Ferality
Ferality techniques are special abilities implemented by the Beast-Clan, implementing their feral side and enhancing it through the use of these techniques. Though there are a number of Ferality abilities that apply to any species in general, many of these techniques are limited by the category of species that the user falls under. The following categories are available to create techniques under: Mammalian, which is warm-blooded mammals; Avian, which covers birds and other feathered fliers; Reptilian, which covers scaled creatures such as snakes or lizards; Aquatic, which covers fish and other primary water-dwellers (note, this does not include amphibious, which will fall under other categories unless no other applies); and insectoid, which covers the obvious insects and other pests.
Note that any Beast-Clan can only learn from one category besides "General," and if it is unsure which category they fall under, they may contact a staff member to make a ruling.
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: The purpose of this technique is to create a mark on another individual whose meaning is “friend.” or “not an enemy.” This can apply to neutral or friendly allies in meaning. This mark is used with several other Ferality techniques that uses it to determine whether or not the bearer is a target or not for those techniques, or can simply be used as a signal for others who are aware of its meaning. This mark lasts for eight posts before fading on its own, and its appearance varies by user.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): This mark is transmitted through saliva; focus Reiatsu and then lick the chosen individual to place the mark.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) None.

Technique Name: Daisny Temdeg (Mark of Enemy)
Class: 8
Technique Type: Ferality
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: The purpose of this technique is to create a mark on another individual whose meaning is “enemy” or “not friendly” This can apply to any hostiles in meaning.
Unlike Naiz Temdeg, however, the saliva can be transmitted by licking one's natural weapons to indirectly introduce the saliva to the foe's body.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) None.
Technique Description and Effects: This simple technique allows the Beast Clan user to restore lost skin. The lesser version of this technique stimulates the existing skin into growing. For Mammals, this causes hair to grow back. It does different things for other Beast Clan depending on their physical make up. Amphibians may regrow their mucus layer, etc. After paying the reiatsu cost, the skin will immediately start to restore the lost product, and will finish doing so after 2 posts. That is the Class 6 use of it.
The Class 4 use of Skin Restore allows wounded skin itself, such as burns and shallow cuts, to be healed. It also takes 2 posts to restore this skin. This technique does not restore anything else more serious than skin, so it will do little more than stop the bleeding in wounds. Tissue and muscle damage will still exist and will not be healed. The Class 6 version does not require attention payed to the technique, but the Class 4 version does require focus if the technique is not mastered.
How to use technique: Focus reiatsu into flesh and stimulate rapid growth of skin
Technique Drawbacks: Reiatsu cost, time required. Minor effect.

Technique Name: Giga Fist
Class: 6
Technique Type: Ferality
Usable By: Beast Clan
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: This is a fairly basic technique for unarmed Beast Clan individuals. It is typically for mammals, which are usually heavier in weight and commonly able to stand on two legs unlike some of their other brethren. This allows the user to shift their body weight, usually moving fat but easily being able to move muscle as well. The flesh is moved into the fists, which become much larger. Depending on how desperate the user is, and how much of their body weight they move, it can easily add a lot of size and mass to their fists.
For each 100 pounds that is moved from one part of the body to another, the fists swell up by a foot in diameter. If the user falls below half of their weight, they must start to pull muscle alongside any other fat, the consequences of which will be described later. For each 200 pounds that is moved over to the hands, the user's impact strength increases by 5%. Every time the flesh hits something, 25% of the moved mass is forced back out of the fists back from where it came. Muscle moves first, then fat. Every two posts that it is maintained, another 25% of the mass is forced back.
How to use technique: Focus reiatsu into the body, then force the flesh into the hands.
Technique Drawbacks: Obviously, focusing too much weight from the body can outright kill the user. When they focus a quarter of their weight into their hands, the increased blood needed in the hands will lower their instincts by 10% and can possibly induce dizziness if they don't have the proper mental skills like Calm Mind or Strength of Will. A 1 in either of those can stave off the dizziness, but not the instinct loss. Focusing half of their body weight into their hands forces them to use muscle as well as fat in order to maintain the heavy hands. This results in a speed loss in the legs, as well as vulnerability in the torso. Strikes there are more effective, especially blunt force trauma that can burst organs with ease. This costs 50 reiatsu to start up, and can last for a maximum of 8 posts if nothing is hit by the hands, as described in more detail above. Attempting to move more than two thirds of their weight will kill them instantly. Furthermore, the pain caused by moving the body mass back into place requires at least 4 posts of rest before it can be done again.

Technique Name: Steelfang
Class: 6, 5
Technique Type: Other
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: Metal
Technique Description and Effects: A basic technique, but one that enhances the abilities of a Beast-Clan's natural weapons immensely. By focusing Reiatsu in areas where they possess a natural weapon (i.e. spines, fangs, claws, stingers, etc), a Beast-Clan member can alter that portion of their body and change its composition so that it is as hard as spiritual steel. Not only does this make these weapons harder to damage or break, given the fact that they are based on the user's Reiatsu abilities, but this also increases the user's attack stat by 10%, but only as it relates to cutting. It also increases the length of natural weapons by a small amount, usually a few inches for claws, fangs, or spines, and very little more for anything else.
There are two versions to this technique. The Class 6 version is a brief, one-shot burst of transformation that lasts for all of one strike and then fades away. This allows the user to deal quick blows to pierce armor, but at the cost of draining more Reiatsu in the long run than a more permanent transformation. And speaking of permanent transformations, the Class 5 version lasts much longer. When activated, the higher version of Steelfang allows the transformation to remain for a total of three posts. This is increased to five posts if this technique is mastered. Additionally, the cutting strength increase goes up to 25% if this technique is mastered, but is only based on which versions are mastered.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Focus Reiatsu and pay the cost.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) The first drawback is cost; this technique costs 50 Reiatsu per use for the Class 6 version, and 100 Reiatsu per use for the Class 5 version. It can be deactivated at any time. The Class 5 version also has a one-post cooldown after its effects end, whether voluntarily or when the duration runs out. Note that this cooldown means it cannot apply to any attacks used in previous posts, even if in the current one your attack has not landed, and that the Class 6 version cannot be used during this cooldown as well. In addition, each version must be learned and mastered individually, with the effects of mastery only applying to the versions the TP has been spent for. This technique still only takes up one slot regardless of versions learned.
Technique Description and Effects: A skill many animals have is the ability to blend into their surrounding. Whether it's an evolutionary advantage such as the change of fur or scale patterns or simply an active ability to conceal oneself, it is a generally common ability. Beast-Clan members have the same ability, though it is a spiritual one rather than just a natural one. When this technique is activated, the user can blend in with their surroundings, hiding themselves, and the degree of such varies by the Class of technique used.
At Class 5, the technique allows for some small color changes, allowing the user to take a transitional appearance between their normal look and the environment they're blending into. This allows them to be harder to track and see against a background, requiring Senses of at least 100 or higher to notice them in detail at less than 100 speed. 75 or higher will notice them if they move at more than 100 Speed. At Class 4, they can fully take on the color of the background, and the amounts are increased to 175 Senses to notice them at less than 100 speed, and only 125 if they are moving at 100 or more speed. Finally, at Class 3, they are able to practically vanish, not only in color but in silhouette, and the amounts increase to 250 Senses to notice them at less than 100 speed, and 175 while moving at 100 or more speed.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): The user focuses their Reiatsu on themselves, causing their appearance to blur and shift slightly, fading into the background. The amount varies by Class of technique used.
Technique Drawbacks Costs are standard by Class, and apply for every post the technique is active. Second, to learn the higher-Class version of this technique, the user must know and master the lower-Class ones. i.e. to learn the Class 4 version, the Class 5 must be mastered, etc. Finally, this is only a visual cloaking; noise, spiritual presence, etc is not masked.

