{Grim Desolation, the Storm under the Viridian Eclipse}Name: Grim Desolation, the Storm under the Viridian Eclipse
Description: A pair of sleek dark grey molded metal gauntlets, which extend from the fingertips to just after the bend of the wearer's elbow. The inner layer of the gauntlets is a soft, intentionally padded glove, whereas the outer layer is metal and spiritual mechanisms. In the palm of each gauntlet is a durable, dark green crystal lens. Along the lateral side of each gauntlet is a series of six ports, where ammunition cartridges may be attached by a secure mechanical action. Colored furry trim is optional.
Class: 2
Item Type: Armor & Weapon
Item Power (IP): 600
Offense Type: Spiritual
Durability: 1200
Bonuses: The gauntlets provide armor to the user's hands and arms up to the elbow and are constructed to accept ammunition cartridges crafted by a station in Nuala's basement. When prompted by the expenditure of reiatsu from the wielder, an ammunition cartridge delivers a charge of encoded spiritual energy to the focusing lens located in the palm of one of the gauntlets, where it is fired in the form of an iridescent green bolt. Bolts fired from the gauntlets move at 700 Speed and operate at a range of up to 300 feet unless the ammo cartridge notes otherwise. The gauntlets have 2 modes of fire: Dry and Hydra.
In Dry mode, the gauntlet does not require an ammo cartridge to be used and fires a bolt with 200 OS. Each gauntlet may be fired dry once per post, and then requires the following post to cool down before safety mechanisms will allow the gauntlet to be fired again. Overriding this safety protocol is not built into the gauntlet, but if it is somehow accomplished, then firing a gauntlet a second time within the post causes first degree burns to the wearer's hand and arm and burns out the gauntlet's ability to fire bolts until it is repaired with significant downtime and the replacement of the lens. To fire a gauntlet dry, the wielder must spend 25 reiatsu.
In Hydra mode, a gauntlet requires an ammo cartridge to be expended for the cost of 25, 75, 150, or 300 reiatsu and fires one, two, three, or four bolts, respectively, with a piercing power equal to the gauntlets' Item Power plus the Item Power of the ammo cartridge used. Any other effects are noted in the cartridge itself. A single gauntlet can have up to six cartridges loaded at one time.
Drawbacks: The gauntlets require a spiritual stat of at least 500 to operate. Other drawbacks are listed above.

{Tarot Card 0}Name: Tarot Card 0
Description: Tarot Card 0, otherwise known as The Fool, is a large brown card, four and three quarter inches in length, by two and three quarters inches in width. This card is made of a thicker material, feeling almost metallic in texture.
Class: 1
Item Type: Combat
Item Power (IP): 1,000
Offense Type: N/A
Durability: 3x IP
Bonuses: This is a unique item that allows for the transformation of the user. This transformation allows for the user to transform and revert themselves to any prior point in their lives. The user is capable of reverting themselves into any race that they were, along with their stats, release, and five non-release techniques they possessed at the time. Should the user not meet these conditions, or simply not want to, the user is able to revert themselves back to post 1 of the thread they are using this item in.
This transformation lasts half as long as the release duration of the race they have transformed into, or in the case of races without a release or for those using the secondary effect, 5 posts. After those posts are up, the user is immediately forced back into the state they were in prior to the activation of The Fool. Any reiatsu used while transformed will be deducted out of the user's reiatsu pool after the transformation ends. The user cannot go over their transformed Spiritual Pressure limit. {Cheddar Luck Next Time}Cheddar luck next time
Description:
No business comes without mistakes. . . and this is the first of however many are to come. Through the "aid" of Kitai this is the first of and possibly the last of its kind. This is a sentient food item; however, its form and shape remain what it was prior. A wheel of cheese that had a single triangular section about a foot in length taken out.
Class: 7
Item Type: Companion / Pet
Item Power (IP): 100
Offense Type: N/A
Durability: 4,000
Bonuses:
Bonus is a strong word. . . This item is really more of a joke item. The wheel of cheese is effectively a non-combative "companion". This is due to it only being able to talk and typically whatever it says is passive aggressive or actively mocking towards others, the owner included. Its speech color is Orange. Its stat line is 50 in everything but speed, spirituals and HE. Spirituals and HE are 0. Speed however is 600 and allows it to keep up with almost anyone to actively mock them. Though it stays with the owner unless ordered to go to a specific spot.
Drawbacks:
It will stay with the owner as much as possible. And the owner is more than likely to be mocked until its attention is directed to someone else.
It also has no means of harming another. It will never willingly take hits for its owner. Thus, to use it as a shield, which is not recommended, the individual must be quick enough to catch it.
All attacks dealt to the cheese deal full damage regardless of class or if it doesn't meet the IP of this item.
Cost: 4,000 Ryo
Donated to Urahara's: No
Description:

{Muffin Button}Name: Muffin Button
Description: This is a muffin of high quality, and is sold in chocolate, blueberry, or Banana. Oddly enough though the muffin seems to bounce some when moved around. This does not however affect the texture or flavor.
Class: 1
Item Type: Combat Tool
Item Power (IP): 1,000
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 800
Bonuses: As one would expect from the name (and from the buyer of this item) the muffin is self-replicating. This occurs in a few different ways. The first and foremost is that the muffin will produce an additional muffin every post. This base line amount of muffin's created, increases every 3 posts to include an additional muffin. I.E. Post 1 - 1 additional muffin is created. Post 4 - 2 additional muffins are created. Post 7 - 3 additional muffins are created. The alternate method is if the muffin is attacked by something and survives. Regardless of how much IP damage may or may not have occurred (assuming it's not enough to destroy the muffin outright.) will cause the muffin to spawn an additional muffin equal to half the class of the attack, rounded down. Class 1 - 4 muffins. Class 3 - 3 muffins. Class 5 - 2 muffins. Class 7 - 1 muffin.
So, you may be wondering what the point of these muffins are if they can self-replicate. The goal is twofold. The first is to create barricades of muffins. Muffins that will (hopefully) not be destroyed by an attack. This is especially useful as the muffins do not allow attacks to pass through them unless they have higher IP than the item. So, shockwaves for example do not have the means of phasing through "Muffin armor" if it's 1000 OS or less. The second is to produce muffins that for a small reiatsu cost explode and cause all nearby muffins to explode.
The original muffin explodes at the IP of the item but can only be done 3 times in a thread. The copy muffins use 80% of the IP. The original muffin being exploded does not count against the thread count for NDE threads nor does is destroy the muffin in DP / DE. This is because unlike the copies, the original will reform in 2 posts after the explosion it sets off. This post count increases when the muffin reforms by 1 post. So, the second explosion has a 3-post cooldown. The 3rd and final explosion has a 4-post cooldown. These cooldown posts start the post following the muffins detonation. The explosive radius of these muffins is 10 feet each. And the more muffins that are within that 10-foot radius of the initial blast create subsequent blasts that increase the radius by 5 feet per additional muffin detonated.
Drawbacks:
Muffin's also have low durability effectively guaranteeing that if an attack passes through the IP necessary to damage, they could reasonably be destroyed entirely.
Copied muffins take the full IP damage of an attack so long as it passes the thresh hold to damage them.
Unironically the best way to defeat the muffins is by taking a bite out of them. If a muffin has a bite taken out of them or are just eaten whole by something, they act like normal muffins.
The muffins do not have a cap. And should the original muffin be destroyed; the remainder will become standard muffins.
The user can be injured by the muffin's exploding if they are within the explosive radius. Also, to explode a muffin of any kind is 50 reiatsu per muffin. When used to explode other muffins the additional reiatsu cost is deducted from the user for every muffin detonated.
The original muffin uses its full IP for power of the explosion. Meanwhile the copy muffins use 80% of the IP for damage. In addition the main muffin can only explode up to 3 times a thread. The cooldown starts at 2 posts and goes up to 4 posts depending on how many times the main muffin has exploded.

