Abyssal Cross - Honestly, this definitely needs to be toned down - normally a Class 1 property would get some leeway on power, but when you're not only emulating but surpassing the original race's main abilities at equal Class, I gotta say no. Any copy should inherently be weaker than the original, or else have a severe drawback. You've got better costs for the same Class (200 for a Class 1 every 6 posts, essentially 400 for a whole thread on average, vs 500 for a Class 1 that also includes a 25% regeneration cut), better arrows (25 Reiatsu for Class 1 vs 70 for Class 1), better arrow self-destruct (25 Reiatsu for a Class 1 arrow to explode compared to 70 Reiatsu for a Vandenreich). Your only drawbacks are not having Reiatsu regeneration that you don't have anyway (as opposed to Quincy losing a portion of what they already have), and mild Hollow poisoning on contact (compared to Quincy taking actual acidic damage from contact).
Piranha - Needs a per-post cost per fired arrow if they're going to be perpetual and able to pursue.
Ocean Mites - Again, per-post cost for an independent agent. Also they shouldn't have free Stealth points, imo; if they're small, that's fine, but arbitrarily assigning skills to a technique is questionable at best. Additionally, if they are independent, they need their own sensory stats.
Pressure of the Deep - per-post cost needed. Auras are not "turn on and go," they need to be maintained. Additionally, these cuts are way too severe; a Shunpo at 250 would be enough to hit the max-tier penalty, meaning that anyone with an average-ish speed using a step technique suddenly loses 75% of their stats for a post. I can't pass such massive nerfs at all. Also, a 210-300 foot radius? While at Class 1 that's generally fine, combined with such a massive stat loss, I gotta deny this.
Chasm Angel - immediately denied. While I know it's not the same as actual Vollstandig, you actually surpass it yet again. For one thing - you have a set 6-post duration. For a Vollstandig user to hit 6 posts, they'd have to be at 7000 Reiatsu and spend 3500 of it, minimum. You do so for a relatively reduced cost, with only a minimum requirement of 500 + halved. Assuming you use it at ~1000 Reiatsu, you could get a massive stat boost for only 750 Reiatsu, and just fight technique-less with either +25% to all stats, +50%/25% to a few stats, or doubling in two stats. More expensive than Gate, sure, but you also get the benefits of reduced costs for your abilities and generally reduced drawbacks compared to a Vollstandig.