Technique Name: Eyes of Night
Class: 5
Technique Type: Beast Clan Techniques
Usable By: Beast Clan
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Description and Effects: This technique is a fundamental extension of the animistic nature of Beast Clan enabling the user to acquire a feature known as Night Vision to their normal sight. This effectively makes them see completely fine in the dark. The way that the Beast sees things though is with a strong colored tint. The color of the tint that they see everything in is the same color as their reiatsu. While this technique is active the user can also see through darkness/shadows that are created from reiatsu so long as the technique is below Class 3.
How to use technique: The user focuses their reiatsu to their eyes enabling their animistic nature to take over specifically in regards to the eyes.
Technique Description and Effects: One of the very few transformation techniques accessible to Beasts. While they're not typically spiritual Beasts are exceptionally primal and although this technique enables them to change their physical form it does so by pulling at the primal core of the Beast and turning them back into that which they commonly can be referred to as. What this means is simple. This technique enables a Beasts to transform into the natural form of whatever animal they happen to be. More than simply changing the physical form of a Beast though this technique once activated effects the Beast in a single way that has two separate yet prominent side effects. While a Beast is transformed utilizing this technique they lose the ability to control their reiatsu completely.
In fact the reiatsu of the Beasts goes into a dominate state making it not only impossible for the Beast to utilize their reiatsu, but also making it impossible for anyone to sense their reiatsu. This means that while the Beast may be weaker they're safer. This technique is typically picked up by Beasts in the Human World making all who know of its existence question whether or not every animal is really a simple animal or instead a Beast lurking in plain sight. When this technique is used the user although they may change their form stays the same size meaning that certain species such as insects aren't able to blend in with the typical animal of the same species. However, when this technique is Mastered the user upon activation is actually able to alter their size to match that of the natural animal counterpart.
How to use technique: The Beast must feel within themselves and channel the inner animal of their soul.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 100 reiastsu to transform although doesn't cost anything to return into the normal form. While this technique is activated the user is unable to utilize their reiatsu at all. While activated the user's physical stats are reduced to 40% of their total.

Technique Name: Rabid
Class: 4
Technique Type: Other
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: Poison
Technique Description and Effects: A venom-like technique that is available for all fanged Beast-Clan members (incisors and teeth that can break the skin both count as well) regardless of their species, this technique causes the user to secrete a special liquid from their fangs and teeth. When they bite their victim, this liquid gets into the target's bloodstream and begins to take effect. The first effects, which occur after two of the victim's posts after the bite, is simple illness and something akin to flu-like symptoms. This takes the form of a sore throat, stuffed-up senses, and general nausea, which causes difficulties breathing and causes the victim to become easily dizzied.
Four posts after the bite, confusion and disorientation sets in, rendering them unable to make any maneuvers with any sort of precision or accuracy, including step techniques. Battle Focus can ease these symptoms slightly, with up to a 3 in it allowing the victim to focus their vision for two or three seconds at a time. Six posts after the initial use, partial paralysis kicks in. This is only in the area in which the victim was bitten; if a shoulder is bitten, for example, the arm cannot move. If the torso is bitten, the lungs become partially paralyzed, making breathing difficult and increasing how fast the victim tires. In addition, they begin to foam at the mouth, which clogs the throat and begins to choke the victim, causing them to pass out if they cannot clear the obstruction. Strength of Will can help the victim remain conscious long enough to regain their breathing, albeit with difficulty. This venom's effects remain until it is fully shaken off, ten posts after the initial bite.
With mastery, the liquid used for this technique can be applied to weapons or other surfaces, but the effects take one post longer each to activate (Illness at post three, disorientation at post five, and paralysis at post seven). This application only lasts on the weapon for three posts before it must be renewed to inflict the poisonous effect.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Form the venomous liquid within the mouth, and bite the victim. With mastery, one can slash at the victim, among other things, if the liquid is applied to another weapon.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Reiatsu cost is the first drawback, which is 150 Reiatsu per use. In addition, this technique can be broken down and neutralized with anyone who possesses a Class superiority of two or more. Poison Resist applies to this normally; see Section 5: Skills for more information. Finally, there is one more way to resist this technique; as it is a virus going through the body, the victim uses their Strength as compared to the user's Reiatsu Strength to overcome it. Superiority will allow the victim to fight off this disease. However, if this technique is mastered, a 25% superiority is required.

Technique Name: Soul-Hunt
Class: 4
Technique Type: Other
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: Spirit
Technique Description and Effects: As many of the Beast-Clan take on predatory forms, their ability to hunt increases. Normally predators focus on hunting through the use of their senses; their senses of acute smell, of enhanced vision, and sharp hearing can all be used to track prey as they run them down. This principle applies to Beast-Clan as well, shown in their sharp senses. However, in a spiritual world, predators need to adapt to the hunt of spiritual beings too, and so this technique was born, allowing Beast-Clan members to use their sharp senses to track spiritual beings more effectively. This technique allows the user to apply their Senses to the detection of spiritual presences instead of Energy Sensory at a 75% value (i.e. 100 becomes 75), though this technique does not stack with any techniques that use Energy Sensory to track targets. It only applies to general Reiatsu sensing. Mastery of this technique increases the Senses as applicable to Energy Sensory to the full 100% instead of 75%.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Extend one's sixth sense outwards, and attune it to one's natural five senses.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) The first is cost; this technique costs 150 Reiatsu per post to keep active. In addition, this is non-stackable with any sensory boosting technique, and only uses the base Senses (after Type) in place of Energy Sensory. Also, this technique causes slight headaches that grow over time, due to receiving spiritual feedback through the senses and forcing the brain to process it in an unusual manner. Finally, if a target has ranks in Reiatsu Masking or Stealth, treat them as though they are increased by 1 to show the decreased effectiveness from normal Energy Sensory.

Technique Name: Howlrazer
Class: 4
Technique Type: Other
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: Wind/Sound
Technique Description and Effects: Creatures of sharp senses themselves, Beast-Clan members know how easy it is to have them overwhelmed by sensory stimulus. They make use of this knowledge and apply it to their own abilities, creating a vocal technique that fills the ears of those around them with the loud vibrations of the roar or scream. In practice, this technique is initially a loud sound that fills the victim's ears, using one fourth of the user's Strength as the value. (i.e. 100 would be 25) It automatically causes confusion and disorientation as the mind swims from the powerful wave of sound. However, the real strength of this technique comes when the Strength of the technique is 50% higher than the Senses of the victim; at this point, the eardrums burst, and the victim's sense of hearing is completely removed. Atop that, it also causes loss of balance, preventing any high-agility or complex maneuvers. This includes making step techniques unsafe for the victim, as without their sense of balance, they are likely to injure themselves by losing their footing mid-step.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Take a deep breath, build Reiatsu in the throat, and release it with a scream or howl of some sort.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Cost, as always, comes first. This technique costs 150 Reiatsu per usage. Obviously, this technique cannot be used by mute characters. This technique also targets everyone except the user, including allies.
Made By: Z-Wolf

Technique Name: Howlburst
Class: 4
Technique Type: Other
Usable By?: Beast-Clan
Technique Element: Wind/Sound
Technique Description and Effects: A variation of the Howlrazer Ferality, Howlburst is an attack that focuses on raw damage rather than striking at something's hearing. A common tactic from an animal to cause intimidation is to roar, something that the Beast Clan know all too well about. Howlburst is used when someone has gotten too close for comfort and the Beast wants to make some distance. Using this technique, the Beast Clan roars and releases a sound wave from their body, pushing anything away from them. The wave is equal to their Strength stat, throwing back anything that has less strength than them.
How to use technique: Take a deep breath, build Reiatsu in the throat, and release it with a scream or howl of some sort.
Technique Drawbacks: Obviously, this technique cannot be used by mute characters. This technique also targets everyone except the user, including allies. This technique costs no reiatsu, due to being a physical feat. If used this technique can only be used three times within the span of ten posts since the first use, otherwise the character will lose their ability to talk for fifteen posts.

