...General Message...
Welcome to the Third Division Barracks, home to all Third Division members. While anyone is welcome to come in, please do not loiter or stay during hours beyond our curfew. If one wishes to stay past these hours, one must have signed permission from the captain, Ketsueki Nami. Have a wonderful day.
...Message from the Captain...
Dear Readers,
The Third Division has a very difficult job. It entails that we be sent into a variety of unknown circumstances which, consequently, gives us one of the highest casualty rates in Seireitei. However, do not assume we are weaklings because of this, as it is entirely due to the fact many shinigami join us, thinking they can handle the dangerous situations we deal with on a daily basis when, truly, they cannot. Please do not join our ranks if you are not able to adapt to constantly changing situations and if you are only strong in one field. We require people with a quick wit, the ability to think on their feet, and with a level range of abilities. I am not trying to discourage any would-be members, I am just being honest. I do not need to lose another fukutaichou because an unseated member joined us when they did not have the correct capabilities.
Signed,
Ketsueki Nami
Ketsueki Nami

...Rules and Regulations...
1) Be inside the barracks from the hours of 11 PM to 4 AM. This curfew is in place in order to encourage a minimum of five hours of sleep. This will increase energy and support the overall performance for the squad. While one can be outside of their rooms during these hours, they must remain inside the barracks and must keep noise to a minimum. In order to exit the barracks during these hours, one must have signed permission from either Ketsueki Nami or another Gotei captain.
2) Be respectful of your comrades, superiors, and 'inferiors'. Disrespect leads to disorganization and, ultimately, a less productive team.
3) You are allowed five sick days and five vacation days a year. You can be denied a vacation day, but a sick day cannot be denied. However, if it is discovered you were in good enough shape to work and you still took a sick day, punishment will be bestowed upon you.
4) Treat everyone equally regardless of race, gender, religion, et cetera. This includes arrancar, hollow, and the like. Just because their race is generally considered a foe does not mean they are.
5) Everyone is innocent until proven undeniably guilty. Do not make judgments based on the assumed.
6) Do not smoke, do drugs, or drink to the point of drunkenness. These actions will damage your body and damage the team as a whole. The only exception is prescribed drugs.
7) Do not discuss Gotei actions or information with non-Gotei members.
8) Do not enter another Gotei-member's quarters without their direct permission.
9) Do not take, use, or vandalize another Gotei-member's property without permission.
10) The rules are subject to change at any time and without notice. However, someone may not be punished if the rule was added after they broke it. This means that if someone litters on the third and a littering law is instated on the fourth, they face no punishment.
11) Do not litter.

...Recruitment...
What we Need
People who can think on their feet and have a balanced range of abilities.
...What we are Like...
The Third Division is made up of bright minds and well-rounded talents. We tend to stay out of one another's business, though there are groups are very serious friends among us. Fighting among members is minimal and if such an issue is found, it is quickly snuffed out.
...Final Words for New Recruits...
Please, please listen to the captain's message. If you do not, it very likely you will get rejected here, tarnishing your standing, or, if you do manage to squeeze by, you will die.
...Current Rankings...
Captain: Ketseuki Nami
Vice Captain: Kawada Shade
Third Seat: None
So On: None
