A note lay atop Kazura's desk. "Mr. Uzaki. It has been nice working for you, but I'm afraid that I can't stay under your employment any longer. There are things I must do, and I cannot do them while with you. Apologies for any inconveniences this may cause. And just a warning, having spent the most time with him, I can tell Kitai isn't coming back. Whatever happened, he's gone, anything he told you was almost certainly a lie to by him more time. Best of luck, Impossible."
On the night of XX/XX/XXXX I encountered the very Quincy that Impossible and I both encountered. I have confirmed that this woman is, in fact, a member of the organization calling itself the Vandenreich and goes by the title of Sternritter O, the Obsessed. I am now able to provide UE with an adequate report on her abilities. Sternritter O possesses the ability to transform her Quincy Bow into an over-sized lance like weapon that doesn't seem to inhibit her movement one bit. When her Bow was in this form she did not fire natural arrows like other Quincy do, instead opted to discharge langolier like entities that seem to have some level of intelligence when it comes to travelling after her target. I also confirmed sighting of the armor ability that Impossible and I reported on before. What's more is that I believe her signature, and strongest, ability is that she can manipulate her own blood. I witnessed her using it as bladed weapons, as artificial limbs, and being able to transform herself into a monster. It is my belief that she cannot manipulate the blood of other people (but during this battle I had no open injuries for this to be certain).
It is also my firm belief that Quincy, or those that only ally themselves with the Vandenreich, have access to a unknown and currently unnamed ability and transformation. Activation of this power changed Sternritters O outfit design and made her, in my words, "impossible to sense despite standing right in front of me." It's my opinion that this power offers greater strength to the Quincy than even Gate would. More research is needed into this transformation.
Sternritter O the Obsessed does not care about having her own body damaged, no doubt to increase the amount of blood she has available to manipulate, and is willing to jump headlong into attacks despite the risk of damaging herself. I suspect that her abilities might have strengthened her overall endurance and durability, as she was still fighting even after severe damage to her chest, penetrations through both lungs, a shattered leg and a damaged left eye. I advise extreme caution against this Quincy, and recommend that if anyone has the misfortune of facing her then to destroy her heart or brain immediately.

By chance, I encountered a spiritually-aware mechanic in Karakura by the name of Leon Strife. He claims to be both human and bount. I'm not sure if it is possible for a human-bount hybrid race to exist, but he may contain the abilities of at least one race. He specializes in engineering work, and based on our brief interaction, I believe that he will be an asset to the Uzaki Enterprise Research and Development team. He seems to have a spark of creativity, and I hope he may help design new equipment for the company to either sell commercially or supply our own employees with.
Based on our short conversation, Leon seems fairly mysterious. He did not disclose much about his path other than the fact that he desired redemption. Still, he was drawn to the idea of doing good in the world through work with Uzaki Enterprise. That being said, I do not recommend relying on Leon as a combatant. He was apprehensive about the idea of fighting for Uzaki Enterprise. If you do send him into a combat zone, I recommend assigning him a supportive role. Let him provide aid to others who are more comfortable fighting hollow or other threats to the human world. I still believe that his engineering skill would be useful in a mission or at the backline of the battlefield.
While training in the outskirts of Karakura town, I had a chance encounter with a more developed Hollow. This one, however, was different from the rest I've come across. His name was Valentin, and he had quite a unique set of powers. In a brief violent exchange (one I initiated out of preemptive defense), he revealed his ability to shoot spikes from his tail. However, rather than dealing damage, these spikes carried a medicinal liquid within them that easily healed my superficial injuries. This was the first hollow I had seen that could heal and protect rather than solely attack.
I must inform you that I chose not to eliminate Valentin. I understand that it is my duty as a senior employee of Uzaki Enterprise to protect the Human World from hostile forces, but this hollow did not appear to be an enemy. In fact, he chose to only feed on hollow and no other spiritual races. I accept any disciplinary measures you deem appropriate for this decision. However, I would like to emphasize that this hollow is not like the rest. He assisted me in disposing of four notably powerful hollow attacking suburban Karakura later in the day. While I don't believe hollow should be permitted to serve within Uzaki Enterprise, I believe we should consider employing Valentin in Uzaki Enterprise when he transforms into an Arrancar and possesses more control over his hunger for other souls.
