[Wycliff]

Wycliff grabbed his head as he started to wake up, he could feel his head throbbing with pain. “Oh fuck me ya, that's the last time.....” Wycliff stopped speaking as soon as he heard the voice that was coming out when he was trying to speak. That voice wasn't his, it was too feminine to be his, so why was it saying what he was speaking. Before he could dwell on that too much longer he felt the stinging sensation back in his head. Raising his hand up to hold his head his eyes caught a glimpse of his fingers, they were long and slender, almost as if they were a woman's.

Wycliff took a step back and bumped into a mirror, turning around he saw himself and was left with more questions than answers. In front of the mirror wasn't his normal form, but a woman. At first he wasn't sure what to make of this, he moved his arms and legs trying to see if the woman in the mirror would copy everything and she did. He was a woman now..... “well, this ain't the weirdest shit that's happened....” While Wycliff was shocked at the fact that he was a woman, he was more stunned by it than in panic. At this moment he hadn't noticed the others in the room just yet.

“Alright, what happened last night.” Wycliff started to go over the events of the previous night in his head. It all started with him grabbing his captain and dragging him along to go see a movie called Isle of dogs that had come out. He figured that the two of them could use a break and it was always more fun to bring someone else to the movies. It was easy to convince Ludwig given that he offered to pay for the soda and it was an animated movie. So they watched the movie, which was charming, a bit different than what he expected, but still a good movie and then..... Nothing, there was nothing else he could recall. He didn't remember leaving the movie theater with Ludwig, he remembered the end of the movie but that's where his memory ended.

“Wait, Ludwig...” Wycliff turned around and saw that the room was filled with other people. None of them he could really say was Ludwig, but then again he couldn't really say that he himself was Wycliff. He wasn't even wearing his normal shingami outfit as he decided against it opting to wear something more casual to the movies. That had stayed the same, along with the dark sunglasses he took. Everyone else seemed to be waking up or was awake. For now he didn't know if there was anyone he could trust here, but that wasn't his main concern, he had to get back to normal, as much as he liked the way he looked at the moment, he wasn't about to accept a forced gender change.

The sounds of a familiar laugh echoed in his head a bit more effeminate however. What, don't like the way your hips swing now? Honestly this might be for the best. His zan spirit was teasing him about this whole situation, however the sound of his voice seemed off, like it had been affected as well. So talking today huh? Are ya changed as well? There would be a silence before chokudo spoke again. Yea, odd feeling isn't it? Either way I feel weaker, you should too... something is up, take care of yourself, I'm going to rest. Wycliff hadn't even felt weaker until Chokudo mentioned it, there were a lot of things wrong here.

Ugh, what the tits. Wait. Tits? What in the world had happened? Hibiki opened his eyes, ready to greet the day, and he had a full on panic attack. Why did he have breasts? He had fixed that issue! ”I thought I fixed…” That voice wasn’t his either. He looked down at his body, and thought for just a moment, and then it struck him. This wasn’t his body. It never was. This body was Amaya Azarola. His daughter’s body. He had fixed it before with surgery and Kaido before his powers had faded away, but now this body had returned! What kind of cruel, sick, joke had the universe played on him today?

If nothing else, he was at least decently aware of how to handle himself in this form. He had dealt with it before, and honestly he wasn’t really bothered by the prospect of a female body. Really, it was just the specific body that was a cause for concern. Had his Kaido faded already? There was no one alive who could recast the spells and return his body back to his own. He wasn’t sure what had caused them to come undone, as the effects of his handiwork should have been permanent. As the healer thought over what had happened, he realized that what little medical knowledge he had regained seemed to have left him in that moment. All that progress he once had was gone again.

Honestly, he took it rather well. He had only been at this process for a month or so, and was more than willing to start over again. This time he just wouldn’t have his own body. Instead, he had the supple curves that belonged to Amaya. Though he had never really seen her that way, given the blood relation and all, he had to admit that objectively it was far from the worst body he could be stuck in. Her figure was to die for, aside from the nine fox tails sticking out just above his butt. Those would take some getting used to, but he’d figure it out soon enough. On the bright side, at least he was bi, so if he was to be stuck like this forever he could at least still go get laid without it feeling too weird.

Truth be told, there was a more pressing issue at hand. He had no clue where the hell he was. There was nothing familiar to be seen, not even the people. All that he recognized was the name that one of the other individuals said. “Ludwig.” It was a name Hibiki recognized. One of the new Captains, but he didn’t see the man anywhere. For the time being, he stayed mostly quiet and observed the area nearby. He wasn’t sure where he was, why he was there, why any of these others were here, why he had tits again, or why he had forgotten his Kaido once more. All he did seem to know was that at least he’d been through having the wrong gender body once before.

