It couldn’t be that easy right? He couldn’t just ask to go could he? ’Well ya got me there… so can I just leave then? I’ll settle for not being interrogated or tortured. Or you putting on some damn pants! I don’t care what autistic reasons you have for not getting it. PANTS. ARE. REQUIRED. Pants are what separates us from the animals! Mankind evolved from cave dwelling idiots by discovering fire, but you know what they did even before that? THEY PUT ON SOME DAMN CLOTHES!” This really wasn’t that hard of a concept, was it?
Though, truth be told, that was actually far and away the least pressing thing on his mind. The idea of freedom was nice, and he didn’t fancy getting murdered by Asuka, but now he felt some kind of fucked up urge to turn the tables. The reason she had given for not wanting to put on pants was seriously troubling to him. ”I’m sorry though, could you repeat that bit about being a former hollow? You don’t have a mask fragment that I’m seeing, so you’re no Arrancar, and last I checked, the Vizard were former Shinigami, not former hollows, so I’m pretty sure you’re the one whose confessing to crimes right now. Last I checked, literally the only thing that could explain what you said is that you’re one of Captain Sayuri’s super illegal experiments that were generally considered to be things that didn’t exist, and should be doused with enough Hado to erase them from society’s collective memory.

shizuyoko simply dropped him onto the floor, smiling calmly at him as he continued to speak, her brain tuning him out and his...whining. Ahhh THERE it was. The notion that shinigami, humans, that ANY of them were anything other than....fancy animals. They could dress themselves.Build so many fancy structures. But deep deep down. They were like any other thing crawling along it's belly around these three planets. They cared about one thing: Surviving and Thriving. 'Civility' was just a way of doing so. She had actually heard about it in human libraries.
When humans had used that vicious killing instinct to conquer and slaughter anything worth being afraid of, all that was left to be afraid of was one another. And to avoid that dastardly self-destruct switch, they came up with rules. Solidarity. All sorts of things. But whenever they were isolated, or simply when the chips were down. They always went right back. Humans were bad enough. But Shinigami? They were the MOST revolting. And this man shouting at her for her nudity was one of the things that made sure she woke up every morning with a smile on her face, and a joy for her work. Because against all odds. The MOST civil type of human: The shinigami. They were the kind that killed eachother the MOST. Her entire job revolved around it.
But at that last bit, she tilted her head. "I'm afraid ou've lost me on that part. For one: That is not true. To think that a Former Captain would have such a limited knowledge of his own history and lore. For one: hollows slain by shinigami are cleansed and go to soul society as "human" souls, same as any one else dying. And of course, beyond THAT. You seem to be under the impression that I went straight from hollow to Shinigami. Again, silly." She shook her head and shrugged.
"But ah, that's not really anything I need be worried about. After all, you're about to leave, aren't you? Escape, free yourself from my savage behavior or whatnot. As I said before, you're free to leave." She noted and inspected her nails.

Hibiki raised a finger to object. Then lowered it. Then raised it again. His mouth weakly flapped in a pathetic attempt to make a point. ”I… but you.. But details… Dammit! You coulda just made that clear! I don’t run around calling myself a former human! Your memories should’ve been eradicated when you were purified anyway. That’s how the soul cycle is supposed to work!” That’s how it was supposed to go… but he was more than willing to admit that it often didn’t go that way. Still, purification was at least more reliable than just dying as a human. It was troubling how many people retained their memories after arriving in Soul Society but at least it was nearly unheard of for humans to have that issue. Now THAT would be a big issue. Probably would get them labeled as insane.
He wasn’t convinced he could actually leave this awkward situation, but he was going to give it his best shot. ”ANYWHO, I don’t really care who you are, or why you’re here. I still don’t even really give a shit if you feel like torturing me, but I’m trying really hard to be a good boyfriend, and you’re not making that easy. I’m not sticking around in a hole in the ground long enough to have to explain why I hung out with a naked woman when she said I could just walk away. Anything that comes after ‘but I stayed because’ is the sentence that digs a hole a thousand times deeper than this cellar, so good day to you ma’am!” Were he wearing a cape, this is the part where he would have done a ridiculously dramatic cape flip and tried to walk away.
If he wasn’t stopped, then he would actually exit the scene at that point. As he had done so far, he had told the truth. He was a flirt. Notoriously so. That was very much his nature, and the idea of not attempting to bone the attractive naked woman that fate just happened to throw at him was borderline insane to him. But that’s what he wanted. To leave this with his pants on, and his dick firmly inside them. He’d had a lot of hard struggles in his life, but forcing himself to turn his back and try to walk away from this was arguably harder for him than any of his more serious seeming struggles.
