and then exhale heavily. Over and over again he would do this. More and more reishi would form as his body starts to absorb it and release it. A perk of being a Quincy and all its glory.

As the dirt around him starts to shake. He would open his eyes and everything would blow away from him via his reishi. As he stood up he would look around and with a smile on his face he would be on his way outside the door of his apartment.
Now all set to go for his run. He would start to do that going slow and slow. Gaining up a title pace. Trying his best to keep at that