Lastly, I witnessed an interesting phenomenon while battling hollow with Valentin. One of them, in his frustration, chose to break his mask. The end result was a stage similar to that of an Arrancar, and while it was more powerful than the previous hollow stage, it was weaker than the standard Arrancar. I believe there's still a lot we can learn about how the hollow-to-arrancar transformation occurs, but I hope that piece of information helps.

While performing a routine publicity stunt on the outskirts of Karakura I encountered a being that identified itself as Arrancar #K-99, Frlagos Oscuras and engaged in combat. I am happy to report that no civilians were around to become a casualty, and this battle occurred in a section of town that was due to be demolished to make way for new construction anyway. As such, there was nearly no property damage worth mentioning. The Arrancar had offensive potency lower than my own by a significant margin while in its base form. I would estimate it to be below 600 in terms of raw power. Abilities displayed in the base form included basic bala and a stepping technique. What was odd was that this step technique, try as I might, could not be kept track of.
It functioned like a normal one based on the timing of it, and it disturbed a dust cloud at one point, so it is not a teleportation ability. Despite that I couldn’t track it even with my superhuman instinct and senses. This is a dangerous ability, and one that all employees should keep in mind if they engage an Arrancar. Once released, Frlagos displayed a considerable increase in offensive potency, as well as several abilities that I expect were unique to their power. Abilities displayed included a tornado filled with winds that were able to cut me. Their offensive power was great enough that they could even slice into my metal arm, which was utterly impervious to the Arrancar’s earlier bala.
In addition, the subject was able to summon red hot magma at will, which was hot enough to leave me burned after only a fraction of a second of contact. In order to overcome this foe I was forced to resort to strength amplifiers like Pulley and Impact, but it did not require my Fullbring. In the end, Frlagos retreated after burning through all their stamina very quickly. My overall assessment is that if this foe is encountered, all new employees should immediately flee. Senior Employees can likely hold their own, and the upper echelon such as Luke or Marcus should be able to win handily. Any manager or above should have no problems here.
Oh, I almost forgot. Their release has them grow nine tails, all of which can fire cero, and that’s where the magma came from. The cero weren’t stronger than normal, but the tails are probably important because of that, and are potentially a weak spot worth exploiting if this foe is encountered and an employee finds themselves struggling against them. A final note is that the target did not display any exceptional martial arts or swordsmanship. This does not mean it is incapable, but those capacities were not utilized if they exist. It is my belief that this enemy is a caster type foe. As such, stamina should be conserved for dodges as necessary per standard anti-caster protocols.
As is often the case it seems, I found another fight while off duty today. I was down at the beach and was attacked by a Shinigami for reasons I am still unclear of. Were it not for the method of his attack endangering so many civilians at a crowded location I would have attempted to avoid the fight, but his sheer disregard for potential casualties forced me to act as a defender. It was unclear if he would have attacked civilians directly if I had not intervened, but I was able to hold his attention and managed to evacuate the area without any known casualties. I consider that the primary victory of the day.
I do not know the name of this assailant, but his physical description may help. Subject was a fairly lean man with blonde shaggy hair. At the time of our battle he was clothed only in a fairly long pair of swim trunks and sunglasses. I did not observe any scars or tattoos that would allow his identity to be confirmed in the future. That said, his power is very distinctive, and anyone who engages in combat should be able to recognize him as soon as he releases his Zanpakuto, Chūdoku. It’s power is a telekinetically controlled swarm of cocaine. From what I can tell it possesses no innate offensive power, and is just a super concentrated drug.
He does posses a few interesting ways to use the power though. He was able to shape it into more dense structures that resisted my blows, but ultimately fell to them. He is also able to create landmines with the cocaine. I advise staying in the sky against this foe. Another thing that I caught, though I don’t know if this was part of his zanpakuto or not, was that he was able to resist exactly one fatal blow from me. The foe was dispatched with a multi-hit strike delivered nearly simultaneously, and the first thing to hit him did not penetrate. It is unknown if there is a cooldown on this ability, but multiple attacks at the same time were not prevented.