{No Fly Zone}Name: No Fly Zone
Description: This is a circular device that sits in the middle of the user's chest, and is one foot in diameter. It is gunmetal grey, with a pulsating red gemstone in the center.
Class: 1
Item Type: Armor
Item Power (IP): 800
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 2x
Bonuses: This item affects an area around the user up to fifteen feet. Any techniques, projectiles, or anything moving through the air is shoved backwards until it has either been moved out of the area of effect, or touched a surface attached to the ground. This happens at a speed equal to the Ip of the item, but cannot injure others. Attacks with a higher Os/Ip can ignore this effect, or characters moving through the air with a higher strength to this item's Ip. Those who remain connected to the ground are unaffected by this effect, as are techniques or projectiles launched within ten feet of the item. This costs 250 reiatsu to maintain per post.
Drawbacks: Mentioned above

{Star Caller}Name: Star Caller
Description: This item takes the form of a horn, two feet in length, and six inchesin width at the widest point. There are various gold bands wrapped around the horn, encrusted with large and extravagant jewels of just about every variety.
Class: 8-1
Item Type:
Item Power (IP): 100+100 per class (800 Max)
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 3x Ip
Bonuses: Star Caller is an instrument, and is to be used like one to activate it's effects. By blowing into the horn, the user creates a beautiful sound that the heavens respond to. Three posts after the user uses this item, a meteor made of precious metals falls from the sky, aiming to land on the user's target, regardless if they have moved or not, following after their targets. These rocks are fifty feet in diameter, and fall at a speed and strength equal to the Ip of the horn, creating shockwaves as large as they are upon striking something. Each meteor has 2x Ip durability.
Each blow of this mighty horn costs 100 reiatsu, and can be used up to seven times per post, though the use of this item can be interrupted, as the bellowing of this horn must be in some way appealing to listen to. The user can, for three times the reiatsu, double the size of the meteors, and triple the size for five times the reiatsu cost.
This item can be reclassed out of thread to match the user, up to class 1, for 2,000 Ryo.
Drawbacks: If the announcement of the attack wasn't obvious enough that something was coming, the light that glistens off the meteors should let everyone know what is about to happen. Add to that, the user is not immune to the effects of the attacks, or the shockwaves.

{Infinite Fondue Goblet}Name: Infinite Fondue Goblet
Description: The outside of the goblet is always cool to the touch, whereas the inside is filled with a delicious blend of gouda and gruyère cheese.
Class: 1
Item Type: Various
Item Power (IP): 1000
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 1500
Bonuses: The perfect fondue goblet. Using the ambient spiritual energy shed by its paired user, the goblet constantly fills itself up to the line an inch below its brim with delicious cheese.
The second phase of the item, which Ambrose considers to be a flaw, is its ability to create an overflowing fountain of cheese when reiatsu is spent via the goblet. For every 25 reiatsu spent, the goblet produces one gallon of warm, liquid cheese. If the user employs Soul Command in conjunction with this cheese, their Offensive Strength uses the Item Power of the goblet instead of their Reiatsu Strength. If the user employs Soul Dominance, the area they can command with the cheese triples.
Drawbacks: Ryo cost, costs reiatsu to empower. Only functions while upright. If knocked down, tilted, or turned onto its side, the goblet stops producing cheese.

