The Fifth Division
[To the Fifth Division, for the last year and a half you have been starved a strong captain, We are the Kidou specialists of the Gotei. Do not mistake us for the Kidou Corps. We assist all other squads, if they cannot perform a mission on their own. We will make sure that the mission success becomes a reality. That is our mission our mandate. To serve the Fifth Division is to serve me, and to serve me is to serve the Gotei. We will not falter to step into the light and become one of the strongest squads. We serve the Gotei, and do so with Honor.]
Foreward From the Captain:
I am the Right hand of the Kuchiki, I make frequent trips to multiple division and to meetings. I wish for this squad to be strong, to become notable against the big three, and to surpass one and become a part of it. I welcome all who wish to join. But know that if you do you are committed and will become strong I welcome you. We are prideful and powerful and serve the Kuchiki name. Remember Honor, Commitment, and compassion. We are the Fifth division and remembering these things makes it enough for someone to serve underneath Hokori Kuchki.
Rules:
Rule 1: Constantly expand and test your power, even against the other squads.
Rule 2: Help your Squad members, If we are to become powerful this is incredibly necessary.
Rule 3: Openly Recruit all new applicants who possess a good show of talent.
Rule 4: Remember the Code, Serve your squad and your fellow shinigami. We are all equal, we are all Kin. Remember the respect for your higher ups. Disrespectful notions will not be tolerated.