Technique Name: Howlscreech
Class: 4
Technique Type: Other
Usable By?: Beast-Clan
Technique Element: Sound/Noise
Technique Description and Effects: This technique is performed in a similar fashion to the Howlrazer and Howlburst techniques, but the use of it is very different. The former two techniques are to be used as attacks or defenses, while Howlscreech plays a different role. As we all know, one of the ways that an animal displays its dominance and superiority is through some form of Intimidation. This can be colors, making themselves look bigger, raw power, or simply sound. Howlscreech uses sound as a form of intimidation. The Beast will let out a roar from deep within their bodies causing a unique reaction amongst people who have heard it. Those whose ears are filled with the side bear witness to a spectral image of the techniques user, only far more monstrous and feral. People exposed to this technique become frightened, scared of the techniques user and want to do nothing more than run away. Points in Intimidation make this technique stronger, thus making the specter that appears far more terrifying.
How to use technique: Take a deep breath, build Reiatsu in the throat, and release it with a scream or howl of some sort.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 150 Reiatsu to use. Another drawback, though, is that Skills such as Lack of Fear and Strength of Will can resist this technique. People need a 2 in both Skills in order to withstand the effects of this technique, but, if a Beast Clan were to have a 3 in Intimidation then they are able to overcome this drawback. The spectre itself only appears during the use of the roar, vanishing when it has ended. The fear effects lasts for at least two posts.

Technique Name: Khüchtei Duudlaga (Strong Call)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Ferality
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clan only
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: Using a loud howl or shriek, the user sends out their Reiatsu in the form of small sound waves and vibrations that inspires allies and bolsters their morale. During the next two posts, all individuals bearing Naiz Temdeg gain one rank in Battle Focus, Pain Tolerance, and Damage Recovery. This only works on individuals bearing the proper mark, and has no effect on anyone else, including the user.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Gather Reiatsu in the throat and then release in a yell or shriek.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) This technique is straining on the voice, and cannot be used for two posts after initial use. Additionally, any other techniques that require vocalization are unable to be used during this cooldown.

Technique Name: Blood and Bone
Class: 4
Technique Type: Ferality - General
Usable By: Beast-Clansmen Only
Technique Element: Blood
Technique Description and Effects: Beast-Clansmen are often seen to push themselves to their physical limits and beyond, their instinct to survive allowing them almost supernatural abilities in desperate times. Blood and Bone is a particularly fine instance of this instinct, allowing those who have been crippled in battle to still function at a level greater than others who lack this talent. It uses spirit and determination, drawing deep from the latent and often underdeveloped spiritual abilities that Beast-Clansmen possess.
The major use of this technique is to enable function of a destroyed or crippled portion of the body, using a concept similar to the Quincy technique Ransotengai. Rather than using strings to puppeteer their body, however, they literally reforge the missing flesh, bone, and muscle on a temporary basis, using pure spiritual energy to recreate these lost portions. These will appear as ghostly images of their former self, made purely of Reiatsu. Limbs and bones—such as broken ribs or a splintered spine—will function as normal, though they will not operate at full capacity (see drawbacks for more information).
At proficient, this technique can be used to recreate a single limb or rebuild the ribcage. When mastered, up to two limbs can be restored at once using this technique, or the spine can be recreated on a functional level. Additionally, at mastered, multiple applications of this technique can be active at once, allowing for more restored body portions, though the additional cost makes it unlikely that it will be used in such a manner for long.
Finally, at mastery, one additional use exists for this technique: the user can force the use of this ability through the limbs even when they are not injured in any way, in order to try and counter any abilities that negates their strength or reduces their speed. Doing so, however, comes with its own drawback, and is considered extremely risky.
How to use technique: The user draws upon their spiritual energy, pushing their body to function even in times of severe crisis and replacing lost or damaged tissues or bone.
Technique Drawbacks Though powerful, this technique is very temporary, and is often a last resort or a final push before complete collapse or death. When activated, this technique lasts only for three posts, and each time it is refreshed on a portion already restored prior, the duration decreases by one post, as the user’s body can only be pushed so far before falling apart. Restored portions of the body are also not nearly as strong as the original, due to the nature of Beast-Clansmen; rather than using their Strength and Speed for the use of these phantom limbs, they use their Reiatsu Strength, meaning that their offensive capabilities are reduced significantly. Recreation of any non-limbs comes with a similar drawback, reducing the user’s speed by 25% for each individually restored area.
Additionally, using such a technique is extremely damaging on the area in question too; unless the area restored is completely lost, at the end of the technique the damage increases severely, leaving the area crippled without major healing. Regardless of thread rating, injured areas affected by this technique are treated as DE injuries that must be properly healed or lead to permanent harm or even death. When used without previous injuries, the bones in the limbs are shattered and the muscles tear, and the DE injury penalty still applies, leaving even a healthy user crippled in the end.