{Kitai Brand Waffle House}Name: Kitai Brand Waffle House
Description: This is a medium-sized restaurant, about two hundred feet on all sides, standing fifty feet tall on the outside. The roof is green, but not forest green. Somewhere between forest green and mint green. The outside walls are logs stacked atop one another, and perpetually smell of maple syrup. There are various nooks and crannies in the walls that homes various birds, raccoons, and other random woodland creatures. Bears, deer, elk, and other large game show up at random points as well, but never attack bystanders. There are several bay windows on the outside that show people eating and having fun on the inside.
The inside is considerably larger than the outside, having a hundred mile radius from the center, where the doorway and cash register are. Hundreds of trees litter the inside of this landscape, teeming with life, as mentioned above. Every kind of tree used for syrup can be found here, as well as many kinds of honey producing bees. There are a near countless number of picnic tables, oak, well polished, with a well made red and white checkered tablecloths, with padded wooden chairs. There are grid-like pathways with linoleum tiles, separating the forest sections from one another. Ludwig, or a clone of him anyway, can always be seen in the kitchen area, yelling at strangely smart animals, or clones of Kitai.
An extension of the Waffle House. A second building connected to the first, with its own separate entrance, this building looks to be made of purple brick and mortar, with a flat roof, and a bright black and yellow sign that reads 'Waffle House Fight Club'. With a red carpet that runs down the sidewalk, and a bouncer at the door, this has a much different vibe to the original building. On the inside is where the similarities pick back up. A mid sized stadium surrounds a larger than average boxing ring, surrounded by what looks to be a glass dome. Everything has a nature vibe to it, as the stadium seems to be inside an impossibly large tree. The ceiling is made of tree canopy, and branches make up the walls. The bleachers are made of oak, not metal, and the acoustics are dampened by all the open air. On one of the branches is an announcer's box, with a squirrel and a bird as the announcers. There are no less than four concession stands, run by various mid sized animals.
Class: 1
Item Type: Location
Item Power (IP): 1,000
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 10,000
Bonuses: This is a location that can be accessed by a Waffle House Key. While seated, a leather-bound menu is given to you by a random forest animal, who will also then act as your server, be it a bear, a deer, or a hoard of squirrels or bunnies. Sky is the limit for that. Fighting in this place is prohibited, as the staff will take exception to violence. After three posts of combat, destroying any trees, or killing other customers will cause the animals to attack those fighting. These animals have 100 in all stats, and will charge in five per post. Every other post, these animals will gain 100 in all stats. Every post, the amount of animals that attack will grow by five every post, up to fifty at a time. Both of these will scale up to 800. These animals will not kill those causing a disruption, but will instead throw them out of the building. If the building is attacked from the outside, the animals will attack them, instead gaining 100 SP in all stats every post, up to 800, in exchange for only five animals spawning outside per post, also up to fifty.
This item can only lose durability from the outside. Because of the animals maintaining it, 200 durability is restored per post when outside of combat.
Should someone be threading as a cook while doing a job thread inside the Waffle House, they will earn an additional 300 ryo per paragraph. Grav pressure does not work while inside this location. The physical building is located next to the Kitai Shop.
As an Extension item, this will be added to the bonus and description of the Kitai Brand Waffle House.
This is a specially made fight club for those of the spiritual persuasion. The host of this arena is Jack, who sends out invitations to those looking to make a quick buck, or those who are looking to settle a grudge between one another. Fighters who fight in this arena will have a crowd comprised of normal humans, and spiritual beings. These people are gathered from all over the globe, as well as the Rukongai. Fighters have a number of benefits when fighting here.
One, 200 ryo will be generated per paragraph, split between the fighters and Kitai. The split is 50%/50%, between Kitai, and both fighters. More fighters will lower the pay to each fighter. Fighters are paid at the end of the fight. Fighters are also given vouchers for one free meal at the Waffle House.
Two, there is a top-notch Medic on staff, a manatee with a round head mirror and doctor's scrubs sits in a pool off to the side of the arena. This manatee has 100 in all stats, but has 1,200 in Healing Expertise. This doctor is available to both fighters in-between fights or rounds, whenever they decide to use the manatee.
The dome is three, which is more or less indestructible. All fighters synchronize their reiatsu with the dome, and it matches the powers of those who enter. This negates any attacks made by the fighters, preventing the bystanders from being harmed by the fighters.
And lastly, number four is the betting corner, for those who want the fights to be a little more... interesting. Jack has special connections to the Black Market, and has many bets on fights. Bets on these fights come with a pool of 100k Ryo to start.
Drawbacks: This is a location, and combat cannot be forced to happen while inside. Anyone fighting while inside this location will trigger the staff, be it the owner of the item or otherwise.

{Cloning Machine}Name: Cloning Machine
Description: Shizuka is a strange woman. Made for Xcution's aesthetic, a large glass cylinder filled with non-descript green liquid and various wires on the inside, like an oxygen mask. This stands ten feet in height, with a surgical white podium, filled with numerous dials and switches and buttons, along with a circular hole that opens and closes, a needle inside in which to draw blood, before retracting. This alongside an intake tube for materials. Once the process is complete, the glass lowers, spilling all the non-descript liquid into the ground.
Class: 4-1
Item Type: Utility
Item Power (IP): N/A
Offense Type: N/A
Durability: 3,000
Bonuses: Despite what is mentioned above, any DNA material can be inserted into the machine. This triggers a process that recreates what is fed into it. Inside the glass, inside the non-descript green liquid, the cloning process takes place. This takes place in one of two ways. The first, and probably easier way, is leaving it to do its thing. Over the course of three threads, whatever is put into the machine will gestate and grow, becoming a physically identical clone to the original. The second was, and arguably the harder method, is doing a thread with the machine, worth at least a hundred paragraphs from all participants.
This clone will be a blank slate, with no memories of the original, and will have a class below or equal to the class of the machine, depending on the DNA inserted. There are methods to give the copies memories, like dropping a head into the DNA intake, or using certain illegal items to transfer memories to it, but that is a different item. The created clones effectively become Npc's for the user to control, bypassing the initial class and rank creation costs of the npc. Should a certain item be used, Skills and Techniques can also be acquired free of cost. If the head is inserted, this is effectively a bootleg method of resurrection.
Drawbacks: Cannot clone someone at a higher class than the machine, and will reduce their CTP to match. Should this item be damaged more than 50% while the process is running, the clone will be damaged and destroyed. Individual players can only have one clone from this item at a time.
Cost: 25,000+25,000 per class (100,000 Max)
Crafting Skills: 4 in Crafting, 0 in moral ethics

{Fog Machine}Name: The Fog Machine/Room
Description: This is a large room, square in shape, a thousand feet in length, width, and height. Connected to this room is a separate control room, that can adjust the inside of the room, from colors, to obstacles, to even the environment. Heavy blast doors are the entrance to this rather intimidating room, while the control room has a glass bay window, alongside dozens of cameras recording the inside, for reviewing purposes.
Class: 1
Item Type: Location
Item Power (IP): 1,200
Offense Type: Mixed
Durability: 10,000
Bonuses: Used with the knowledge and mastery of several techniques, this room is a battle room. Paying 500 reiatsu into a special console in the control room will kickstart the dynamos, gathering reiatsu from the environment. Every paragraph, the stored reiatsu will increase by another 250 reiatsu, and will spawn a Black Fog Beast every 500 reiatsu gathered. The appearance of which will be determined by the user or users inside the room, often mirroring enemies they wish to train against.
These Fog Beasts come in one of two modes. The first, and most faithful to the capability of the Black Fog, is swarm mode. This will generate a near endless supply of Fog Beasts for the opponent to fight. These Beasts have 800 strength, 400 speed, 800 durability, and 200 in all other stats, while also being immune to cutback and Grav pressure. Killing a beast adds reiatsu to the creation process, spawning another one for every beast killed. The hoard is as endless as the user can handle, and combat will end when either someone in the control room ends it, when the user yells out the phrase they dedicate to ending the battle, or when the user passes out. Users can select singles mode, to fight one Fog Beast at a time, for those less confident in their abilities.
The second method is more difficult for the room to generate, but it can create copies of individuals based on memories either the combatants have of them. The abilities they have will be limited to what the user's remember, and their reiatsu pool will regenerate by 250 per paragraph. This usually makes them much stronger than the real deal, but that just makes combat all the more worthwhile, doesn't it?
This location can be installed in organizations for ease of access, can be added onto existing bases, or set up somewhere the user requests. Room repairs itself at a rate of 50 Durability per paragraph. Anyone of any class can use this room, however, the stats of the Fog Beasts do not decrease.
Drawbacks: The Fog Beasts take a second or two to adjust once spawned. Bodies take two hours to decay, making tripping hazards. If you don't know the moves of your opponents, the Phantoms don't have them. This is a location, and you cannot force someone to fight in here the majority of the time.
Cost: 50,000

