So, once again I'm in the mood to start an FMA RP site. Since the last testing... never got off the ground, this time I'm going to offer incentives. For every Test App completed that also participates in 1 PvP that finishes, I'll pay you 2,000 Ryo from Kazura's money. If it's getting not worth the cash, I can be persuaded for higher paychecks. We'll see how helpful you guys are.
Since we're going to focus on refining the PvP/Combat system, apps will be bare minimum

For the Testing, we'll have two Types of Charcters. Soldiers and Alchemists. Soldiers will have guns and such and Alchemists will, well, use Alchemy, of course. Alchemists have Knowledge as their special set, Soldiers use Weapons.
So, let me explain Stats. Stats will be separated into Strength, Speed, Will, Awareness, and Spirit.
Strength: How much physical strength do you have?
Speed: How fast are you?
Will: How strong is your mind and body?
Awareness: How perceptive are you as well as how fast can you react?
Spirit: Special Stat that determines strength of Alchemy or other Techniques.
So, 5 is average human. On my site, which will be a "everyone starts at the bottom" system, I'm thinking, everyone will start with 5s in all stats and move from there. For this test, everyone will have an additional 20 points to allocate. So you could have a 25 in one and 5s in all the others, or whatever. Except Spirit, everyone will have 10 Spirit, since that one will be special. Obviously these are in flux and subject to change. Any tips/recommendations would be appreciated. Also, these tiers would go higher, this is just the limit for the testing.
Strength Tiers:
5: Average human. Can lift up to 100 pounds with ease and strain to lift 150 pounds.
10: Athletic human. Can lift 150 pounds with ease and strain to lift up to 225 pounds
15: Low Anime Tier. Can lift 200 pounds easily, can strain to lift 275.
20: Mid Anime Tier. Can lift 300 pounds easily, can strain to lift 400.
25: High Anime Tier. Can lift 500 pounds easily, can strain to lift 600.
Speed Tiers:
5: Average human. Can run at about 15 mph, needs a whole post to sketch out any alchemy circle higher than level 1. Requires a half post to sketch out a level 1 circle.
10: Athletic human. Can run at about 25 mph, needs a whole post to sketch a circle higher than level 3, half of a post for level 2, a few seconds for level 1
15: Low Anime Tier. Can run at about 40 mph, can sketch an alchemy circle higher than level 3 in a half post, level 2 requires a few seconds, in a second for level 1
20: Mid Anime Tier. Can run so fast that they appear to blur for only a few moments. Can sketch a level 3+ circle in a few seconds, level 2 in a second, and a level 1 basically instantly
25: High Anime Tier. Can blur for longer without being out of breath. Can sketch a level 3+ circle in a second, and a level 1-2 circle basically instantly
Will Tiers:
5: Average human. Can take as much damage as a regular human could. Weak to mental based attacks (Opponent's Spirit Stat is treated as 50% higher)
10: Athletic human. Can take slightly more damage than a regular human. Neutral to mental based attacks
15: Low Anime Tier. Can take more damage than a regular human. Would require 50% more bleeding to suffer negative effects, and could take more internal damage as well. Slightly resistant to mental based attacks (Opponent's Spirit stat is treated as 10% lower)
20: Mid Anime Tier. Can take more damage than a regular human. Would require 100% more bleeding to suffer negative effects, and could take more internal damage. It's almost like they don't need some of their crucial organs. Resistant to mental based attacks (Opponent's Spirit stat is treated as 25% lower)
25: High Anime Tier. Can take much more damage than a regular human. Almost appears to be incapable of bleeding out and can take extreme internal damage. Besides their heart and their brain, they can keep going without almost all of their internal organs. Highly resistant to mental based attacks (Opponent's spirit stat is treated as 50% lower)
Awareness Tiers:
5: Average human. Can react and use their senses as a regular human can.
10: Athletic human. Can react and use their senses as a ninja. Can see farther, hear better, etc. than a human.
15: Low Anime Tier. Can start to see with greater range of peripheral vision, hear using echolocation, etc. as well as react with inhuman reflexes
20: Mid Anime Tier. Can start to see with greater range of peripheral vision than LAT, map out an entire room just based on tapping on a wall with echolocation, ect. as well as react even faster. Can potentially be damaged with sensory overload, but can choose to deactivate senses at will to avoid this.
