OOC: Hey there, this is a closed Social thread that will take place in the Shihoin Manor, with permission of course. If not, then the location will be changed accordingly. This social will be between Kimiko, Captain of Squad 7, Kisala Shihoin,Lieutenant of Squad 2, and Harle Quinn, Captain of Squad 2. Okami Shihoin is permitted to enter the thread at any time of his choosing. This will prior to the events of Fate of the King Canon Thread and will carry on based on the thread's results. So let us begin.
IC:
The time has come for the French woman to put piece her plan together. Already the pieces have been put into play and were now made public due to the events of the prison. Of course, certain members of the Seireitei would most likely attempt to cover up such details to either better their own position, or to rid themselves of any form of responsibility. This was Harle's understanding if not a theory that she managed to put together, so it remained completely under speculation at this time. As such, Harle had no evidence to truly support her claim, only coincidence that the series of events have been rising up. The rise of a criminal empire, the siege of the Senkai Prison, and the emergence of the prisoners in the World of the Living. From what she could come up with it was possible that a third party was involved or someone who had access to the Senkaimon Gates and the Senkai Prison.
At the moment she didn't have suspects. That was the reason why she copied the information and sent it to Souza Kuichiki, via Butterfly. For now he was the only individual that she could trust aside from Kisala Shihoin, her Lieutenant. Yet, two allies were not enough for what she had in mind, which was the reason she requested an audience with the Heads of the Shihoin family. A past Squad 2 member who now reign as the Squad 7 Captain, Kimiko Shihoin. She sent the messenger butterfly a week ago to better suit the time table of the busy Captain. She knew better than anyone how busy a Captain could be. With hopes of speaking to the Shihoin she did pray that Okami Shihoin would attend as well. Better to fulfill her fellow Captains as to what she has planned for the future in regards to herself. But most importantly, to the Kawada Household.
It has been known that Kenryoku death was made official. His body brought home and buried within the lands of the Kawada. For that reason Harle was promoted for her endeavors in leading the Squad during his absence. His death was a fatal blow to Soul Society. A strong Captain in the likes that the world has never seen. Full of pride and willingness to complete a mission regardless of the costs were his ideals. The thought made Harle upset, and yet, angry. For someone as strong as Kenryoku to be killed in such a way led the French woman to believe that he had his guard lowered. Or perhaps that there was more than one aggressor. Once more these were theories with nothing to go on. Circumstantial evidence if nothing else. For that reason, as well as the disappearance of Shade Kawada, the noble family had no one to keep their House from crumbling.
What resided now was the Family Council from what she understood. At the moment the Kawada posses no Shinigami that carried on their name among the Captain ranks. No official to truly represent the family among their fellow competing Houses. Should an enemy come to rise up and take on the Kawadas, it would mean that they will be enslaved to turn against Soul Society, or simply use them for evil misdeeds. She knew Kenryoku wouldn't allow such a thing. However, he was dead, as well as his brother gone. There was no one present to carry the family. Though her time with the man was short, she came to understand him and his way of thinking. "Ze Kawada iz everthing, en failure iz none." That was the Family's motto. Yet, look to where it has led the family to.
There were too many activities being played in the shadows of Soul Society. Shadows that went about unchallenged. Harle felt as though at any moment these shadows could devour Soul Society in an instant if they were not careful. If they did nothing. Harle began to feel trapped within the very walls that was calling home, and there was nothing that she could do. That is when the idea came to her. In order to rid the dark corners that these shadows dwell in, a little light had to be shined on them. Or better yet, control the shadows that they lurk in. For that to happen it was necessary for Harle to gather support. And what was better than the Kawada Family?
Kenryoku dealt with many operations and had information that he procured over the years of his service. Information so delicate that they would reside within the walls that were reserved for higher ranks within the Kawada Family. Detailed information as to where the man had been, his future plans, including who he believed to be allies. With such information available to her she could hopefully uncover the shadows that dwell within Soul Society. Not only that, but she will have the resources and a small private army at her disposal to do so. All of the previous challenges would be faced head on. But, what if the challenge was greater than what was anticipated? If the scale of the threat was larger than what a noble Family could handle, then many lives would be put in harms way. Harle couldn't do such a thing.
For that reason Harle sent a message to Kimiko. If anyone among the Gotei 13 she could put her faith in, then it would be her. The pair served within the same Squad for some time, even went as far as sparring with each other. From that match she could tell that the girl was not up to using tricks like she was. The idea was risky, but if successful, then it would benefit both families for what the Captain had in mind. However, it was up to the Shihoin Princess to be the one to accept her meeting, and what better place to do so than within the confines of the Shihoin Manor. To insure that they would not be disturbed by nosy individuals Harle even dispatched six members of Tsunami to rid them of spies. Of course, they remained outside the perimeter of the Manor as watchdogs. To better protect the Manor of outside interference.
Harle couldn't risk information leaking out to what their conversation was about, which was the reason why the details of their meeting would have to be "on a need to know basis." That too was inserted into the message for Kimiko and the reason why Harle recommended the Shihoin Manor. It was safe. Not only Tsunami was on watch, but with Okami ruling over the Onmnitsukido within the walls, discretion woujld be upheld. For now Harle would await the woman's response and meet to where Kimiko believed it best. Obviously she would follow the rules accordingly. She only hoped that it would be soon.