{The Kitai Shop}Name: The Kitai Shop
Description: Oh this most wonderful building is humble in appearance, looking from the outside to be a one story mart-style building, with a big bay window, brick walls, and a glass front door with bars on it. The inside of the building, where most of the sales take place, is a medium sized room, fifty by fifty feet, by thirteen feet up. The back wall has a long glass display case, filled with numerous weapons, ranging from guns, to knives, to sword, and even things that make your brain itch.
The left wall has a changing room, and an elevated platform surrounded by mirrors, so a person could quickly make changes to custom made clothing. There are five mannequins wearing different outfits, that move around and show off the clothing, at least when there are customers nearby.
On the right wall, there is a shooting range that stretches down a solid mile, defying the limits of Euclidean space. There are numerous targets with distance markers in bold print. Several guns are available for use, as well as numerous ammunition types. Be warned, these only work when fired down the range.
Finally, there is a cash register in the middle of the room on the glass display cases, next to a wood board with a gap to walk behind. To the right of the register is a metal sheet that shows signs of being well used, along with numerous tools for metal working. Behind all this, is a doorway, covered by a black curtain. The rest of the building will be described in Bonuses.
Class: 1
Item Type: Base
Item Power (IP): 1,200
Offense Type: Physical
Durability: 15,000
Bonuses: Oh, there are so many things Kitai has done to his humble shop that certainly make it it a terror for shoplifters and bounty hunters alike. Like the other bases Kitai has made over the years, this one has seven abilities to ruin any attempts to try and get five finger discounts.
First of all, the entirety of the Kitai Shop isn't actually on earth. Kitai has commandeered a small precipice world to make into his home away from, well, just about everything. His shop can manifest itself just about anywhere Kitai pleases, much like how a Shinigami can manifest a Senkaimon, or a hollow a Garganta, though it generally resides in Karakura Shopping district, Kitai can effectively manifest it anywhere he pleases. Relocation costs 500 reiatsu to do, and takes one full post to complete, or must be there at thread start. This can be done once per PVP or adventure thread, three times per JT thread, and an unlimited amount during job threads, with this relocation working much fast in job threads. Should Kitai escape a regular PVP, this will count as a loss, unless the opponent follows him through it.
This leads into number two, as teleportation moves fail to work properly for those already inside the store, or are trying to enter via said means. This does not prevent a teleportation technique from working, but those kinds of moves will instead be diverted, and the user of said technique, item, etcetera, will find themselves back in the world they were before they entered the Kitai Shop, and will find themselves unable to enter again through teleportation. This results in a victory for Kitai in fights.
As for the third, Kitai had a lot of extra room to play around with. Past the doorway in the back, there is a long hallway, filled with numerous doors of various styles. The first is a finely polished dark oak door that leads to his office space. The door across from that is a heavy steel door that leads to his personal workshop. And on, and on, and on, looking like it could go on forever. But it doesn't. It just looks like it does. The third door leads to his training field, an outdoor area that is several miles in diameter. The other doors are guest rooms and storage closets. Kitai's bedroom is door number seven.
Fourth follows up third, as the sales floor can be opened up to drag down would-be thieves and assassins into... The Warehouse! This probably extra-dimensional space is seemingly endless, filled with hundreds, maybe even thousands of shelving units that reach up to the sky, with the tops shrouded in cloud. These shelves hold raw materials, various bits of machinery, books, and even whole items, all in various states of organization.
Five is a fun one, available to all those in this area. At any time, individuals can pick out any item that is available for sale in the Kitai Shop, with these items just so happening to be where they pick them off the shelves. These items cannot leave the Warehouse, and will vanish from their person should they try. These items will match the user's class, up to class 1. This costs 200 reiatsu per item
Six, the worst number, is representative of the shop being the absolute worst thing to try and destroy. Intentionally damaging the building will result in either a Kitai Clone showing up, or one of his Npc's coming to stop you. One clone will pop up for every five hundred damage done to the building, increasing by one for every threshold. These clones have 600 strength and speed, 200 in all other stats, and count as class 1. Cannot use his techs.
The seventh is arguably the single most dangerous ability here. This allows Kitai to use any Npc's he has access to for no ryo cost. Attacks against Kitai are a threat to their livelihood, as are attacks on his place of business. Can't let people get away with that, can we? On the same note, permission to use these Npc's are not required by the attackers. One per thread.
Drawbacks: Enemies must enter the shop to trigger most of its effects.
Cost: 77,777
Crafting Skills: 4 in Crafting, access to Creation of All Things, access to portal items as well as portal destabilizing items