Additionally this foe possesses some degree of talent in the Shinigami magics. Though he did not display a wide range of spells against me, his power was considerable. I was able to shake off one binding spell with Fist of Unbroken Air, but he was able to deliver the spells without any obvious windup time or invocation. When he managed to land a binding spell on me later, it was able to completely paralyze me for a moment. It is my belief that this is generally indicative of a talented spellcaster. He likely knows far more than he showcased against me, as he seemed to falsely believe that his zanpakuto was his best bet against me.
In conclusion, here are my recommendations when fighting this foe. New Employees should immediately flee. The cocaine he wields is very problematic if you cannot defend against it, and New Employees will likely not be able to overcome it. If he releases this power, flight is the only sound choice for those who cannot outrun it, blast it away, or outright destroy it. Senior Employees will be a mixed bag, and discretion should be used. If they posses enough strength to outright destroy the cocaine, and can do so reliably, the fight should be easy. However, if a Senior Employee is unable to do so, they should try to end the fight as fast as possible before an overwhelming amount of cocaine exists on the battlefield. His speed was not exceptional. Blitzing him may be a viable tactic. Managers and the CEO should be careful to avoid being surrounded, but otherwise should have enough strength to defeat him without issue.
Amendment
A day after this battle occurred I saw that someone had apparently filmed part of the battle. Given that the Shinigami showed up on camera, I believe he was using a gigai. I have attached the video footage to this report, so that we have clear evidence of what the man looks like.
For the first time since my return, I encountered a non-human being that we already had on record. This was a Hollow that goes by the name Valentin Acciai. Its personality, appearance, and overall development were strangely human for such a creature, but it was a Hollow nonetheless. Subject was observed consuming the flesh of Shinigami on multiple occasions, but did not visibly attack any innocent human bystanders. It is possible that the creature was acting in self-defense. Despite Marcus’ lenient view that he had taken on this subject, I observed it consume Shinigami, who we are trying to be on good terms with last I checked, numerous times. Intervention was deemed necessary for their sake, but I regret to say I was unable to save any of them bar one that Valentin chose to spare. Thankfully, no human casualties were observed.
Combat with the creature was trivial in terms of determining that I was the superior combatant, but it has incredible tenacity and staying power. I had to restrain my strength in this battle due to the presence of nearby bystanders that I couldn’t risk injuring, but the creature was able to regenerate from blows with half my strength without any observed difficulty. Additionally, this regeneration was instantaneous, or very nearly so. Furthermore, there did not appear to be any limits on harming a specific part of the creature with the exception of mortal wounds. It was able to regenerate arms with ease and even survived a sword getting stuck in its skull. Were it not an enemy I would admire it for these traits.
That said, the creature lacked offensive ability. It possessed the usual tricks of Cero and Bala of course. Other abilities of note were the that it shot the spikes from its tail at me on several occasions, and it was able to form a sword from its own bones. The only offensive ability of that proved troublesome was that the creature appeared to be able to increase its speed very rapidly, though only for short periods of time. I am unsure of the details, but the speed at which it was able to move seemed to vary heavily throughout our battle. It started slower than I was, but exceeded my own speed by a considerable margin by the end. Also of note was the fact that in one point in the battle the Hollow seemed to outright teleport. It dodged an attack that filled the entire street and appeared behind me. Not even Bringer Light would have allowed that.
All of that said, as soon as I released Fullbring Stage One, a few shotgun shells ended the encounter fairly quickly, or so I thought. Even after the main body was killed, the Hollow displayed the ability to rebirth itself from within a nearby Shinigami’s body. I suspect some kind of organic spore or a reiatsu poisoning ability, but all I know for sure is that all living beings within the battlefield should be considered potential hosts. In the event that all enemies are enemy combatants, extreme prejudice should be utilized to ensure that this Hollow is not able to come back in the future. It was because of this rebirthing ability that Valentin was able to escape me through a Garganta.
