Height/Weight: [9'5/600 lbs.]
Physical Description: [To begin with, he's a huge, bulky figure. Grimoire's body is intensively disfigured and deformed. He is huge, clocking in and over nine feet tall, and with massive muscles that are so enormous and so prominent that they make his entire body appear to be one large coalescing of biceps. He is incredibly hideous and deformed looking. His skin is some kind of deep, dark orange mix, intensely colored. His face is ugly and grotesque, appearing to be muscular and covered in triceps. His skin is as hard as steel, though it feels like skin. His muscles are easily larger than most average male torsos just on his arms alone, and are tight. He also has a massive pack, and he has very wide shoulders, a wide body.
The muscular arms and legs could well have something like octaceps or something, and the pack might be fourteen to sixteen, or similar. Either way, he's a big guy. His shoulders and arms are huge, and so are his fists. His body is so muscular as to appear deformed. He's tall, and he towers over everything and everybody. Just the way that he looks is daunting. Directly hitting Grimoire though makes it seem like one is hitting a steel girder. That's how tough his skin is because of being from Hell, and because of his muscles. The iron shirt technique that he practices means that nobody can punch him or kick him without feeling like they hit or kicked steel. His fists alone are larger than most male adult's heads.
As a result, striking Grimoire simply results in the attacker taking more damage than Grimoire did. Many break their hands directly against Grimoire's body because of the sheer density of his muscle. His eyes are a deep, scary yellow that just stare out at an enemy. Oftentimes, when glaring at them, one can see reflected in his eyes brief imagery of Hell. His hair is also gray and spiked, with a small ponytail just at the very top. A grim, even hateful look is always visible on Grimoire's face. He's sour looking, and even looks like he's nothing but brute force. But, behind all of that is cunning, believe it or not. The eyes, they're cold, and show that he's from Hell just from the kind of look that he has in them. There is no being that is more in command of his rage as a tool than Grimoire.
However, the eyes are also filled with intelligence and cunning. One look past the hatred, and one can see the plots, the deviousness. He's someone that doesn't let others get in his way. If they do even so much as try, they're killed instantly. Grimoire's muscles can help him see to that. There are no scars on his body at all, mostly because after breaking his old shell as a Sinner, he gained a new body and got out. With that power of his, no one could ever really land a lasting wound on Grimoire ever again. That was definitely a good thing for him.
Grimoire's fists are huge. Being massive, it shows that he has another rather massive part, just saying. He also has a dark blue tank top robe that he wears at all times. Forget the black or white coats that Akki and Arrancar are expected to wear. Grimoire wears something akin to regular clothing. He wears gray pants made of the same fabric to match his appearance. He usually wears some form of sandles identical to those that shinigami wear, though sometimes he does indeed also go straight out barefoot.
Grimoire also seems to have two sheaths on his back, crossed like an X. The sheaths are rather large, and in each is a large silver katana. However, the katanas are modified and guardless, so as to be one handed blades. That isn't what's scary about them though. They're big enough to be twice the size of average buster swords. Each blade is easily at least three meters long, and a meter wide, yet Grimoire swings them around effortlessly like regular katanas. They're essentially one handed buster swords that Grimoire can rip out and utilize at any given time. Being as large as they are, and as heavy, though to Grimoire they're light due to his strength, they can break just about anything with sheer momentum.
Those swords are vicious, honestly. But, what's even scarier is Grimoire's legs. Though he can draw the swords at any times, one will notice very accurately that his arms have no chains on them. The truth is that his pants cover even the shape of his chains, which are on his legs instead of arms. The shackles are on his ankles, high up. His chains are wrapped very carefully so that if he disturbs them in the proper way, they will unravel and he can use them. But, it's also so that they don't cut him. They are heavily bladed all around so that they can carve things to ribbons with simple hits.
The chains will wrap around people when used, and they will pierce into skin with the blades if they do. Grimoire is also known to have the blades facing an angle, meaning that if someone hits or kicks his legs, the blades will dig into whatever hit Grimoire's legs. As a result, he has a technically defended lower half. He has the chains on his legs also because it allows him to use both sword and chain play at the same time. Two swords and two chains, becoming a wild maelstrom of power. Sometimes he'll even forego the second sword to add fists in there too.