{The Kitai Shopping Mall]Name: The Kitai Shopping Mall
Description: Oh from humble beginnings, to a mega mall that would make all others blush with envy. This is a Japanese-style shopping tower, one hundred seventy seven floors tall, with each catering to various niches. This building has a little bit of everything for everyone. Above the civilian floors, there are seven floors on top, including a penthouse for Kitai himself. The basement is filled with research labs, manufacturing areas, and open areas for testing and combat.
Class: 1
Item Type: Location
Item Power (IP): 1,200
Offense Type: Mixed
Durability: 30,000
Bonuses: This is the place of business for many, many individuals, many of which being Kitai himself, via clones. Yes, there are many copies of the Lunatic on just about every level of this building, making him his own best defense. Should a fight break out in this building, or should there be an attack on it from outside forces, a Kitai Clone will show up to intervene. This clone has 600 Strength and Speed, and 200 in every other stat. Every three posts, another clone will join in the brawl, doubling each time reinforcements show up. This ability will be replaced should Kitai cease being a Saika, and can be changed at a later point. Cannot use his techs.
The building itself is almost an extension of himself, in a lot of ways, perfectly made to suit his needs. Each of the many stores in the building are there to suit the needs of Kitai affiliated character, and can be entered at will. Doing so will allow the character to pull out and use any item currently available in the Kitai Shop. This item disappears after the fight ends, one was or another. This item is equal to the user's class, class 1 max. This costs 200 reiatsu per item.
Defenses are plenty abundant as well. For 50 reiatsu, the user can summon a turret from any surface near them. These turrets fire bullets at a speed of 900, with an IP equal to the mall. They fire seven rounds a post, and vanish after those shots. They hit hard, but aren't exactly the most durable weapon, able to be blown apart by anything with an os higher than 400. These can be summoned up to three times a post.
Speaking of defenses, the mall has a kind of adaptive outer layer. Should it take it a large amount of damage to its durability, at least 10%, it will adapt to the attacks, hardening itself to any further damage, doubling its IP for two posts. This effect has a one post cooldown after it ends. The inside is also connected to the building in a weird way. Attacks from the inside of the building are unable to damage to the item's durability, unless the attacks come from Kitai's office on the top floor.
Shopping malls are places of business, so naturally this location is available to all people, Spiritual or otherwise. This lets the mall pull in revenue, earning Kitai and Kitai approved individuals an additional 400 ryo per post while in the mall. Anyone can choose to make a thread here, whether Kitai is around or not.
Naturally, as his most heavily defended property, he has a certain amount of trust in it. Thus, he made a special vault in the basement of the mall. One where he keeps his ever fluctuating fortune hidden behind. This holds template copies of many of his items sold in his shop. While these templates are there, this allows Kitai to create new permanent items for no cost, but it opens up the potential for thieves to pilfer these items. Should a thief get their hands on them, they would be able to recreate the item for a quarter of the cost. The vault has a separate durability to the rest of the mall, standing 10,000 strong, with 800 IP. It can only take up to half of its durability per post, before alarms are set off. Otherwise, it can be broken into by someone with lockpicking 3, or hacking 3.
And just in case the clones and the turrets isn't enough to detain and apprehend any enemies, Kitai and select associates generally have their heavy hitters in standby. With this, Kitai and Co. are permitted to call in any Npc's without cost, or permission from the invaders, after seven posts of combat, or if the building has taken more than 25% damage to its durability. This is for emergencies, as they generally have better things to do with their time, but if there's a big enough threat to the building, then they're forced to act. One Npc per thread.
The food court in the mall is legendary for its variety, hosting a little bit of everything from everywhere, just about anything can be found here. There are ten floors dedicated the the food court, and the higher you go, the more extravagant the meal.
And lastly, there is always room for growth. This allows any base items Kitai creates for himself to be integrated into the Mall, adding their effects to the ever growing power of the mall. This does not stack stats, using the stats of the mall. Should the mall be destroyed, so to will every base fused to it.

{The Black Fog}
Mastered
Technique Name: The Black Fog
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Hell Techniques]
Usable By: [Hell Races]
Technique Element: [Shadow]
Technique Fluff: [Those who fear the darkness are wise. Evil in its most primal form thrives in the shadows, always on the edge of the light. But while it is rare when the shadows of the underworld touch the land of the living, the results are always spoken of for generations. The Black Fog is an ability generated by those who have seen the proverbial void, and gazed into it. These people are those with hearts blacker than most, and live in perpetual chaos, misery, and hate. Those who use this technique are often those who have given up on life, and have let themselves fall into despair, or have done so at least once in their existence. This ability was made to show that, no matter how much hope there is the world, and no matter how happy the world becomes, evil will never leave the hearts of mankind, and will always linger. The darkest shadows linger behind the brightest lights.
The Black Fog is generated from the soul of the user, spilling from their chests, completely enshrouding their lower bodies in a mist of darkness at all times. From there, the fog begins to spread over the ground, seemingly consuming it, with the top of it lingering three feet above it. The Black Fog is thick to the point where no light can ever pierce it, consuming it in its entirety. The mist does more than feed off the light however. The shadows absorb all forms of energy that come into contact with it, be it heat, light, or reiatsu. Especially reiatsu.
The air above the fog is quickly drained of any lingering reiatsu, preventing anyone from creating airground platforms of any kind, as well as preventing any stepping abilities. However, those who stand in the blackened air start to suffer from the effects of this immediately. The moment anyone comes into contact with it will quickly lose their power, before fading away beneath the darkness, never to be seen again.
But this isn't what makes this ability so feared, although that is a part of it. The darkness is a sponge for souls, but it doesn't let that energy go to waste. Once it has absorbed enough souls, this ability starts to create monsters. Often titanic beings of pure hate and rage emerge from the shadows, climbing out of the nothing, existing for only destruction. The monsters can take on many forms, ranging from ogers, wolves, or even the well known dragon. These creatures stand anywhere from seven feet in height, to a towering fifty.
The being are extremely durable as well, needing the strongest of champions to slay them. The Black Fog naturally doesn't harm them, and are immune to the effects of it. No matter their shape, these creatures are only as smart as an animal, beatial in thought, maybe as smart as a lion.
All the air above the mist is stripped of reiatsu, no matter the distance. Any ability that touches the fog is absorbed, so long as the offensive stat is lower than the user's, adding the reiatsu used for the ability to the reiatsu counter.]
Technique Effects:
A Black mist spills out of the user's chest, quickly covering the ground around them, hovering two feet off the lowest surface. The Mist spreads five feet per post, times how many posts it has been active. 1 post equals five feet, 2 is ten, 3 fifteen, and so on. The air above the Black Fog cannot be used for any form of airground above it. Anyone in the fog loses 250 reiatsu per post, and loses the same amount just by touching it. Non- spiritual humans, plants, and animals die instantly when they come into contact with the fog.
Any techs used while inside the fog will charge the fog by half the amount paid for the original tech. Once the fog has collected 500 reiatsu, the user can summon a creature of the writer's choice to attack or cause general chaos. The user is also able to wait, and have the fog store its reiatsu in order to summon multiple beasts at once. The creature does not obey the caster, nor is it affected by the draining effects of the fog.
The stats of the creatures are always 800 strength, 400 speed, and 150 in all sensory stats, with 800 durability. The user is able to pay 500 in order to charge the mist. The Cost to maintain is 100 reiatsu, and is used to charge the fog. Fog lasts three posts after the user stops paying for it, and is unable to summon beasts after they stop.
How to use technique: [Mentioned above]
Technique Drawbacks: [The Black Fog, cannot be thrown around like a weapon, and will only remain on the ground, and around the user's lower body. Kicking with the fog around their legs will not drain opponents of reiatsu. The user is not immune to the draining effects of the fog, and is drained every post. Monsters will not obey anything the caster of the Fog commands of them.]

