{Type: Specialist}
Description: Specialists focus the vast majority of their training in honing their non-release techniques to their maximum potential. While Technique Masters share this focus to the exclusion of all others, becoming unstable powerhouses of raw energy, Specialists are more balanced in this approach. However, while Specialists are still capable of releasing, their specialty in perfecting their non-release techniques results in their release being underdeveloped, and weaker than most of their peers.
Advantages: All ranks: Specialists gain 5 additional non-release technique slots.
Disadvantages: All ranks: -50% to either Strength, or Reiatsu Strength (whichever was not boosted). When classing up a technique using this type's advantages, the technique's reiatsu cost is equal to its normal cost, or the cost of the technique's new class (whichever is higher). This applies even for techniques that normally lack a reiatsu cost.
In addition, all races lose their highest level release. Shinigami lose Bankai, Arrancar lose Segunda Etapa, Quincy lose Vollstandig, and their Soul property, Akki lose either Cuarta or Quinta (depending on type), Saika lose Dark Skill Level 3, Hason lose Supremis, etc.