Just as well, since he's so strong, Grimoire is capable of killing just about anything that gets in his way. When he towers over things, his shadow looks humongous. Grimoire's fists are sturdy, and his hands are callused because of all of the work he's done in battle. His feet are callused to, and he can walk on nearly any surface without feeling pain. He can walk on hot surfaces, cool surfaces, and even quicksand and slightly acidic surfaces.
As opposed to most people, Grimoire's thick skin is more than just thickness. It has evolved to become a proper defense against heat because of his time in Hell. As a result of his defenses, Grimoire can actually bathe in lava for a period of around four minutes before he starts to burn. Flames have a very difficult time against him, and anything related to heat can really take a long time to work on him. Grimoire resists heat fever, mirages, dehydration, etc for a long time. Heat just won't get to him like most people. Neither will fire or lava.
Though he can't use Kido, Grimoire clearly has tons of other advantages. His knuckles are particularly solid like titanium, and this is clear by the size of his fists. A single punch, and Grimoire can probably blast apart someone's head. He's that tough. Anyone facing him should be on the look out for his raw strength. Even in Hell, Grimoire never needed to patch himself together. He was just too strong.
Even as a hollow he was tough. Back when he was a hollow, Grimoire was a beast with a large body. It isn't even clear what kind of beast he was, anymore. He was just an enormous white beast with giant muscles and giant fists. He didn't develop many of the powerful hollow abilities, but early on Grimoire was able to easily bully his way through attacks. As a hollow, Kido didn't seem to hurt him that much, and blades hitting him were like steel to steel.
He was a once in a generation type of hollow, and that was why he managed to eat numerous shinigami and other spirits along his time. It was why instead of risking it, though a seated officer probably could have silenced Grimoire, a Captain was sent to kill him. At any rate, Grimoire was strong as a hollow. His mask didn't resemble anything known to man. It was a beast, a demon. Nothing more to it than that.
As a sinner, he was the same as he is now, except he was gray skinned, covered by some kind of gray scaly suit because of being a sinner, and he had on a white phantom mask. Grimoire's strength meant that he was never a prime target. He was, from the start, one of the predators that went around and killed other sinners, devouring their power. Rarely did he need to hide from a superior enemy.
Grimoire has a hollow hole, yes. It is located on his chest, hidden just barely by the tank top that he wears. It's on the side of his chest, a deep hole. And, right next to it is a tattoo revealing his number as an Envainar. Most people can't see it until he slightly adjusts and moves his tank top. Grimoire knows that it will scare anyone that sees his number. "1." ]
Face Claim: Akuma]

Dislikes: [Create a List below.]
One § Love - What's so great about love and affection? Grimoire was never into that kind of thing, even as a human. It's useless, and petty. He only tried it once, and he hated it. He hated the feeling of it, and he hated the result of it. There is no proper love in this world, only basic attachment and necessity, or otherwise lust and chemical expectation.
Two § Dirty shoes - They are repulsive, smelly, and they aren't fun to look at, be around, or even wear. Utterly disgusting, who DOES like them? Grimoire himself wears sandles, rather than shoes. His feet are so sturdy that they can practically withstand anything better than shoes can.
Three § Day Time - The brightness is too much. After being in Hell for so long, Grimoire likes things to at least be darker, a little bit more gloomy. Rain is fine. But the day time is just too bright and colorful and cheery. He hates it. No, he despises it. It's just one of those things, those irrational things.
Four § Shinigami - They had to send a CAPTAIN to kill him. At his current level, he'd crush any captain. And yet they had the nerve to claim him in their little "hollow bingo book" or whatever as something they'd killed. He hates it. Grimoire absolutely hates it. One day, the Soul Society will burn.
Five § Waiting - What's so great about waiting? In lines, for people, etc. He hates it. He will always hate it. It's one of those things that nobody really likes, but some people have the patience for. Grimoire does not have the patience to wait for people as a result of their stupidity and mental retardation.
Six § Weaklings - Why are they so weak? Their suffering is pathetic. If they're weak, there wasn't even much hope to begin with. It's useless, and it sucks. It's worthless for them to even try anything against someone as strong as Grimoire is. He's an Envainar. THE Envainar.
