This is the base format for all Physical Manifestation techniques available to those races from the World of the Living. They are also known as "body techniques." Keep in mind, these don't actually exist in the anime/manga. They exist to even out human world dwellers with the other races, and make strength a bit more even. Anyway, this is to try and counter Kido and similar, more or less. The races that use these are Humans, Quincy, Bount, and Mod Souls. Those that CANNOT use these in the human world are Nakabakki, Saika, Hason, Failures, and Rogues.
Let's begin. There are FOUR techniques, and each one has different variants. The techniques are Willpower, Output, Movement, and Energy Generate. Note that each technique has a number of variants by race, which are located on individual racial pages. Energy Generate, functioning slightly differently, has its own page within this section. Willpower is a technique that is available to most who dwell within the human world, and has a variety of effects that make it a versatile and useful technique. This technique is one that manifests the willpower of the physical body. It essentially causes spirit and physical body to "become one" and merge their powers. There are two uses of it. The first is a non battle use, and is the main use. The main use is simply to know the technique, which slows the aging process of the body and allows the possessor to live easily as long as a Shinigami or Arrancar. This is a will-based technique, however, and thus, if will vanishes, so does its power to stop the aging, which quickly catches up. Mod Souls and Bounts have a minor version of this part at all times, which allows them to age slowly at all times; humans and Quincy learn this version at Class 1.
Willpower has three stages that are associated with it, as listed below:
Drawback: See each individual stage. Atop that, when Willpower is learned, it comes with all three stages, but costs double the TTP to learn. Humans, Mod Souls, Quincy, and Bounts only.

Technique Description and Effects: Human World Dwellers are known for their strong will power and their ability to influence their body, this is one of the strongest effects of that power. With this technique a HWD can literally will their body to cease bleeding from any wound that have sustained, even internal bleeding.
Even though this technique is mental/will power it does not have a instant execution, rather the user of this technique has to focus on suppressing the bleeding for a single post. During that time they can only dodge and take a single attack without breaking their concentration. If their concentration is broken the technique is not executed, but no reaitsu is consumed either. This technique costs 300 once it is executed successfully and costs an additional 200 reaitsu per post.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Focus on suppressing any bleeding they have for a single post.
Technique Drawbacks: Needless to say this technique has some fairly heavy drawbacks. First, as stated above they need to concentrate for a single post. Second is its drain on stamina, since the user is forcefully willing their body to stop bleeding. Depending on the severity of the bleeding this technique can use for little stamina or literally drain the character to exhaustion in a few posts. Regardless of the severity no person can maintain this technique for over 10 posts (13 with mastery) without completely exhausting themselves.

Razor is the combination of all three Willpower stages: Cog, Pulley, and Gate all merged into one technique. Willpower taps into the three areas of existence. Cog taps into the Mind by invoking intimidation in intelligent beings. Pulley taps into the Body by raising one's physical abilities. Gate taps into the Spirit by raising one's spiritual abilities. Razor harnesses all of these and creates a blade of pure Aura that is both physical and spiritual in nature. This blade emerges from the user's hands, forming a katar-like blade on both arms.
This blade, as stated, is both spiritual and physical, so its durability is equivalent to the user's spiritual stats combined with their strength. Durability, not cutting power. Cutting power is still just Strength or Reiatsu Strength. When this blade cuts into a target, a pulse of sickening intimidation flows through them, causing nausea and vomiting if the user's class is superior to that of the target. If they are equal, they can resist the vomiting but still become hit with a wave of intimidating nausea.
Razor is not just about making the katar-like blade, though. That alone is beneficial as you have a weapon attached to your arms, but one's pure willpower that makes up this technique is capable of doing more. By exerting one's will, the energy blade can bend and twist as if it was part of one's physical body and grow and shrink as if it was an extension of one's spirit. The blade can grow to up to 10 feet long and shrink to just an inch long.

Only One Mastery technique can be learned. The user must specialize in which HWD technique they want to master. Costs 300 reiatsu per 3 posts and does little more than give the user a highly durable weapon. Prolonged use of this technique (1 refresh) will start to lead to blistering skin up the entire arms. Repeated use of this technique (2 refreshes) will cause the blisters to pop and bleed profusely. Max 9 posts of use in a thread without serious healing.
Mastery of this technique can allow the blades to emerge from any part of the body, with damage drawback being moved to appropriate locations.

