((OOC: This is a joint training thread that is open to any employees of Uzaki Enterprises. For this, Zeich will be training for TTP.))
It’s time.
Zeich stood in what had once been Kazura’s office for a long while, at the top of Uzaki Enterprises’ main headquarters. The room still was decorated to be the office of the corporate owner, but it stood vacant despite its designation. It was a security measure that the Vizard had worked out with his… “employer” a short time back, moving him to a quiet corner office on one of the middle floors of the building, providing him with the greatest level of safety short of keeping him out of the building altogether. After all, if you expected an attack, you didn’t stay in the place where they were most likely expecting you; that was common sense, and Zeich wasn’t sure how Kazura hadn’t seen it to begin with.
But that was a security measure that had been handled; now, it was time to move to another one. For a long while, Zeich had not been able to meet with his fellow employees. Whether it was due to Vizard’s lack of desire to socialize or simply their unavailability, he had yet to do more than get a basic dossier on each, with the information provided by Kazura. As a result, the former Shinigami had no way of telling just how effective his “allies” were just yet, especially in the face of sudden and urgent emergency situations. That was going to change today, however, as he learned just what it was that the other employees could do.
Zeich had already gotten permission from Kazura; once that was out of the way, he was free to act as he needed. And he had just the idea in mind to test how well the other members of Uzaki Enterprises would handle such a situation. Drawing his Zanpaktou from its sheathe, the Vizard closed his eyes, and let the power flow out from him.
“Alright, Tsukikage. It’s time to initiate lockdown. Bankai: Kage-no-Tsukinoaruji”
For those within Uzaki Enterprises, it had already been a strange day. Most of the normal staff had been let go for an early weekend, a message delivered via a mass memo from Kazura himself. The only people left on staff were those who were spiritually aware, in particular the employees who were to serve in various roles of combat and similar support. The reasons given were straightforward; though staffing was being reduced, they couldn’t leave the building completely unguarded either. So they were down to a reduced staff, whose job was… well, to be prepared, and keep an eye out.
Of course, that wasn’t to last. Regardless of what others were doing in their time, they’d all find the same thing happening within moments of one another. The rooms, normally decorated and designed with both comfort and function in mind, started to fade in color, shifting until everything was the same, solid shade of gray. The floors, the walls, the objects in each room… all of them went gray. At the same time, any ability to sense spiritual energy outside of each room was simply nullified, as though the walls itself blocked that particular sense for each individual.
What was the cause of this strange shift? Why were their spiritual senses suddenly nullified? Either way, something was up, and it was up to those who were still within the building to find a way to deal with it before everything came collapsing down around them.
((OOC: Participants may be anywhere within the building at the start, with the exception of the upper floors. Elevators within the building do not work at this time, but assume all employees know the basic layout of the building unless you choose not to do so IC (particularly New Hires). Feel free to act as you will! Note that this training will last until the thread naturally ends or if Zeich runs out of Reiatsu maintaining/refreshing his Bankai and its abilities.))
Remaining Reiatsu: 7800/8000 (-200 for Bankai)