Seven § Teenage girls - Holy god they're so annoying. With their inability to decipher emotions, and that stupid stuff of theirs. All the "Oh I'm in love" and "Oh I fucked when I was 13" and all of that dirty, filthy slutty stuff that goes on with so many teenage girls these days. It's just such a stupid drag, and it's annoying and useless at the same time. It's so pathetic that Grimoire just can't stand it. He hates all teenage girls. He has even considered raping some since he's a demon. He's considered using demonic possession to have their dads rape them or something too. He usually decides it's a waste of time though. Usually.
Eight § Sleeping - Nobody sleeps in Hell. Now it's just a useless habit. Grimoire does it and hates it. Why sleep when one can be active, always and constantly doing something? Sleeping freaking sucks. It's lame.
Nine § Know-It-Alls - Stop thinking you know everything. Especially if you're weak. The strong people have been around long enough to decipher the world around them and try and know everything. But if you're weak and you suck, you clearly don't know everything. That's Grimoire's idea of know it alls. And most people are weaker than him. And therefore most people are weak. And so most people need to shut the hell up.
Ten § Fearlessness - There's no such thing as a smart person that has no fear. Anyone that claims to have no fear, or really does lack fear, is just a stupid moron. That person is mentally retarded, an idiot that really needs to just be quiet and get with the program that fear is something that keeps one on their toes. If you have no fear, you can't fight to begin with.
Eleven § Weak Impressionists - People who try to force impressions and opinions onto people that are more knowledgeable and more powerful than they are. Grimoire despises these people, and simply because their messages fall short from ears when the people delivering them are unfit to give such messages. It is almost like a first grader trying to teach a college professor.
Likes: [Create a list below.]
One § Suffering - Seeing enemies suffer. Grimoire represents agony. By being through agony in Hell, in learning all about it, he has come to love inflicting it, and seeing it in others. He can no longer feel it, but he will rejoice in others feeling it.
Two § Water - A tasteless and pure drink, this is honestly one of those things that it is a relief to have again. In Hell, no such thing exists. Only small, filthy puddles, and the River Styx can support water. As a result, having it is a luxury.
Three § The Moon - Grimoire loves the moon because of its brilliant light. In Hell, there is nothing so glamorous as the moon, and everything is depressing and evil. Being under the moon is great. The sun sucks because it's too bright.
Four § Animals - Grimoire is good with animals for a simple reason. He is able to relate to them. To the agony of some of their primitive lives. To the feeling of being hunted. He can relate, and thus he likes animals. That's all.
Five § Battle - By battling, Grimoire gains more chances to inflict misery, and agony. In inflicting agony, he fulfills his purpose. He loves it. He loves the feeling of killing people, of destroying enemies and allies alike. Of butchering them.
Six § Blood - Grimoire loves the agony enemies fell when he drains them of their blood. When he cuts them open and it starts to spill. When he severs limbs and it spells. When he just rips them into pieces and watches them scream. Nothing is better than that one feeling.
Seven § Boldness - It means that they'll have hope in battle. Hope that Grimoire can crush. By crushing their hope, he further influences their lives, further inflicts an agony that is unbelievable. In doing so, he kills. I n doing this, Grimoire truly does reveal what it means to be a demon. An Akki, an Envainar of Las Noches.
Eight § Chaos - Grimoire's joy is obvious in chaos. He lives the feeling of sending everything into the pit of hell. He likes it, and he embraces it. Embraces the chaos, and the way of the chaos. There isn't much more beyond his embracing of it, other than continuous hate for those that reject it.
Nine § Screams - They help represent everything that Grimoire has come to love. Chaos, blood, battle, all of that. By getting those screams, he can exact their very last droplets of agony, until they are left begging to die. Begging to be killed. It's funny, and it's also very much amusing and satisfying.
Ten § Destruction - What can be better than destroying things to inflict agony? Is there anything better? This is what Grimoire likes the most. More than anything else. He just likes to kill and destroy. Hopes, dreams, everything that can be destroyed.
Eleven § Staring at the night sky - The sky is beautiful, isn't it? Grimoire loves it, so. It's very much one of the best things to do. That emptiness may seem pointless, but Hell's "sky" is a horrifying thing to see. It's much better to see the calm, regular black sky of the night.