- [Stage One: Cog]: By giving up 100 Reiatsu, the user pumps an explosive amount of intimidating power out. Anyone of inferior class will immediately be intimidated. This does not mean they won't fight. Those who are weak enough in comparison will feel a huge, exaggerated surge of power that will probably make them surrender. This can also be used on Hollows to actually scare them away instead of having to kill them. This does NOT work on animals! It only works on "intelligent beings." This means unless it has a similar to human intelligence, this wont' work on an animal.
- [Stage Two: Pulley]: This causes physical output to increase based on draining spiritual energy. It costs 400 reiatsu. When activated, it increases physical stats by 50%. However, it causes the skin to begin to blister from pumped out Reiatsu. Essentially, skin begins to burn. It's a quick burn. Within 5 posts, burning will start to become quite serious. On top of that, statistic gain is lost by the post, starting after the second post of this being active. After that time, 10% of the gain is lost every post. It can only be restored by sacrificing 150 Reiatsu per 10%.
- [Stage Three: Gate]: This has no initial cost. Reiatsu strength and Spiritual pressure (but NOT Reiatsu amount) both double. From there, reiatsu output goes up, meaning that costs are also doubled for everything. On top of that, 100 reiatsu is lost per post until this is deactivated.

Sight is the mastery of both stages of Output, Push and Impact. Push extends one's awareness while Impact delivers explosive attacks. Mechanically, this adds the user's senses and energy sensory together into one stat and then creates a field of awareness out from their body. This only occurs if the user has at least 50 Energy Sensory, else this technique is useless. They have to have some modicum of ability to sense energy to extend.
This field of awareness is based off of the user's base energy sensory, creating a field of 1 foot in radius per 10 points in ES. Anything within this inner field that possesses a spiritual presence is detected and can be reacted to according to the user's instinct. A second field is generated based on the combined senses and ES. This outer field, measuring 1 foot per 10 points in the combined senses, is what can be seen if it has a physical presence, then reacted to accordingly. If the combined senses is not at least 600 then this "field" is just a cone in what their eyes can see. If it is at least 600, then they have access to the full field of 360 degree vision afforded to those of high senses.

Repeated use over time can also lead to permanent blindness if not treated effectively. Additionally, some aspects of this technique are blocked off to those of low senses and energy sensory. If one doesn't have 50 Energy Sensory or a combined 600 in the two stats then this technique is nearly useless.

This technique is one that makes use of the body directly, using the user’s spiritual strength to increase the body’s capabilities in specific ways. Like Willpower, this technique comes in stages as well, but is limited to two:
- [Stage 1: Push]: This power coats the user in a sort of "Output Aura." It does two things. First, awareness can extend out by two more inches. This means someone will become more aware of an incoming attack two inches of distance from the attack earlier than normal. It means that one can try to use this to predict enemies, though not as successfully as actual prediction or reading. The secondary point expands "damage." Essentially, it bypasses defenses. A human using this is completely immune to cutback effect regardless of state, and this extends to weapon uses too. Hierro is also completely ignored during use of Push. This defense ignoring is only present during physical attacks. Reiatsu-based strikes can still meet Hierro resistance. This lasts for 5 posts, and costs 100 Reiatsu.
- [Stage 2: Impact]: This stage can be used only for physical confrontation. When activated, hit strength triples. This means that one can activate it while punching an enemy. If the user has 200 strength, that strength will count as 600 during the instance of the punch. This is very physically draining, and quickly exhausts the body's nutrients. It shortens lifespan to use too often, and it weakens stamina very quickly. This lasts for 1 post, and costs 200 Reiatsu.

Technique Description and Effects:
This is a movement technique. It's to keep up with things like Shunpo or Sonido. While all races using this have their own variant of a step technique already, this one is pretty much an in-general type of move. It attunes the physical body to the reiatsu in the air, rather than spiritual to spiritual. It is now physical to spiritual. This allows the user to step at 3x speed for the cost of only 25 Reiatsu. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique: Focus the body’s energy and release during a step. This technique can be broken off in the middle of its use. Unlike other step techniques, this one can be repeated while in the middle of the previous one, allowing someone to change their movement course in mid movement.

Movement Mastery is a little different than Willpower and Output Mastery, given that Movement doesn't have stages to combine like the others. Boost applies the 3x speed boost of the technique to one's entire body. The body heals itself three times as fast as normal including filtering out waste three times faster and purging toxins three times faster. The user then sweats out the waste and is free of any poisons and toxins they may have ingested.
The internal organs isn't all that moves faster. The user gets a 3x speed boost for constant motion over their whole body. This boost starts to fade immediately. The first post has 3x speed, the second 2.5x speed, third 2x, fourth 1.5, and by the fifth the whole boost is faded. By moving so fast, the skin of the user starts to heat up and blister. This is painful, sure, but has a combat capable use. All of the user's barehanded attacks are extremely hot to the touch, dealing extra damage with just a single touch of the user's skin to a victim. This too fades after 5 posts.

Only One Mastery technique can be learned. The user must specialize in which HWD technique they want to master. The biggest drawback is that the effects are natural instead of supernatural. Without a body that can heal faster than normal, 3x healing won't be much more than scabbing of small wounds. Additionally, this technique will actually kill the user faster if they wouldn't be able to survive the poison or toxin. The speed boost also hurts a lot given the skin is a blistering temperature. Costs 200 reiatsu per post and ends after 5. Cannot be refreshed without external healing.
