Name: Cortana Densetsuken (character is still a WIP)
Race: Mod Soul
Reason for wanting Employment: Place to call home, income, and she agrees with the basis of UEs mission.
Particular Talents: Currently because of her size and no access to her powers all she can offer is a cure mascot and maybe some comedy relief around the office place. She is combat effective, but likely no where near as much as other members are. Once she can use her powers she can offer incredible combat flexibility and adaptability making her able to take on a wide variety of missions under almost any circumstances. She can offer base knowledge of the Gotei, but likely nothing that they already didn't know.

Name: Takara Takeda
Mentor: N/A Does your Mentor approve of your Promotion? N/A
Missions accomplished for the good of UE:
Here Takara was reviewed by Kazura himself on how effective she can be when it comes to being outclassed in a small area. She displayed relatively fast thinking and reaction time. The bond and understanding between her and the CEO somewhat strengthened.
Here Takara was involved with a wide variety of other entities in the removal of a Bount that was hiding out in a remote town of free Quincy. Takara was one of the main forces responsible for the death of the Bount and the safety for the majority of the Quincy.
Other accomplishments:
Here Takara overpowered a Beast that had found its way into Karakura Town. Wounding it significantly enough that it ran from the town for fear of death.
Here Fought a impressively powerful Shinigami to a stand still after having the upper hand throughout the majority of the fight.
Here Found a series of entities killed by a lone Fullbringer. Said Fullbringer was trying to steal from a harbor. Takara intervened and proceeded to claim victory over him.
Proof of Strength or Potential:
Has fought a Kenpachi type Shinigami of her same class to a stand still after having the upper hand throughout the majority of the fight. Has defeated a Beast and Fullbringer. Has proven herself capable of dealing with high class techniques deployed by Kazura. Fought against and held her own against a spiritual Doll that was unaffected by physical attacks. (IE her ability wouldn't work)

Zeich's report was delivered by his lupine companion as always, Haiiro padding through the doorway with his usual casual pace. Entering the office, the wolf walked around the desk before seating himself, giving a nod to Kazura once he was cleared to give his report. Clearing his throat before assuming a faux-grumpy expression that could only be his own comical impression of his master's natural coldness (which really only was all the more laughable on the wolf's face), Haiiro presented the report that he had been tasked to pass on.
“Upon word of a major upheaval in Soul Society, the two of us quickly infiltrated Seireitei to investigate the situation. What we found plays into our previous worries about the Senzaikyu Prison systems; a breakout of an enormous scale occurred, and several enemy opponents, mostly unidentified, were able to escape. We were able to identify one of the attackers who had broken into the prison and freed a major criminal whom even we were not able to identify despite previous experience with many of the criminal records in Seireitei. This man was identified as a well-known crime lord who has emerged recently, going by the pseudonym “Anarchy.” As appropriate to his name, the man is known for his desire to cause nothing but absolute destruction, and his involvement in this matter marks him as a criminal of the highest order. Termination will occur should he be met again, and he should be put as a high-priority threat. This is a situation without compromise, given the severity of his actions.”
With that, Haiiro seemed to relax, though he shook his head. “Let me tell you, that last little bit had a lot more choice language to it. Master was furious at Anarchy after he thought the man destroyed my fragment of his soul. He still hates the man with a passion I rarely see in him, so I suggest if you hear anything, you consider whether nor not you tell Master about it. He might act a little rashly on this issue.” His report given, the wolf gave his version of a salute, raising a paw up in acknowledgment to his master's employer, and then started towards the door. Halfway there, he paused, and looked back over towards Kazura. “Oh, and as a personal favor, can I get you to install a doggy-door or something on your office door? Master will probably have a fit given that it's a place for an enemy to throw something into your office, but if he wants me to keep running courier I don't want to have to keep scratching on the door to be let in!”