Twelve § Agony - What's wrong with inflicting it? It's one of the greatest pleasures ever. Grimoire has experienced true agony, and far worse than anything he can inflict. And yet, he can inflict some pretty nasty things, and so he will do that as best he can. This is the thing that he loves most, over anything else entirely.
Thirteen § Torture - Who doesn't like to torture people? Torture is fun, it's so great. To torture someone is to rip them to shreds either mentally or physically. Or both. One way or another, it's great to torture people.
Flaws: [Create a list below.]
One § Arrogance - Of course he would be cocky. Grimoire is one of the strongest ever to live. He's the Primera Envainar, the ultimate Akki. Honestly, who could ever match him? It's true. It's not just arrogance, though he's guilty of far more hubris than he lets on. He's so arrogant that some people (Kuroi Naito) would be disgusted.
Two § Hate - He's hateful. Just too hateful. Not only is he ugly, but his personality is very difficult to get along with. He's a mostly solitary figure, blending in with the ice and the cold. Grimoire will do anything to attain his goal, even betray and destroy his so called comrades.
Three § Ugly - Let's face it. That's a flaw. Grimoire is pretty damned ugly. He's got muscle, he's big. He's ugly despite all that. He doesn't have a good face, and his body is TOO muscly for anyone to really think him attractive. Akki sure as hell don't find each other attractive. They find human type bodies attractive.
Four § Stubbornness - Grimoire is stubborn, and once a topic of argument has been started, he will not back down until proven incontrovertibly wrong. He is a vicious, and fiery person, something that could be his downfall should it get him into the bad graces of the wrong person.
Five § Disloyalty - Grimoire wants to accomplish a certain goal. He wants revenge. What good is loyalty if it stops revenge? If he has to, he will abandon his current ties in the search for revenge. That's all there is to it. Grimoire is that kind of a person, after all. It isn't really that hard to understand, is it?
Habits: [Create a list below.]
One § Arm Crossing - Grimoire just crosses his arm for no reason all the time. Even in battle he might cross his arms. Perhaps he likes to seem like the cruel, powerful type that just stares down at people and looks down on them as he rips them apart with his power. Well, either way he's really strong. It's no wonder he looks down on people.
Two § Drinking Blood - A more grotesque habit of his. Grimoire does indeed sometimes drink the blood of his fallen and defeated enemies. The reason behind this is that, being an Akki, he really does love the taste of blood and suffering and all that fun stuff. When he can do that to people, why wouldn't he?
Three § Disdain - Grimoire has a rather cold attitude since his actual focus is revenge. He plans to take revenge on a certain someone, and as a result he is always going to feel it, that urge to shun the rest of the world with his cold, and with his agony.
Four § Insulting things - Grimoire does indeed often insult things. He insults powers, people, etc. He does it just because. He's talking, and just feels like insulting. He gets the urge to insult, and so he does it. It's not that hard to understand, really. He sees, he may very well insult. He kills people's egos.
Five § Overkill - Well, OBVIOUSLY he does overkill. Grimoire's victims are left in a pile of goo. They're left in over a hundred pieces for people to find. Identifying them is usually damn near impossible. Of course he's someone that really does go through quite the amount of overkill.
Six § Drama - He's dramatic. Grimoire likes being dramatic. He likes making people see his true and fullest power through his drama. Hell, maybe at some point he could've become a theater artist. Now unfortunately he's a bit too ugly to do so. But something tells him he'd do fine on stage if he wasn't ugly.
Fears: [Create a list below.]
Grimoire only feels one thing. Which is losing his chance to attain his goal. He fears death, which will stop him from attaining his goal. He fears someone killing his target of revenge first. He fears someone deciding that it's impossible. He fears his object of revenge being stronger than he is. Many things contribute to it, but Grimoire's central fear is simply the fear of being unable to kill the person that he wants to kill.
Goals: [Create a list below.]
World of Agony - Grimoire's ultimate goal is called World of Agony. It is his belief that Hell's intention is to rise and consume the three worlds. Therefore, Grimoire's final objective is to aid in this by doing whatever he can. He knows that Hell, in order to be able to truly gain power in the worlds and intervene, needs to see weakness. His intent, therefore, is to weaken all of the worlds gradually with agony, pain, and suffering. Misery will be the key. Therefore, all of his other subsequent goals are a result of this final large one.