When Ranth opened his eyes, something was immediately wrong but in his recently awakened state he just couldn't figure out what it was. Slowly, he realised that the immediate problem was that he wasn't staring up at the plain white roof that he saw every morning when he awoke in his quarters in the Kido Corps barracks. Still, in his sleepy state of mind even that took a while for the implications to settle in. He wasn't in the barracks... but then where was he? Now that his mind was finally catching up, his eyes snapped open properly and he sat up abruptly.

It seemed that he'd passed out in the middle of what looked to be the foyer of a rather large and impressive looking manor. Closed doors lined the sides of the room whilst a large staircase at the far end of the room indicated that there was at least one extra floor to this place. Blinking in confusion, Ranth racked his brain in a vain attempt to remember how he'd come to be here... or even where 'here' was in the first place. However, all he found when he sought out those memories was blank space. Even when he tried to think back to what he could last remember, his mind became fuzzy like a television with poor reception and it made him feel faint until he stopped trying to think about it and the sensation immediately went away.

Feeling a yawn coming on, Ranth raised his right hand to his mouth to stifle it only for his hand to be intercepted by something large and soft before it could arrive at its destination. Puzzled, but too preoccupied with examining his surroundings to think much of it, Ranth initially assumed that his robes had simply become bunched up while he was asleep and tugged on them to straighten out any lumps and raised his hand again... and again it was intercepted. Baffled, Ranth's fingers explored the surface of this offending object and it slowly dawned on him that the soft thing he now held in his hand was actually kind of squishy... and... sensitive?

"Eh?"

His brain, refusing to comprehend what he was experiencing demanded further evidence and so he lifted his other hand and sure enough, it too failed to clear the offending lump and Ranth now found himself with two squishy obstructions. One in each hand.

"Ehhhhhhhh!?"

Finally, Ranth looked down to find that the 'obstructions' he was fondling were a pair of breasts contained by a black top with no sleeves. At the same time, the feminine squeal of surprise that seemed to emenate from right next to him made him shoot to his feet and spin in a circle in an effort to locate the source of the cry... only to realise that the feminine squeal had come from none other than his own throat. Feeling the back of his neck prickle with dread, Ranth finally caught sight of himself in one of the conveniently located mirrors that hung at regular intervals between each of the doors that lined the room and he had no choice but to accept the reality of the situation with what he saw looking back at him.

It was only now that he realised that he wasn't alone in the room after all. There was actually a woman with long blonde hair at the other end of the room who seemed to be talking to herself in quiet mutters, whilst scattered around the room was the unconscious forms of several other men and women. Were they in the same situation as him, stranded here with no memory of how they'd arrived? Was any of this real in the first place? A fierce pinch to his cheek elicited a squeak of pain and the best confirmation he could get for the time being that he was indeed awake as he sighed and looked down at his new feminine features with a mixture of fascination and embarrassment.

"What is going on here!?", he cried despairingly.

With Shizuka being back in town it seemed like a good idea, at the time, to take her out to a restaurant that Luke had been hearing a lot of buzz about. Both individuals in this relationship were busy with their respective career choices, so the time they got to have together was sparse at times. Luke had been hoping, at least, to make up for lost time by treating her to something nice tonight. Hell, he had gone out of his way to get her a little gift. But seems that life, like always, decided it wanted to pull down its pants and just taking the biggest shit on him.

”Mmmgh..” Luke groaned as he began to finally come too. Felt like someone had taken a bat to the back of his head, and yes Luke knew what that felt like first hand. Stupid amount of thugs in the darker parts of Karakura. But as the pounding headache in the back of his head began to subside, the Bount began to push himself off of the floor he was lying on. As he lifted himself, however, something was...wrong. Something felt different. Why did his chest feel...heavy? Opening his eyes, finally, Luke's attention focused on his hand that he was using to push himself up. His fingers looked longer and slender-er than he remembered them to be.

The more important detail, however, was when Luke noticed what he had protubing from his chest. ”Eh?” he muttered, before realizing that the voice that left his mouth was much softer than usual. ”Eh??” he went again as he grabbed at his new pair of breasts, looking to see if they were just some prank. What Luke didn’t expect, however, was just how fucking sensitize his...hmm...B-Cups were. ”Hmmmngh god what the fuck happened? What time is it?” Luke suddenly heard in his head as he was busy fiddling and fondling himself.

”Shut the fuck up Jager this isn’t funny!” Luke would shout, before he would hear other voices around him. Spinning around, Luke saw that there other people around him all waking up and, seemingly, reacting to what they saw in their mirrors. ”Who the fuck are you people? Which one of you did this??” Luke would shout, with his new high pitched feminine voice.

Shizuka had been so excited to go on another date with Luke. She thought she was actually going to be able to go far with him that night. She was actually going to hold his hand! She was super stoked. If all things went well, there would definitely be hand-holding. It was inevitable. Who were the rest of these people and what was going on?

