Her hairs stood from beginning to end. Early warning signals were triggered among the stems of the woman's neuron pathways. Solely on instinct did Yua retreat with every advance from the White Tiger made closer to her. Regardless of the Human speech that it had mustered, its mimicry didn't ease the tension that the Beastclan member felt in herself. The Kobolt remained vigilant in her stance, taking the level of caution needed to insure her safety. Though, what he spoke of was not ignored as subtle facts triggered the fragment of printed memory of some time ago in their hunt. Some patches of land that the hunters had scavenged past were somewhat tailored with a strange aroma. Fiercely powerful, but faint in the senses of Humans. Animals were much more keen than that of their kind; much more sensitive to the changes in nature, and the atmosphere. These alterations in the air made the girl curious, though, being set aside as to not having been introduced to other animals aside from the usual Canine and Feline.

There were not many animals, or pets, among the Humans of Rukongai. Many of them were kept so long as the families were capable of affording them. Considering owning a pet more to be a luxury among the poor, a sort of higher standing among their people. Yua was raised into a poor family, but she never saw them as being poor. They gave her the same love and care they did their own child. Never did she feel like an outcast among the family. But among those of here in the Wilderness, it was all for one; the survival of the fittest. Humans were the same in such regard, but not that of her Master. The Humans were much more sensible than that of the Beastclan member that brought her here, however, even one such as he was able to create a boundary that they did tread into. Something that her Master realized even before herself.

In such a case, Yua's Humans were the intruders. In such a case, they had to retreat and go else where to find resources. For that reason, when the Beast approached again, leaving a potential spot open for an attack, there was some space for negotiation. For that reason, the girl shackled her instincts, and answered with that of what her Master instilled into her; control. Handling a young Beastclan member in a Human society isn't easy. Much more difficult than that of an average house-pet. With an ever growing intelligence, and those tendencies of an animal and a child, Yua's ability to thrash about when in a tantrum. So, one could only wonder when child Beastclan member, with no sense of modesty, fierce temper, energetic, and small attention span, could do to a small three member family.

All due to diligence that the Human man was able to reason, and to train the young Beastclan girl into the tamed creature that she was this day. The Kobolt stretched out her neck for the creature, laying herself along the dirt floor to better pan the weight away from her neck. "G-Go.... to.....M-M-Mass-ter.." she uttered beneath the low growl resonating from the depths of her throat. She had to get back to her Human Master. Keeping herself stilled enough for the plant mixture to be applied. If the beast did this for a reason, then it was in hopes of completing such first that she would be able to return to her person. "...W-What..... w-want.?" she inquired.

Looking at the female it seemed that she had allowed him to get closer. With that he was able to place the salve on her wounds keeping the blood from spilling out more. This was good, progress was being made here with this girl even more so when he got her name. Even if Amaru wasn't the most emotional developed he knew when something was afraid. Fear was an emotion he could understand easily, prey feared, weak things had fear. He didn't fear, he was a hunter and to him fear was weakness that had no place in hunting. This fear in her voice also followed with her asking to go back to her master.

He didn't like that she had asked to go back to that human who seemed to keep her on a leash. Beast clan should be free and wild not serving humans. He let out a low growl at the thought of her returning to serve a human. "Why return, you free now." This was one of his many questions that he had for her, however he had to know what drove her to simply try and return to the man he had just freed her from. In his time he had learned that Beast clan and humans didn't get along and often fought. Just like what had happened before, so to him for her to try and go back didn't make sense.

By this time Amaru pulled away from Yua not wanting to risk being attacked again. Not that he thought that she would give the way both of them were hurt at the moment, however you never knew what could happen. When hunting he had often seen females strike back when cornered or forced even when they knew that they couldn't win. In those situations he remembers being hurt more than any other time given how ferocious they were. As such he wanted to give her a bit of room from him, however he wasn't that far away from her and if she tried to run he could easily pounce on her.

Time was passing,what was once a mid day hunt for Yua was now tuning into a late encounter. The sun was gong down. Most of the day was gone and each moment slowly brought the darkness of the night closer and closer. With the night hunger also came, Amaru hadn't eaten all day, his hunt was interrupted by finding her and her human pack hunting in his land. He would have to hunt and eat soon, possibly hunting for Yua as well given the way things were going. `

"Free now." That is what the beast proclaimed that she was now. A proclamation in which Yua found to be nonsense as she never considered herself to be trapped, let alone being stuck by any means. Not that the beast himself would understand remaining in the state that he was in now. Creatures such as them were classified as completely different beasts than those who were bred around the Humans. One being more primal than the other, as the house bred are more knowledgeable and tend to be more tamed. Both sides had their pros and cons in which assisted them greatly as to what they do, including seeing a different aspect as well. Being where she was with her Master, it was freedom. She lived a peaceful life, being able to sleep, eat, wake, give bread, etc without restrictions. She was free to do what she wanted.

Yes, there were some odds about having a member of the Beastclan roaming around in a Human society. The difference in treatment among the two species was indeed present as she wandered about along the side of her Master. Their eyes narrowing at the sight of her. Smiles shifting to that of snarling frowns. Yua had gazed at all of the distaste that lingered among the faces of the other Human beings as either resentment or scorn over came them. Either way, the home that she only knew of was at the side of her Master.

"M-Master...gave... home. Master... made... home.. for me." She was too young to remember. Too young to even know what her original parents looked like. Too young for Yua to open her eyes during such a time. Her nose took in many aromas, different scents to know, to differentiate who was who. All Yua could remember now was the warmth. The warmth that sheltered her was one that she could memorize. Something so insignificant to others was all she can manage to know who it was. The other Humans around her did not emit the same comforting atmosphere that he did. Although they very much look alike, the difference was keenly there as they stood beside her. No other could provide the level of comfort that her Master had when beside her. With him she felt safe, and at home. He helped to create a place for her.