25: High Anime Tier. Can see in 360 degree range, map out an entire room based on the echolocation of one's breath, etc. as well as react so fast as to reflexively deactivate then reactivate senses to avoid sensory overload.
Spirit:
Spirit doesn't have tiers, it just establishes clashes of Alchemy and that kind of attack. Spirit will be earned through Special threads, probably. But everyone will have the same Spirit for this testing, so no one will be able to override or reject someone's alchemy circles or use Alchemical Destruction on someone. (Scar's thing)
So, now let me discuss Knowledge and Weapons.
Knowledge is how Alchemists perform Alchemy. They need to be well versed in understanding the chemical makeup of a substance before they can even think about learning and designing a circle to manipulate it. Alchemists will get 5 points of Knowledge to start. Each level of knowledge (1-3 for the tests) gives the Alchemist the ability to use a Level 1, 2, or 3 circle in that field of study.
Level 1) Can perform basic movements of substances or changing of shape, such as making a small dog toy.
Level 2) This is the minimum level of study for State Alchemist specialties. Effects such as freezing water or manipulating the iron in one's blood could be used here. Level 2 Knowledges are allowed to have a pre-made circle as an item or a tattoo to help them perform their specialty alchemy. Level 1 circles can be drawn in a few seconds quicker than the Speed stat allows for.
Level 3) By this point, you know the very intricacies of that substance. A level 3 knowledge of Air could allow for creating Fire by adjusting the oxygen and hydrogen ratio, etc. A level 3 of Flesh could allow for the creation of chimeras. Level 1 circles of this type can be drawn nearly instantly, regardless of speed, and level 2 circles can be drawn a few seconds faster.
These can be broad categories or very specific. I'm still working on this system over time, but here are some examples.
Elements (Stone, Wood, Air etc.)
Materials (Cloth, etc.)
Flesh (requires minimum of Level 2, requires Spirit Superiority adjusted by their Will stat to perform on someone)
And finally, Weapons for Soldiers
Soldiers testing this out will also get 5 points to invest in weapons. While most of the weapons in FMA are guns, you could have 5 points of whatever weapons you want. Points spend like knowledges, but you could take the same one multiple times for extra weapons. If you want 5 guns, they'd have to all be level 1 and no extra ammunition, for example.
Guns:
Level 1) Small handguns, 6 round magazines, fire at 20 stat speed and 15 stat strength. Come with 2 extra magazines standard.
Level 2) Handguns with 20 round magazines that fire at 25 stat speed and 20 stat strength. Come with 3 extra magazines. Or, rifles with 4 round magazines that fire at 20 stat speed and 25 stat strength. Comes with 5 extra magazines.
Level 3) Handguns with 30 round magazines that fire semi-auto 3 round bursts at 25/25. Comes with 4 extra magazines. Or, rifles with 8 round magazines that fire at 30/30. Comes with 5 extra magazines. Or, hand cannons with 2 round magazines that fire at 20/40. Comes with 1 extra magazine.
Extra Ammo:
Level 1) 5 extra handgun, 3 extra rifle, or 1 extra Cannon ammo
Level 2) 10 extra handgun, 5 extra rifle, or 3 extra cannon ammo (pick 2)
Level 3) 20 extra handgun and 10 extra rifle (you wouldn't be able to have Cannons, so we'll just for the test ignore it for level 3)
Inventions:
Level 1) Basic mechanical inventions, like a spring loaded knife in a gauntlet.
Level 2) Basic Powered inventions, like a spring loaded taser in a gauntlet.
Level 3) Advanced inventions. I'll tell you if your inventions are too much.
Melee Weapons:
Level 1) Anything from the size of a knife to a standard sword
Level 2) Anything bigger than a standard sword
Level 3) No level 3
If I've missed anything for Soldiers that you want levelled out, just guess or ask me.
So, to recap, make whatever characters you want, PvP someone else with them here in Free RP (you can go as detailed or minimal as you want. You could make it essentially Chat RP and I would still get something out of it, probably.), and when you've finished up that RP, I'll pay you. You could then make up a new app or just keep RPing with that one for cash. And obviously, I reserve the right to not pay someone if they're abusing it, like making 2 post fights or whatever.