For all intents and purposes, Ludwig was actually sleeping pretty well. Quiet and rolled up into a ball of sorts he’d have remained where he was for awhile yet… Had there not been excessive yelling going on. High pitched, female yelling, almost screeching if he was honest. His eyebrow twitched at the first one hoping that he could remain asleep. The second one yelled and he’d given up at that point, already away and with a headache to boot he was pretty much certain he wouldn’t get anymore sleep. But damn if that didn’t make him at least somewhat of a grump. His frustration built up and as he got up he glared daggers at the offending women that had been making all the noise. God if only looks could kill but there wasn’t a power in any realm he knew of that could do that.

That’s when he noticed something was off. First off he’d been sleeping on the floor. The floor. Alright Ludwig may not have been a terribly picky person but a bed was where he slept at normally so that was odd. The second point was all these people he never even saw, and none of them had been at the movie theater. Which reminded him of the events prior. He’d been sitting in his office practically asleep from paperwork and out of nowhere his 3rd seat had popped in like he owned the place and barraged him with the need to go see a movie. He hadn’t been sold on it until he heard there had been soda and Wycliff was paying for it. There were many things Ludwig would make time for and soda or candy was one of them. That night he’d gone and changed into a nicer black jacket with a dark blue undershirt and dark blue jeans with black worker boots. At the time he’d felt like he would be appropriate and had gotten to the theater on time, everything after that went smoothly until the end of the movie. After that was about as blank and black as his shoes.

Speaking of clothing though as he stopped his death glare and proceeded to look around he spied a mirror. How convenient, if nothing else he could fix himself up and make certain his clothing wasn’t too messed up. It wasn’t normal for him to wear human world clothing so he wanted to keep it in as good a quality as possible. What he was met with as he started walking towards the mirror was something that may as well have run him over with a 18 wheeler. In the mirror there was a female. It blinked as he did. Breathed in the same tempo. Hell it held the look of annoyed and tired that he was currently trying to get rid of.  Nope this is a joke. This mirror is lying because… this is one of those special mirror houses where people’s bodies get messed up. Lets try another mirror. With that thought in mind Ludwig, anxiously and more quickly than he intended went to another mirror, not too far off but on the other side of the room. And there was the mysterious woman again. A bit more anxious this time than annoyed or tired. Hell looking at her more seriously she even held similar clothing to his, except smaller and more form fitting.

Ludwig just proceeded to stare blankly into the mirror dumbfounded. No this can’t be happening. I’m not a woman! That’s not me. I know what me looks like and it’s not this 5ft 5in woman. There’s only one way to test this out. Well… two but I’m not grabbing my crotch. Without a moment of hesitation he reached past his shirt and jacket to try and grab at a bra that shouldn’t be there. What he found instead was that he had no bra but instead was binding tape. To say he was horrified was an understatement as at least if he were a woman he’d have preferred to have a bra not just trying to hide his breasts with tape. Unbeknownst to Ludwig his face was the epitome of stock horror and it only grew worse as having pulled some of the binding tape resulted in loosening the overall binding. Shitshitshitshitshitshitshit how do I even retie this thing?!?!?!

He proceeded to struggle for a couple minutes given he had NO intention of stripping to do it. Eventually he was able to tighten it back somewhat and have it remain in place. One disaster averted now to figure out who the fuck did this and how to reverse it. He may have felt mostly the same aside from the addition of bound breasts and a shorter height but he wasn’t about to stay in this form if he had a choice in the matter. And that’s when the seemingly biggest change hit him straight on. “Wait a minute...I like men...but I’m in a female body. Does this make me straight now??? What the fuck, I didn’t even get to meet another gay man!

Thus Ludwig had almost fallen onto the ground had he not grabbed onto the door frame that was next to his mirror. The shock was evident on his face as the matter of his sexuality was overwhelming. He could handle the female body but the implications of such was going to throw his mind into a loop it would never recover from if he didn’t stop thinking about it. That was until he heard his name being spoken, he turned to try and acknowledge it but Luke in all his feminine rage spoke over it. His exhaustion creeping back in with the headache getting worse by the yelling spoke up towards Luke specifically. “Enough yelling, please. Look unless I’m mistaken you also got gender swapped yes? Your not the only one nor the only person who wants answers. Let’s not go ape shit when we know nothing about our current situation. The last thing any of us needs to do is fight one another, we need to figure things out first.” Ludwig sighed and rubbed her hand over her face before giving another look around the room. “How about we start with names? At least so we can know what to call one another while we try to fix this mess. I’m Ludwig, Ludwig Verrlicht, a pleasure to meet you all.”