Kitai walks silently down the halls, grinning to himself, only slightly hunched over. He was still aching from his last battle, and the burns hadn't fully healed yet. Oh how he hated burns, and right now, the entirety of his back was a huge burn, and extremely tender. It hurt to even wear a shirt, and he was sourly tempted to go around topless. He couldn't do it though. He was afraid that his rippling muscles would cause injuries and accidents from his beauty alone. He dare not think what would happen if the ladies saw the grievous injury on his back. He couldn't bring himself to turn down the ladies throwing themselves at his half naked form to-JACK, F**K OFF YOU D**N EGOTIST! SHUT THE F**K UP, AND DITCH THE SHIRT! I NEED WOMEN HANGIN OFF ME!
Kitai was in a piss poor mood, and Jack wouldn't shut up about anything. It didn't help that Jill was actually buying into his s**t for once, trying to take over just to strip. He shuddered at what she might do if she managed. Said shuddering shifted his shirt around, dragging his shirt ever so slightly, sending a wave of pain across his back. He really hated burns. And fire. He was in a bad mood. But even still, he smiled through it all. Just living for the sake of living, trying to brighten his mood with his fake smile.
It didn't work.
In never worked.
Still, he tried and tried, and- hey look, a door! Indeed it was a door. An excellent looking door in perfect working order. This was the door to Kazura's office, the man who owned this building and ran all of Uzaki Enterprises. Kitai's smile became even more strained than it already was. He raised his hand to knock. He only managed two before the top hinge on the door gave, and the entire thing flew to the ground, with the middle hinge tearing out, and the bottom one bending with it in a desperate attempt to hold on.
Kitai looked down with a joyful smile. The same one he used when he almost felt bashful. "I think I broke your door." He said. An uncaring tone was all Kazura received in compensation. Said man looked nonplussed, but only sighed in exasperation rubbing his face at the albino's antics, while Kitai chuckled at him. Walking over the door, he entered the room. Latching onto the top of the door with the heel of his foot, he flung the door back into place with a loud slam. Normally Kitai would take a seat across from the boss of UE , showing that he still saw him as someone equal to him, subtly reminding that he was still just a man, despite all the wealth and power he had amassed.
But because of his back, he couldn't. In fact, the burning of his skin made every bend and twist he made scream in agony. So instead, he had to look like a weirdo. Or, more of a weirdo. Instead of the seat of the chair, he moved his legs around so that he could sit on the back of the chair, putting his feet up on the seat. Kazura's face was on the same level as Kitai's knees. 'Or our d-Shut UP!' Kitai yelled internally, only receiving pervere giggling in response. Oh how he hated her.
"So! The reason I was in the hospital!" He said. Oh yes, after Kazura found out he had taken a trip to the ER was a GRAND old time! Paying for the bill, and calling him to his office once he had recovered to file a report with him. As if he or Jill had the patience to do it by paper, and if Jack did it, he'd probably write them as being on the moon. "I had sensed an evil spirit up in the woods near some campers. Hehehe, stupid kids. Anyway, by the time I got there, some emo-looking mother f**ker beat us to the punch, killing the hollows before we could. He suddenly announced himself as 'Himitsu Misute, a Vice Captain of Squad 6 of Soul Society'."
Jill took over the distracted Kitai. "The handsome son'ava b**ch was talk'n ta us like a coupl'a MORons, and decided ta attack outa principal." Jill had the nerve to look offended, before Jack kicked her aside. "The Heretic began casting his witchcraft at us, ignoring the safety of the campers. So naturally, as the noble soul I am, began leading him away from the humans, knocking them out with a light wave of my spiritual pressure. Jack said, looking extremely pleased at keeping the campers safe, even though they might have been put in more harm by falling asleep in the middle- You know what, can I change that last statement?" Jack narrated himself into a bind, before Kitai threw him to the back of their mind.
"No, you prideful dip s**t! The Heretic knocked them out before we got there, pay attention!" He snarled, not even looking at Kazura, with an angry looking grin. "So we moved further into the forest so he couldn't do whatever the pervert was going to do to them, and he gave chase. I threw a tree at him to test the waters. He bounced the thing back, with little to no effort. He used some kind of magic, but he didn't say anything, or even more his arms to cast it. I wasn't using my full strength when I threw it, but still. It struck me dead on, throwing me back."
