Kazura watched as Amare closed his eyes and began to focus his spiritual energy to the best of his ability. Kazura's Energy Sensory was also very average, so he couldn't see Amare's aura of control but what he could see was the visible effect of the man's focus. He saw the tennis ball stop abruptly and then be repelled backwards. Amare looked tired, already, though as he felt discouraged by the lack of being able to hear the souls around him. Just when Kazura was about to congratulate him for accomplishing what he did, Irina took matters into her own hands and threw a ball at the other fullbringer's face. That was one way to learn, for sure. Amare would have to reflexively react to it using as much willpower as he could to not draw away from it or slap it out of the air with his hand.
It was a test that Kazura chose to let unfold. While it wasn't his first choice in the matter, it wasn't necessarily a bad one. It was harmless, just a soft tennis ball, so no lasting damage could be done physically to Amare from it, but it could potentially make him feel quite embarrassed if he wasn't able to deal with it using Soul Command. While he waited to see how Amare reacted, he asked a few questions to the other man. "I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by Shikai or Resureccion. Isn't a Zanpakutou the weapon of the Shinigami, though? We're not spirits, we're humans. Humans that have gone beyond the limits of mortality, sure, but still humans to the core. Caliburn is your Fullbring, most likely in its Incomplete stage. There are two stages to your primary fullbring, and eventually you will learn to pull out the power of a second object that is precious to you to develop a secondary fullbring that just has a single stage."
Kazura would have to make up for a lot of (well-intentioned) incorrect teaching. But he was willing to help Amare learn how to be a Fullbringer more completely. He wasn't sure how to help Irina develop, today, though. She was practicing controlling more than one tennis ball with her Soul Command at a time, but Kazura wanted to really push her today. She had been developing into a powerful fullbringer, one that could quickly become a valuable asset to his team. Already they had worked together and he had seen her in action, but he was confident that he could help her grow even more. She appeared to be warmed up from her lunges, so Kazura made a suggestion.
"Why don't we train a bit more intensely? Amare, I want you to keep working on listening for souls for as long as you can. You already worked on listening for the soul of the tennis balls, but I want you to meditate on the floor in whatever comfortable position you find best until you can soften the floor like I did to jump higher and farther. You don't have to work on getting the spring in it yet, just work on letting the floor obey you. Irina, you already know how to do that, I imagine, so I want you to focus on bouncing from the floor to the ceiling and back to the floor as many times as you can muster. I will be working on developing more tools for the practice as well."
Kazura moved over to an adjacent room and pulled out some tools and materials. He then activated his Secondary Fullbring, transforming his arm into a nanobot filled titanium limb. He coated his hand in the mini machines then began to eat through the raw materials that he had procured. Plastic tubing, metal sheets, foam, leather, it all was collected into his arm. He began to build a machine that would fit around his wrist like a bracelet but contained an air powered dart gun inside. He could eventually convert it into a plasma launcher or a wrist mounted gun, but for now he'd build three pairs of dart gun launchers. And about a hundred foam darts for each of them. It took him awhile, so Irina and Amare would have plenty of time to exercise and meditate respectively.