As you each arose from your slumber, whispers assaulted each of your minds. Whispers of all kind from the dead. But they held the same message; this was not a place you wanted to be in and something about a… key? Somehow you’ve all arrived in this place. You don’t know what it was that forced you into this situation, but you’re here now and you have to escape this place. A creepy castle in god knows where with a bunch of things whispering at you to get the hell out? It also didn’t help that, with the exception of the foyer which was dimly lit, it was ridiculously dark in this castle. You could make out some objects down the hallway ahead as your eyes adjusted but it wasn’t enough light.

The atmosphere was heavy feeling and the sense of despair just seemed to linger everywhere. Everyone would find that yes, their bodies had changed physically. That wasn’t the worst part. Spiritually, it was like their batteries had run out. They could still communicate with whatever lived in their weapons but no matter how hard anyone tried they would be locked out from using any abilities whatsoever. It was almost like they were truly human and that was the last thing you wanted to be in this place. You are vulnerable.

On either side of the foyer were tables and on them, flashlights that were fully functional. There were 8 originally but only 6 left. Enough for each one of the poor, unfortunate souls that woke up here. Every now and then you’d hear the sound of scratching or the sound of something going bump in the distance but it was unclear as to what it was. Just odd creepy noises that would unnerve anyone without nerves of steel. This place looked incredibly old. Like it was on its last legs and yet, it seemed as though something was keeping it entirely in tact.

If anyone looked down the hallway. they’d see that it split off into four doors ways, two on each side and far up ahead was a staircase leading upstairs with more rooms to explore. There were five directions to split off into. The doorways seemed to have a curtain of darkness obscuring some of your vision of what’s inside the rooms. If anyone wanted a chance at leaving this place, the only thing they could do was press on throughout the castle and find this “key” some of the whispers mentioned. Maybe getting to know one another and exploring wasn’t such a bad idea.

Ranth was struggling not to hyperventilate as he continued to stare in abstract horror at his new reflection in the mirror. He couldn't be a girl, he had to be a man, otherwise his life would be ruined in so many ways. How would he ever get her to acknowledge him if he looked like this? Maybe they could still be friends, but that wasn't what he wanted either and no matter how he changed on the outside, what he was on the inside didn't change and he knew that it never would. Opportunities that he'd barely begun to realise existed were suddenly snuffed out without hope of re ignition. At least, not so long as he remained like this.

In the end, the whispers- when they came- were almost a welcome relief compared to the despair his own inner voice. They still sent a shiver down his spine to be sure, but somehow they seemed to be trying to tell him something. He had to escape, that much was obvious even without being told, but the voices also seemed to be hissing and whispering about something else. Something they wanted him to find. Maybe something that would help him to escape when they themselves could not. A lump rose in his throat. Were these voices the ghosts of people like him? Trapped and afraid with no idea of what was going on or how to escape?

Swallowing his panic as best he could, Ranth took several deep breaths. He held each breath for a count of 5, which was a technique he'd developed during his time at the academy to try and stave of panic attacks during exam time. Granted, this was a whole other level of panic, but at the same time the mechanics of the technique still worked and he felt the tiniest measure of calm return to him as he looked around the room again, now noticing that the others had all well and truly awoken by now and they all seemed to be as confused about their circumstances as he was.

Not knowing what else to do, Ranth could only do what he did best in any situation. Analyse. Forcing himself to push aside his own personal feelings, he examined the room once more from as objective a standpoint as possible. Two of his companions seemed to be familiar with each other, whilst another- who named herself Ludwig- suggested that they each name themselves. The name Ludwig was vaguely familiar to Ranth, but he couldn't for the life of him figure out why. The important thing however was that Ludwig had the feel of a leader and Ranth was more than happy for someone as calm and rational as this man- er, woman - seemed to be.

"M-my name is Ranth", he said quietly but thankfully the room was silent after Ludwig essentially told everyone to STFU and so he could still be heard amid the silence. "There are flashlights over here, I counted six of them and they all seem to have working batteries in them. I... heard voices when I woke up. In my head, I think. They were talking about a key, which I think we might need to find in order to get out of here", he admitted as he held up one of the torches that he'd come across moments before Ludwig had spoken.

"I think that maybe we should form groups of two and explore the ground floor for clues. Then we can meet up here and share what we found before moving upstairs. It could be risky to go alone, but in pairs or even groups of three then we should be okay so long as we're careful", he suggested timidly. He didn't know why, but for some reason he felt like time was against them and that they would have to ride a fine line between safety and efficiency if they were to get to the bottom of things and escape before they became permanent residents of this place, just like the voices that still whispered in the back of his mind.

Given the reactions given by a few of the other folks in the room it seems like that she wasn't the only one who was the wrong gender at the moment. Especially with the loud screaming woman who was freaking out ,It was clear that she was freaking out about the change. Wycliff, was taking it more in stride, after all with what she has seen in her time as a shigami this exactly wasn't the strangest thing she's seen or heard, definitely  in the top ten tho, right next to the fullbringer who had an army of cookie men and a licorice whip. Man that was a strange weekend, note to self don't ask squad 12 for directions ever again.

