So I don't know why I didn't just make this thread before, but I'm going to use this for any updates to techniques, such as major rehauls and recategorizations. Please note that while technique changes are final and are often to make older techniques current with the modern systems, any threads in which you possess an old version of the technique are still valid to have the old version used. Any new threads, however, will from that point on be required to use the new technique. Please note that if the technique has had its Class changed, you will retain its current level of proficiency without spending or gaining additional TTP.
First changes for this thread, then, are the first of many batches of Quincy techniques to be updated. We're pulling out the mass in the Energy Generate section, and recategorizing them. This first batch is going back into the EG section, as they are proper techniques that qualify under EG. The techniques that are remaining as Energy Generate are as follows:
Finally, we have one last change. Since we had two techniques that were extremely similar in design, Urtümlich Pfeil and Eigenschaft, we have combined them into one larger technique. Anyone who possesses either Urtümlich Pfeil or Eigenschaft (which will be listed below for reference), must replace them with Geist Pfeil instead, at the level of proficiency they already possess. As with all technique changes, any ongoing threads with the old techniques will still allow the old technique to be used until the end of the thread.

Additionally, these wings are solid enough to be used a shield, if brought around to the user's front, bearing a durability equal to the user's highest spiritual stat. If mastered, this durability is increased by 50%, making them a useful shield against direct attacks, though they will not reduce impact or knockback, merely damage, meaning that an airborne Quincy can find themselves flying earthwards by a powerful foe.
How to use technique:
Gather Reiatsu around the body, and then release it in the form of glowing wings that can be controlled mentally.
Technique Drawbacks
First, this technique requires an appropriate 400 Reiatsu to start, and requires a payment of 200 Reiatsu per post to maintain. It cannot be maintained for more than ten posts without a four-post rest after the end of the technique, however, and a second use will only last for five posts if the four-post rest is not taken. Technique Description and Effects: A thin layer of reaitsu veils over the user of this technique. The veil is a sticky substance that adheres to what ever it comes into contact with. The only place it does not coat is the bottom of the users feet. The next five times the user comes into physical contact with the opponent the thin layer becomes a thin string that the user can pull on or yank to harm the target. The pulling and yanking only works if the user has at least half the strength of the target.
How to use technique: After a few moments of charging the user says "Spinne-Falle" and a thin veil of reaitsu wraps around them to protect them.
Drawback: The user must have 50% more reiatsu strength than the or the user will not be able to pull the target. Additionally if the target has 50% more RS then the user will find themselves in a bad situation because the target will be able to yank them around then. It also costs the normal class 7 cost. Additionaly 10 reaitsu is consumed for every additional post this technique is active.

Technique Drawbacks
This technique costs 150 Reiatsu to activate, and 100 Reiatsu per post to maintain, but can only be maintained for up to five posts or five contacts, whichever comes first. Each time this technique is used in a single thread without an extended rest period, it creates a larger strain on the body; on the second use, the body's muscles will ache slightly, as though tired from exertion. On the third use, they will begin to hurt severely, starting to tear wherever contact is made, and on the fourth, they will completely tear in the area touched, and bones will begin to fracture in that area. Finally, on the fifth or beyond, the bones will actually shatter if the effect is triggered. Finally, this technique does not stop attacks; though it repulses those who touch the user, the effects of their touch still applies, such as a punch still leaving its impact on the user.

The Properties to pick from
Wind:The look of the blade has small, but noticeable gust of wind all around it The blade sucks in air from around it and when either it is swung or makes contact with something it unleashes the built up air in it as a compressed wave of air.
Fire: The blade of the Stärkung Schneide is covered in flames and when it makes contact with something the flames burst out in the direction that it made contact.
Electricity:Stärkung Schneide's blade is charged up with an electric current that discharges each time the blade hits something. The blade glows a vibrant yellow
Sound:The blade vibrates rapidly causing it to appear blurry. Each time the blade is swung a large blast of sound waves is sent out in the direction the blade is swung.
Ice: Stärkung Schneide's blade becomes frozen over turning a pale blue in color and constantly lets out cool air around it freezing the water molecules in the air. When the blade hits something it unleashes a large blast of cold air freezing all the water in the air and any in the target that it hit in the direction that it was hit.
Metal: Stärkung Schneide's blade actually becomes shiny and gets a polished look, while there are no real benifits from picking metal, the sword becomes much harder to cut. Requiring twice as much RS to break it as it would before.
Light: The blade of the Stärkung Schneide glows bright. When the blade is swung around it glows even brighter sending out a blinding light in all directions for a few seconds before fading away.
Raw energy: One of the strongest variations of this technique, the blade appears as it didn't change what so ever, but when this makes contact with something it sends out a blast of pure reiatsu from the blade equal to the user's Rs plus ten percent(EX: user has 100 rs, the blast is at 110 RS)
Poison: Glowing a toxic green the blade drips out a green poison constantly. Getting it into someone will cause someone to become sick and pass out. It takes 15 posts for someone to pass outif they get a bit of the poison in them. However if each time they get another dose of poison the post count is reduced by two posts.