Technique Name: Caged Roar
Class: 4
Technique Type: Cinematic
Usable By: Beast-Clan
Technique Element: N/A
Technique Description and Effects: A very old and somewhat lost technique possessed by the Beast Clan which enables them to tear holes in the fabric of reality with their roar alone. This technique was developed by Beasts that were captured and used for labor or simply imprisoned for other things. Those Beasts feeling caged like wild animals and longing to be free once again would roar no longer out of rage, but sorrow and the power of their soul somehow connects with their roar enabling them to open the portal in order to escape and reclaim freedom.
When a portal is made it is a perfect circle that stays open for a few moments enabling the Beast and any other spiritual entity to pass through, however once the Beast passes through the portal closes. The portal doesn't open anywhere specific in any of the dimensions taking the Beast to any location meaning it could either be the most peaceful or the worst possible place to arrive. When using this technique the player must roll a dice and the number will dictate the dimension the portal leads too.
1-25: Soul Society 26-50: Hueco Mundo 51-75: Human World 76-99: Silbern 100: Hell
How to use technique: The Beast in question must roar with not only their body, but with their soul which opens a portal into a different dimension.
Technique Drawbacks: Unusable in combat. This technique while it allows a Beast to open a portal to a different Dimension doesn't enable the Beast to actually choose which dimension the portal leads to and this technique can only be used once a day. Meaning that once a Beast steps through the portal that they create they're temporary grounded in that dimension and must survive at least 24 hours until they can preform this technique again to escape. Must be able to roar to use. Must have experienced a type of imprisonment.
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): Beast-Clansmen
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: The majority of step techniques are used to cover distance in a very short amount of time, allowing for the evasion of devastating attacks or quick positioning to prepare a strike of one’s own. These tend to cover large distances and are capable of great amounts of speed.
The Beast-Clansman variety, however, sacrifices range for sheer speed and offensive force. By making use of their powerful muscles, the race is able to cross short distances in a shocking blaze of speed. The total amount of distance determines how fast they move, with momentum being lost; at a total distance of ten feet or less, the movement is 15x the user’s Speed. If the total distance is from 11-20 feet, the movement is 13x the user’s Speed. If the total distance is greater than 20 feet, the movement is reduced to 10x the user’s Speed.
This force is then translated into momentum for a single physical strike that follows in the immediate aftermath of the strike. This attack comes at half of the speed used for the step, taking the excess energy and driving it into a single blow.
How to use technique: Gather energy in the muscles and release in motion.
Technique Drawbacks: The cost of this technique is 400 Reiatsu. In addition, it has a sharp range limit, allowing the user to go no more than thirty feet in one direction. Finally, due to the amount of strain it puts on the muscles, it cannot be used more than once per post.
Technique Description and Effects: One of the strongest Ferality techniques in existence, this is also a last-resort ability, used when there is little choice left to the user. Many Beast-Clan members reject a fully feral side, content to be a bridge between human and beast, but when push comes to shove and their lives are at risk, they may unleash the full power of the beast inside of them for a short period. However, it comes at the cost of their humanity and higher intelligence, at least for the duration of the technique.
For a period of five posts, the user's Strength and Speed increase by 25% each, and their instinct increases by 50%. This means they have highly sharpened reaction times, are faster, and are stronger than normal. Additionally, they ignore stamina during this time, charging tirelessly to attack their foe. This is a powerful technique, but it does come at a cost, driving them into a mindless, berserk rage that is likely to be a life-or-death gamble. At the end of the technique, their stamina simply drops, and the user will collapse without fail, but during this time, they are a force to be reckoned with.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): The user flexes their spiritual energy and focuses on drawing out the beast within.
Technique Drawbacks Aside from the high cost of this technique, there are several drawbacks to it. The first major drawback is the berserk nature in which the user attacks after activating this technique; Battle Analysis, Analysis, War Strategy, etc are all negated. Any mental abilities are useless to one who has no mind. The user will always attack as well; due to the berserk nature, they will not retreat, though they will avoid attacks, as their survival instincts are intact. Finally, when the post count is up, the user will collapse, unconscious, their stamina and Reiatsu completely drained regardless of current amounts. They will need a twenty-four hour period of recovery before they will wake up.
Technique Description and Effects: One of the defining characteristics of Mammals is their hair or fur. An animal is not considered a mammal, usually, unless it has some sort of hair. That being said, this technique allows the Beast Clan user to fill their hair with reiatsu, making it rigid and straight. The hairs are then fired like porcupine needles, being shot out at speeds equal to the user's strength stat. It costs the standard class 5 reiatsu cost to do so, and shoots out 10 needles at a time. If this technique is mastered, then the user can delay the firing of the needles, instead using them as a deterrent to melee attacks or as an added piercing effect to their own attacks. To do this requires the standard cost be paid on the first post, then 25 reiatsu per post paid after that. These hairs are not spiritually durable, but are capable of piercing at equal power to the user's cutting strength. Meaning, they don't stand up to attacks well and are easily destroyed. They have little to no defense, sacrificing that for turning hair/fur into an attack.
How to use technique: Use reiatsu to straighten the hairs, then flex the pores of the body in order to shoot them out.
Technique Drawbacks Reiatsu cost, lack of durability, small damage potential
Technique Description and Effects: This technique allows the Beast Clan user to fill their hair with reiatsu, manipulating the proteins and supporting it with the reiatsu, making it into a durable alloy material. This makes their fur or hair spiritually durable at their own Reiatsu Strength. This ability can be combined with a Mastered Hair Needle to fire out these spiritually durable hairs, though it happens at a reduced speed. This technique lasts for 3 posts, 5 if mastered. The user is not required to turn all of their hair into Steel Hairs. They can, for the same cost, selectively choose which limbs become Steel Hairs.
How to use technique: Channel reiatsu into fur/hair and rework the composition of them.
Technique Drawbacks: Reiatsu Cost. The body parts covered in the Steel Hairs cannot move, as the hairs are too inflexible. Using this with Hair Needle cuts the travel speed of the hairs in half. Hairs that use this technique fall out after the technique ends.

Technique Name: Poof Ball Class: 4 Technique Type: Ferality Usable By: Beast (Mammaul) Technique Element: N/A Technique Description and Effects: A defensive technique available to primarily mammals of the Beast-Clan yet can be taught by them to any Beast that happens to have fur. By flowing reiatsu into the bulb of each fur follicle the Beast causes their fur to puff outwards while becoming more dense. This gives the appearance of much more fur while taking the shape of a sphere. Physical attacks including shockwaves will cause the user to bounce away unharmed unless they possess an OS superior to the Strength+RS of the user. This technique will also protect against some spiritual attacks such as wind or water but not fire. Once completed the fur of the user will return to normal.
How to use technique: Focus twists into the bulb of the fur causing the poof.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 100 reiatsu. 2 post cool down. Can’t protect against most spiritual attacks. Made By: Asmo Reserved: No
{Class 3 Techniques}Technique Name: Wild Mane of the Beast
Class: (3)
Technique Type: Other
Usable By: Beast-Clan (Mammal)
Technique Element: Hair
Technique Description and Effects: This technique like many of the other hair based abilities that the beast-clan possess allows the beast in question to use their hair as a type of weapon. The technique begins by focusing reiatsu on a specific area which results in hair rapidly growing from that spot. Instead of taking the shape/form of a weapon the hair in use actually takes on the appearance of the beast's face. The hair can then be used as a long range type of offense by biting down and attacking in other manners. It should be noted that the hair somehow is able to replicate the same vocal sounds as the actual beast meaning that it can roar.
How to use technique: Focus reiatsu throughout the hair while concentrating on the direction desired.
Technique Drawbacks: The hair in use only stays active for two posts after activation. Once the post count has been reached the hair that was grow dies and falls off the body of the beast. The hair has durability linked to the dominate offensive stat of the beast this making it follow the same breaking rules as a zanpakuto. The offensive power of this technique though is linked to the strength of the user.
Technique Description and Effects: Skystrider is an ability limited to those of the avian category, simply because they are aware of and fully versed in the concept of flight. Normally flying above the land-dwelling races, this supportive technique allows them to temporarily allow others access to the sky. To use this technique, the user releases pinions from their wings to stab into the target's back, digging in deep. As long as these feathers are in place, “wings” formed of Reiatsu harbored within the feathers will appear, allowing the victim flight, though speed during flight is reduced to 75% of their current speed (i.e. 100 becomes 75). This allows for far greater maneuverability than the target normally has. However, these wings only last for five posts, unless the technique is mastered, in which they can last for seven posts.
How to use technique: Focus Reiatsu into the wings, and release pinions into the target's back. The wings form automatically upon impact.
Technique Drawbacks: The first drawback to this technique is the cost, a full 100 Reiatsu. However, this is a one-time cost. Additionally, the pinions must strike the target's back; because of the nature of this technique, the wings will not form if the technique does not land properly, wasting the Reiatsu spent. Finally, pinions stabbing into one's back is somewhat painful, and can cause minor distractions from the small amount of blood lost.
Technique Description and Effects: Storm Down is an interesting ability accessible by the avian species in the Beast-Clan race. Using the thicker down feathers beneath the external layer, these Beast-Clan members build static using their Reiatsu. They may build up to six “charges” by delaying the release of this technique, gaining two charges immediately and two more per post after. Charging in this manner conceals the attack; the Reiatsu is very similar to the user's, so the building pulse is not noticeable unless an opponent possesses a refined Energy Sensory of 200 or higher. During this time the user can use other Reiatsu abilities; the charging is passive and can be done offhandedly. They hold this static beneath their wings until they are directly above the target that they are attacking, at which point the down feathers are released, which then immediately fire all charged bolts of charged electricity downwards at the target. They cannot bend or alter their path, going straight vertical upon release; to compensate, the electricity moves at 600 stat speed. 2-6 bolts of lightning shooting straight down at such speed is not something to underestimate.
However, the real kicker is when the bolts hit; Beast-Clan members tend to have low Reiatsu Strength, and so often this lacks kick compared to many other spiritual attacks. To make up for it, these bolts are meant to course through the body, firing off the nerves and temporarily paralyzing the victim. When hit, the victim's movements become jerky, and they cannot move easily or with any precision; step techniques become dangerous to use, potentially directing them into a solid obstacle or messing up their footing, while aiming becomes difficult. This paralysis lasts one post per bolt that hits. Strength of Will and Damage Recovery can reduce these effects by a single post if they are at 2 or higher, and reduce them by two posts if they are at a 3 or higher. With both at a three, that's up to four posts knocked off.
How to use technique: Focus Reiatsu beneath the down feathers in the wings, and build up electricity. Release once enough has been built, letting the down fall and electrocute those beneath it.
Technique Drawbacks: Cost is always the first drawback, and it's a bit worse for this technique. The initial cost of this technique is 150 Reiatsu, but for every post of “storing” electricity (up to two additional), the user pays 75 extra Reiatsu. This means that for a full charge of six lightning bolts, the user pays 300 Reiatsu. Additionally, this technique only moves vertically, which means that the user has to be above the target, which is difficult in areas that support air ground.