Consume the human world - This is one of Grimoire's goals as well. In this, he plans to cause a social, political, and economic collapse in the human world, returning this world to its darkest ages, and allowing Hell to finally gain a foothold once again. He must erase technology, he must erase prosperity, and he must erase all forms of hope. To do this, Grimoire has networks of spies, agents, etc, planted all over. In fact, many politicians even defer to Grimoire. He owns them.
Consume Soul Society - This is also a goal of Grimoire's. Unknown to the Soul Society, he will cause their collapse from the inside before he kills them all. He has agents within every noble family, informants all throughout the Gotei Thirteen, and even six of the Central 46 members, all at varying levels of rank and importance, are under his rule. Even one of the Golden Five in the Central 46 happens to be Grimoire's knowing pawn.
Consume Hueco Mundo - Those Arrancar and Hollow fools. They believe that they know suffering. That they know agony. They believe that they both know and understand it, and yet they know nothing. Grimoire right now serves Las Noches, but this is at Lucifer's command. Eventually, Grimoire knows that he will have the opportunity to erase their rulers and create a world consumed by Hell. Then they will truly know pain. Hueco Mundo is different from the other two worlds. The others will merely suffer. Grimoire uses Hueco Mundo as a tool to forge new demons, followers, and Akki. He will use it as a breeding ground for the monsters that are to cause suffering in the other two worlds.
Aspect of Hell: [Agony]
Alignment: [Chaotic Evil]
Overall Personality: [Grimoire is cold. From the very first day that he emerged from Hell, he was cold. He really doesn't show too many emotions on the surface. He certainly doesn't show positive emotions. Sadism maybe, and rage and hate maybe. He'll reveal his anger, he'll reveal his hate. But Grimoire definitely won't bother to reveal much more than that. He tends to remain cold, isolated from others. He doesn't like to be bothered, and he likes to be left alone to get stronger and undergo his revenge. He eats alone, sleeps alone, and walks alone. Not even his followers can understand him. Grimoire has nothing to do with anyone, really. He doesn't like anyone, and he hates a lot of people. It's not easy to befriend him, assuming it's possible.
Grimoire is typical in that he often is cold and of few words. He does not often speak, least of all in battle. In battle, Grimoire has learned, less words result in more intimidation. The few times that Grimoire speaks in battle, it is to say something brief, and say something intimidating. The scarier and more monstrous Grimoire becomes in the mind of his opponent, the harder it becomes for them to fight against him, the more difficult to muster their courage and challenge him. Grimoire is aware that psychological warfare is one of the most effective ways to do battle with others, which is why he does it.
No matter how pressurizing the situation is, Grimoire can easily take it and remain calm in battle. Usually, he just stays calm. It's not easy to shake him. It probably isn't even possible to shake him. He doesn't have any form of real "blood lust phase", even though he does have a massive lust for blood. It's possible only to piss him off in battle, but never really to shake him, demoralize him, or even minorly pressure him. Grimoire is a monstrosity that does nothing but spell the doom of his opponent. He keeps his calm, and always seems to be emanating a desire for ripping apart his enemy limb from limb. He has no "blood lust phase" because he IS the blood lust phase by default. In battle, he will do everything he can to be terrifying.
Additionally, Grimoire, likes to give some truly demoralizing words to other people. He likes to make them feel weak. Feel like crap. He wants to make them feel hopeless before he subjects them to all forms of agony. They should be begging for a final and merciful death by the time Grimoire is done with them. That's the kind of person that he is. No one can change that. It's how he feels about people. He just wants to make them feel that agony and misery. He demoralizes them with short phrases, telling them they will hurt, telling them he will hurt them. He is not like many, who tell people they are nothing through insults. He lets their lack of ability against him do that, and he also threatens them, which will make him something to fear rather than hate.
In all detail, Grimoire likes making people feel misery and anguish, agony. He turns things against them. Their words, their powers. He turns his own words and powers against them too. From all sides, surrounded by the hate and the misery, the pain and everything else, no one will want to continue living. It is said that Grimoire can take down even a Captain without releasing. A Bankai would be child's play to him, some say. Grimoire is certain that this is the case. Skeptics are not sure, but what do they know? Skeptics that voice their skepticism to Grimoire die. He hates skeptics of his power.
