Description: These are the mentally unhinged, the eccentric, the "crazies". People of this personality type are generally seen as outcasts from society. They don't tend to be understood by others, don't tend to "play nice", and don't tend to play it safe either. On a spiritual level, these Unstable people are cursed with mental blocks to their abilities. This can show itself in a number of different mental illnesses such as severe depression, multiple personality disorder, Bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder etc. At some times, they may think themselves on top of the world and as strong as Superman. At other times, they may think they have a physical deformity that prevents them from walking normally. This instability is frequently changing their mental state, often causing these people to be labelled with some sort of illness or brain damage. The same situation on different days can yield drastically different reactions from these kinds of people.

Initial Weapons: Can start with two, though this is optional. A Shinigami of this Type can develop two different Shikai with different abilities that merge together in Bankai, while a Bount can start with two Dolls instead of one and end with a total of four Dolls. No new Release technique slots are gained, so techniques are spread thinner among more weapons. Bonus weapon is limited to Shinigami and Bount

- Rank 1: Choose 2 stats that are not cut by the Drawbacks. These stats will randomly be decided at the beginning of every thread and every 5 posts afterwards on a scale from a 50% decrease (100 would be 50) to a 50% increase (100 would be 150) by rolling a die from 05-15 individually for both stats. (0.5x multiplier to 1.5x multiplier)
- Rank 2: Choose 2 stats that are not cut by the Drawbacks. These stats will randomly be decided at the beginning of every thread and every 5 posts afterwards on a scale from a 50% decrease (100 would be 50) to a 100% increase (100 would be 200) by rolling a die from 05-20 individually for both stats. (0.5x multiplier to 2.0x multiplier)
- Rank 3: Choose 2 stats that are not cut by the Drawbacks. These stats will randomly be decided at the beginning of every thread and every 6 posts afterwards on a scale from a 50% decrease (100 would be 50) to a 150% increase (100 would be 250) by rolling a die from 05-25 individually for both stats. (0.5x multiplier to 2.5x multiplier)
- Rank 4: Choose 3 stats that are not cut by the Drawbacks. These stats will randomly be decided at the beginning of every thread and every 6 posts afterwards on a scale from a 50% decrease (100 would be 50) to a 150% increase (100 would be 250) by rolling a die from 05-25 individually for all stats. (0.5x multiplier to 2.5x multiplier)
Disadvantage:
- Drawbacks for All Ranks: The potential Advantages of this Type are caused by some sort of mental instability brought on by mental illness or brain damage that causes the potential mental blocks in their abilities.
- Rank 1: Decrease Strength, Reiatsu Strength, or Spiritual Pressure by 30%. Healing Expertise is forever locked at 0. Cannot take the Calm Mind Skill nor increase Strength of Will above 2.
- Rank 2: Decrease Strength, Reiatsu Strength, or Spiritual Pressure by 30%. Healing Expertise is forever locked at 0. Cannot take the Calm Mind Skill nor increase Strength of Will above 2.
- Rank 3: Decrease Strength, Reiatsu Strength, or Spiritual Pressure by 40%. Healing Expertise is forever locked at 0. Cannot take the Calm Mind Skill nor increase Strength of Will above 2.
- Rank 4: Decrease Strength, Reiatsu Strength, or Spiritual Pressure by 50%. Healing Expertise is forever locked at 0. Cannot take the Calm Mind Skill nor increase Strength of Will above 2.