Class: [4]
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): [Beast Clan Ferality]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Avian Beast Clan]
Technique Element: [Steel]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Usually a Science Fiction term, "Rods from God" represents an orbital bombardment of heavy rods capable of causing massive damage if dropped from high enough altitude. This Ferality allows an Avian Beast Clan member to soar up high, taking an entire post to fly straight up to reach the required height. Once high enough in the air, the Beast Clan reinforces a layer of feathers with reiatsu, hardening them to the point where they are as durable as spiritual steel and spraying them down to the ground. The feathers fall much faster than it took to fly up high enough, reaching terminal velocity at 600 stat speed and reaching the ground in the same post in which they are thrown. Not only do they have the potential of breaking bones, cutting into flesh, and damaging buildings, every feather that impacts the ground sends an earthquake like shock wave outwards for two feet surrounding the small feather.

Technique Name: Fragile Advantage Class: 4 Technique Type: Physical Usable By: Beasts (Avian) Technique Element: N/A Technique Description and Effects: Just like the animal counterparts the user’s physical body possesses hollow bones, more fragile than the human equivalent yet far lighter with more flexibility. This technique alters the bones of the Beast to mimic the fragile nature of an avian granting them a 50% increase to speed while diminishing their resistance.
How to use technique: Funnel reiatsu into the bones causing them to become lighter.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 150 reiatsu. Lasts 5 posts. Can only be done twice in a thread unless there’s a rest time of 24 hours. While activated, the user is VASTLY more vulnerable to physical damage. Made By: Asmo Reserved: No
{Class 5 Techniques}Technique Name: Play It Safe Class: 5 Technique Type: Physical Usable By: Beasts (Reptiles) Technique Element: N/A Technique Description and Effects: The user taps into one of the strangest abilities locked within their genes. By focusing on the blood pumping throughout their body the user is able to slow the circulation rapidly. After a few moments have passed the blood of the user manages to phase shift from liquid to solid, actually freezing without causing harm to the user. This is useful against poisons which can no longer affect the user nor can they bleed. Once Mastered this can be done to specific parts of the body although only one at a time.
How to use technique: Focus on the blood within the body while breathing slowly to slow the circulation.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 100 reiatsu. Lasts up to 10 posts. If used on the entire body the user CANNOT move, moving will result in the technique immediately ending. If Mastered the user can move just not the part of the body that is utilizing this technique. Made By: Asmo Reserved: No
Technique Name: Feel the Warmth Class: 5 Technique Type: Physical Usable By: Beasts (Reptiles) Technique Element: N/A Technique Description and Effects: Tapping into a sensory ability that many reptiles seem to share by extending their tongue out the user is able to pick up the heat signatures of the environment around them. This doesn’t just mean that they’re able to find lurking enemies, but also potential prey or environmental dangers. The user is able to sense up to 100 yards.
How to use technique: Extend tongue out while focusing reiatsu through it.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 25 reiatsu. Can’t do if the tongue is damaged. Made By: Asmo Reserved: No
Technique Description and Effects: A self-support ability used by reptilian Beast-clan members, Bask is exactly what the name suggests; the user lays themselves out to draw in heat and energy to keep active. In this case, however, not only are heat and sunlight options, but so are sources of Reiatsu. Sources of Reiatsu can be a strong ally who is flexing their Reiatsu, or an ongoing technique (providing that the user isn't hit by it and harmed by it). By resting themselves near one of these things, the user can relax their body and regain their strength, drawing in the latent energy of heat or Reiatsu. For every post spent resting, the user regains two posts worth of stamina. Additionally, if the source is Reiatsu-based, the user can draw in small amounts of it, restoring 400 Reiatsu per post. This is a useful technique if one can remain hidden, allowing the user to rebuild their strength over short periods of time. Unsurprisingly, this technique is costless.
How to use technique: Relax the body, letting out tension and opening one's spirit to the nearby Reiatsu (if the last applies).
Technique Drawbacks: Since there's no cost on this technique, there are others to make up for it. The first is that the user cannot move during an entire post in order to absorb energy; if they are interrupted, the effort is lost. Interruptions can include any offensive attack within close proximity, including being held and bound by binding techniques. Additionally, opening one's spirit to Reiatsu means that corrosive influences such as poisons and the like with a spiritual base are more deadly; their effects are increased by one post in duration or their Reiatsu Strength is increased by 10%, depending on the type of corrosion.

Technique Name: Shift
Class: 4
Technique Type: Ferality
Usable By: Beast Clan (Reptilian)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: Similar to the “Camouflage” ability that is available to all Beast-Clan members, Shift is a much more potent technique that allows reptilian Beast-Clan to change their colors completely, masking them against the environment. In addition, the colors change whenever the user moves, constantly hiding their appearance against any background. Finally, the dispersal of Reiatsu into this shifting pattern of concealment makes the user difficult to detect in spiritual realms, though in the World of the Living it stands out like a beacon. It requires 250 or more ES to see through this technique in spiritual realms, but no more than 50 in the World of the Living.
How to use technique: Let Reiatsu flow over the body and change the user's appearance, hiding them from sight.
Technique Drawbacks: The first drawback of this technique is cost; every post, the user pays 150 Reiatsu to maintain this concealment. Additionally, any aggressive actions, including counterattacks or redirections, will immediately cancel out the concealment this technique provides. Self-enhancement techniques and healing techniques will not affect the concealment. This is also only a visual and spiritual camouflage; sound and scent are not masked.
Technique Description and Effects: This is a passive trait that almost all Insect species of Beast Clan tend to possess. This trait is the exoskeleton that most insects possess that protects the rest of their body from the outside. This trait for Beast Clan is especially powerful as the exoskeleton obtains it's durability from the raw strength of the Beast's body meaning that their Strength actually determines how durable their exoskeleton can become. The durability of the exoskeleton is 80% of the Beasts strength granting them a major advantage over most other entities as this is always active similar to Heirro.
This armor isn't perfect though as unlike Heirro which stays active and can only be bypassed either through release or adapting to it specifically after a series of hits the exoskeleton can be physically broken just like the bones of other entities. Any attack that has an offensive value higher than the durability of the exoskeleton will result in damage to the exoskeleton. Breaking through the exoskeleton in a single blow requires 2x the durability. This exoskeleton prevents the Beast from being effected by fire type attacks so long as the durability is higher than the offensive strength of the attack. The class of this technique is the same as the user.
How to use technique: This technique is always active and thus requires no action on the part of the user.
Technique Drawbacks: Only Beast Clan species that possess an Exoskeleton are capable of obtaining this technique. The exoskeleton while it may act as both the skeleton and skin of the Beast can only be healed by techniques that would normally heal bones or if the user has 300+ HE. Requires 250 TTP per stage and all three must be acquired.
Technique Description and Effects: Many aquatic Beast-Clan members have ways that their bodies have adapted to surface life, but they maintain ways to hydrate themselves. Using this ability to keep sufficient water within their bodies, they can take that water and condense it into a powerful stream for a quick burst of force equal to the user's offensive stat. This is a straight stream that is about two feet across. The blast is a powerful impact ability, though it does not pierce through targets, rendering it a bludgeoning attack.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): Draw Reiatsu and water into the chest and release it in a powerful spray.
Technique Drawbacks Cost only.

