Reasons You Deserve This Position: I spend a large portion of my time providing help to newer players in the help, and character creation channels, especially when it comes to helping them create balanced and thematic powers for their characters.
I continuously read and re-read vast sections of the ruleset in an effort to improve my system mastery, and in order to give the best possible advice to players designing characters of races I have not created myself.
I have a very good eye for site balance, especially in relation to character creation, and decades of TTRP experience as a GamesMaster of a number of different systems (all versions of D&D, World of Darkness, Palladium System, GURPS, TriStat, etc).
I am also an RPG developer myself having spent the majority of my adult life (since 1997) developing my own TTRP ruleset, and during this process I have dissected dozens of different RPG systems to find the underlying design decisions, mistakes, pitfalls, etc that each developer used (in an effort not to repeat those mistakes). This research has given me a keen insight into the balance mechanics of a number of different RPG systems - including BOW.
While my thread experience is not as great as many other members on site, I believe my system mastery more than makes up for it, as well as my approved apps requiring very little in the way of grading outside minor tweaks.
Other Notes: I am a team player with a keen desire to self-delegate time-consuming tasks to improve the site, and take the workload off the staff. The most current example of this is my effort to help revamp Section 4: Types by rewording all types with consistent language, reducing redundant text, and improving overall formatting for increased readability to the end-user (eg. spoilers, tabs, etc).

If I am approved as a senior grader, I would seek to apply that desire to providing high quality grading of apps, in order to lessen the workload that Kyomei, Sana, Col, and Ryo have to do. I also feel that by becoming a grader, it would only further increase my system mastery especially in respect to more completely understanding the limits of various more obscure races (such as Hason, Failures, etc) -as I would feel compelled to provide the best possible grading for any app I might find myself reading.