You must master Hohle Schneide first. Also when first learned you only get access to three of the nine properties.(You pick which ones you want.) To gain access to more you must relearn the technique each time you do you get one more property(person picks which one they want this can be done as many times as a person wants), however doing this does not count towards mastering this technique. You can't use this an a bow at the same time until you have mastered this technique. At the start of the 4th post after this has been activated Stärkung Schneide explodes violently a person must get rid of the blade at the end of the 3rd post if they don't want to get caught in the blast. It is possible for someone to toss the blade back at them between their 3rd and 4th post of activation. If the blade is destroyed before the 4th post it will also explode. One final drawback is that the user of this slowly takes a backlash from the blade it self based on the property chosen. Each post a user will take some damage based on the property to their body. (For metal and poison. Metal causes the user's reaction time to slow because their body will harden. As for poison a person will have 30 posts before passing out the first time infected and it will drop by 2 for each other time they take the blacklash.)

Technique Description and Effects:
A technique used atop the Hohle Schneide technique, Starkung Schenide is an ability that allows the user to manipulate the spiritual energy being formed into their sword, altering its form and effects into that of an elemental nature. While the sword is no longer able to draw in spiritual particles, it takes on the Class of this technique, along with an effect chosen from the list below. When initially learned, the user can pick two of the properties, and switch between them freely at a cost of 100 Reiatsu each switch. When mastered, two more properties can be added to the list for a total of four that can be alternated as needed at the same cost. Once chosen, properties cannot be changed. The properties available are as listed before:
Wind – The blade has a small, ever-present motion of air around it. On contact with the sword, the blade lets out a small repulsive push with force equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength, making it easier to parry and redirect blows.
Fire – The blade is alight with a blue flame that flickers along its length, and though it doesn't seem to let off heat, the weapon is searing to the touch, causing intense burns when it slices into a foe.
Lightning – Electrical energy crackles up and down the length of the weapon's blade, and upon contact, will transfer this energy along any medium that can conduct it, such as the blade of another sword, electrocuting the victim.
Sound – The blade seems to vibrate constantly while this property is active, and when swung, will release a wave of vibrating, shrieking air that is meant to deafen the victim, leaving those with 50 or more Senses with a ringing in their ears, those with 150 or more Senses with a sharp pain and a piercing squeal in their hearing, and those with 250 or more Senses to be deafened for a post.
Ice – The weapon's blade turns a frigid blue color, and the air around it seems to sharply drop in temperature. On striking a physical object, this blade leaves a coating of frost over it that lowers temperature drastically, and upon striking water causes it to freeze over directly.
Metal – Though the blade doesn't seem to change much, the density of it has improved and become more sturdy, requiring double the user's Reiatsu Strength to shatter the sword, though no other effects are given.
Light – The blade of the weapon glows with a brilliant, blinding light, and when swung, a bright burst of light almost like a camera's flash goes off, temporarily damaging the vision of those who are looking at it.
Poison – The blade begins to secrete a light-green liquid that is toxic if it enters the body; upon successfully cutting a foe, they become sickened, feeling nauseous and dizzy as the poison spreads through their body. After fifteen posts, they will collapse, and each successful cut after the first will decrease the remaining time by two posts. This can be resisted with superior offensive stat, or a Poison Resist of 2 or higher.
How to use technique:
When forming a Hohle Schneide, the user alters its composition, preventing it from absorbing new spiritual particles but instead taking on a new form altogether.
Technique Drawbacks
This technique costs 400 Reiatsu to activate initially, and 150 Reiatsu per post to maintain. Additionally, switching between properties costs 100 Reiatsu per switch. This technique can only last for up to five posts total, and after that, the weapon explodes violently, unleashing its effects or just simply stabbing through victims with shards of the blade in an area equal to one foot in radius for every 100 Reiatsu Strength the user possesses. A technique used atop the Hohle Schneide technique, Starkung Schenide is an ability that allows the user to manipulate the spiritual energy being formed into their sword, altering its form and effects into that of an elemental nature. While the sword is no longer able to draw in spiritual particles, it takes on the Class of this technique, along with an effect chosen from the list below. When initially learned, the user can pick two of the properties, and switch between them freely at a cost of 100 Reiatsu each switch. When mastered, two more properties can be added to the list for a total of four that can be alternated as needed at the same cost. Once chosen, properties cannot be changed. The properties available are as listed before:
Wind – The blade has a small, ever-present motion of air around it. On contact with the sword, the blade lets out a small repulsive push with force equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength, making it easier to parry and redirect blows.
Fire – The blade is alight with a blue flame that flickers along its length, and though it doesn't seem to let off heat, the weapon is searing to the touch, causing intense burns when it slices into a foe.
Lightning – Electrical energy crackles up and down the length of the weapon's blade, and upon contact, will transfer this energy along any medium that can conduct it, such as the blade of another sword, electrocuting the victim.
Sound – The blade seems to vibrate constantly while this property is active, and when swung, will release a wave of vibrating, shrieking air that is meant to deafen the victim, leaving those with 50 or more Senses with a ringing in their ears, those with 150 or more Senses with a sharp pain and a piercing squeal in their hearing, and those with 250 or more Senses to be deafened for a post.
Ice – The weapon's blade turns a frigid blue color, and the air around it seems to sharply drop in temperature. On striking a physical object, this blade leaves a coating of frost over it that lowers temperature drastically, and upon striking water causes it to freeze over directly.
Metal – Though the blade doesn't seem to change much, the density of it has improved and become more sturdy, requiring double the user's Reiatsu Strength to shatter the sword, though no other effects are given.
Light – The blade of the weapon glows with a brilliant, blinding light, and when swung, a bright burst of light almost like a camera's flash goes off, temporarily damaging the vision of those who are looking at it.
Poison – The blade begins to secrete a light-green liquid that is toxic if it enters the body; upon successfully cutting a foe, they become sickened, feeling nauseous and dizzy as the poison spreads through their body. After fifteen posts, they will collapse, and each successful cut after the first will decrease the remaining time by two posts. This can be resisted with superior offensive stat, or a Poison Resist of 2 or higher.
How to use technique:
When forming a Hohle Schneide, the user alters its composition, preventing it from absorbing new spiritual particles but instead taking on a new form altogether.
Technique Drawbacks
This technique costs 400 Reiatsu to activate initially, and 150 Reiatsu per post to maintain. Additionally, switching between properties costs 100 Reiatsu per switch. This technique can only last for up to five posts total, and after that, the weapon explodes violently, unleashing its effects or just simply stabbing through victims with shards of the blade in an area equal to one foot in radius for every 100 Reiatsu Strength the user possesses. Finally, we have one last change. Since we had two techniques that were extremely similar in design, Urtümlich Pfeil and Eigenschaft, we have combined them into one larger technique. Anyone who possesses either Urtümlich Pfeil or Eigenschaft (which will be listed below for reference), must replace them with Geist Pfeil instead, at the level of proficiency they already possess. As with all technique changes, any ongoing threads with the old techniques will still allow the old technique to be used until the end of the thread.