Technique Name: Aqua Bullets
Class: 5
Technique Type: Beast Techniques
Usable By: Beasts (Aquatic)
Technique Element: Water
Technique Description and Effects: Moving the water stored inside of their body to the tips of their fingers an aquatic Beast is able to swing their arm out at the target forcing the water from their hand out at the target traveling at a speed of 400 with a force equal to the Strength of the Beast. The water forms into droplets once it leaves the Beasts hand becoming similar to bullets as they'll pierce into the target causing typically small scale yet potent damage to anything that it struck by them. The number of bullets per usage is limited to 20.
How to use technique: Concentrate on the water stored inside of themselves in order to move it into their hands beneath their flesh.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 50 reiastu. Although the technique doesn't require a large amount of the water stored inside of the aquatic Beast repeated usage can quickly drain the water stored inside of them. If the technique is used three times from a single hand afterwards the hand will begin to suffer damage and the Beast will feel as if the hand has suffered minor lacerations. Further usage will result in the hand beginning to bleed which will only worsen the more the technique is used.
Technique Description and Effects: This technique has two different stages of which the second can only be learned after the first has been mastered. The first stage works by the Beast forming a thin layer of water over their lips and then inhaling it with air and reiatsu. This results in a rather large bubble roughly the same size as a softball. The bubble moves at a speed of 200 with no maximum distance although it can only sustain its shape for a maximum of three posts before popping. When it pops the bubble causes a miniature shockwave causing damage based on the Strength of the Beast to everything around it up to five feet. The bubble will pop should anything come in contact with it beyond the normal breeze.
The more advanced stage of this technique enables the Beast to produce these bubbles in a rapid manner sending them out like a production line. Although the power of each bubble remains the same due to the increase in sheer numbers the potential damage is astronomically higher. When learned at this stage the Beast is able to produce 15 bubbles per usage. This doubles once the Beast reaches the Proficient and then maximizes at 50 bubbles per use once Mastered.
How to use technique: Forms a thin layer of water over the lips then blows air/reiatsu through the water forming a bubble.
Technique Drawbacks: Stage 1 costs 25 reiatsu per bubble. Stage 2 costs 250 reiatsu total. Made By: Asmo Reserved: No
Technique Name: Foam Floor
Class: 4
Technique Type: Physical
Usable By: Beasts (Aquatic)
Technique Element: Water Technique Description and Effects: The user spits out a massive degree of foam-like bubbles which cover the ground resulting in swift movements becoming much more difficult to execute. Individuals that move faster than 300 across the foam will find themselves falling over, difficulty balancing and sinking slightly into the ground. (unless it’s solid like metal or cement) Should someone execute a step technique while standing on the foam they will end up flinging themselves wildly potentially causing serious damage. Covers an area of fifty feet.
How to use technique: Forms a thin layer of water over the lips then blows air/reiatsu through the water causing a large torrent of foam bubbles.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 500 reiatsu. Lasts 5 posts. Step techniques that don’t require ground contact are undefeated. (Hirenkyaku)
Technique Description and Effects: One of the most sought after technique for Aquatic Beasts that strive away from large water masses. This technique enables an aquatic Beast to quickly replenish the water supply stored within themselves even during a battle. How this is accomplished is the Beast concentrates on their gills and inhales solely through them alone with all of their strength. This results in the Beast actually inhaling the moister from the air surrounding them. Not only replenishing their own water supply, but causing the surrounding area around them to become dry.
How to use technique: Listed Above
Technique Drawbacks: Requires the Beast to stay stationary for a single post. This technique can only be used once in an area requiring the Beast to travel at least a mile before being able to use it again. If a fire technique of class 3 or higher has been used in the area in the last 3 posts then this technique can't be utilized and the Beast must either wait or move to a different area.
Technique Description and Effects: Many types of Insect Beast Clan have very dangerous stingers often armed with paralyzing or even necrotic venom.
The Class 6 Version of this Technique is Paralytic. By focusing a bit of reiatsu into their poison glans in their stinger, the user can sting, and then inject the venom into their target, delivering a local paralytic. This will only effect the part of the body that is struck, except in the case where the head or heart is struck, in which case the effects spread to the entire body. This poison lasts for a single post, locking the opponent in place unless they forcing themselves to move. This can be accomplished by having at least 25% superiority to the offensive stat of the user(user cannot use strength). This requirement is reduced by 25 per point in Poison Resist.
At Class 3, this ability becomes far deadlier. Rather than simply applying paralysis, this toxin rapidly causes necrosis of the skin, destroying the blood vessels and causing the flesh to blacken, die, and then slough off. For the first post, the part of the body struck will simply lose function. The second post it will turn black as the cells die. And On the third post, flesh begins falling off the body in chunks. On the Fourth post it spreads to adjacent parts of the body. In this case, only a 150% superiority to the user's offensive stat(user cannot use strength) will protect the target, allowing them to completely ignore the poison. Each point in poison resist reduces this requirement by 25% (125% suprtiority with 1 point, 100% at 2 points, 75% at three points). The effects of the poison however, CAN be resisted if not completely ignored, by a 100% superiority to the user. (Again, this is reduced by 25% per point in poison resist), doubling the time it takes for the symptoms to progress. Poison lasts a total of 8 posts if unmitigated.
How to use technique: Focus reiatsu into the poison glands of the stinger. Then Strike and inject.
Technique Drawbacks: Reiatsu Cost. Additionally at class 6, a Healing Expertise of 150 will allow the target to identify the problem, and 200 will allow an ally to purge them, 300 if using it on themselves.
At Class 3, a Healing Expertise of 300 is required to understand what is happening, and at least 300 for an ally to remove the effects, or 500 in the case of self-curing.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Using sugar has never been all the more joyous. For insects, it becomes a valued resource that can be exploited for their kind. Using the sugars within the body, or from the environment, one can solidify the substance with reiatsu for it to become an adhesive, sticky substance. Better than gorilla and super glue, the damn stuff is very much like the same durability as the adhesive bug traps. About the size of a small fold-able chair, the sticky goo has half of the strength as it's user, and can stick to any surface. And yes, it is shot from the mouth, and is shot at a speed of 400.
The substance can last for 3 posts before hardening, losing it's effectiveness and becomes brittle. Once in such a state, in can be broken with a physical strength of 75 or more. Or even better, simply burn it. So it does mean that it is extremely flammable. Flammable to the point that it can cause 2nd degree burns if lightened, and when touched.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Just pay 75 reiatsu, and spit at a direction.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Because of it's material, the spit wad can only travel up to 15 feet before becoming dead weight. This means that it travels up to 15 feet, like an arrow, before falling down. It's weight drags the technique down, and loses it momentum after 15 feet of distance. Not only that, but it is considered a nonlethal too. And it can only be used twice per each post before mouth becomes dry. Once dry, the user will need to wait a post before using again.

