Reporting on Another screwed up night
Much like his last report from Impossible, a piece of paper would be found on Kazura's desk.
"The events of last night are many things I wish not to ever have to repeat. I was at the UE building on a lunch break with Kitai. In a vain attempt to strike up a casual conversation, I mentioned something odd I saw on the news earlier that morning. A man found dead, his body rotted, and the gas tank filled with the driver's blood. Naturally, he had me go out and find the thing. Begrudgingly, I did as he asked, scouting the area for any reiatsu lingering in the air. I managed to find an area where the reiatsu was highest, so I waited on a building, seeing if it would show."
"Several hours passed, and I was all but ready and willing to give up, believing that whatever had killed the man to be long gone, the news report having found the man after he had been missing for a week, when a bount I had met a few days earlier showed up. He was waiting at the busstop, trying to get a ride somewhere. I wasn't sure where, since I was sitting atop his house, but regardless. I didn't contact him, seeing no need to drag him into this. He was stronger than when I first met him, clearly having gained enough strength to defend himself."
"The reason I say this, is that three hollows appeared a short distance away from him, along with three 'shinigami', those jerks in the black robes. The bount, Luke, was able to beat one of the hollows to death, though not without taking injury. One of the 'shinigami', the leader and the strongest one named Aevus, killed another one. I, from my spot on the roof, killed the last one, in both a display of skill, and as a way to say that I wasn't a pushover. I had no reason to believe that these people were reasonable, and I didn't want them trying to kill Luke, if they knew what he was."
"Aevus, the strongest, Senshi, and Arantima Aoire. These were the three samurai that came to Karakura that night. I asked them to help me find and combat the potential threat. Luke agreed to help without being asked, much to my chagrin. I wanted him to leave while I kept the reapers at bay. It got worse though, as Aevus decided to use him as bait, letting him sit at the bus stop, while the four of us waited for the 'bus monster'. As we waited, I decided to try and pick the leader's brain about something I noticed with his energy."
"Using some very subtle hints, so that his fellow ghosts wouldn't pick up on it, I managed to find out that he had hollow reiatsu poisoning his soul. I didn't get the chance to talk further on it though, as our group, not Luke, was attacked by a higher tier hollow. We scattered as fast as we could, yet the girl, Senshi, wasn't fast enough. Yet, the hollow wasn't the thing that got her. No, the giant hand that appeared in the sky, that slammed into the hollow, the girl, and the building. Then again, and again, in what could only be described as the 'slappening'."
"I didn't get the chance to investigate too much, only enough to see the one armed shinigami, with similar hollow poisoning as Aevus, get shot in the spine by the girl as he finished healing her. The reason was that the 'bus monster' we had been waiting for showed up, much to my utter disbelief. The next ten minutes were what could only be described as a nightmare. The man behind it all stepped as the bus, warping it into something alive. It drove off to attack the reapers, while Luke and I were left to deal with someone at least as strong as Kitai. We managed to win by the skin of our teeth, and Luke had to drag me off, having lost consciousness at the end of the fight, leaving me unknowing the fates of the reapers."