As for threat level, I would currently rate this a mild threat at best, with the caveat that supernatural speed is required to not be blitzed by this foe. That aside, it seemed to boast nearly zero defensive power to protect it. Instead, it relied heavily on regeneration of the damage after the fact. Offensive capacity was equally unimpressive in this display. New Employees can likely fight this foe if they are able to comfortably react to my own speed. If they cannot, they should avoid this foe as the potential of being killed before they can defend themselves is considerable. Senior Employees and above should all be able to hold their own against this foe without issue. The only major recommendations I have for future conflicts are to ensure that the main body and all potential rebirth hosts are completely eliminated.

+2,000 Ryo to Marcus for his reports.
+10,000 Ryo to Yoko for her reports.
Promotion request approved, Luke. If you would like to handle Bount Relations as your Managerial focus, that would be a good idea. If you have other ideas for your focus, please speak with me directly.
Note: This Valentin Hollow worries me, Marcus, Yoko. Please stay vigilant in the future. While Marcus' report does seem to suggest that he can be an asset, Yoko's report suggests that he would only harm our relationship with the Soul Society. If he is encountered again, Wolf should be summoned at his earliest convenience to attempt to purify this Hollow. He would be more of an asset to us as a Shinigami than a Hollow or Arrancar.

The plane ride over to Russia was great, but actually being in a foreign country was a little jarring (I hadn't traveled since I was a small girl and don't even remember it). But, having a more experienced member with our little group (talking about Takara) who knew the local language was great! We had proven ourselves by taking out what they considered a Ghost member, so they decided to tell us how things were run there. It also didn't really help that the snowstorm rolled in and we were stuck there.
Jak had been separated from us for some time, but with the snowstorm out and about, we really had no way to get to him. So, for a lot of the time that we were in Russia, he was AWOL. It seemed that the police protects the non spiritually aware humans from the Ghosts and Blades. They outnumber them, but the other two groups overpower them, which is where our supplies would come in handy. Also, just so you know, when the second shipment came in and you had a little note in there for us, I really appreciated it.
Anyway! We were told that after the storm had stopped, the base was going to be hit hard by the Ghosts and we needed to get ready for a fight. After we both got teams to coordinate some defense, the storm stopped and they came in. I had realized that, at least the Ghost we fought earlier, was a Bount, but it was confirmed that at least the harder hitting members of the Ghosts were Bounts. One of the leaders came up to try to fight Takara and I, but thanks to Zorn and myself, we were able to stop him and his sand Doll. After that, however, I think a gate to Hell opened up and he got sucked inside? I will describe in better detail in person.
After we were done with him, we went after the horde of enemies that was pouring in. Once most of them were down, another Bount, an older looking gentleman, showed himself and using his power, raised all of the enemies that we had just defeated and summoned his own Doll. It was at this point that we saw Jak again, fighting against the Bount leader and his skeleton Doll. Using Zorn's magnetization technique once the Doll's weapon, a scythe, was formed, it distracted the Doll enough for Jak to get in a good hit.
Once the hit landed, the weapon was dragged away, leaving an opening for Zorn to shoot it with a Lightning Strike, causing it to crumble and for the Bount leader to run away. Takara and Jak took care of the last of the henchmen, with Zorn taking care of any stragglers. I think that we need to keep open lines of communication with that police force to keep eyes out for him. I don't know how a Doll's defeat like that would hurt a Bount, since it has never happened to me, but he could still be extremely dangerous.
Following the failed police raid on the assumed hide out of Anjuro Katagiri, the serial killer and rapist that had escaped incarceration, I decided to start looking into this myself. I had managed to track Anjuro down to a small dance club called XXXX XXXX. As we had theorized, Anjuro was in fact a Fullbringer of considerable strength. He was able to use Soul Dominance, which according to the information on file is far stronger than the base Soul Command that all Fullbringers are normally able to perform. While it had been my intention to simply get the jump on Anjuro without him realizing, I was unaware that one of the security staff of the club was actually a Bount.