Reserved? (Yes/No) (Can others use your technique, or just your character?): [No]
Technique Description and Effects: This technique is one that many a Beasts wish they could obtain and yet it's only accessible by the insects. This technique works by the Beast channeling their reiatsu through the out most layer of their body typically the legs instead of the exoskeleton. This enables the insect to actually wall on virtually any substance so long as the substance can't cause harm to the insect and is physically resilient enough to support the body of the insect. So while the technique can be used to walk along walls, trees, ceilings and even constructs formed from reiatsu such as kido it can't be used to walk across liquid like water or unstable physical matter like loose sand which while they can still walk across they will sink in like any other entity. Although the insect must concentrate their reiatsu to walk across things that normally entities wouldn't be able to once they've reached a location if they stop moving they no longer have too pay reiatsu because the reiatsu that has been used to allow them to move has a property similar to glue meaning they can if they choose stay stationary for undetermined amounts of time.
How to use technique: Listed Above
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 50 reiatsu. This technique can't be used to walk across reiatsu constructs that are formed with a superior offensive strength than the Beast. It also has no effect on anything formed from Seki Seki Stone. Other drawbacks listed in description.
Technique Description and Effects: Insects are incredibly good at using pheromones to communicate and get their point across. With the help of a little reiatsu, these pheromones can be tailored to effect other races as well. First the User must have been exposed to their target for at least 4 posts, and must have at least 200 instincts in order to properly discern the necessary adjustments.
The effects of this depends on the Class of the target. Targets of Higher or equal class will only be effected for 2 posts, only 1 post if they are more than two classes above them. targets of lower class are effected for 6 posts, and individuals at least 2 classes beneath the user will either last until the end of the thread in the case of NDE or DP, but will last for the next two threads in the case of DE. From there, they release an altered pheromone that when breathed in, compels the target effected to be attracted to the user
How to use technique (How is it activated?): 4 posts of observation before using a small burst of reiatsu, the body will do the rest.
Technique Drawbacks: This is a powerful compulsion, but with a combined Calm Mind and Strength of Will of at least 4 foes be able to halve the duration of this effect, with 6 they can ignore these effects. However, for each Tier of Charisma or Leadership that the user has, this requirement increases at a 2:1 ratio. Half of the 'rest of the thread' is considered 6 posts. Additionally, a Reiatsu Strength or Spiritual pressure with a 75% superiority to the user's will be able to break free immediately.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Not a good sight to see or to really feel against the skin. It is what it is as it comes from deep within the body. Bile is exactly what it sounds like as most insects tend to use it to break down food or other organisms. Heavily acidic, it burns through armor of many sorts. A single shot of this lime colored loogy causes 1st degree burns upon contact with numbing of the surface and singeing pain. But as the acid allows to go on, the following post 2nd degree burns occur, even after being wiped away. Once wiped away, this is the extent of the damage, but when remaining, the burns become more severe as they move on to 3rd degree burns on the 3rd post, then 4th degrees upon the 4th post. The pain itself is no joke when exposed to the substance as it would normally. The pain grows more severe as it spreads throughout the effected limb, then on the 3rd post, numbing the limb. The effectiveness is half of the user's physical strength, and moves as quickly as 600 speed. The speed does not change.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
A cost of 100 reiatsu in the gut to concentrate it, then spit a large wad from the mouth.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (
Well, as it is acid, a continuous use of the tech leaves that sour taste behind. That is because of the acid that trails up from the body through the throat. Secondary use of the technique within quick use of the first time causes the throat to become painfully sore. So, within the same post. When used a third time, within the same post, the throat goes numb and unsable until healed or after a two post wait. Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Who says that Spiders are the only one who can make threads? Most insects can produce their own silk threads, though a lot of the time they need to replace the silk with other materials. In this case, it is the minerals, protein, calcium, and natural sugar in their bodies that help to create it. Once mixed together with the correct proportions, a sticky thread is formed within the body that can be produced through the mouth, arms, legs, or stinger. Multiple threads can be produced at once, one from each appendage and head. The threads can travel up to 10 feet of distance, and has the durability of the user's own physical strength. As for stickiness, it is half of the user's physical strength. Very much like rope, is the best way to describe its from, but really resembles that of Spider silk.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Costs 100 reiatsu for each time produced.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Serving up as a nonlethal ordinance, the thread is primarily used for capture or entangling a subject(s). Other individuals, including friends or allies can be caught up in the threads, so it is not friendly to no one but the user. However, it is very flammable, and non-heat resistant to boot. When introduced to fire, it burns, which can cause 2nd degree burns if it is in contact with skin, or flesh.

Technique Name: [Mimic]
Class: [5]
Technique Type: [Ferality]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Beastclan, Insects Only]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Just as it sounds, and very much like in the movies, Mimic's primary role is meant to cover up the Beastclan Insect's body with something that is more human based. Using reiatsu across the surface of the skin, a secondary skin is formed from the Insect's own hide to create a human appearance over their body. This secondary skin forms a mask that wraps around the head entirely, with bug hair serving as human hair (length doesn't matter), an exo-skeleton that mirrors clothing material and skin, and with the help of the minerals inside the body it produces a soft, while at the same time, a firm exterior flesh. Altogether it conceals the Insect's body under a husk that even hides away the little reiatsu that the Beastclan member already possesses.
While it starts out at Class 5, the outer form is what is made. Beneath the exterior, the Insect's tone and manner of speaking are not hidden. Any personal noises that their specified races produced during speech are openly expressed through the facade human mask. Pretty much at Class 5 it provides a Disguise [1] skill. Of course, this does not hide smell, at least not at this level.
Class 4 on the other hand can filter out any noises that their specified Insect race may produce, such as buzzing, clicking of the jaws, etc. All of this is filtered out, and the individual sounds like an actual human being. Voice can be adjusted just as the husk body can be altered. Skill granted is Disguise [2] at this time.
At Class 3, the Beastclan Insect pretty much filters out their noise, including being able to hide their scent too. Remember, being stuck in a husk with all that musk is gotta be stinky. At least to other creatures, but not the user. Below Class 3, scents can not be masked, including at Class 3 with the exception of having Senses over 200. Class 3 grants Disguise [3].
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
The use of 200 reiatsu throughout the skin in order to form the desired husk. And yes, the husk itself remains until it is broken, and does not need a per post cost.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
The Disguise skill provided is only utilized when the technique is in use, and not during any other time, and it does not stack on top of Stealth and/or other Disguise Skill if already in possession of it. Senses over 200 can immediately see through the false body. The technique itself is cosmetic and not much use for combat, but mostly for sneaking around and blending into environments among populated areas. However, if a technique is used, then the husk immediately breaks apart like a ceramic pot.

Technique Name: [Centipede]
Class: [5]
Technique Type: [Physical]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Insect Beastclan]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Kinda gross, but sorta cool at the same time. Centipede is as it sounds like while at the same time not really. It does strongly have to do with the Insect species of Centipedes. But, for this technique itself, what occurs that once activated the space between joints in the body expand with a long, scaly, multi-legged appendage. Yes, an actual centipede's body sprouts from within any part of the Beastclan member's body, beside the joints, and extends these areas for about 5 feet in length with a 2 foot thick muscley, slithering form. A total of eight tiny legs poke out the sides of the newly made appendage, mostly for image reference, and help lengthen the reach of the user to help better assist them in battle. This newly made portion can sprout anywhere in the body of the Beastclan member, so long as it is a segment of the body. So, like, hip joints, elbows, wrists, shoulders, neck, abdomen, knees, etc.
This technique is primarily used as a support technique and has no real offensive capabilities. This can only last for a single post and is made completely out of muscle with no internal bone structure to say, so it is quite flexible at that. Other than that, the cost per use is 100 reiatsu, and can only be used 2 times during a post.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Pour in 100 reiatsu in desired location and let it burst out.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Reiatsu cost hue. Plus, since this new added part comes from inside using the Beastclan member's own components, the muscle like formation acts like a part of the body. So, that means if it is hurt, cut, burned, etc, then the technique user feels pain as if it was naturally a part of their body. The limited range for the expansion is 5 feet in length, so those who are not very observant can leave this segment of themselves vulnerable. Beyond that, the technique itself does cause some discomfort too. Like come on, it is using their own muscles and nutrients to help create this growth spurt. The body returns to normal immediately once the post comes to an end, which also causes some displeasuring sensory as everything is put back to where it is suppose to be.
Incantation and Effect: Nope.