{Redirection}
Mastered
Technique Name: [Redirection]
Class: [3, 2, 1] - 7-1.
Technique Type: [Other] - Kidou, Quincy Technique, Bount Technique, Human Technique, Hollow Technique, Other
Technique Element: [None] - If any
Technique Description and Effects: [What does your technique do? How strong is it? What is it's range of abilities? List these things below.]
This is a vicious technique used by strong reiatsu beings. This allows the user to grab a hold of reiatsu, cycle the energy through their body, consume it (therefore making it theirs), and then hurl it back. In other words, one can redirect the enemy's reiatsu based attack by catching it and throwing it back either by spin or just catch and throw.
How this works has been stated above. Now, the important thing to recognize is that there are three classes to this technique. The class 3 version can catch reiatsu of any class except class 1+, and redirect it for half cost of the technique. The class 2 version can do the very same, except it layers the user's reiatsu strength on top of the enemy's reiatsu strength for the returned attack. It also uses the full cost. The class 1 version can return any technique up to three times the OS of the user, and adds the user's reiatsu strength layered on top of the enemy's. However, it does so for double cost, and does not work on class 0 techniques.
How to use technique: [How do you use this technique? List below.]
Stated above.
Drawback: [What are the disadvantages and drawbacks of your technique? Don't forget that the drawback must be equal in strength to the technique. List everything related to the drawback below.]
This will burn the user. It will burn their arms. It will burn their insides a bit. They will cook a little. This will strain their body and reiatsu. It can only be used once per post. It shuts off release if used 3+ times in a released state.

{Mark of Sin: Greed}
Mastered
Technique Name: Mark of Sin: Greed
Class: [3]
Technique Type: [General Sinner techniques]
Usable By: [Hell Races]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [Being stuck in the bad end of the afterlife tends to bring out of some of the more negative aspects of the soul. One of seven that can be concentrated and brought forth in a physical form. This manifests as a mark on the body. For Greed, this mark is branded on the palm of the dominant hand of the user. Greed is a very dangerous ability for any who value their belongings. Greed lets the user take anything within their line of sight. So long as whatever they are claiming isn't alive, they can take it in an instant. For most things, this requires little energy, maybe 25 reiatsu, and can be used every post. For things with actual power however, this gets tricky.
To take something for a being with power requires actual effort on the users part. Costing 500 reiatsu, the embodiment of Greed will attempt to steal their belongings. In order to do this, they must have their original highest spiritual stat be twenty five percent higher then their victim's original highest offensive stat. The opponent can resist this if they pay twice as much reiatsu as the user did to activate this ability. This ability cannot be negated against objects with less than two classes of this technique.]
How to use technique: [The user says aloud, 'All I see is mine to claim', and whatever they look at will instantly be in their hand, and fully under the command of the user.]
Technique Drawbacks: [If Greed fails, it will go onto a three post cool down.]

When used successively again within the three posts will reset the duration of the posts and stack the boost, up to three additional times per stat. 250 reiatsu per bite.]
How to use technique: [Pay cost, bite into someone.]
Technique Drawbacks: [Does not count random background npc's for boost. If the user is unable to bite and eat something, then no boost. Once the user's stat is boosted, every time this is used afterward increases the cost by 50 reiatsu. {Cutback: Assault}
Mastered
Technique Name: Cutback: Assault
Class: [1]
Technique Type (Kido, Hollow/Arrancar Technique, Human World Dweller Technique, Other): [Cutback]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [All Races]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):
Traditional cutback is triggered by a physical strike from a spiritually inferior source. Among those with immense spiritual pressure it is a useful defense. This technique converts that same cutback into an offense. The user gathers all of their spiritual energy at their core before releasing it outward with a burst. An invisible wave bursts outward with a speed and force of 600, pushing back everything in its path. It functions like a larger Martial Discipline: Ken to all those around. The user may choose to spend an additional reiatsu to increase the range of the wave. At its lowest range, the wave will travel 200 meters in every direction. If the user doubles the cost, this range will also double to 400 meters in every direction. But get this. If the cost is TRIPLED, the radius will also triple to a whopping 800 meters.
However, the real effect of the technique only kicks in when the wave makes contact with any individual. If the difference in spiritual pressure between the user and target is great enough, this technique will automatically inflict the same damage they would face had they triggered cutback. This property is what makes Cutback: Assault truly deadly.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Charge reiatsu and release it.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
This technique costs 300 reiatsu to use, and it must be mastered before employed in battle. It may only be activated once every 3 posts, and while it’s on cooldown, the user loses access to natural cutback. However, that is hardly the most serious drawback. As this technique causes the sudden output of such a large amount of energy, it puts a heavy strain on the body, worsening all injuries the user suffered prior to activation. When used the first time, if the user has any deep lacerations or stab injuries, they will begin to bleed profusely, giving them 5 posts before they lose consciousness. When used the second time, even if the user only had thin cuts, these will widen and deepen as blood rapidly escapes them, giving the user 5 posts before they pass out from blood loss. After employed a third time, even if the user is completely unharmed, their nose and eyes will begin bleeding. In fact, their internal organs would be struggling to function as the strain of a third Cutback: Assault also caused them hemorrhage. The internal bleeding would cause the user to pass out in 5 posts after activating the technique.

{Bringer Light}Technique Name: Bringer Light
Class: 4
Technique Type: Human Technique
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This is the stepping technique for humans. It increases their speed for a single step by 10 times for 50 Reiatsu. It leaves a column of flickering light in the place where the user previously occupied. Unlike other steps, this one can be used to build speed. If used in succession, the speed and cost go up with each additional step. The second step is a 13x increase, and costs 100 Reiatsu. The third step is a 15x increase, and costs 200 Reiatsu. From there, the cost doubles with each additional step, and the speed increase goes up by 1 time. Meaning the fourth step is 16x and 400 Reiatsu, the fifth is 17x and 800 Reiatsu, etc. Though at first the column of light is visible where the user was, once the third step is reached, the column of light is no longer there. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique: To work, this technique manipulates the soul in whatever the user is standing on, allowing for feats such as high jumping, or the step which increases speed.

The user pays any amount of reiatsu they wish, concentrating it into a super dense ball of reiatsu. This ball is then sucked into a small portal to Hell to grow. For every post it is in Hell, the ball absorbs reiatsu, equal to 25% of what it was initially sent in with. At any point, the user can draw the ball out of Hell, and consume the reiatsu to add the reiatsu back to their reserves. For example, if the user were to send 1000 reiatsu into Hell, and waited four posts, it would come back with 2000, and they would gain that to their reiatsu pool.]
How to use technique: [Stated above.]
Technique Drawbacks: [This ability is directly messing with Hell, a very bad thing for any Saika. As such, for every post that the ball of Reiatsu is in Hell, the Saika loses an extra post out of Hell. This means if the ball was in Hell for four posts, they would lose four extra posts, on top of their normal out of Hell count.]