Even in this madness it seemed like someone was taking charge. A short small redhead spoke up. Restoring order at least for a bit. However the moment she spoke her name Wycliff simply looked at her dumbfounded. That's Ludwig..... oh no I have to take a picture to mess with him later. Her slender fingers went to reach into her back pocket pulling out her cellphone snapping a picture of Ludwig. Mostly taken to make jokes later on. 

The second after the all important picture was taken she looked to see if she had service, sadly he didn't however his battery was almost fully charged, which was a good thing. "Damn no service huh...." Wycliff said to cover her tracks of taking the photo. Afterwards she would put the phone back into her pocket, the picture safe and sound Wycliff thought it would be time to follow her captain's lead and introduce herself to everyone.

"Well Ludwig ya can already guess who I am." Wycliff said with a familiar smile across her face.  "For the rest of ya, ya can call me Wycliff." Looking around the room she made a count of how many people were here from the quick glance he counted six people. One of which she had to stop for a moment to get a better look at her. She was sure that she had seen her before somewhere. That white hair looked too familiar, but that could figured out later on.

What she did notice is that there was a table with six flashlights on it, however what was interesting was that there seemed to be room for eight. Where had the other two had gone? Where there other people here with them that awoke before? Also the fact that there were exactly six of them and six flashlights was even more suspicious. It's clear that someone or something brought you all here for a reason.  Chokudo spoke in a raspy and strained voice as if he was trying to sound more masculine. Ya, ya don't say captain obvious. Still ya have a point why go through all of this seems like alot a work for a prank. 

While everyone was either introducing themselves or not Wycliff went over to grab a flashlight to test to see if it would work. While they were provided there was no certainly that they would work. Honestly it would be a cruel joke to include them if they didn't work or were missing their batteries. The other thing he saw was the five paths all of them dark and six of them, meaning that only someone would end up with someone else if they all explored the rooms at once or they could all explore three rooms with another person.

"So looks like there's five paths and six of us ya. Well I don't wanna waste time looking through each room one at a time, don't think most of ya want to do that either. So how about we draw lots to see who goes with who while we try and find a way outta this place and what did this to us.” Wycliff would say as he looked at the other five. Honestly he was fine with going by himself and looking into the rooms alone but he wasn't sure about the rest. Either way he started to rip the movie ticket he had into different lengths each with a matching set so that they could pick lots. If they didn't go with his plan he would wander off into a room alone to search.

Despite the fact that Luke was practically freaking out, she did actually pause when the pretty blonde came sauntering up to her. She blinked, eyeing the man because there was a tingle in his head that something about this guy was familiar. When Shizuka said something, though, Luke realized who it was. ”Oh fuck...you too?” She asked, letting her arms dangle in defeat as she looked at her new boyfriend. Wait. Boyfriend? Wait. If Luke was a girl now...and Shizuka was a guy now...then didn’t that mean? Oh no. ”Aahahahaha! She was already wearing the pants but now she’s got the dick too!” Jäger decided to mock.

Snatching Ludwig’s note out of the air and reading it over, Luke couldn’t help but feel a little glad that she and Shizuka weren’t the only ones going through this. As three of these new women, or men, introduced themselves Luke decided to, begrudgingly, play along. He couldn’t deny that if they all worked together then they just might be able to get out of this not only alive but back to normal as well. ”Luke..” she, more or less, grumbled. Normally, Luke would be more supportive about working together in order to solve a situation. But this was not a normal situation. What’s more, every time he fucking moved his goddamn tits felt like they were going to explode. It took him a minute to realize that...well...he didn’t have a bra on. He practically squeaked everytime his, you knows, rubbed up against his shirt.

Luke looked like he was having some sort of headache if the expression on his face was anything to go by. Jäger’s autism was just...too much to handle. Anytime anything got inside Luke’s head, voices or whatever, the Doll would go into full blown panic mode and start throwing his own shit at everything. Granted, while that wasn’t true, it was a good way of expressing just how fucking retarded the Doll got in situations like this. Approaching the table, his tits screaming with sensitivity, Luke grabbed one of the flashlights as the cute girl with white hair talked about what she heard the voices say. Glad one of them did. At least they didn’t have the actual voice of autism inside of them. ” will destroy your asshole.” Jäger shot back. But what Ranth said was right.

Looking at Shizuka from over his shoulder did help him calm down a little. Her being here would probably keep him from freaking out too much. He had to admit that she was handling this a lot better than he seemed to be. That Wycliff whatever the fuck suggested drawing straws, but Luke was already moving away from the table by the time he said something. He left it up to Shizuka whether or not she wanted to come with him, but Luke was dead set on investigating regardless. Turning on his flashlight, Luke decided to approach the second door on the left and give it a try.