Reserved? (Yes/No) (Can others use your technique, or just your character?): [Nupe]
Technique Description and Effects: This is a scouting type of technique that most insect species of Beasts are capable of learning so long as they have antenna. What this technique allows them to do is actually pick up abundant sources of reiatsu in the environment from typically a safe distance away. What this means is any insect that uses this technique can actually pick up the exact location of a spiritual entity that possesses more reiatsu than the surrounding area. While in dimensions that are formed from reiatsu this technique is actually less effective as the environment has more of an abundance of reiatsu. In order for an insect to pick up the location of an individual that individual must have more than 200 Spiritual Pressure otherwise they'll blend in with the surrounding environment.
While in dimensions that have less reiatsu such as the Human World though it's much easier to pick up spiritual entities as Beasts are able to pick up any entity that possesses more than 50 Spiritual Pressure. The distance of this technique is determined by the Senses of the Beasts in terms of meters. (150 Senses = 150 Meters) Although some insects don't have Antenna that doesn't mean they can't use this technique. Instead they're able to use this technique with their Seta. When this technique is Mastered the distance that this technique enables the Beast to scout is increased by 25%.
There are those that possess a talent for hiding whether they are doing so willingly or not makes no difference with this technique. For every 1 in Stealth that a character possesses it requires that they also possess another 100 Spiritual pressure for this technique to pick them up from the surrounding environment. The ability to suppress ones reiatsu can also keep this technique from being able to pick up the spiritual pressure unless the spiritual pressure of the character is double or more the surrounding environment.
How to use technique: The Beast must intentionally wiggly their antenna while concentrating on the tips of them.
Technique Drawbacks: Costs 25 reiatsu.

Technique Name: Aldaany Barimt (Bug Buzz)
Class: 7, 4
Technique Type: Ferality
Usable By: Beast Clan, Insect Types only.
Technique Element: Sound/Wind
Technique Description and Effects: This Technique is employed by Beast Clan of the Insect persuasion, more specifically those with wings. By unfolding and extending the wings, the user focuses their energy into them, preparing the muscles before beating them rapidly. Because of the incredibly high frequency with which this is done, a massive buzzing noise is produced. By modifying the frequency, this buzzing becomes suddenly inaudible and instead operates at the frequency of soft internal tissues. As Such this technique when seen from an outside perspective is a brief, loud buzzing, followed by a sudden jarring jostling of the innards.
The effects of this shift in frequency is not enough to deal actual internal damage at first, and at it's Class 7 form simply institutes an INCREDIBLY uncomfortable vibration of the internal organs, briefly stunning individuals in it's range. Individuals with defensive stats superior to the average of the user's Speed and strength ((Speed+Strength)/2) stats can resist and ignore this stun.
The Class 4 version of the technique is much stronger, dealing light internal damage, but nothing that would generally be considered problematic. The real danger is the numerous tiny tiny ruptures it causes internally, resulting in internal bleeding which drains an opponent on the first post. By the second post the opponent generally will begin to slow down, their concentration will start to waver. And on the third post, generally they will lose the use of their feet, fingertips, and nose as blood loss takes it's effect. On the fourth post the target generally collapses.
This however can be countered by Bleeding Tolerance. For every tier of bleeding tolerance, the effects are delayed by one post. This Technique's effectiveness is influenced by both Strength AND Speed, thus the strength of this ability is equal to 50% of the user's strength and 50% of their speed combined (The average of the two stats, meaning that this technique is not as effective unless the user invests heavily into both stats). An opponent with a defense equal to, or 50% higher this amount can ignore them. Lastly, because these ruptures are so very tiny, any individual with at least a 150 in Healing Expertise can identify the problem, and with 200 they can be treated (300 if they are applying this to themselves). Any race with a form of regeneration is immune to these effects.
How to use technique: Open wings, flap. Adjust frequency.
Technique Drawbacks: As Stated above, Defensive techniques of equal or greater strength can negate this ability. For Class 4, healing expertise, Regeneration, and Bleeding Resistance can all help deal with it's effects. The user must have wings.

Technique Name: Ondog Gashuun (Egg Sting)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Ferality
Usable By: Beast Clan, Insect Types only (female)
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects: Many species of Insect Beast Clan have trouble finding safe places to lay their eggs, and so they solve these problems by injecting them into their enemies. By jamming their stinger into a target, they can lay their eggs into their target, as well as sending a pulse of Reiatsu into them in order to speed their growth.
Upon injection, there will be a dormancy period of two posts. On the third post after, The grubs will begin eating the insides of the opponent before tunneling their way out. Depending on WHERE the eggs have been laid, this has varying levels of lethality. It is however, always, a beautiful miracle to behold: The miracle of life.
Grubs have all stats equal to 50, except for Sensory stats which are 25. However in the case of finding their mother, they are considered to have 150 in their sensory stats. Grubs will always try to make their way back to their mother once they have finished eating their way out of their host.
How to use technique: The user stings their target, and then ays their eggs, injecting a chunk of reiatsu into the eggs before retracting their stinger.
Technique Drawbacks: Reiatsu cost. The user must be Female in order to use this technique. Additionally, unleashing a strong pulse of reiatsu through the body will kill the eggs (or grubs). Requires a Reiatsu strength superior to the user's offensive stat in order to kill the eggs, and costs 50 reiatsu. A 50% superiority is needed to kill them when they are in grub form, and costs 150 reiatsu. The process of laying the eggs is somewhat numbing, however an individual with senses of at least 250, or a healing expertise of at least 150 will be able to recognize the presence of the eggs in their body before they hatch.

Technique Name: [Centipede Sacs]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [Physical]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Insect BeastClan]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Uh, no, not what is being thought of. Instead, what Sacs does is essentially creating a pair of 3 feet long muscular appendages that erupt from the backside of the Beastclan Insect. Decorated with a dozen "L" shaped blades along the sides of the newly made tendrils, these boneless concoctions are 2 feet in diameter with a scissor like tip. Two pincer claws acting as fingers, scaly flesh acts as a extra pair of arms for the Beastclan member to use in battle, and cost only 150 reiatsu to make, and do last for the remainder of the post.
How to use technique (How is it activated?):
Just use the damn 150 reiatsu and let it rip.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)
Since this pair acts like a brand new set of arms, they can be hurt like any part of the body can be. Also, they do have a limited range in far they can reach too. So it can kinda suck, especially with the extra weight they add onto the body. And since these new arms have a time limit on them, the reiatsu cost can pile up quickly throughout a thread for their usage, more so for Beastclan than that of the other races. Other than that, they can hurt when they sprout out since the body is producing nutrients to produce the muscles necessary to make them, and for when they come erupting out of the shoulders, under the arms, or rear shoulders, which ever of the 3 areas that the user wants them to come out of.
Incantation and Effect: None.

Reserved? (Yes/No) (Can others use your technique, or just your character?): [Nupe]
Technique Description and Effects: Using powerful Pheromones, Insects can command and communicate with others of their species. Because of how important this communication is, these pheromones are very powerful, survival often depends on it. One of the most powerful pheromones that can be released is an ATTACK pheromone. The user must observe the target for at least 5 posts, and must have an Instinct of at least 400 in order to understand the proper adjustments to be made.
After using a brief pulse of reiatsu, the body will make the adjustments before the pheromone is released. The pheromones do not actually take immediate visible effect, there is a two post incubation period as the targe'ts brain adjusts and tries to perceive what is producing the pheromone. This is cut in half by Targets with senses of at least 200 as they can much more easily discern who it is coming from, and this period will be doubled for individuals with senses under 70. After this period, the individual will consider the user an ally, and will fiercely attack and kill anything that they consider to be a threat to them, and will simply drive off any others that are considered a potential, but not a direct threat.
These effects last until the end of the thread, or for two threads in the case of a DE thread. The target CAN however break free of this By Struggling against it for 2 consecutive posts. Each post this takes considerable energy, consuming 150 reiatsu per post. This reiatsu cost however can be avoided if the victim has a STRONG emotional connection with one of the allies they are being forced to attack. If they were lovers for any long period of time before, then the struggle count is reduced to only needing one post to break free.
How to use technique: 6 posts of observation before using a small burst of reiatsu, the body will do the rest.
Technique Drawbacks: Must have at least 400 instinct. Reiatsu Cost. Observation period. An individual with Strength of Will or Calm Mind will be able to resist these effects if the combined points in both skills are at least 2. This is countered by the user's Leadership or Charisma skill at a 2:1 ratio. Having superior Reiatsu Strength or Spiritual Pressure to the user's cuts the requirement in half (After modifications due to the user's skills).