I've learned her name is Eris Discordia and she insisted on assisting me with the apprehension of Anjuro Katagiri. I believe she did this because, as a member of the security staff, she wanted to protect the dancers from a very dangerous man. During the confrontation with Anjuro I reluctantly confess that lethal force was necessary. Anjuro proved too strong to fight if I was simply trying to take him alive so I had no choice but to resort to lethal tactics to save Eris Discordia's life as well as my own. Anjuro Katagiri is now deceased and won't be tormenting the citizens of Karakura anymore.
I didn't get the opportunity to try and persuade Eris to join Uzaki Enterprise. I believe her to be a Bount of considerable age, so her lack of power confuses me. However, she seems to be someone willing to go out of their way to fight against criminals and murderers, so I believe that she would be a tremendous asset to Uzaki Enterprises Security Team or Response Force. What's more, the possibility exists that a Bount with far more experience can enlighten both myself and Vesta to more power. I've arranged to meet with her again and hopefully I can convince her to join our team.
During one of my nightly patrols I sensed two reiatsu signatures belonged to Quincy. I changed my normal patrol route and moved to intercept. I did not go in with intention of fighting, as I knew that Karakura is also home to a few innocent Quincy citizens. But knowing that the Vandenreich operates in Karakura from time to time I moved in to see what was going on. What I found were, in fact, two operatives of the Vandenreich who had just murdered a Fullbringer. From the conversation I overhead I gathered that they were out hunting for converts. It would seem that they were looking for new members to join the Vandenreich and when the unnamed Fullbringer refused they murdered him. I engaged immediately. I cut one down with no problem and before I can deal a finishing blow to the second a third Vandenreich operative appeared to stop me.
This Operative was a young man with white and black hair and was able to halt my attack. I believe this man to be a Sternritter. What's more, he knew who Mister Uzaki was. I attempted to convince him to abandon the Vandenreich, seeing how his personality conflicted with the others, but he refused. He was able to escape with the other two Quincy. My recommendation, for anyone who encounters this man, is to not let his words get to you. He is a Quincy belonging to the Vandenreich and cannot be trusted.
Following the incident involving a delivery truck being filled with Hollows, I had the driver lead me back to the facility where he had gotten the pacified Hollows. A mail loading facility had been outfitted to transport and acquire Hollows outfitted with collars that pacified them. When I infiltrated the facility I was immediately assaulted by armed men with assault rifles and other weaponry. Upon entering deeper into the facility I found something that resembled a gate or a portal, which is where I think this particular facility was getting its Hollows from. But unexpectedly the unknown enemies were all attacked by an Arrancar that emerged from the portal. The Arrancar identified itself as the Cuarta, or Fourth, Espada.
This individual is exceptionally dangerous. He wasted no time releasing his Ressuercion, showing that he's not as brutish or as battle lusted as others of his kind, and the abilities he possess offer a wide range of coverage. His release causes his body to spawn a seemingly infinite amount of some sort of unidentified insect species. These creatures then burrow into whatever surface they come into contact with turning it into some kind of puddy like substance that the Arrancar seems to be able to control as if it were limbs and had adhesive like qualities. He's able to cause his insects to produce two kinds of gasses, one which I believe might have been a poison or irritant and the other something that hid his reiatsu presence while he was inside it.
He also possessed some kind of black Cero that seemed to be approximately two times stronger than a normal Cero. The Cero was able to charge faster than most, I noticed, as well. The Espada was also capable of breaking his body down and traveling through the puddy substance he had turned the walls and floor into, whether by merging with it or becoming bugs himself I am unclear. If the bugs make contact with an individuals skin they will burrow and fuse with the host themselves. I advise that if you encounter this Arrancar do not fight him in confined spaces. Take the fight to the skies where he cannot use the ground against you.
I would also like to request, atop my usual paychecks, a loan of 100,000 ryo. I'm in need of a better sword, the ones I buy from Urahara's Shop unable to cut it anymore, and have heard rumors about a shop in Hueco Mundo possessing a high quality sword. While getting to Hueco Mundo is going to be the hard part, I'm requesting the loan so that at least some of the financial expenses are covered.