Hibiki listened as the others revealed their names, or offered ideas. In situations like this, he wasn’t keen to rush about and do things haphazardly. They had no clue where they were, or why they were there. That was true for him, and it seemed like it was true for everyone else as well. A few ideas had been suggested. Drawing lots and splitting up, or staying together and moving slow. He definitely liked the latter more than the former. Given that they didn’t know what to expect, splitting up completely just made them easy pickings. He didn’t really feel like getting singled out and destroyed by something in a situation like this.

With that much determined, he introduced himself to the group. Likely a safe move since he didn’t know any of them, at least by name. The only exception was still Ludwig, but at least that was a Captain, so that was probably a safe bet. ”You can call me Amaya.” she offered to the group. If she was going to be in this form, she might as well use the name that goes with it, right?

Then there was the matter of the ideas that people had had. ”I don’t think splitting up is wise, even if it does let us cover more ground. I agree with Ranth that we should move in groups of two. If there’s something out here that did this…” she paused to gesture at her breasts, ”to us, then there’s a good chance we’re here for more than a mere joke. The safe move is to assume we will encounter hostiles and be prepared for the worst, rather than trying to cover as much ground as possible.”

Calm, thorough analysis. That was always Hibiki’s strength. Even now that her healing expertise had left her again, and her weakness had returned, she still at least had the ability to think, so at least there was that. The healer walked over to Ranth and draped an arm around her shoulders. ”Since we’re on the same page, why don’t we go check out a room together?” Well, it was good to see that the more things change, the more they stay the same. Even in the midst of a situation like this, Hibiki had no issue with her chest squishing into Ranth’s arm and tossing around a bit of a flirt.

”Come on, let’s go!” Whether Ranth was ready or not, she’d find herself dragged along by Hibiki towards the first room on the left. Unless Ranth chose to resist, both of them would enter the first room on the left. What would they find in there? Who knows. All Hibiki knew was that her brain was a bit distracted. Must be all that stupid estrogen. If she was stuck in this body again, there was no harm in trying to have some fun with it, right? Maybe this room would be a bedroom, or maybe it’d be a murder scene. Hard to know until they got there.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

At least he wasn't the only one. Shizuka finally got a good look around himself at everyone. He didn't know about anyone else, but Luke was definitely a girl now. Her dolls were possibly also switched, but Shizuka never had the pleasure of meeting basically any of them. Not on a personal basis, anyway. Shizuka walked himself up next to Luke and gently shoved his hands down his pants. This issue needed to be fixed. Shizuka could not control his penis. He had no idea how! Even thinking about referring to himself in a male pronoun form was hard enough. He kept having to correct his thoughts.

With a minor adjustment, Shizuka forced his penis to settle upwards against his body. He remembered other boys doing that before when they needed to hide an awkward boner. Hopefully it was enough to make this one subside for now. Other than that, without being able to restrain himself, Shizuka reached up and grabbed both of Luke's breasts. They were nice handfuls. He didn't understand what was happening. His body was acting on its own. As a woman, he would never have had these thoughts or actions. He always joked around and flirted by habit, but this was different. He would have been able to push any libido aside and actually move on with his life. But now, now only one thing clouded his mind. Only one thought was brave enough to surface. All he could think about was Luke looking exactly as she did now, sad and scared, so vulnerable, and Shizuka taking complete advantage of her. But with a moment of clarity, he was able to break away from her body. He blushed and looked in any other direction. Ugh, what a nightmare.

The sudden voices were also enough to get him to pay attention. His ears twitched, but there was nothing to hear. These voices were purely in his mind. Shizuka looked around and came to realize that the others must have heard the same things within their minds, as well. Okay, so that wasn't terrible. At least there was something uniting them. It wasn't targeting only one individual, it was speaking to everyone. And Shizuka knew exactly who he wanted to go with to find his way out. If they were going to choose pairs or groups or whatever, the Fullbringer knew he was going to choose Luke. He gently took her hand.

"What do you say, beautiful? Let's go."

[Ludwig Verrlicht]

Ludwig listened quietly as the group, aside from Shizuka, made mention to something in particular. Whether it be their name, their plan of action, or even the simple fact flashlights had been left for them. Convenient but foreboding. Ludwig took a moment to think over things as he walked over to the flashlights. His thoughts were cut off rather chaotically by the voices that sounded more akin to a single dude who seriously needed a cough drop… and possibly a breath mint. People who sounded that bad normally had bad breath also. Regardless once he’d looked back around Luke and Shizuka had run off to their chosen door while Ranth had been waiting but had proceeded to get forcibly dragged away by Amaya. Which left him alone with one person. Wycliff.