This technique is built off of Versteckte Pfeil and as such to actually execute this technique the elemental reiatsu is built up inside of the arm and then fired from the palm.
There is a small variety of different elements that can be picked upon learning this technique. The element picked must have some way of linking to the personality of the character. When this technique is mastered it's possible that the element can be advanced to a new stage of power.
Fire: Obviously this element will cause the arrow fired from the palm of the Quincy to have incredible burning effects on whatever it makes contact. This element is special however in that physical matter that is not wider then the actual arrow will simply pass through it without causing any type of halting or damaging effect to the arrow. If advanced the arrow can take the form of Lightning to increase the RS and Speed of the arrow by 30%. This however increases the cost of the technique by 50%.
Water: This elemental arrow will cause devastating blunt damage to whatever it strikes. The RS of the arrow is treated like the Strength stat meaning that it wouldn't normally pierce through things like a normal arrow instead will break and cause incredible internal damage. If advanced the arrow can take the form of Ice to increase the RS by 25%. The arrow will freeze anything that comes into contact with it the severity being linked to the actual RS of the arrow. Increases cost by 50%.
Wind: This elemental arrow is one that is incredibly dangerous and immediately has an advantage over all of the other elements. The arrow can't actually be seen by anyone with lower then 300 senses. The technique can still be sensed when in use however. This elemental arrow acts pretty much like a standard arrow otherwise. When advanced this element doesn't actually change instead the speed that it travels doubles. Increases cost by double.
Stone: This elemental arrow will cause devastating blunt damage to whatever it strikes. The RS of the arrow is treated like the Strength stat meaning that it wouldn't normally pierce through things like a normal arrow instead will break and cause incredible internal damage. When advanced this arrow actually turns into molten rock and will cause incredible burning effects as well as the already present blunt damage. The RS of the arrow is raised by 50% while the speed the arrow travels decreases by 25%. Cost doubles.