"Master...is...home." Yua stated. "Yua...go..home now." There was nothing more for the two to discuss on the matter. The Human Master stilled remained in the wilderness. She had to return to him just as she knew he would continue to search for her. Even as a member of the Beastclan, she was very much like a daughter just as much as their Human born child. Yua returned to her hunched position, she kept pace slow to help with her injured neck section. She had to get back home and keep her Master safe.

The words that Yua gave him didn't convince him as to why she stayed with the man. All he got from it was that she had been taken as a child from her true home. Possibly by this very person that she called her father, however it seemed that she had chosen him as part of her pack. That was something he understood, something that he could respect, yet he had a feeling that she had made the wrong choice in what her true pack should be. Not one who took her from her family, but ones of her kind. Yet before he could actually voice this he saw her form moving in the darkness away from him and into the forest.

He knew why she wanted to move yet the darkness that was coming would make things hard for anyone to actually see in this forest. Worse yet she was hurt and easy prey from weaker hunters that took advantage of weakened alphas. He wasn't about to let one he took interest in be taken out by a scavenger. He got up from where he had been sitting,his wounds still covered in the salve he had prepared. He grabbed her by one of her arms, he was towering over her looking down at the female. He didn't have anger or rage in his eyes. No it was more of a soft look of worry. "Darkness invites the weak ones, they hunt on those hurt. Hurt like you." Even this close she could see him pointing at where she was hurt. "Won't last, will die if try. Smell, they smell."

Amaru would stop talking taking a deep breath in motioning that Yua should do the same. If she did she would smell the scent of other beasts in the area, all of which had the smell of rotten blood on their wet fur. While the exact number of the beasts couldn't be counted due to the scents all mixing around with one another, it was clear that they were numerous and clearly out numbered the two of them, but they kept their distance and didn't seemed like they would move in close while the two of them were together. Whatever the reason that they didn't move in it was clear that if she didn't want to be attacked she would have to move with him. Amaru wasn't afraid of these things, he had dealt with them before, he didn't like that they lived in his area, but they did help with taking down weaker and less interesting hunts. Amaru kept them from hunting his own prey meaning that they had to go after anything else that entered into his area hurt.

"Choice is yours, rest and live, leave in day or I take you back to human, tomorrow during day return to answer." Amaru would wait to see what she would choose. Either choice she would take he would accept as it was her own choice. If she chose to stay he would help her back to the area he called a campground as well as making a makeshift bed for her. If she chose to go towards her human he grumble while lifting her up against him so he could carry her in the woods. He would do this mostly to keep her from slowing him down and keeping her from being harmed more while heading towards her human he would be able to smell out the man in the night air. When letting her down he would give her a warning to keep her word of returning or he would hunt her down.

There was no doubt in what Amaru spoke of being true. The woods here in Soul Society were more particularly dangerous than that of the Human world. Unlike the beasts that wandered the living woods and forests in many of the world's more natural preserves, those that resided within the spiritual world evolve and develop their ability to do what they do best. The restrictions of a physical body caused a majority of one's own abilities to remain dormant. Tethered by pain and fragile frame, the body had a set boundary that it could not push without destroying itself. With that being known, there was a limit as to how far one's own skills could reach. In other words, a glass ceiling was what restricted most living beings to remain to where they stood. But those that resided in the spiritual realms did not. They did not have those solid shells to confine them to the base standards that most beings were restricted from leaving.

What Amaru spoke of was correct, regardless of how she didn't wish to believe it so. The remains of her wound was seal with the makeshift ointment that the White Tiger had applied earlier. Its thick paste helped to solidify the remains of her blood, mixing together to act as a natural seal while preventing it from being infected. Not that it was perfect as some remains stained the girl's glowing bronze fur, dripping from the moist hair tips. Yua would still have to receive proper treatment when she returned home back at Rukongai. But first things was first as her Master had to be found. She knew that he would still be looking for her, like that of a Father for his daughter. Despite what facts that she knew about the nature of beasts, and that of what Amaru told her about the wilderness, she still made her decision. "Yua...go home."

To her surprise that when stating this that the Tiger went about in attempting to pick her up. Yua refused. She didn't wish for herself to be a burden by adding additional weight onto her fellow Beastclan member. She desired to reach him with her own strength. Her neck swelled from the pain and throbbed relentlessly. The chilled air of the night helped to cool the burning sensation that came with the bleeding. Though it had ceased altogether at this point in time, the remains of it stuck to her and spread across the wilderness air. Faint to normal senses, but powerful to the creatures that thrived on its scent. They hunger for it, and they will come to seek it out.

This was what Amaru grew concern over just as much as Yua was. Her blood would mix with that of the wilderness air, inviting those who hunt an easy target to hunt. Aroma was one method for a hunter to stalk their prey. Especially more so in the darkness of the night where visual senses were dulled for most creatures. However, for their kind it was more easily done, and if not so, then thrilling. Yua had not experienced such a thing yet. Tracking blood was not done often for her as much of her prey were at full health and non-spoiled. Fresh targets with no injuries. Regardless, she knew the thrill of the hunt. A particular sensation that overcame her when doing so. Primal, eager, her adrenaline raced when she drew closer to her target. She remembered waiting, taking a single step minutes from the previous one. It had not been trained as much as the others have been as the Beastwoman had been domesticated. However, it remained waiting to be awakened as it was meant to be.

Yua wouldn't wait for the morning to come as her Master would still be out looking for her. His own life was in danger. This she knew, and wouldn't risk his life, and health, for that of her own.