Try as he might Ludwig couldn’t stop the internal sigh. Not because he was genuinely unhappy at having his 3rd seat be his companion but that things were just so weird. It honestly was starting to weigh on his mind, specifically that damn question about him being gay and its implications. Try as he might the only thing that really got his mind to stop thinking on that subconsciously were the voices that rudely interrupted other thoughts also. Ludwig had to breath, slow and calm. Steady and even. His mental state if he wasn’t careful could easily shift into something far more negative if he didn’t actively fight against it. Depression was one fucked up bitch afterall and without his ability to release he was stuck dealing with it’s lovely baggage for the time being. Genuinely Ludwig hoped this would all end sooner than later because God help him if had a mental breakdown in their current situation.

A couple more deep breaths and he looked over at Wycliff. He couldn’t help but chuckle some as he looked up to him. “Seems it’ll be you and myself as a team yea? At least we know one another, this would be far worse if we didn’t haha! Before we check out a room how are you holding up? This form is… wierd but not something I can’t handle. What’s more concerning is that I can’t hardly feel my reiatsu. It’s present sure but it’s incredibly sluggish and disconnected currently. While I don’t know for certain I’d hazard a guess you and myself probably couldn’t use kido currently which will mean this is going to be far harder than it would otherwise be.” Taking another breath and frowning to himself, he let out a large sigh before motioning over to the left side of doors.

“With the others taking the two doors on the left I suppose that leaves us with the doors on the right. We need to be careful so let's take it slow with whichever room we inspect. If you even suspect anything weird let me know, I’ll be doing the same.” Regardless of which door Wycliff would choose to go towards he’d be next to him, eyes darting around and ears listening for anything that’d be out of the normal for this old manor. Last thing he wanted was something say spawning from somewhere unexpected and placing Wycliff or himself in harm’s way. Even in his diminished form he was still the squad 13 captain, he needed to ensure Wycliff’s safety regardless of what he could spawn out. In the meantime though as Ludwig looked up at Wycliff he could only chuckle to himself some. For someone so hell bent on doing nothing or just being carefree his new form looks more serious than even I am. If I’m not careful I might actually believe it haha! If nothing else there’s at least one thing to lighten the mood up some.

The first room on the left - The Kitchen (O)

Light! At last! This room was brighter than the rest of the castle from what you’ve seen so far! From the looks of it, it was a kitchen! The tiles were in a black and white checkerboard pattern and there were cooking utensils strewn about. The stove tops and ovens and sinks were grimy and rusted and god knows what’s in that refrigerator with the oddly colored stains on it. It kind of reeked in this room. The smell of burning and charred flesh was somewhat fresh in the air. This room was in chaos. Though, there was a reason for it..

“Gah! Where’s all the food!?”

Amaya and Ranth would see before them a taller male rummaging through drawers for something frantically. At the sound of people entering the room, he’d turn to face the newcomers and scrambled for his flashlight, clutching it closely to his chest. “Stop in the name of the law!” Usually when the coppers said that in television shows, people stopped immediately. There was shock on his face as he’d place his flashlight on the counter, taking one step and then two. His shock was not because he thought he was the only one in this castle but at the sight of a very familiar kitsune.

“Amaya!!”

Immediately the taller teal haired male ran head first for the bright eyed, bushy tailed girl proceeded to tackle her like an excitable puppy, likely bring Ranth down for the count as well. Only it probably didn’t look half as good or as elegant. He was full of happiness. “Amaya! It’s me! Asuka! Do ya remember me! Gosh it sure has been super long! Aha! Where have ya been!?” Bright emerald eyes looked at the kitsune expectantly. This man who literally tackled her to the ground was once a smaller bubbly, female arrancar. Though, now, she was a he and came complete with short, tousled teal hair and voice that erred on the manlier side. All appearances aside, Asuka was still.. Asuka.

“Y’know when I trained Amare in a male gigai, it didn’t feel this uh.. weird…” He said aloud, getting off of her and sitting on the floor, pouting and crossing his arms across his chest. He’d then turn his attention to the other female who would likely be knocked over as well, quickly springing up before reaching a hand out to help her to her feet. “Oh no! Oh gosh! Did I hurt cha? I’m super sorry about that! I’m Asuka! Who are ya?!” The taller teal haired male was as cheery as ever as he bounced from one topic to the next as he’d walk over to the counter to pick up his flashlight. “Did you guys wake up here too?” Asuka sighed and occasionally turned around, as if he’d heard something scratching behind him whilst trying to focus on the two females who’d just entered the kitchen.

“Uh.. Yeah… I uhm.. I woke up next to some other guy. Gosh he sure looked fancy and stuff but was super freaked out. He ran off screaming somewhere about a key but I dunno where he went. I sure hope he’s alright…” He looked off into the distance, fairly worried for the other man. “I’m kinda glad I got to run into you guys. Being here alone was kinda creepy. Makes me shiver even though I’ve got this really cool coat on! Aha~!” Asuka was showing off his cool outfit and would only stop as the sound of scratching got louder in one of the cupboards that wasn’t opened. He looked back to the two and carefully moved to open it. “Careful guys.” He warned. “Man, I hope it’s fo— Ahhh!!!”