Technique Name: Grasp of the Dead Learned
Class: [2]
Technique Type: [General Sinner Technique]
Usable By: [Hell Races]
Technique Element: [Fire]
Technique Description and Effects:[This is a very tricky ability for Hell users to first pickup, but absolutely invaluable once they've gotten the hang of it. By manipulating their chains, the users of this ability are able to channel heat and flames through the blackened bindings tethering them to Hell, creating a long arm of energy. The construct is an extension of the user in almost every way, being as dexterous as its creator. The Hands are spiritual in nature, and scale off of the user's highest spiritual stat. For every 50 in either rs or sprp, the hands can extend one foot. Hands move at a speed of 600, or equal to the user, whichever is faster. Hands have a piercing power equal to the spiritual stat of the user, and burn away anything with less than half of the users spiritual stat, destroying anything it touches. Cost, 100 reiatsu per post. Each level of mastery grants the user an additional pair of arms, up to three pairs.]

Technique Description and Effects: [Well, if you can't get rid of the nigh indestructible chains, why not put them to good use? This ability have two parts to it.
1: The chains of Hell torment the denizens endlessly, so why not share the misery? Learning this ability influences the blades, giving them the ability to cut through anything as easily as a normal spiritual blade can, regardless of the chains not changing in appearance, still as rounded as ever. The offensive stat for the chains is based off either the highest Spiritual stat, or the user's Strength stat, whichever is higher. Chains are unable to cut their owner. This is a passive ability, and is unable to be turned off.
2: Through some heavy handed use of reiatsu, the user can extend and manipulate the chains to do as they please. For strength users, the chains will extend upto thirty feet, and will move at either a speed equal to their speed stat, or at a speed of 600. For spiritual users, the size scales off of their highest spiritual stat. For every 50 they have in their higher stat, the chains can extend another foot, and can move at either 600, or the user's speed. Cost is 100 reiatsu every post.]

Class: [1]
Technique Type: [General Saika Technique]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Saika]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Insert Below]
This technique is simple. By utilizing Dark Fullbring on a toxin, poison, negative aura, or similar "debuff", the Saika can impose a stat check. If their offensive stat is at least 80% of the offensive stat of the offending object, their Dark Fullbring can corrupt it and cause it to wither and die and no longer function against the Saika or the target the user is laying hands on. Area of Effect Debuffs, such as a zone where speed is reduced, constantly apply this debuff and as such are unable to be fully eradicated. This technique has a side effect. If successful, odors surrounding the Saika or their target also are corrupted and killed, leaving a pleasant after-scent.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Insert Below]
Either lay hands on a target and will a physical or spiritual "debuff" to die or cast on the Saika themselves to the same result.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
Reiatsu Cost. The Class 5 version cannot purge toxins of class 3 or higher. The Class 3 version cannot purge toxins that are class 1. Has a cooldown of 3 posts after performing.

{Redemption}
Learned
Technique Name: Redemption
Class: 3
Technique Type: Spiritual
Usable By: Hellions (Nakkabakki exempt)
Technique Element: Soul
Technique Description and Effects:
Redemption is a strange concept for those of Hell. In many religions and folklore there isn't even a means to "redeem" oneself given that upon being sent to Hell is the eternal punishment. Mind you, those of Hell will speak of means to escape and though old rumors and stories speak of the idea of "cleansing" oneself of sin it's very rarely done in any capacity. Namely because those of Hell who could even genuinely try to do such either don't believe it possible or do not want to. Regardless this near ancient technique is a show that there is a way to escape the eternal torment in as permanent a way as possible. You must work to redeem yourself and make amends for the sins committed in your prior and current life.
This technique mechanically, works as follows. A hellion's "sins" are manifested with a numeric value of 5. To redeem your sins, you must reduce your "Sin total" to 0. This entails a constant and active effort to do good by those around you and work against the sins that weigh you down. To do such the user must show at least some sort of significant growth in a thread towards overcoming their sins. This can be making amends with those wronged, realization of what your actions have done to others, it can even be changing to towards having more empathy towards another (assuming the character in question didn't have that means prior.) For every thread that shows this, the users Sin Total is reduced by 1. In addition, the use can choose to have their dark aura decreases by 20 points and increase their LA by 20. (This must be agreed upon by the mod grading said thread.
After the user reduces their Sin total to 0, they must go through a final thread. This thread is a final showdown with the sins of the user made manifest. The thread is intended to be introspective and challenging to the morals and goals of said character. It's bringing their most heinous parts to light and forces the individual to deal with them directly. The manifestation is up to the RP'er to decide as far as form is concerned. For actual combat purposes they have access to everything the user has access to. The user can deal with their manifestation via combat, or they can deal with them in an alternate manner. The interaction is unique to the individual and a moderator is not required to play the manifestation. Upon completing this confrontation thread, the user gains the means to change their character back to the race to one of the following:
Free Quincy, Fullbringer, Hollow, Shinigami, or Failure.
This racial transformation does not impose a loss of class to the character. Instead, all training SP is lost in its place. Training Tier status is also not lost for hellion races that previously had it. However, this technique does allow an individual to transform into a class 8 variant of the race of their choice to acquire TT status if they so choose. Regardless of what class the redeemed hellion starts at, they will be given a marking in some capacity to remind them of their previous form. This can be a tattoo, body scaring, etc. Something that reminds them that though they are free that they can easily return to Hell if they fall off the path again.
How to use technique:
Learn the technique and commit to redeeming your sins. Then confront your sins made manifest and prosper.
Technique Drawbacks:
Training SP reset and requires 6 threads to complete and TTP cost.