Grimoire believes himself invincible. Whether or not he is truly invincible, he is strong. He has never been defeated. He has never even been wounded. Since leaving Hell, neither of these things have been realities for him. Only in Hell could he be killed or defeated. Only in Hell could he be wounded. Not even the masters of Hell could stop his advance. No one could possibly hope to get past Grimoire Acero and live to tell the tale. He is truly a monstrosity on another level entirely.
Grimoire despises the Seireitei. If not for the Captain Commander, Grimoire would attack. He is certain that with the exception of that Captain Commander, he can destroy all of them at once. With the addition of such a powerful nemesis, their accumulative strength doubles or triples. With that guy added, Grimoire can't win all at once. If Kouhai or someone else were to wipe out the Captain Commander though, Grimoire would easily see reason to attack Seireitei and obliterate it. He has the kind of powers that could at some point be used for a massive, large scale torrent of agony used to obliterate everyone and everything in his way. His path is that of a Demon.
Grimoire has always known that to get things done, the strong people have to do it themselves. He gets things done himself. It is a world where the fate of the weak is dictated by the will of the strong. Screw the subordinates. Screw the lackeys and the suckups. He'll do things himself. The ones who get in his way will die. The people that try to suck up to him can go fuck themselves. Anyone that looks down on him can die. Grimoire is the strongest, the absolute strongest. That's his firm and absolute belief. Who could ever successfully match him? It's impossible.
Other than sadistically when someone is suffering, Grimoire never really smiles. He does not find any enjoyment in smiling. His joys are merely sadism and torture. Inflicting agony. All of that fun stuff. What good is it to smile, anyway? It's not like half of it or more is real. Most of it is just fake. So, let it be fake. Let's just talk about the sadism smiles. Sadistic stuff is always so great. But at any rate, what is there to do next? Grimoire is sadistic, that about sums and wraps it all up. Not much more to it than that. It's not easy to get more on his personality than what's already up and out.
Grimoire works with others, within the light. On numerous occasions he has been paired up with an Espada. He hates being paired with Espada. Most of them are pitiful, not even worth his time. That's how it is, honestly. He despises them. But, one is strong. That's good enough. Grimoire looks forward to working with him again, though he'd never do it regularly. That's one thing about Grimoire. He doesn't like the guts that some people have, even if he can respect them and their power. He knows when to acknowledge that something would be a close fight.
One thing that is prevalent in Grimoire's personality is a hidden cunning. To his opponents, he seems like an unreasonable monster hellbent on destroying them, but that is far from the truth. He gives them this show to intimidate them, but those who manage to speak to him within Las Noches will know otherwise. Grimoire is cunning beyond belief. He has many machinations and plans which are gradually coming to fruition, the seeds having already been planted.
He knows how to lie and to deceive, and he is wise in his ways of evil. Grimoire believes that power is the most important thing, and he continues to seek not only power for himself, but for Hell. He is of the belief that one day, Hell will consume all worlds. Grimoire does his better to ensure that there is chaos, and this means more than simply inflicting agony upon others and murdering them brutally. This means setting in motion chains of events that can lead to the annihilation of an entire city. This means bringing down establishments, orders, and governments. This means bringing people despair and hopelessness by causing hard times, such as economic hardship.
Grimoire's activities vary. They range from killing those he believes will one day emerge from Hell as strong Akki to making contact with informants in a large network that Grimoire has created. He has spies all over every world in every organization in every world. He also has agents working under him to provide him with money and funds for certain ends, or to help him influence economics and politics. Grimoire is in fact very precedent in the human world.
Grimoire doesn't like to reveal his true number immediately. He likes people to believe that he might be weaker than they think, weaker than they're imagining. As a result, Grimoire often holds back just enough that they won't think he's the top notch Envainar until people realize that he is. He's the strongest, and he's the Primera. That's about all that there is to it. He's the very best. No one will ever usurp his spot. That's how it is for the Envainar.]

-Personality-
Dislikes: [Create a List below.]