Kitai looked angry, leaning back a bit, careful as to not fall over. "So I tossed anotha one at 'im. He did his magic thiny, but onla managed ta block it ta tha groun. Dat made a huuuuge mess'a tings, coverin him in dust. An da air round 'im. I couldn see 'im. So, I was 'bout ta run afta his a**, when all'a sudden, some... wave? Puse? Somethin I couldn hit flew by." Jack, noticing that Jill was getting stumped by the big words, decided to help her out. By bashing her in the skull with a led pipe. Like a real brother would. "Yes, lets call it a pulse, since it felt smaller than a wave. The ability didn't seem all too threatening, until something else happened. From the inside of the pulse, some other magic was used. A bolt of lightning struck me through both of my legs, appearing right beside my right calf. I dare say if this man was any less eager to see me suffer, I might have been killed on the spot! He said sounding and looking aghast at the notion of him dying. How he managed to look like that despite smiling was a mystery."
Mentally smashing Jack with a frying pan, he punted Jack away. "The b***erd left a burning hole in each of my legs, something I intend on paying him back. I managed to fight on for a little while longer using the second stage of my fullbring, before he released his sword, 'Tenshi' somethin, I don't know, and another pulse-like ability, this time coating everything within a mile or so. Hard for me to gauge distances. Next thing I know, I'm surrounded by four red balls of f**king fire. I manage to destroy three of them, before the fourth one smashed into my back, knocking me out." Kitai looked enraged at that. Still, he continued on.
"When I woke up next, I was still in the forest, with no energy, a busted to f**k cellphone, and two holes in my legs. If it weren't for the campers waking up and finding my a**, I'd be dead as that guy's gonna be." He finished his story, sweating from the pain in his back. "The jack a** also damaged my fullbring, so I gotta try and fix that too." He added, rubbing his thumb across the spray cheese can in worry. He really loved that thing, although he was having trouble remembering why. That fight made him lose something, but for the life of him, he couldn't figure out what. "So can I go now, I missed lunch because hospital food tastes like s**t."

On a piece of paper, seemingly in oddly neat handwriting, somewhat impossible one might say. Regardless, the page was lying on Kazura's desk, in spite of the fact that his door had been locked when he entered.
"This night was my first night in Karakura. I had awoken somewhere in America, yet within the hour of waking up, I found myself here." It read. "I had been wondering around for less than an hour when some weirdos clad in black approached me. They claimed to be 'shinigami', but really they were just samurai that were invisible to everyone else but me and a few others." The words provided only displayed the lack of knowledge the writer had about the spiritual world, or his refusal to accept the obvious. "Shortly after that, maybe a minute or two at most, a swarm of zombies attacked us. At this point, a woman with a chunk of bone on her face appeared, along with Jac, who currently works for UE."
"Merly on a whim, I decided to follow the five through the town getting to know my location, as well as pick up some food from the nearby stores." He left out if and how he paid for the food. "Upon arriving at the graveyard, more zombies arrived to attack us. They were swiftly dealt with. The true issue was with their boss. It was a giant creature with a hole in its chest, and a skeleton of something massive, although it was humanoid in spite of the size. After a hard fought battle, he slew it." And that was all that was written about that night.
"The next instance was a brief encounter with an oaf of a man, who wouldn't be able to tell the difference between real fruit, and wax replicas until a week after he died from the wax destroyed his stomach. Though the battle was short, ending in a draw, he was very vocal as he left, insisting on letting me know both his name, and likely title, as I'm not sure what Kenpachi means. His name was Shōkan Kawada, and we for for all of two minutes before he realized it was too dangerous to continue."
"The last fight I've gone through is the only one I regret. Not only because I lost, but because I couldn't kill it. That might be a dark thing to say, but in this situation it fits. Using something that Kitai graciously calls the 'seventh sense', I was able to detect several people's lives being snuffed out, as well as a 'hollow', or a 'skull beast', whatever you prefer to refer to it as. I quickly made my way over to the area, only to see a minotaur looking creature standing in the center of a sand pit, surrounded by bugs. Immediately, I shot a bolt of lightning at the monster, only for it to be saved by the swarm of bugs around it, scarabus if my memory serves me correctly. The beatles were difficult to kill, seemingly only falling to my lightning. I was quickly overwhelmed by the seemingly endless amount of insects and was forced to retreat. I sensed it leave minutes later."