{Living Inferno}
Learned
Technique Name: [Living Inferno]
Class: [5,3,1]
Technique Type: [Reiatsu]
Usable By: [Hellions]
Technique Element: [Fire]
Technique Description and Effects: [The bodies of all Sinners are created from the fire and brimstone, given shape and mass by magics not understood by the creatures themselves. But those who seek the knowledge tend to stumble across this technique. This technique allows the Sinner to revert their bodies back into the Hellfire they're spawned from. This transformation comes in three stages, each with clear differences in power and efficiency.
The class 5 version of this technique allows the users a partial transformation of their limbs, converting to a solid fire that burns with either the power of the user's highest spiritual stat. These flames convert all the way up to the elbows for the arms, and the knees downwards for the legs. While in a flaming state, the limbs can stretch and change shape to the user's will, up to ten feet in length. These limbs are still bound by the physical stats of the user, moving as fast as the user, and punching as hard as the user. These limbs cannot be regrown. Costs 100 reiatsu per post.
The class 3 version improves upon its class 5 counterpart, completely converting the lower half of the body, and goes all the way to the shoulders for the arms. These fires still burn like the do for their previous version, and can be manipulated in the same manner. With this version though, the user has learned to rekindle their bodies, allowing them to regrow lost or damaged limbs, be the damaged before the technique is activated, or while the technique is active. This 'Rekindling' is a slow process at this stage, taking two posts to regrow them, and costs an extra 50 reiatsu per post. This can be ignored if the user has a faster form of healing limbs, like HSR. This technique costs 200 reiatsu per post.
Ahh class 1, the magnum opus for this technique. As before, the technique still burns with either the user's highest spiritual stat, or 600, whichever is higher. But unlike before, the user can fully convert their body into the flames of Hell. The user can grow as large as they want, up to 40 feet in height, and can ignore the height requirements. The flames are only semi-solid at this level, and techniques can pass through the user without ending the user's life. Costs 400 reiatsu per post]
How to use technique: [Pay Reiatsu]
Technique Drawbacks: [You didn't think a power like this came without its price, did you? There's always a price, and this one is steep. On top of the reiatsu costs per post, each level of this technique requires the user to have a point in either Pain Tolerance, or Anti-Torture. Strength of Will does not count. The class 5 version would only require one point in either of the two skills, the class 3 would require two points in either of them, while the class 1 would require three.
This is far from the only drawback, as being transformed into flames wracks your health in more ways than one. While this transformation can theoretically last till the user's reiatsu pool runs dry, this technique slowly starts to cook the user. Understanding how to partially revert the body back into flames isn't a perfect process for the denizens of Hell, especially when the process isn't fully understood. While this technique is active, the flames of Hell burn away the soul, not just the body, and thus puts them on a timer, even with something as amazing as high speed regeneration. Without having points in Heat Resistance, this technique will leave the soul of the user in cinders after about six posts, with each level of Heat Resistance adding another post to stave off the inevitable fiery end. If the user is killed by the technique, they will respawn in Hell like normal, but with their stats halved for one thread.]

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): The fullbringer or saika creates a basketball shaped orb of energy in either one or both hands which takes the same color as the user’s reiatsu. The user then either tosses or holds their palm forward and wills it to move. This is a layered weapon with an outer layer of soul dominance that allows it to simply tear apart the molecular bonds of real world objects and an inner layer of dense reiatsu like a cero allows it to damage spiritual beings. Any shields or things with an equivalent or lower OS will decrease the power that it will strike with by deducting the OS of the armor from the OS of the attack, but will not stop it unless the opponent has 2x the OS of the user. Once it hits its target then it will expand into an orb with a 3 m radius. This detonation will cause the outer soul dominance shell to dip in towards the center of the orb, towards the dense reiatsu and then rapidly expand outwards dealing damage to either living creatures or spirits equal to the user’s OS. If this does not outright kill them then it weakens them, making them more vulnerable to not only this technique but other soul command techniques. Should a target have 2x the OS of the user then this technique will do nothing. The class 3 orb has a speed of 400 while the class 1 has a speed of 700.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): The fullbringer or saika focuses creates first an orb of energy, as if using the spirit waves technique, and then puts an outer layer of destructive soul dominance on the outer edge then they throw or will the technique towards their target.
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) Other than the reiatsu cost, this technique’s destructive, outer layer of soul dominance is exceptionally dangerous to the fullbringer and the dense inner reiatsu core is equally dangerous to the saika that uses it. When just learned, the fullbringer will find themselves unable to cast the class 3 technique more than once without the skin of the hand(s) used to cast the technique being torn apart. At proficient, this technique can be cast up to 3 times before it causes horrible damage and at mastered the technique can be cast up to 4 times before significant damage occurs.
The class 1 technique, however, is much more dangerous. When at learned, the class 1 variation will immediately damage the user when cast even once and further ones could potentially destroy the user’s arms entirely. Proficient allows it to be cast 1 time without causing damage to the user and mastered allows it to be cast up to 2 times without damaging the user.

Description: A further mastery of the technique Soul Command: Creation of All Things. This technique allows for the creation of an extra item from the technique, specifically an armor item. This is created with the same values of what are mentioned in the base technique, 200 Ip for each point in Crafting Skills the user has, 3x Durability, and the item loses Ip equal to 50% of the Os from attacks that hit it, minus 5% for each point in Crafting Skills the user has. Mastery of this technique reduces the cost of the base technique, lowering it by 300 reiatsu. This can be further reduced by lowering the class of the item, 100 per class, minimum 50. This also lowers the overall ip of the item by 10% per class lowered.

{Soul Command: Creation of All Things}
Mastered
Technique Name: [Soul Command: Creation of All Things]
Technique Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Spiritual]
Usable By: [Those who can use Soul Command]
Technique Element: [Physical, if any]
Technique Cost: [Reiatsu, points in Crafting, or Crafting related, Skills]
Description: [This is a variation of Soul Command, made by Kitai in an attempt to make the merging of magic and science easier, as well as to further elevate his ability to craft whatever strikes his fancy in any given moment.
This ability allows Kitai to manipulate the souls of objects, letting him change, repair, or otherwise improve things he comes into contact with. He does this by placing a hand or hands upon an object or structure, and enffusing it with his reiatsu. This method allows him to use either of his spiritual stats to preform this. Once the wave has washed over the object or structure in question, he is given a sort of mental map of it, letting him see the flaws or cracks, and make changes where he deems fit. These changes use his Crafting Skills to deem how impressive or impactful they are.
Kitai can restore the durability of anything at a reiatsu cost of 1:3 reiatsu-to-durability once per object every seven posts. For a reiatsu cost of 700, Kitai can change the form of an object into anything he pleases, be it a section of earth into a Kitai Brand worthy weapon, or a hunk of scrap into a fully functional plane, so long as Kitai knows how to make it. These items will have 300 Ip per point in Crafting Skills that he has, and 3x Durability.
For vehicles, these will have 800 speed, 800 Ip, and 1x Durability for each point in a Crafting Skill he possess. For armor, it will have 200 Ip for each point in Crafting Skills he has, 3x Durability, and loses Ip equal to 50% of the Os from attacks that hit it, minus 5% for each point in Crafting Skills he has.
For another 300 reiatsu, Kitai can grant one effect from any item he has created to either one of the items he makes using this technique, or apply it to an already existing item he gets his mits on. This effect lasts for three posts, and must be appropriate to the item it is being applied to.]
How to Use: [Mentioned above.]
Drawbacks: [Weapons and armor made through this technique last five posts in combat, turning to ash once the technique ends. Applying the effect of an item damages the item it is applied to, and its durability is reduced by 25%. Only one item can be created at any given time. Conservation of mass cannot be broken through this technique. If an item is bigger than the matter implies it should be, it will be hollow, to some degree. Making items more hollow than they should, will reduce its durability by 1% for every 5% larger the item should be. Compressing the density will either increase the weight of the item, or will just take the material needed to make the new item in question.]