Like a bat out of hell flew one large crow out of the cupboard. It’s cawwing was extremely loud and held an ethereal tone to it. Despite this only being a kitchen, the other explorers of the castle could hear the eerie cries of this animal too. In its claws, it carried a book which Asuka tried to wrestle away from it. “Hey! Let it go! You can’t read!” The troublesome bird struggled and eventually relented and flew straight between Amaya and Ranth and off into parts unknown. Asuka looked the book over and shrugged, holding it out to one of the two females. “One of you guys should hold on to it. I don’t want it.”

There are only two doors in this room. One to the right which, they could all see into now that another pair was in that room and the door they came through. Team Amaya & Ranth could easily walk in and choose another room from there to explore or they could go elsewhere!

Luke & Shizuka
The second room on the left - The Ballroom (E)

The light in this room is fairly dim and it’s airy in here. A few lit, ornate sconces were scattered throughout the large open space. There was a large, beautiful piano in the very rightmost corner that seemed function and music sheets scattered about. A record player in the left most corner with broken records on the ground. Some instruments laid about like the clarinet which had dried blood on the mouthpiece, a guitar whose strings were frayed and the almighty, all important, illustrious Triangle.

The further Luke & Shizuka stepped into the room, two small little boys would come into view. Two small, adorable little boys sitting in the middle of the Ballroom on the lacquered floor. They had toys scattered around them and they were laughing lightly, enjoying themselves as they played. First they’d played with toy soldiers and then trucks and cars. It was an odd sight to see in this creepy castle but it was a cute scene.

They both seemed like brothers.Twins perhaps. Both had black hair with bowl cuts in white shirts and black suspenders with little red bow ties. They carried on like this for a while and if Luke & Shizuka tried to talk to them, they wouldn’t respond to them. As if they were completely ignoring them. They’d only be able to hear idle chatter until a certain point where, if they got even closer to the boys that one of the little ones had started to play with a wooden top.

“Jonah?”

The one with the wooden top called to the other who was just staring at him blankly. The one known as Jonah just watched the other boy and cleared all his other toys, pushing it off to the side to watch the other boy play. “Would you like a turn, Jonah?” The other asked, stopping and looking at his brother. “No.” Jonah says. His face had the look of pure evil and focused on his brother’s with an impish grin. “I want ALL the turns!”

As soon as Jonah said that, he grabbed the top from the other boy and proceeded to lunge him, hitting him in the face with the top he’d just stolen. Jonah’s fist with the top continuously sailed down onto the defenseless boy’s face repeatedly. He just beat the other boy mercilessly who started to cry and scream out, “Ow! Oww! Stop!” while the other started to laugh with eerie delight. It would be then, they’d pause and look at both Luke and Shizuka long and hard, finally acknowledging them and smiling before fading out of existence.

As if that wasn’t creepy enough, the Ballroom pair would hear the screeching of a crow in their ears but they would see no crow. Not in this room at least. It sounded the loudest in the room to the left of them which they could see in; It was the kitchen where they’d see Amaya, Ranth and a man with teal hair. It seems as though you can see into rooms where your companions have been in previously! There were a few options to choose from. There two more unexplored paths from the Ballroom to choose from. Another door straight ahead and one to the right. There was also the choice of backing out of the Ballroom and exploring elsewhere.

Wycliff & Ludwig
First Room on the Right - The Gardens (E)

This place was a sight for sore eyes. Ludwig’s concerns for his mental state were incredibly valid. This was just the beginning but a taste was all they’d need to see just how badly and how important it was to get out of this castle. It was really dark but not quite as dark as the other parts of the unexplored castle. You’d both realize that you’re outside. The cool night air hits your skin and you both don’t feel so terrible yet. It was fresh air but there would be no sound. Just an eerie stillness in the dead of the night. Were you both outside of the castle already? Was it that easy?

Oh, if only..

As both Wycliff & Ludwig step further in, they’d feel like they were walking on grass and then stone. Upon further inspection, they’d both see that they were in a garden. It was pretty. There were flowers of all kinds in good condition and all sorts of colors in bloom as well as a stone path leading to the only other door they could go through. The grass here was plush and soft and there were statues. Ones of angels and animals and a functional fountain in one corner.

In the other corner, there was a chair with what seemed like an adorable plush, stuffed animal. If Ludwig and Wycliff noticed, it was norma. In this garden full of trinkets and decorations, it wasn’t terribly out of place. Perhaps the owners of this castle had children? Who knows…? It sat there idly as most stuffed animals would. Though, in a blink of an eye, it was gone. As if it blinked out of existence for a solid minute.. only to return to Wycliff’s side, looking far more deranged and torn. It was evil looking. It jumped to Wycliff, screaming and he would be left with no choice but to fight it off.
