Aside from having to google what weapon you were referencing, I saw that previous gradings for this power were heavily involved with the durability and cutting power for these blades. Additionally, something having a durability and cutting power of 1320 is crazy, especially since this number can get even higher if he ever becomes a General. What Class are these arrows supposed to be?
I'm fine with the changes you've proposed, but we need to discuss these numbers.
WHOOPSIEDOODLES forgot you're a Sternritter so lemme just take out part of what I wrote.
These arrows are determined based off of the class he fires them off of. So they could be class 6 up to class 1 that's how quincy arrows work. The main issue that Z had was with the fact that this is a physical arrow, a physical release which would be based off of the character's strength not the RS. Also, I hate to say this Sana but why would my arrows be an issue in terms of OS strength? All techs work the same way, they have cutting/blasting power as well as durability based off of the OS used to make the tech. If it's a physical tech it's based off of the physical strength of the character if it's a reiatsu based attack it's based off of the RS or SpPr of the individual. If he was a spiritual prodigy he could freely make a basic arrow at any class with the OS of his rs which would be 1320 have the same durability and cutting power and that's without any other extra reiatsu cost. When it comes to a physical type they can normally make their release weapon scale off of their strength, that's written in the rules, given the normal nature of quincy arrows I had to use his power to turn his spirtual ones into physical ones using my release. Z had a real hate for the idea of a physical quincy given it goes against the norm. Side note with a physical quincy I give up on the benefit of a majority of quincy techs including Blute, bankai stealing, Skalvari, Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger all of which are powerful techniques that are utterly useless to me given the lack of RS.

I never said they were necessarily an issue. I just wanted to understand where it was all coming from. I noticed that this had been brought up in discussion before and that everything was still fair. My concern is that the ability is a wee bit strong if it's coming from lower-class arrows/blades/whatever.
All the class arrows still fall under class clash. Meaning that any tech two classes above the class of the arrows would still be strong enough to break them without any issue. Yes the arrows are strong, but at the same time so is the type that I'm using and the fact that I'm a rank three. It's also a case of a near max level character using a low level tech, a perfect example would be Kyomei as a TM using byakurai. That byakurai would be devastating with 2200 OS but it's still a class seven tech. It's a very strong tech, but it still would lose out to anything at 2 classes or higher for class clashing.

Hm. Fair enough! I like the argument. I think your changes are fine regardless so I'll pass this along to Col since you two chatted about it previously. 1/2
